I brought a Videocon mobile phone Qurz V1425 on 18/04/11,by the request of the dealer. Because I always like Nokia. Within two months it started problems, first it start with the volume then battery etc, now with in one year it is dead.I have to buy another one from a reputed company. Even for exchange nobody is ready to buy it and even if they do, at a very very low price. I paid Rs3700/- for the mobile. I am very very disappointed by the company and its service. Who will pay my loss?

    Sir,
    I bring to your kind notice that I am a outlet retailer of Videocon Cellular.
    As on date, my EC balance of Rs. 1,300/- (Rupees one thousand and three hundred only) is still unable to EC to the valuabe Videocon customers as there is no network coverage at Madhurantagam town since June, 2012.
    In addition to this, during the end of the month of May-2012 Rs.1,000.00 (One thousand only) was paid as cash inperson to the TSM (Thiru.Palani, Telecom service Manager), Kancheepuram Division against Videocon EC amount to my account. I regret to say that no such amount was put in my EC account. Further, he is’nt responding my call at all times. His cell no.[protected].
    Therefore, total Videocon EC amount is worked out in my account is Rs.2,300.00 (Rupees two thousand and three hundred only).

      i purchase a vediocon 54 cm colour television,model no-VGS21SBVCUK from FAIR DEAL CORPORATION shahjahanpur(U.P.) after buying 5-6 month TV not working properly its inform to vediocone costumer care and service provide him many times by simran electronics in warrenty period but tv not replaced after completed warrenty period now TV in AMC period but problem continue faced him in every 2-3 month but now after write complain 30july2012 to till date no service provide him ..for maintenance service we inform to its head office by Email and circle area incharge vipin mishra and service provider APAAK g by mobile contact but warrenty period to amc period no given satisfaction so please help me in this case...i hope that u give me positive responce and take quick decision.

        Regarding this when I called Home shop 18, they told that low costs products will have such problems.
        Here I spoke with Mr Praveen at bangalore, but there is no result.

        Now I want my money back.

        Awaiting for early reply. If the matter is not solved by Monday (06 Aug 2012) then it will go to media about your quality.

          sir,i bought one videocon set modle V:-203. it is still in the warrenty. from lasr 2 months i am facing a problem. the problem is that ii is not charging.i gave it the sevice station on 18/7/12 to roshanara road sevice station.they told me that they will solve within 10 days.but after 10days when i make a call to them they just me the excuses.and after 28 days they gave back my set saying that there was no problem in the set . but when i put my mobile for charging is was not charging.i tried to contact the sevice station but all was in valid. sir i am labour class person and cannot afford so much money by again going to sevice station.my mobile number is [protected].i will be greatfull to u i[censored] solve my problem. ihope u will soon place an order to solve my problem. i will wait for ur reply. thanks

            Several call to customer care (Complaint No.- GUR[protected]) BUT NO ACTION AFTER 20 DAYS.
            I am fully harrassed by videocon company & don't advice to anyone to purchase videocon made product.

              Videocon customer service is very poor,when we have balance in our account ,they activate one or the other service .When we recieve the message saying that some service has been activated,we called the customer service to inform that and get the lost amount back........but they never pick the call.....I have used "we" because ,its not only me but so many my friends have faced same problem.........

                This is with reference to my Videocon washing Machine model Rosa Plus (VS76RLGLCNS) Serial no.[protected], Purchased on[protected] through Bill no. 12939 from Shanti Sales Corporation Faridabad.
                Since I had purchased I had logged so many calls regarding this machine which is having several problems, engineers visited at site but could not provide us satisfactory results.

                Now since one month machine was having problem of leakage and engineer had visited told us “There was dust in seal I cleaned now there is no problem when we had told us to let us check he had told we are here if you will find problem we will come again” when we started washing cloths leakage was heavy and drier motor got burnt. We logged complaint and engineer visited and replaced motor. But leakage problem was still there. I called to Mr. Pawan Sharma who is the in charge of service for North region as per my information and they had taken our machine at service center. I communicated with him to know the status of the machine and got information from him that there is leakage on drain pipe assembly and near wash tub we had ordered these parts it will take some time.

                After one week they returned machine in very worst condition leakage was much heavier than earlier and I again called to Mr. Pawan Sharma he sent an engineer who had seen machine and commented that this machine had not got any repair for a long time there was so much dirt under wash spinner which shows that nothing had been done at service center and machine got scratched during their transportation. Engineer had opened machine side drain and found pipe was not fixed properly so there was heavy leakage. He fixed pipe with some tape and shown us no leakage. After 3 days when we again checked I got leakage again. I again informed to Mr. Pawan and engineer visited with seal. He replaced the seal and shown there is no leakage.

                When at morning I put water and 2 shirts machine started leakage through drain pipe. Drier is not taking load, when we put wet cloths in drier. Drier tub is not spinning. I again talked with Mr. Pawan Sharma and he answered me that I am again calling to my team to take this machine in service center. Last time when they had taken this machine in service center they returned me machine with lot of scratches and in worst condition without resolution what he will do again, when he is saying that we will show you here in our service center washing clothes my answer is your engineer had shown me every time but what is the end result, within 2 days problem is again there in machine. What he want to say the warranty is only like chinese product check in their service center and after taking back from service center there is no warranty of the product.

                Please check all the service record of this machine since purchase. I am not getting any proper resolution from your North regional service team they had made all their efforts and failed machine is not in the condition of performance. It was my wrong decision to buy Videocon product as I had godrej washing machine since December 2000 till the date of purchase of this machine and never got a single complaint in that machine till 10 year except body got junked and sheet got end of life. Now I am totally frustrated with this machine performance, within one year this machine is having such worst condition what will be the result after warranty.
                Please do the needful and give me replacement of this piece.

