i have bought Video con Next TV from Bangalore Hanumantha nagar Dealer in 2013 . Right from the day one it was not functioning well. In spite of 10 times given complaint it does not work well the technician visit my house could not rectify . Please i request Video con to replace the new TV i was totally disappointed .     I have perches a Videocon AC two year back, recently it was not working for that I called at videocon service center at Aurangabad to solve the problem. They said, their is an internal leak of gas and solved the problem and charged Rs.3350 for that but same problem arises only within a two days of servicing by Videocon Service Engineer. Second time they charged Rs. 1100 by saying that another problem occurred in your AC. After servicing of second time still problem is not solved I am trying to contacting to the videocon service Center but they are not giving any respons.

        We have purchased an Videocon AC, Model No: VAC-VS5M3WV2 from Delaer: SATYAM, 165/1, C.I.T. Road, Scheme VII-M, Ultadanga, kolkata-700054, west bengal on 26/04/2014. We found the dealer was provided us an old and defective AC. That was manually packed and any one can guess this is not a new ac its an old one. The back cover was also missing of the AC. As we have purchased the ac for our urgent requirement. we our own gone to their store to collect the back cover but still they provided the one which is not fit to the ac. After repetetive call and follow up they replaced the ac after 2days. the next day at the time of installation videocon service person found that there is some issue in gas volve in compressor. we called the dealer to replace the compressor this time but they told us they will send a separate service person to check. The whole day we are calling to know when that is coming to check the answer is like yes he is just left from our showroom will be reaching out to you and after 9 pm the phone got switched off the dealer. The next day the service person comes and told he even can't help to resolve the issue. this needs to be replaced by the dealer. Again i called the dealer to replace the compressor on the analysis of service guy. But a lady just kept my call on hold and left for 10mins. and for next 15mins the number got busy. while i called back and requested them to replace the compressor. again a word:" We can't deliver today, may be tomorrow." I never expect these kind of dealer available for Videocon . for this i would give videocon product 1 out of 10. I request an immediate respond to this from videocon customer service and action against the dealer.
        Still there is no response from dealer. Everyday whenever I call the dealer they are telling me, videocon service person is on the way to your room. Whys should i wait for a service person as i have bought a new AC. The responsibility is of the dealer, they need to replace the compressor. I fed off after buying an videocon AC. I request an immediate action against the dealer from videocon team. If not i request all don't prefer a videocon AC from dealer i have mentioned in my complaint otherwise you will face a pathetic condition while room temp is 42 c you have an ac hanging in your bed room but you still sleep in a sweaty cond.

            Hi, I purchased a Kenstar Air Cooler on 6th April-2014. On the very first day i found that there is a leakage in its tank. I called customer help desk and i got a complaint no "HYD[protected]" A tech visited my home on 3rd day however I have been provided a time limit of 48 hours for the same. Any way he also confirmed that there is a leakage in the tank and it needs to be replaced. I asked him that its a manufacturing defect so why should i go for a repair? i should get a different product. He told me to raise this concern at help desk. I called help desk then and there and that time i felt completely cheated, helpless and disappointed because they told me to contact dealer for the same. I do not think its logical that Videocon is manufacturing a product and in case of any manufacturing defect i am advised to reach back to dealer? Really nonsense. Well finally i compromised with the situation and told tech to replace the tank only. Up till now neither i get any response from him nor my tank has been replaced. I called customer help desk several times but all the time they said that it will be done soon. Videocon is a reputed brand and what are you providing to your customer? Would you think that i will suggest to buy your product to any one ever in life? This is the worst and most unresponsive service i have ever experienced. I am trying to manage some time so that i can reach out to consumer forum to file in a complain for the same.

                  Hi ! Complain no jod[protected] date :30/03/2014 Bill on Name of : Om prakash Kothari Still Not resolved. Details : Purchased a washing m/c on 08/04/2014, from Banswara Electronic, (agent).I have original bill and Guarantee Card. I had problem in my m/c and i complainet to videocon authorised dealer at Banswara (Raj) 327001 Along with Copy of bill and guarantee card On Date 14/03/2014. service man from videocon cam and removed deficitive PCB and took with him. After that no response is been received till 30/03/2014. After that we had again call customer care and received Complain no jod[protected] date :30/03/2014. Then on 10/04/2014 videocone service person came and informed us that your machine is not under warranty. and given us old faluty Pcb back to us. Provide him the original bill and warranty card but he said that the bill is forged and he refused to replace pcb under guaranty period.sir i am genuine customer and the mechanic is deliberately harreshing me for money (3500)rs. Also getting sms from company that your warranty expires on 28/04/2014 for amc with attractive discount call xxx no. ( This proves that we are registered with videocon and m/c is under warranty.)                       Hi, I from ghaziabad, I had purchased videocon LED TV (VJB32FM-B1A) from J.M GOEL SALES (245, Railway Road, Bazaria, Ghaziabad) against invoice serial no:-224 at 26000 Rs/- on 19-Nov-2013, in 5 months I am getting lines on LED screen & half of TV displays colours in bright mode & half in dark mode. I had lodged a complain at videocon customer care against complaint no:-GHA[protected]. There representative had vie is under warranty & within 5 months of purchase it is having major problem. I had asked what is the price of part if product is out of warranty, according to their service centre it costs around[protected] Rs/- i.e. half of the price of product. Clearly shows it is a major problem in TV set & their is no guarantee also if we replace it after 5 months this problem would arise or not . After which my product would be out of warranty then who had to bear the burnt of this faulty product? Simply to put words I do not want to repair the major part, I want to get it exchanged.

