First thing do not buy these scrap (LCD TV) from SANSUI. They are selling these scrap for money. This is my own experience with SANSUI and Reliance hypermart, Bangalore. No service, no custome care at all. I never buy SANSUI products in my life. I am also suggesting my friends to stay away from SANSUI products.

If kelvinator can not provide service support for their own sold products, then I guess they should stop their production.

I am a regular user of LG like AC, FRIDGE AND MICROWAVEOVEN but on 20.10.2009 i noticed some problem in microwaveoven. I lodged a complain about at your call centre and got the complain ID no.C09A2123045.The call centre people assured me that the technician will contact you and take your time for repairing.But there was no call from your local service centre, I have made repeated call to the local service centre at jabalpur tel no.[protected] and the same reply they are giving from 10.00 AM in the morning of 21.10.2009 till 6 pm ( technician has left the centre for your complain).At 2 pm I call the local centre already mentioned to give me a time so that I can stay at my home to receive the technician but the said madam replied in a different manner that she cannot give me a time . I have taken a leave today to get the oven repaired.Again I call the local no.[protected] and requested him to give a time but he expressed his inability.I have decided to publish the matter in local news paper to bring the matter to the knowledge of the LG officials.

Hi , we have purchased a semiautomatic videocon washing machine ( model no : dolphin v c s 6b ) on 8oct 2008 from a jaipur dealer .

We are been feed up of the product from the day purchased . we have complained several times at the customer care , the water does not stops in the

Every time the service engineer person comes up and does some thing in the machinery back side , at that time for a while the things get fine but after a day of so

My vedeocon washing machine is not working . I gave a complaint to customer care service no [protected] on 15.02.10. They informed me with in 24 hours their technician will be visiting my residance. They gave me complaint no vik[protected]. After waiting three daya again i made call to them. They appolised and said soon they will send the technician. After that almost everyday i made a calls to them and used to here same answer from them. on 1st march-2010 they told that, they have cancelled mycomplaint and taken new complaint with out giving any reason. Even after that also nobody called and visited my place. Now please advise me how to proceed further

Vedeocon Refrigirator — Refrigirator compressor failed

Dear Sir / Mam,
I purchaged a vedeocon refrigirator model D 245 DX from Galaxy, GOPALA PATNAM, VISAKHAPATNAM on 25/04/2008 and the same became defective on 14/04/2009.

Complaint lodged wth complaint no. VAI- [protected] and VAI-[protected]. Company service engineer attended and advised to send to service center for compressor replacement.

The same defective refrigirator handed over to service center QUALITY ENGINEERING, TSN COLONY, VISAKHAPATNAM. They assured it will be completed and returned by 25/04/09.

But still now my refrigirator not made ready and telling they don't have stock of compressor and they need some more indefinate time.

If my equipment can't serve me in summer, there is no meaning and a service with indefinae time is useless.

I request you to take some solid steps against service dealer from whom customer get frustrated.