                    I had purchased Videocon Mobile hand set V1665 from Home Shop18 Order No.[protected] Sub order No.40692763 Invoice No. BAR/022012/81690 Order date 21st Feb.2012.

                    Now touch screen of this hand set is not functioning, when I approached to Home Shop 18 they told me to go to th Service Centre in Vashi New

                    Mumbai when I visited the service centre which is only one service centre in Vashi Navi Mumbai, they first removed my screen guard of Rs.300/- and afterward told me to pay Rs.1500/- towards the repairing of said hand set.In fact my mobile is in warrenty period of One year. When I approach to Home Shop 18 once again they refuse to do some thing as per ther promises before purchasing the Hand sets. When I once again contacted to them the have given my email of Videocon company &
                    some contact Nos. but email is fake and contact Nos. are not working or may be fake.They also advised me to talk to Videocon and sort out the problem and also they told me that you must have broken the handset hence you have to pay as per video con's service centre demand.The person who told his name Avinash from Home Shop 18 inform me not to contact Home Shop 18 for any assistance.And also told his that HOME SHOP18 is no where responsible for warenty or any assistance in this regard.
                    Whenever I tried to contact Videocon wherever contacts of videocon is available on there website for my complaint they are not responding and HOME SHOP 18 also not responding to my complaints

                    Attrctive Offer/Discounts/ warrenty whatever shoing in advertidsement and T V is all fake

                    HOME SHOP 18 IS ITSELF IS BIGEST FROUD

                        I have a videocon washing machine , where at a sudden it stopped working at the given point of time i called up TekCare India Private limited helplile number on 13th July 2012 @8:00 PM and took the complaint number , where they told that i will receive a call with in half an hour and my complaint will be taken care with in 24hrs , but till 15th July 2012 there was no action on my complaint, where today i saw a leaflet where some person Mr. Milind came at my residence at 1:50pm the concern person came at my residense without prior information, where i have already mentioned very clearly that kindly take my request on an urgent basis , but still there was no responce from there end where i told them where clearly that we are working & we won`t be available at working hours, but no responce & giving a false commitment at every given call.

                        Kindly look in to the matter & do the needfull.

                          i am recently brought vidoecon v1544 handset (from anamika shingar sadan durg) but after using a month its disply is damaged so i request to my nearest service center(mobile shopee,akash ganga supela bhilai chhattisgarh) to replace or repair it but they said that display is not their so till now i am suffering it from last 15 days...... please help me to out from this as soon as possible.

                              From yesterday evening my cell no [protected], outgoing service has been stopped. A day before I received a message that "The service of your videocon number will be discontinued due to negative verification.please call 163 to avoid barring & to enjoy continued service." So i called 163 to know the issue, the customer care executive told me that is there any call came from us, I told no because I didn't got any call from them so they told me that THE SERVICE to your number will not be affected, don't worry, Then why my outgoing service is been stopped please start it immediately.

                                I am a student,and i had bought a videocon refrigerator(little master) from the next store in vidyaranyapura bangalore 97, The freezer box got punctured and i made a complaint to the customer care, their engineer came just once and assured that within day or two the refrigerator will start working but till the date no one from the customer care and the next outlet is bothering to take the complaint seriously ,the refrigerator is under warranty. i am totally harrased as i have made multiple complaints to the next outlet but still no action has been taken till the date.. they just open my call for complaint and within a day or two the call gets closed by itself. I have made a big mistake by opting for videocon.
                                Complaint Numbers:

                                1)BAN[protected] to be serviced by engineer N Raju contact no:[protected] ,the call was opened on 21/05/2012, and got closed by itself on 22/05/2012.

                                2)BAN[protected], to be serviced by engineer Raju, the call was opened on 27/05/2012, and got closed by itself on 28/05/2012.

                                3)BAN[protected], to be serviced by engineer Thyagaraj, call was opened on 29/05/2012 and got closed by itself on 29/05/2012


                                I have registered many complaints regarding thje same issue in the next retail centre but till the date no action has been taken.
                                The same process is going on from the last 4 months

                                  MY lcd TV OF VIDEOCON BOUGHT 2 YEARS BACK, and the keys dont work after it is switched on once, means it hangs. Called the customer care they say that the card is faulty and the full card will be replaced for Rs 3000/ I want to know wether the life of a videcon LCD IS ONLY 2 YEARS . they cant repair the card, that has to go to the company , just changing of a component will be Rs 3000/ is this the service?just change the card and etract money from the customer, my local made lcd of LLOYD BOUGHT AN YEAR BEFORE this TV is working better and no such problem has been reported, so i suggest to all the customers in India not to buy videocon products

The Flash messages are the real problem for unwanted subscription. Please provide a better solution to block such flash messages. I am working person I am not able to figfht with you. totally you are cheating to the customers. your services are very very very bad. today morning 6.44 am I had one unwanted supscription. totay you should rectify ths problem and reverse my deduting amount. if not I will give written complaint against you network and I will surrender our 150 connecton of our office nos.

I contacted Mr.Naresh but he adamantly says that he is at far away place and not in a position to attend.He was reminded again on next working day i.e., on 23/6/2012 and again on 25/6/2012.But he didn't attend till today.

                                      With a good faith on functioning of the washing machine day before yesterday i purchased another washing machine through local Reliance mart.If your service towards the customer will be like this then no one would go for your products.I hope you will rectify at the earliest possible.