                      Thanks for your reply, but as I had conveyed in my previous mail that only 5 months has been passed since I have purchased the TV. And it is having major fault, I am not interested in replacing that part in my TV, what if the problem will persist again after 4-5 months, simply it would be out of warranty then? Moreover can you please tell me how can we trust your "Brand Name" if the major problem is arising in just 4-5 months of span in new TV? Rest is clear from my previous mails, it's a request do not froward me contacts for service engineer also your customer care is not prompt, after so many attempts of calling and been put on hold for more than 30 mins, I haven't received any call, which is totally annoying.So kindly either repay my money back or exchange it with new one else legal action will be taken against the company.

                      Videocon — Balance deducted without any reason

                      Sir, I am Sumit. My number is [protected]. They have deducted my balance Rs 142 without any reason on 26/04/14. I call customer care they talk to me very rudely and asked me that u have used net last night. But my net is unlimited at night. but they donot listen me any more. Videocon is looting without any reason.

                      Either you do not read the mail correctly or you give automated answers without go through mail correctly, I had refused to repair my tv panel as it is one of major part is @ fault so complaint is pending for part. I had requested you to escalate this matter for change this faulty products of yours. But it seems your are not concerned about it. I am travelling these day on 6-7 may once i come back to Ghaziabad i would look after my legal option preferably what option I am having under consumer court guidelines if in between you guys can contact me & find out some way then it is ok for me.                         Subject;; Bad Quality of Battery & cheats customer with service centre.

                        I m from tamil nadu. My Relative suggest to complain about that problem.
                        I m facing second time of BATTERY BACK-UP PROBLEM.

                        I buys VIDEOCON A15 Mobile from Flipkart At Price :: 3300+,
                        after 3 month, I m getting problem of battery backup or Charging issue.
                        I refer my cell to my nearest service centre CELL TECH - EGMORE...

                        They Said Due to felt down you mobile. I was alert after that felt down my cell. I think, due to my fault my cell may broken. but my friend told that due to service centre man, my cell was broken.
                        I excise at that time but my mobile was charging but only switched off automatically... only that problem. I dont know who have done the mistake first.
                        ..Servce centre man told that,
                        Your charging socket has broken, and we have to change mother board of mobile and charged 1800 rs at that time i was silent and keep changing ... they charged Rs 1800+ Changing battery(Rs 200). =2000.
                        This incident was happen in november 2013.
                        (THEY EVEN DONT RETURN MY DAMAGED MOTHERBOARD) & They said that we keep for observing and researching.

                        I dont know they even changed that Mother board or they repair and give it to me.

                        I was fool... If i can pay just 1500 more only...I can get the new one cell.


                        Now Again Im getting same problem 2nd Time, BATTERY BACK UP PROBLEM & I fear to go to Videocon Service centre...bcoz again thay may say that change your cell MOTHER BOARD.
                        How many time, I will change mother board.

                        As per my view, thay have repair & gave the same motherboard to me. So that again i got problem.

                        This time, There is no mistake from my side.


                        I m student.

                        Sir VIDEOCON is cheating with their service centre & make us fool...even they have no any Toll Free number.
                        so that directly contact to their representative.
                        Every call goes to nearest service centre.

                        I buy my mobile in Aug-Sept. 2013.

                        I want free repairing of my mobile or Give my mobile back to videocon.
                        Its only 8 month old or after changing motherboard and battery thn my mobile is just 5 month old.

                        There is very bad experince with Videocon.

                        I have a problem that i forget my or leave my invoice recieve at my home. I m studying outside from my home.
                        There is one way is that They can get the detail about my mobile from IMEI.

                        If service centre say without Reciept i cant do then They are BIG! BIG! BIG! Cheaters.

