My ph. no. is [protected] and i complained about the non functioning of the spin tub of my semi automatic washing machine on 22/6/2012.And the complaint was alloted to Mr.Naresh whose cel no. is [protected]. I contacted Mr.Naresh but he adamantly says that he is at far away place and not in a position to attend.He was reminded again on next working day i.e., on 23/6/2012 and again on 25/6/2012.But he didn't attend till today.
When we asked the local servicing centre the people are saying that they will send at their convienence.The local servicing centre no. is[protected].
With a good faith on functioning of the washing machine day before yesterday i purchased another washing machine through local Reliance mart.If your service towards the customer will be like this then no one would go for your products.I hope you will rectify at the earliest possible.

Battery of Inverter is faulted and is in under Gaurntee , but after contactting Company Many times From One Month , COMPANY IS NOT REPLACING BATTERY . I m Suffering this problem from One Month . Plz Help .

I have recently purchased a new AC of Videocon 1.5 ton, window 2 star on 2nd June 2012. After only 2 weeks the compressor stopped working. When i registered a complaint in Videocon they are saying it would take atleast 10 days or more to replace the compressor. in this scorching heat it is unbearable to resist the heat. Videocon asked me to contact the dealer (Big Bazaar, Ghaziabad)but dealer is asking me to contact Videocon. I dont know what to do. Please help

Subject: With out my request, subscription of some music pack did by videocon them self, in which I'm not interested, and deduction of 30.00 rupees from my balance.

With out my request, subscription of some music pack did by videocon them self on 21/06/2012 and send a massage like.
: Your subscription has been processed at Rs30.00 and will expire on 21/07/2012 07:08PM. enjoy the music. To deactivate send VM DCT to 50000.
For deactivation i immediately send massage, deactivation massage also i received. But, what about my Rs30.00, till not get added in my mobile balance. From last two days, I tried 100 times videocon customer care billing and complaint no 198 but, customer care executive always busy. in night it's not busy but not responding / If attend the call then also not talking or listening the complaint only cut the call.

I hope Videocon Prepaid mobile service department will take proper action, and help me to get me my Rs30.00 back in my balance.
One kind request Pl don't do any subscription with out my request.
I required this mob no only incoming and out going calls, not more.
I aware Service not bad but some officers are mad so, service come in problem.
I'm sure Videocon Prepaid Mobile customer care service department will help me and prove that The Videocon Prepaid mobile service is the best service, than any other mobile service in INDIA.

( 11/04/2011 फ्रीज़र बनाने के बाद SERVICE MAN ने 2120 रूपए का बिल बनाया और कहा की अगर कभी ख़राब होता है तो
एक साल फ्री बनाया जायेगा ) आज हमारा फ्रीज़र कई दिनों से बंद है और मै SMART SERVICE CENTER को फोन

I ordered a Videocon LED on Emartindia.in with order numer EMT1482301 on 25/4/2012 and it is showing that the order will be delivered in 10 working days from the order date. on contacting emartindia on the telephone number[protected], there is no response at all.
Please help me in getting my money back. I want to register my complain against them

I am videocon GSM sim user. without my request they active some special service. for past 5 days I tried to attend videocon customer care. But they did not attend my call. this problem rise many times. I write email to videocon customer care. but they did not accept my email. videocon telecom treat customer like polish. videocon telecom is fully fraud.videocon telecom service is not a telecom service. videocon telecom service is one of the public robbery .

I have placed an order for the above product but unfortunately it was broken ,I complained for it and it is been replaced but i didn't got the charges which i spent on courier

Hope my charges will be soon refunded .

Complaint no KOL[protected] was registered with Videocon on the 31st of May for AC not cooling. It was advised that with in 48 hours a service engineer will visit the residence and fix the problem. After waiting for 48 hours a call was again given and we were advised that within next 24 hours service engineer will visit. After no one came till the 4th June, I called up the customer care number and they advised that again within 24 hours someone will visit. As today also no one came I called the customer number and they said that the request has already been forwarded to the respective department in Kolkata and they will contact within 24 hours.
From 31st May till 05th June it has already been 6 days and their has been no response from Videocon team.
Request your team to kindly look into the issue urgently.

