Dear Sir,

I was purchase your mobile on dated 20-apr-2014 Dealer SK IN FI Model: A48 in the name of Shailesh Sadhu. Charging problem start in my mobile so i am going to your service station on dated 26/06/2014 at M/s. Sarthi Communication at Shop no. 33, Surbhi Avenue, Old chhani road, Baroda. State Gujarat & he is open job card with job. no. GUJ[protected]. IMEI NO. [protected].

Your service station give me advise please you give me your mobile in our service station for 2 two days for solve charging problem than after many times contact to your service station and physically many times go to your service station but he is not give satisfactory replay. So i was contact to your VEDIOCON service helpline no.[protected] he is note my complain with complain no.[protected]. But till not any confirmation and give satisfactory replay from both service station.

Last 12 days my mobile handset it is in your customer problem till pending not solve it means big issue in my mobile. I am requesting you please change handset and give me fresh mobile.

I am not wait more time. Other wise i will go to court against you.

    From day1 onwards the videocon dth hd service was not working. I have registered complaints with videocon dth and service engineer visited and checked and still nothing works. And I asked for refund of my new connection payment INR 1950, but the call center supervisor, manager, senior manager just hang up the phone call. When speaking with customer executive, he/she tell me that the complaint will be addressed only after 5 days, if asked why, then they simple tell "I don't why". And If when speaking with a supervisior(bhavani), he / she tell me that they will speak with service team and get back within 1 hour, after 1 hour they tell me that the service team in my area will call me and come to visit to rectify the problem, but still 15 days no one visited to resolve the problem. And later if I ask to connect the supervisior (bhavani), they tell me that she is not available in the office. When speaking to manager, he / she just hang up call. My TV lost HD capability due to videocon dth setup top and repaired it for INR 3000. And Pen drive which is used for recording in videocon dth, is not reusable with desktop / laptop, it just got struck.

      Dear sir, I have purchase vediocon washing machine model no wmv560a11dgu S.no.[protected] from mahendra enterprises balotra(raj.) On27/10/2013.after purchasing in 6 month washing spin tub not work properly.i have got complane in customer care than there are change the spin moter by vediocon service engenieer in dec.2013 &FEB.2014.IN MAY i face same problem.i have got complain in vedioco customer care on 4/6/2014 comp.no.Jod[protected] . But after many reminder engenieer mr.anis mo.no.[protected] come on18/6/2014 & said spin moter not work properly & i have change it in two days.but after15 days he will not come till today.i have talk with service center manager mr.parvej[protected] area incharge mr.jaswant[protected] mr.garauv[protected] but evety time thwy said today will be problem solved.but engeenier not come.please sir replace my washing machine.         Dear Sir/Madam, We are very sorry to say that after repeated complaints of our Refrigerator in your company there has been no result or Action taken from your Behalf. We have Purchased Refrigerator of Videocon on 23/04/13 From M/s Venus Glass & Automobiles (P) Ltd, Bhajanpura, Delhi-94. Invoice Copy is attached with the same. Since from the date of Purchase There has been problem in our Fridge; Our Fridge Cooling is not proper. Every time we had Complaint for the same, Reply is the same that Cooling will be okay nowonwards.Approx 20 Engineers have been visited for the repair but all have different Views & Different Solutions. But Sorry to say that none of them fully Rectified this Problem. Complaint Number which had been made is DEL[protected].               Hi, i have registered a complaint on Wednesday[protected] for refilling of the gas as the gas is on warranty period, no one is replying properly its been 3 days now no one has visited. our family is tolerating this weather. i have called to customer care again he replied he don't know when will be the person visit I don't expect this kind of service and reply by the employees of this fantastic company.

