I have Purchased a videocon V1675 mobile on 23/04/2010 as it is mentioned that it is a Dual Sim Dual Standby phone and if i am busy on Sim1 i will get calls on Sim2 but it is not happening. i have checked on Videocon website and V1675 brouchure there also they have mentioned that it will work.

I have asked in their service centre and they say that it wont work.

If this is the way companies are going to cheat...

I had purched one ton split AC brand videocon . during installation time copper tube damage and running time abnormal sound coming in AC outer unit I had informed customerf care 2 time but still now not any communication.

We are continuously giving complaints for semi automatic videocon washing machine which is under warranty period.the first official complaint was given on 06/04/10 . Technician from the company came after 3 days and said that he will replace the drier motor within 3 days.But till now inspite of regular complaints given to the company almost on daily basis no one is responding and only giving assurance.

Myself Sandeep Barwal from New Delhi. We had a Kelvinator Split AC. Just in Feb. 2010 I did its AMC (HCP No: 036724, Plan Price: 2206).
On 1st April 2010, I had booked a complaint to customer care regarding out Compressor as it was not working. Compressor itself is under warrenty and I had its AMC also.
Till today no one from customer care is responding to our problem and I daily calling to them,...

I had log a complaint for repairing my Vediocon washing machine.On last saturday a person came from
HI-TECH SERVICES B-14,Sector-64,NOIDA Ph.No.[protected] Mobile [protected].
they have charged Rs 280 as the service charges and told me that somebody will come to pick the washing machine ,it will go for repair and will be back in 3 to 4days.But since then no body has turned up and even hey are not picking...
