Please see the compliant given below. They sail they get in touch with me shortly. For the past 15 days, I have been complaining to Videocon Mobile service provider. But no response. I think, they are cheater. I have been calling 198 Number too. But always it says, all the officers are busy and line is getting disconnected. What ever the number you try, it says all the executives are busy and line is getting disconnected. It is a fraud company. I advise, no body should take this Sim card. Every body should close this connection. Let me see and wait for 2 more days for them to re-act. Other wise, I will be going to consumer court.

Dear Sir / Madam.
I have using Videocon Sim for the past many months, for the past 2 months, I have been facing the same problem and took it up with shop person Mr.Saravanan, Paper Mills Road Opp to Apollo Pharmacy, whom I have recharged. But he did not help us. The complaint is I have charged Paying Rs.148 both in November and December and ref No i have given as above. Both the time, I have not given free talk time for that package. Rs. 30 /- worth talk value supposed to be given for that package.

Videocon Mobile — billing complaint
my vediocon mobile number is [protected]. with out permission they are deducting for love ki despensory and voice chat. I sent messages many times to 5466 to deactivate voice chat. Even then they are charging Rs.2 daily. I am not satisfied with their service. They are cheating their customers. I phoned to 121 customer care and 198 also. They assured they will deactivate it . But they are not doing so. Due to this Iam in severe depressed condition. Even I sent e-mail to them. But they are not responding . Please look into this complaint and do the needs in urgent.