Dear Sir,

I purchased Videocon refrigerator on 21/04/2007 from Gangapur city (Rajasthan). It has six year warranty which is due till 21/04/2013 same mentioned in warranty card. On 15/05/2012 it stopped cooling, so I contacted on customer care on 16/05/2012 and one mechanic came and he told me that this is compressor problem & it need to be changed. He also told me that as it’s in warranty period so it will be changed from company side.
They took all the details like compressor serial no. and photo copy of the Bill. It’s more than 12 day still fridge not repaired.
I have called too many times as I have bills and warranty card for compressor and same has been given to company mechanic who visited our home. Everytime when I called them they told tomorrow engineer will come to replace compressor but nobody came till yet.

My name is Gajendra Singh compaint id is JAI[protected] (by mistake the wrote down rajendra sinsh insted of Gajendra Singh) i purchased a fridege&washig machine a year back.first of all i missed the warranty by 1 day,i came to know abt dat when technician from videocon Mr Ankit Sharma reached my door step on 12'th may,he straight away asked for 300rs service charge 1 time fixation(means one time payment for fixing the fridge for working condition,that's what he made me understand),he gave me the receipt and did nothing just changed the place and reset the temperature,but it did nt make any change to the situation,next day i had to call him again,he came back checked whole fridge again and told that it'll cost 700 rs for some parts,where as i asked him that u told me in start that it'ld just cost me 300 to make it correct,but he said that in that case he wo'nt be able to help me,so i agreed and paid him 700 rs the time when i asked for bill he said it'ld cost 600 rs more just billing those things,i was was just amaged,so did not tell him to bill those things,but proved to be a big mistake,till today(28 may),i call him every day he came about 3 times after that to check but all wasted i could'nt belive that a videocon certified technician could not even identify the problem and fix it,just few days back i got the number of area sales manager(Mr Vijay Ojha) he visited my fridge but i could'nt believe that he did the same just re set the temprature and went away sayin that till morning it'll start working fine,and as expected the problem is still the same,today morning when i called him i was old that my case is closed, i checked my fridge again the problem was same as it was before,i called him again this he transffered my call to some one Mr Surendra Singh who again promised me send a technician at my home by 2 O'clock . in the summer of may in rajasthan still waitin for the reliable videocon technician to fix the problem.Unbelievable it's been more then 16 days spent more then 1000rs,and problem is still the same,and still waitin for a new technician to visit my fridge.

Distributor Sarna Electronics on 18.04.2009, After buying and fitted at my home. it
did highly noise from compressor. I complained at call center and service executive
visited at home as per him the noise was window mirror in which AC was fitted after
repaired all the windows the AC is doing Noise and again I complained at call center
and again executive visited at home. He was accepted the noise of AC compressor and
the company executive was asked for 1900 rs of Compressor service charges, AC is
under 5 Years Compressor Warrenty. Kindly provide the solution I am very
dissatisfied from videocon services.

I got a sms on my mobile to recharge for Rs.10/- and get 20 local minutes free and free minutes will be credited in next 48 hours but not received the same even after 72 hours. So I called Videocon customer care for raising a complaint and was assured by one of the executive that due to system problems credits were not given and was promised that will be given once problem is resolved but was still not given so I again called customer care with the previous complaint number and was informed to consult with the local recharge dealer to call them from their demo number and if they refuse to call then dispute with them.

Very pathetic service given from the Videocon people.

i have special balance and i put rate cutter too but videocon network taking too much cost for my calls this s happening in so many times i lost nearly 200 rupees customer care peoples not returning my money and asking sorry for that but they continuing this,so wen v contact customer care again they not pick my call and not response also its hurt me so much so i want my money back or i want contact TROI to complaint against this
