I took Videocon D2H connection in November. I was in an apartment where we had MDU connection (common antenna for everyone in apartment) and I was not provided a dish separately. But I have paid full amount and took the connection. I requested for a dish and they refused to provide stating that I will get it free of cost when I relocate. But last week when I relocated, I'm being asked for Rs.750 in addition to the Rs.250 for installation. I have called customer care multiple times and called different people so far, but still dish is not provided and connection is not installed in new place. In Videocon's website, they have mentioned that a new antenna will be provided when we move out of MDU : http://www.videocond2h.com/WSC/mdu_faqs_19.aspx But customer care and installation people are talking in contradiction to this. Please avoid or be careful while taking Videocon's DTH connection.

I had purchased 1 A-15 videcon Handsets. From the purchased date it was more than 6-7 times repair due to network problem, internet problem, hang & auto shutdown. I had asked the service center that I am not satisfied with this mobile because more time mobile was laying with service center not with me. so pls replace the new working handset against this. They told me to contact the customer care regarding the issue. The Customer care gir, Nancy, told me that contact service center. Pls. look into the matter. For your information herewith I am maintained the IMI no. of the mobile [protected] & [protected].

I have purchased a Philips DDB LED TV from NEXT showroom. Philips offer a 1 year free Videocon DTH service. How ever this is a fooling strategy to sell the LED. After the purchase of the TV once you try to install the DTH connection from Videocon the real problem starts . First thing is that the TV given to me from the show room was not compatible with the smart card offered by the Videocon DTH service. They said me to replace the TV for which they made me travel to their showroom by carrying the faulty TV.Once i reached there they made me wait for 1 hr and finally turned up saying that there no stock and i need to go to another show room to get the TV replaced. After all the struggle once the TV has been replaced.
The problem starts with the Videocon DTH service . I called them several times both Videocon DTH Office as well as the customer service. Each time i called, they kept on asking the problem and never took any effort to note down the problem . After several follow up an engineer arrives and he come sup with a smart card and installs it and advice me to keep the TV on for half an hour to get it activated. Though i kept it on for several hours no thing happened . The same story continues for a week. Even after all these there is no resolution provided by Videocon or NEXT showroom.

Guys sincere advice never go for "NEXT " Philips and their Videocon DTH service . It's a pathetic experience.

I have purchased a led 29 "(Tv) of vediocon company on 10/05/2013 from m/s garg electricals, 58, 59, 60, shivaji market, yamuna nagar-(Haryana) 135001. Having invoice no.20023.
From last 4 month its not giving satisfactory response or not properly working, in this regards i complaint so many times to the authorized dealer but they also not giving me satisfactory response & demanding 10, 000 rupees more to resolve my problem .
So it is a humble request to you please take this matter seriously & necessosry action to resolve my problem. As soon as possible.

sir, i had purchased washing machine bream from videocon...last year. I had book a complaint on 15 of march...of which the engineer had come and told that some part has to be changed of which till date nobody has come to look in to this matter and i have call back for putting the issue up lot of time... The complaint was closed yesterday without any resolution...it is sorry to say that such a good and esteem company but the service which is been given to customer is very poor... complaint no.[protected]

Sir I am having a Videocon DDB LED and my consumer id is :[protected]. I registered my first complaint regarding Videocon D2H on[protected] having complaint no[protected] about the picture quality on HDMI port. The engineers closed my complaint without visiting my premises or without correcting my problem. I registered another complaint for the same on[protected] Complaint no :[protected] and it was also closed by the engineers without visiting my premises or solving my problem. My problem is not solved till now.- Moreover, I also registered a complaint on[protected] Complaint No :[protected] regarding D2H connection and engineer Raman Kumar closed my complaint without consulting and visiting my premises. I again registered a complaint on[protected] Complaint No :[protected] . This complaint is also not resolved and the engineer whose name is Vicky is the main culprit. He forcefully told me that i will not resolve your complaints. and now he is saying i will visit by 11.50 pm of night at your premises. I dont know if your company is following the policy of exhausting the customers. Visiting someones home at that time is clearly the indication that you want to disturb customers and dont want to solve their issues. I will definitely point out this matter before the court. Also the visiting timings and his working timings will be noted by me. No action has been taken against that D2H engineer who is continuously playing games with me. Kindly look into the matter and inform me about the same.