                        I give my all info nd service centre and company can know about my mobile throughy IMEI number.t

                        I want replacement Or either repair my mobile at free of cost or return my money nd get back you mobile.
                        In cost of Mobile:: 3300+, I have already paid 2000.
                        I can't pay any more.
                        Otherwise i will go for more issues.

                                I have purchased Videocon Tablet VT85C through online from Suman Enterprises, New Delhi INVOICE NUMBER : 74C426/13-14/195042 on 07 Jan 14, After one week tablet not charging properly.I have repaired through Krishna Mobile(Auth Service), Barmer.They charge Rs. 250, Again creates same problems during Feb last week and I have handed over to Krishna Mobile, but not able to repair due spares not available. Due to this, I have sent to Rankawat Mobile care, Jodhpur, they charged Rs 350/-, But problem not solved till Mar 14. Again I have gave to Krishna mobile for repair. They sent to service center Jaipur on 22 Mar 14.After lapes of one month Tablet returned from Service centre with IO open not able to repair. I was contact Mr Ramnebas, Jaipur Ph : [protected], he was not gave any fruitful answer and he told your Tablet not under warranty. Request advise how repair under warranty my Tablet

                                  your service are very poor. nd your 3rd class technicion are very very poor (mr.rajjak, from svc company jaipur) he is not serviced my ac. at right time. and when he service ac after that my ac is still not working. before service the ac its working properly. and i call him for only normal service. now tell me the company authorise person what i do now ?

                                    Sir, I Booked Two nos 32" FHD LED TV Model: VJW32FH-VF on 10/04/2014, Your Market personal PARTHA SEN tell me please NEFT Rs.52100/- for these. After that, I NEFT Rs.52100/- of VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES LTD, A/c No. VILS552884, HDFC Bank, Sandoz Branch, Mumbai. After One days of NEFT, PARTHA SEN call me by Phone and tell the booking model is not available. The available Model 40" LED is available & please NEFT of the balance amount as early to delivered the materials. The date is 11/04/2014, time 15.25hours.(Approx) It is not possible for me this time, because the customer need 32". After discussion of my customer I agree about 40" LED TV. And tell PARTHA SEN please collect the balance amount & supply the materials. PARTHA SEN collect cash for supply the materials on 14/04/2014. The commitment is false because no Billing will be done this day. I & my party also ask PARTHA SEN over phone for this, he ask the materials on road for delivery. But the materials not to reach today now. After that I contact SANDEEP WALIA for these he tell me please contact me for these because, PARTHA SEN not to know the Official procedure & Tell me Your Billing is done on 16/04/2014 & materials delivered on 16/04/2014. Today SANDEEP WALIA not to receive my Phone. After a long time of calling he received my phone & tells me the materials delivered on 18/04/2014. I think The VIDEOCON Co. is an Indian Company with good faith in business and they also maintain delivery schedule & commitment. But it is wrong for me & my customer also. Because you are not maintained your commitment & also your marketing personal are lier. It is bad for your business & also my business because the parties are not received the materials. They ask me to supply another brand of materials except VIDEOCON. At this stage what I am doing, because I am a very Poor Businessman.                                       Hello I bought Videocon fullyautomatic washing machine from Vijay Sales, Borivali (W) on 03-Jan-14. Having tried LG & Samsung machines earlier for long time; decided to go for Videocon as a step to get acquainted with Indian brand. But my decision proved wrong as the machine's pulsator gone faulty within 4 months for purchase left me wondering on quality of washing machine. I am really skeptical as to how long the machine will survive for use if parts go faulty in 4 months. I logged complaint MUM[protected] on 07-Apr and still awaiting for replacement part as on date 15-Apr. Service center folks are unaware when will it be shipped and as a typical Indian customer I continue to suffer. While I am regretting about my decision to go to Indian brand Videocon and awaiting machine to get repaired, my sincere advise whoever planning for this brand, think TWICE. P.S. – Ain’t against Indian Brand but experience makes me think so.

                                        I took Videocon D2H connection in November. I was in an apartment where we had MDU connection (common antenna for everyone in apartment) and I was not provided a dish separately. But I have paid full amount and took the connection. I requested for a dish and they refused to provide stating that I will get it free of cost when I relocate. But last week when I relocated, I'm being asked for Rs.750 in addition to the Rs.250 for installation. I have called customer care multiple times and called different people so far, but still dish is not provided and connection is not installed in new place. In Videocon's website, they have mentioned that a new antenna will be provided when we move out of MDU : http://www.videocond2h.com/WSC/mdu_faqs_19.aspx But customer care and installation people are talking in contradiction to this. Please avoid or be careful while taking Videocon's DTH connection.
                                        I raised a complaint online mentioning the details and the concerned team resolved my issue immediately. I have received a prompt response and installation was smooth in new place and they charged only Rs.250 along with new antenna. Thanks to the respective team.