                My name is D.N.Gupta and my address is: 109, Neelgiri Apartments, sector 9, Rohini, New Delhi - 85. Following are the details of my TV: Model number: V 3204 Serial number: 4660866 In April, I had some operating Issues with the functioning of my TV due to which I contacted your Sector 3 Service Center (i.e. By The Name Of Digital Solutions). They took my TV for 2 Weeks And charged me INR 4700.00 for some part replacement and servicing. Unfortunately, TV stopped working after few days (May be the part that they had replaced was not an original part), for which I again called the service centre support @ Sector 3, Rohini. Now Its been almost 2 Weeks again that they still have my TV with them BUT now when I call them to check the status they behave rude And keeps on disconnecting the call. On Top Of That When I Inquired about the status of delivery from them, after repeated calls, they told me that they don't know Where my TV is? And don't know when It will get it delivered? Now Its Shocking And Pathetic not Only for Customer Service But also On The Grounds Of Responsibility.. Hope you will take this Feedback Positively And You Will Keep A Track At Your Service Center's Support. As these are the guys who takes care of after sale services and is harassing the customers. I request you to please look into this matter, As Digital Solutions(Your Service Center) At Sector 3, Rohini Delhi, Is Incapable Of Giving Me Any Information/Update about the Delivery Of My TV. I Have Already Paid for the services But didn't got my TV(in appropriate condition) yet And the Service Center Is not answering to my queries. Hope You Understand My Situation. 'I just want my TV back in good condition for which I paid for'. You can call me @ [protected] and for Your Help, I Do Have The Bill Receipt If You Want.

                  I had purchased 3 piece of videocon AC for my maahi hospital, gotri, vadodara, Gujarat on mid april 2014...on first day, external panel of one AC found damage while installing it...the person who was installing it say that it would be replaced or new AC is given after checking by videocon people...after week vedeocon people came & see the problem and told me that damaged external panel of AC will be replaced...but still today that panel was not replaced by new one...all time i called videocon service centre, they told me that new panel not come from company yet...it is about to complete 80 days, but panel not come...i surprised...I had purchesed from Himanshu sales, gotri, vadodara...I had given full payment for new AC not for damaged piece...so i request u if there is no panel in your stock, kindly replace me with new one... my complaint no: [protected]

                    I had purchased a Videocon refrigerator(VAE 243, serial no.[protected] on 09/11/2012. During the recent summers, it encountered cooling problems. On contacting the service center, an engineer (Mr.Rakesh) visited on 16/06/2014 and diagnosed it as an 'internal gas leak' problem, changed the 'Bio metal' worth Rs.550. The cooling problem still persisted. On complaining again, another senior engineer (Mr.Mohd. Imran) visited and ruled out the previous diagnosis, now diagnosing it as a mere lack of gas (Less than 2 years of purchase). The gas was refilled costing Rs.1510 and assured a guarantee of minimum 3 months, but alas the cooling still did not happen. Water bottle kept in the fridge did not cool even after 10-12 hours. Even after a third visit by Mr.Rakesh, the situation has remained the same. The probable reasons told are 1) Excessive opening of the fridge door (seems unreasonable because we are a working couple and the fridge remains untouched from 8 a.m in the morning to 6 p.m. in the evening. Upon returning, we are still unable to find a chilled water bottle, or a frozen ice tray.) 2) A probable internal gas leak, (that should be considered as a manufacturing fault, and not the consumer's.) 3) Shifting of the fridge from one position to the other.(The fridge has remained in one place ever since it has been bought.) Moreover, now my calls are not being picked up by the concerned engineer, leaving me with no option but to complain. IN LIEU OF COMPLAINT NOT BEING RESOLVED, I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE THE LEGAL COURSE. Kindly look into the matter and oblige. Regards, Dr.Vivek Tiwari. [protected]

                      i purchased a videocon tv on march 26 2014 and it stopped working after around two weeks and the person from videocon service who came to fix it was a dumb and he took three weeks to replace the tv's motherboard to fix the problem temporarily and now the tv has stopped working again i called videocon help center on jun 4 and my complaint number is ban[protected] and today is 24 june and the problem is not fixed and the area incharge of H.S.R. layout subramanium is not giving me any response he is not answering my any more i don't know what to do if this goes on i am going to file a consumer case against videocon the product is terrible i have had two major issues with it in three months and the resolution that your company people say is changing the motherboard again which i may add is only one month old changed by your company person on may 20.

