Dear service provider,
Please note that from last 6 months I am not able to see more of channels in my D2H set of box like no movie, no news, no social channel too.
Now from last 4 days getting a message 'signal not available'.
I sent an email got an automated response.
I called the customer care number, after 15 mins wait I managed to speak with one of the customer care executive. Explained the issue she not able to resolve it.
I asked her to raise a complaint regarding it.
Today I received a call that I need to pay Rs 200 as service charge for engineer visit. So that he/she can check and resume the service.
I spoke with Customer Care executive about the service charge she told me I have to pay. She forwarded my call to senior for help, he unable to help. I requested for a manager, he transferred the call 'Vijay Chauhan' he told me that he is floor supervisor. He asked me the issue, I explained the issue to him again which supposed to be there on his system.
I requested him as he is unable to help, kindly refund the money and closed the account. I will ask 'hathway' or 'Ariltel' for connection as they do not charge Andy service charge or for any faculty parts in d2d
He told me that he will escalate my issue further however with me paying money he don't think that issue will resolve.
He also said that closing my account is not the solution and can not process the refund.
I told him that I already paid for your service and done the recharge of Rs3000. If there is any service issues they need to fix it, why they are charging it again.
I asked for nodal officer number, he gave the number as '[protected] ' which is not working. I asked for his supervisor, he told me that he is busy and can not talk right now. Asked for his name he refused stated that will receive a a call after 1 hour.
I told him that I will wait on this call, he disconnected the call
Please think if you are the customer of D2H service and you may force to pay Rs200/- for same service again & again then what you feel or what you can do.
Here's what I think that you guys running a scam now, once customer recharge it then disconnect the service and asked for extra charges. If customer wants to leave it ask for refund denied it stated that not possible.
IS IT NOT A FRAUD TO CUSTOMER?
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