After 5-10 minutes of switching on colour becomes fed like moc, blue green and lastly black & white .There after picture disappeared and screen become blue or green without video. screen also get abnormally hot. I have to switch off the TV for 10-15 minutes for after switch on. I have complained with complain No.KOl[protected]. Technisian charged Rs. 800/- towards visiting and inspection and asked like he will call within 8 days with regard the problem and parts of cost. Next day he call me and tell that the panel of TV have to changed and it will cost 13000/- + service Tax. Total cost of repair comes around 15, 000/- which is all most the current price of 26" LCD of this brand. I think of some parts got defective then what will the repair cost.

I had bought philips 32" Full HD from Keyour eletronics Kothrud Pune in 2011, on which I got a Videocon D2H free. I was told by the videocon Guys that I had to pay Rs. 5932.00. and I will get world cup 2011 to world cup 2014. Offer no need to pay or recharge in 4 years. But all of a sudden without any information or call my D2H had stopped working on 6th March 2014.

This is really pathetic how can you cheat ? us when we pay in advace for 4 years ?

I really need to knw the details about it and start my service soon as per the promise u had made.

Dear Sir/Madam, i am using washing machine since 2007 till now (videocon), from last 15 days my washing machine starts problem in intake water, i called to customer care no, they provide me service center no. and contact person name ( Vineet Agarwal ) and told me to contact mr vineet. i contact and he sand two technicians to see and solve the problem, but as i seemed both technicians were untrained, they came 4 to 5 days regular and every times told me different problems, and on every visit they collected around 1000-00 rs from me.. after that they starts to avoid my phone calls too. i again contact lucknow customer care but how funny their mr Amit ( who provide me meerut service center address and contact person name and mobile no ) just refused to listen my complaint and my pain and straight told me, what we can do ???????????. i am very surprised and it"s a big question mark on VIDEOCON COMPANY after sales service. i request you to please solve my problem. I have registered a complaint on 24.2.2014 with your Anna Nagar service Centre, Madurai, Tamilnadu and they have ent a service engineer of M/s Quality Engineering Services, Madurai (CellNo. [protected]) on the same day. The engineer informed that the machine could be shifted to their service centre for repair work and charged Rs.300/- vide Bill A247 dt. 24.2.14 and informed that somebody will come and take delivery of the washing machine. I reminded him on 26.2.2014 for service of the washing machine. But nobody turned till date for servicing the machine. I request you to kindly register my complaint and arrange for early service of the machine.

I like to inform you that this is my second complain of issue related to Videocon mobile which I purchase on[protected] through flipkart ( my first Videocon mobile ). I like to mention that I am very unhappy with your service. Within 2 month of purchase this mobile stop working I give it to Videocon service center at Noida sector 18 (Ambe Electronics) . After one month of wait finally I got this mobile back although it is working but service done by you side is very rough I got my mobile which is not properly fit some screw are missing cover of speaker handle roughly and loose battery to mobile connecting hub also loose condition but since it is working and I am already wait for 1 month so I have no other option then accepting it. So I take it and use it by some trick like making paper support to back of battery. But after some time it get loose and it get switch off when there is any jerk so I went to your service center this time at Guwahati (Vision Techno Associates Assam), but he refuse to repair it by saying it open by some unauthorized person so we can’t repair it. I just want to tell you I get frusted with your service. This was my first purchased and I want to tell you I am totally unsatisfied with your service and product quality both.
In continuation I like to tell you that I went again to you service center but he refuse to accept it under warranty and tell that it is physical damage case so he can’t accept it. He also tell if he got mail or any communication from Videocon in that case only we can accept it for repair. So finally I like to mention if there is any physical damage then it is due to mishandling by your service center only not by me so this is my kind request to you kindly repair it or replace it.

I have been getting some harassing offending messages and calls from past few months from different different videocon sims.
The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].
Please don't issue sims on such decreased rates without any proper id proof. Or just give me detail of the owner of these sims. I have already lodged a police complaint. I want the name and address of the owner of these sim cards.

I Purchased Videocon TV from "Umiya Electro Vision " at Ahmedabad just 8 Month back it's Under Warranty. I am facing issues with the Display & Power since last 30 days, & I already register complaint to to Service centre but still my complaint are pending.

If still I am not able to get any service will make sure this example is shared with all my colleagues and near one’s leading them to re-think in buying Videocon products because of the service which they are providing.

I have been using vedicon products for long time. Recently my vedicon
refrigerator model D20 1TT starts giving problem. Three times their
technician have attended it but no result. It still not working. I have
spent about Rs 3000 on its servicing. But there is no reliability of
their work. so i recommend never buy any vediocon product. I am thinking
to approach to consumer court for their failure to give satisfactory
services after charging for it.
