Hello!. I need a link or something for my vna 200t washing machine outer body. Please help.
I know how to replace it myself but does not have any source to buy it. The old body is rusted but the machine is working fully. Please help me buy a machine body for my washing machine.

I m not a customer of d2h but my contact numbet is wrongly attatched with the above id..i want to remove my number as i m getting unwanted calls from d2h... their customer care is helpless in my case...worst company and illiterate staff..

My customer id is 88587147 since last few days i am facing following problems with videocon d2h :
I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When i changed channel to ‘star plus’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some "sun tv" and this is happening for more than few other channels too.
Other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, i think this might be the problem of channel mismatch, operator opt to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount. When there's a technical error from the service provider; its unfair to charge customer on service charge. This problem is due to technical fault of the software. Request the concerned team to look into this and respond at the earliest..

Have spoken to Customer care multiple times. They themselves doesn't know what's the issue. either they put me on hold or just disconnects the calls. If i don't get any response within 24 hrs; will disconnect and switch to other.

My Videocon Refrigerator service request ( LP[protected] is open for the past 2 months. The request for service was raised on 15/06/2022. The engineer came to visit on the same day, checked the refrigerator for replacements and told us that he will visit again with parts after 2-3 days. It's going to be two months now and his 2-3 days are still not over. I have been trying to get the progress from customer care but all i get from them is that they have escalated my complaint to higher authority. They even didn't have given me the complaint number on text or mail saying that they are not authorised to send me the complaint details and if i want i can write down the complaint number and proceed on my own with that.

I request here that whichever the recharges I have done on the deactivated account after the deactivation please refund the same.

Our videocon AC was not working so we called the videocon team. The technicians visited our place in the month of May and checked the AC. They said some part is gone bad so they have to order it afterwards the AC can be fixed. They also asked for the visiting charges. We center at first cause they were not providing any receipt or acknowledgement. But they made us talk with their senior who said that as per their company policy we have to pay the charges even if the issue is unresolved. Also assured that the repair work would be closed within 2 days however its more than 2 months and the issue is still unresolved. E have even sent an email to their customer service but then also nothing happened.

Customer Care provide wrong customer ID on which we have done Videocon D2H and now we asked then to change ID since it was mistake from there side but no solution yet.

I have taken new Videocon dth connection but the local vendor has given me with basic Marathi pack. I have called customer care multiple times they told me that our engineer will come and change the set up box but nobody is responding after numerous complaints.

Dish was not working from 25 June 2022, complain was registered on 28th until now its not working,

I have purchased a Videocon washing Machine model no - WM VS85P18 VIRAT VLTIMAT Now its not working and after complaint service man and pay 420 service charge and saying that spin motor warrantee period 2 year only. But during the purchasing time confirmed me its warrantee period 5 years. Haw its possible and confusing statement form the dealer side.

After that it was updated till 15 june 2022at 23:22:51am at air lgbi ap tmo where it was shown as dispatched but till now its been 7days no update is there in the india post portal.. It is really very important article for me..

This is to inform you that on 29th may i have purchased sime items from Bally, Howrah, West Bengal relience smart shop but during payments at counter through Indusland credit card the payments was showing pending so on request i made anotger payment through the same credit card & this is time it is successfull.1st payments which shown unsuccessful at counter later it is also debited from my account.
I have contacted with the shop manager but he is not giving me any possitive solutions. Plz look into the matter and do the needful asap.

After every 3 4 months videocon d2h Disconnected Our services and told us that u have to book technician for Checking and every time they ask 200rs for technician Fees. This is totally wrong.
Videocon D2h is a fraud company.

From Past 2 weeks many channels, mostly HD, Music Channels, Sports channels and ID giving an error of no signal, but others are working. Tried everything but no improvement. The amount deducted as per selected channels. Total Waste of money. This company Videocon d2h completely cheating with customers. They change the amount of channel every then and now, services are very poor. customer care people don't know anything.
Who gonna resolve these issues. They just call and harass customers but no resolution. We are paying for package but we are getting nothing. Please do something