                        Sir, I am purchaged VIDEOCON WM VT65H12DMA(E CODE - E16,[protected] on 07/03/2014 in VIJAY SALES kharghar br. Up to now all ready 2 times repair is done with VIDECON company person, but now also washing machine repair again on same problem. With in 3 months we get 3 times repair. after repair also digital board lighting is not properly fitting with original marking & your service person is told that the in repair time we will not getting exact digital board like while purchasing. so please take this problem on serious & replace the new product or take the washing machine & return our money. we will take another brand washing machine. we are not required this many times repairs of product with in this sort time. purchasing bill sending for your reference & cheack complaints with videocon service center. Like this products are supplying to customers, we con't suggest or reffer to any our friends or any outhers to puchage videocon brand. Please respond positively & with in short time.

                          I have purchased Videocon Tab VT 85 C Model from Poorvika Mobiles Ashok Nagar Chennai two months before.Now iam facing a problem because of over heat in my Tablet.When i approached Poorvika they told me to send the Tab to Kodambakkam service centre in chennai. and when we called to the service centre they told that they will send the tab to Noida and it will take 20 days to get back to me.Then for what purpose they had given me the service centre in Chennai. I had a complaint in my charger too .They were not at all giving good response at all. They can either replace the tab and charger to me.While we come to purchase the tab only poorvika mobile gaving a good response ato us now there was no response at all.What can i Do?

                          Hi Abhilavanya,

                          If you purchase any product from store, it is not store's responsibility to check & repair the product if it gets damaged. Instead, the service center is where all the damaged products gets repaired. Poorvika Store done their part of sending your damaged product to the service center now it is your duty to check whether the service center people are repairing it or not.

                          I'm pretty much sure you've been given the number of service center. Please call & find out what is the status of your product.

                            i purchased one 1.5 ton air conditioner vide invoice no. [protected] dtd. 10.06.2014 and got installed. however it did not cool properly and a complaint was loged. Complaint no GUR [protected] dt.17.06.2014. the service technician visited and informed that it does not have full Gas. He intimated that tomorrow Gas will be filled. now i am informed that since it was not got installed by thier engineer so they cannot help. My complaint is I was never informed that installation must be got done by their engineer otherwise they shall not be responsible even if there is manufacturing deficiency. the Gas comes company sealed.The seal is not broken .Further if there was any shortcoming while installing the entire gas should have leaked, and not 40%.                                     My Client: Sri Swapan Dutta, residing at D/50/1, Rabindra Pally, Kolkata- 700086, Mob No. [protected] I, under instruction and on behalf of my above named client do hereby write you as follows: That my client as above named purchased a Videocon LED T.V. (Model No. VJWH32HH-NFA) from one of the authorized dealer of Videocon NEXT Baghajatin” on 02.11.2013 and subsequently some technical fault resulting typical noise was found from the same. Subsequently my client intimated the same to the authorized service provider of Videocon Industries Ltd. and subsequently the men/agent of the service provider, after necessary inspection recommended replacement of the said LED T.V. for consumer satisfaction. Thereafter authorized dealer of Videocon Industries Ltd. namely “NEXT Baghajatin” having its place of business at 56, Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road, Kolkata- 700032 replaced the same LED Television set but unfortunately the same problem again started to continue in the replaced set also. Subsequently my client informed the same to the retailer namely “NEXT Baghajatin” and also the authorized service provider of Videocon but till today there is no whispering on their side regarding its solution, although several correspondence were issued from the both sides. In this content, I on behalf of my above named client do hereby request you to do the needful regarding the replaced T.V. within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice failing which my abovenamed client shall have no other alternatives than to move before the appropriate legal forum for the proper redressal holding you liable for all costs and consequences, which please note.                                       I have lodged a complaint in Vijay sales a well known vendor in Mumbai for two times in a week and till today no one has responded me from Videocon. This is a real pity on the company that an equipment is not working well just within 3months of purchase and the company is not ready to even respond and come for a check. The refrigerator's compressor is making a noise which is unbearable. This complaint is against the vendor Vijay Sales and Videocon.

                                        I Hv launched the complaint on 29 May but no one is solving the issue. Yesterday technician visited and changed the PCB worth of ₹2300 but still the problem is there. I am very disappointed with the service of this company. We have to call them more than 10times to visit at our address still they do not visit we are going to there place to get them. It seems no one is interested in solving this issue.
