Dear service provider,

Please note that from last 6 months I am not able to see more of channels in my D2H set of box like no movie, no news, no social channel too.

Now from last 4 days getting a message 'signal not available'.

I sent an email got an automated response.

I called the customer care number, after 15 mins wait I managed to speak with one of the customer care executive. Explained the issue she not able to resolve it.

I asked her to raise a complaint regarding it.

Today I received a call that I need to pay Rs 200 as service charge for engineer visit. So that he/she can check and resume the service.

I spoke with Customer Care executive about the service charge she told me I have to pay. She forwarded my call to senior for help, he unable to help. I requested for a manager, he transferred the call 'Vijay Chauhan' he told me that he is floor supervisor. He asked me the issue, I explained the issue to him again which supposed to be there on his system.

I requested him as he is unable to help, kindly refund the money and closed the account. I will ask 'hathway' or 'Ariltel' for connection as they do not charge Andy service charge or for any faculty parts in d2d

He told me that he will escalate my issue further however with me paying money he don't think that issue will resolve.

He also said that closing my account is not the solution and can not process the refund.

I told him that I already paid for your service and done the recharge of Rs3000. If there is any service issues they need to fix it, why they are charging it again.

I asked for nodal officer number, he gave the number as '[protected] ' which is not working. I asked for his supervisor, he told me that he is busy and can not talk right now. Asked for his name he refused stated that will receive a a call after 1 hour.

I told him that I will wait on this call, he disconnected the call

Please think if you are the customer of D2H service and you may force to pay Rs200/- for same service again & again then what you feel or what you can do.

Here's what I think that you guys running a scam now, once customer recharge it then disconnect the service and asked for extra charges. If customer wants to leave it ask for refund denied it stated that not possible.

IS IT NOT A FRAUD TO CUSTOMER?

    We have purchase one TV of Videocon on 29th October 2016 with 5 year warranty but despite our repeated complaints to the Company and Dealer no one is coming to get the TV repaired. We are feeling cheated by the Company.

      Hi,

      This is regards to complaint which was raised in the month of March and is still not resolved.

      We had register a complaint of our Videocon Smart TV. The issue was that TV was getting restarted on its own. After registering a first complaint, a technician had visited our place and had mentioned the issue was with the motherboard and the costing for the motherboard was 4000. By next week we had confirmed the technician to replace the existing motherboard which Philips motherboard.
      Another technician visited our place to fix the Philips motherboard. However he left the work halfway and said that he will be visiting tomorrow again as he forgot the remote control of Philips motherboard.

      Since then we have been following up multiple times with the technician also have registered complain on the call centre multiple Times still no technician have come to fix the issue. Now the television which was in working condition is not working anymore as the technician left his job halfway.

      I have attached copy of the receipt that I received from the technician on his first visit. We have been following up on this multiple Times and this time we're escalating the issue if no response then we will go ahead with the police complaint. We have contact number of both the technicians as well as they receive from vedant service.

        I had purchased a Videocon tv on 29/10/2016. In december 2019, i raised a complaint and on 29/12/2019, one of their representative visited my home and provided a job card and charged me Rs 900. Even after following up several times in past 16 months, TV is not repaired yet.

          When enter mobile number on videocon d2h site for login, it says mobile number is not registered. But when enter customer id and request OTP The OTP didn't receive.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I'm a regular customer of Videocond2h having customer ID.47511825 Yesterday I requested to close my Mirror Account temporarily for 3 months and I was informed that Rs.25 will be deducted for the said purpose. But sorry to say that more than 200 rupees have been deducted which is not at all justified. I didn't get a solution after calling Customer Care Executive. Completely disappointed to this kind of service.

              I have D2H RF STB with RF remote. It's a bit of a surprise that when it was installed the service engineer just off the record told me that sometimes the STB loses its pairing with remote.

              For last several months it worked fine. However since last few weeks, every few days the STB - RF Remote pairing is lost and I have to manually pair it up.

              This is a lot of inconvenience as it suddenly after a few days randomly loses pairing.

              I wanted to try master reset but the system is locked. All I can do it press the reset button on STB and pair it again.

              Does D2H have any permanent solution to this issue? Is so please comment below and provide a solution.

                I am trying to disconnect my D2H services, but not able to do so. The call center stated that I need to login to the website and do it. This is really ridiculous.

                  I have raised the complaint regarding my Videocon LED TV, It is under warranty.
                  After Engineer's visit on 15th Jan 2020, the Part is showing approved. But till now part has been dispatched.
                  I call every alternate day to know the revised status but revived the same answer from customer care that part has been approved and will be dispatched.

                  COMPLAINT ID - LP[protected], dated 8th Jan 2020.

                  My TV is not working for the past 476 days and it should be repaired on priority rather leaving it unattended for months.

                  Worst experience!

                            I am having trouble with my Videocon D2H box like "c14 :smart card not paired with box" and i called customer care they said they are processing something from there end and nothing happened, than they told me that Technician need to visit and charge 200 rupees. If they repeatedly do same thing with other customers like me, it's a big benefit for Videocon and every Indian who has Videocon they has to pay the amount and think how much amount will they earn. Please help us to stop such thing

                            I have recharged my connection after 3 months as exams of my kids were going on

                            This is for the second time it's happening and they are asking for 200/- again

                            This is a malpractice

                              Videocon d2h suffering on me to automatically activated channel without our knowledge. And my recharge dates reduced 30day to 20 days.
                              And we call customer care center inform remove that channel on our package request to end the call.again new channel activated our packages. Customer care services is very worst and cheated Service providers.
                              Kindly nobody purchase unworthy product and poor customer care services.

                                I recharged my d2h account by Videocon D2h infinity app through Kotak Bank Net banking for which amount was debited from my bank account but wasn't credited to my d2h account. I tried contacting customer care but that wasn't of much help either.
                                please rectify my problem as soon as possible.
