Manufactured: APRIL 2016
Company Contact:[protected] and[protected]

I Bought this TV from USHA Electronics Titwala Kalyan 421605. In year September 2016. I had this TV with 3 years warranty.

September 2018:

I found the TV had started showing black patches on Screen. I raised the complaint at Videocon complaint no: THA[protected] which was address by Videocon service center guy from Yogesh Service Center Thane. He took Rs. 1, 040 and signed a form stating remark to replace the panel withing 48 hours.

October 2018:

I raised the complaint again no. THA[protected] stating service was not provided.

November 2018:

Videocon had shut its customer care[protected] and the service centers Yogesh Service Center Thane.

I was not provided any service center number or customer care number for contact from company.

October 2019:

I got a call from unknown number [protected] stating Videocon service center had been started. Call customer care[protected] to get help.

In between this years my house was flooded with water wherein all document of my TV are lost.

September 2019:

I raised my complaint on customer care[protected]. with no. [protected]VCLCD110092. But no service was provided and my complaint was cancelled with no remarks

Here the cutomer care said to me that your previous complaint numbers wont be considered since we donot have any old data in our system.

I have an question, if the company dint had old data then how they have let a person call me after an year?

December 2019: complaint no: [protected]VCLE110002

January 2020: complaint no. [protected]VCLE110009

February 2020: complaint no. [protected]VCLE110003

Since September 2019 i an continuously following them each day so i can get my TV repaired or replace by the company, I even got a minor heart attack while talking to customer care he had a rude behavior. My kids are suffering a lot emotionally and some time I agree I shout to them since I can afford to buy new TV.

I am really frustrated, emotionally, mentally and physically by the treatment of Videocon.

Please help me to get justice.

        The spelling of the account name (first name only) is wrong. Please correct the first name from SPARSHA to ESPERANCA
        I had asked your agent via call to do so but he said I could do this via d2h app but I can't find any options to do. Hence, please do the needful and confirm once completed.

        Also, I have recently changed my RTN but I am still receiving calls from D2H on this old number. Please stop this immediately as I have updated the new number. AND DELETE the OLD NUMBER FROM YOUR RECORDS.

          Dear sir
          I have purchased refrigerator model 190 ltr before 4 year and now there is problem vthe cooling system and compressar not working it under warranty so I have been a loyal customer for 4 year and have always been perfectly satisfied and happy with my purchase this is the first time something like this has happened with one of your products.
          I mean hoping that you my be able to send me a replacement product.
          I have already 26 day waiting over passion
          I will waiting for only 7 day you will not resolved my problem then take a legal action for consumer court...

              Hi, I am a videocon d2h user Since 8+ years, i am facing lot Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

              my disappointment it has happened again and again !

              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution and find Root cause of the issue. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h tired tired. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min), ask repeated questions. Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back.

              Now i am so irritated, that i even don't want to use their services at all but unfortunately i have chosen long term package invested money in buying their useless products. Please give me waiver. Save our money.

                Booked a HD set up box with RF remote through d2h infinity app but still can't able to get the installation or any call from the technicians.                       I'm Aswani Kumar Singh main complain ki thi 7April ko split AC ka jiske baad.company ka technician visit ki 1 week k baad. Or AC ko check kar k baatay ki AC ka compressor kharab hai.. Too use change Karna hoga.. So Mera product compressor warranty me hai.. So main bola ki change kar do too usane bola ki company jab day gii too change ho jaye gaa.. Main bola ki kab tak compressor change ho paye gaa too because bahut jaad garmi hai too techinican me bola ki hardly 7 days me ho jaye gaa... So main wait kiya...
                      And aaj tak yain average 4 months ho gaya.. Or jab vi phone karta hu too bolate hai ki 2day wait kar lijiy Aapko approval me jaye gaa..
                      Compressor ka.. Or nahi Mila Jab main 1000time phone kiya or email vi kiya but unka Koi positive response nahi rha and finally aaj jab phone kiya too unhone loge me ignore kar diya ..
                      Jab vi phone karta hu or unke senior department se vi 1000time baat kiya but unka vi Koi response nahi taa...
                      Sir aap se request hai.. Please problem ko slove kijiy aabhut jaada garmi hai... Jab puara summer nikal jaye gaa too compressor lye kar Kay karu gaa.. Company ka Koi response nahi... Same dialogue approval Mila jaye gaa 2 3 din me... Yahi karte karte 4 months ho gaya...

                          I bought a remote about 3 months ago. But within 3 months it is not working and changed a new one. The dealer charged Rs.375/- whereas the company rate is only Rs.275/- .When I complained to customer care, they do not want to listen and disconnected. Most discourteous.

                            Sir I am customer of videocon D2H.My videocon id is[protected] and my register number is [protected] which I have registered with videocon.I dont want any call from any company thats why I have registered my number for DND service but from videocon I am receiving too much calls on daily basis. 29 number has been blocked by me of videocon but every time they use new number. The snapshots which I have attached you can check from them how many numbers I have blocked. they can call their customers but they should also check for those customers who has activated DND service. I told them so many times that I dont want any call from your side.This is my humble request to you please do the needful.

                                Hi All,
                                We bought Videocon Tv just its a very old and renowned company. we saw its TV from our childhood. But current experience shows 'Old is never gold, it loses its images as it grows.

                                last week I called customer care to repair my Videocon tv, the issue is 'Backlight issue', they didn't communicate that they will send the technician from 3rd party and the 3rd party technician will provide their own bill, not company. if something wrong happens again with my TV within the next 1-2 week, then who will take care of this. How do I know the authenticity of the technician.

                                The person visited my place, he wasn't good at all, after repairing my TV, the picture clarity was very bad to patches on the inside TV sheet. That I need to clean, Technician hasn't tried to clean it. thereafter I asked for the company bill, he refused to provide me. I told him to repack my TV and don't want to repair it from you. He repacked but in a very manner. Personally say, my local Tv repairer is much good than sooo called company technician.

                                Most important thing he destroyed my TV part as revenge. that I refused to repair my TV by him. Now my TV is totally a waste. and when I called customer care again, the lady on call started shouting at me.

                                Is this aftersales service provided by Videocon. Why such a big brand left their customers like this. Nobody is here to care about your product. at the time sales, the company are doing big promises and show the customer is king. But when the product goes out from the company/ showroom. nobody cares.

                                Seriously I am unhappy with the customer care and the service provided by leftover Videocon.

                                  This is with regards to my d2H connection under customer ID – 69098694 & my name is - Arun PR Krishnan.

                                  I had raised multiple complaint regards to my IR remote change 2 weeks back. I have been continuously chasing with customer support to get it resolved. Always the response from the support team, the issue is still open. Hope your team will understand how difficult it is during this pandemic situation without any TV.

                                  Only one option left for me. Either quit the service & send a final email to the Nodal team. I hope my issue will get resolved this time. I had also tried the Nodal phone mentioned in the website. [protected], number itself invalid.

                                  As per the complaint redressal process mentioned in https://www.d2h.com/consumer-corner/complaint-redressal-process ‘no complaint, except billing related complaints referred to in clause (c), shall remain unresolved beyond seventy two hours.’

                                  Only one option left out for me now, reaching TRAI's call centre at[protected] /[protected]@trai.gov.in.

                                  Kindly look into this on priority to resolve this issue.

                                      Please note that from last 6 months I am not able to see more of channels in my D2H set of box like no movie, no news, no social channel too.

                                      Now from last 4 days getting a message 'signal not available'.

                                      I sent an email got an automated response.

                                      I called the customer care number, after 15 mins wait I managed to speak with one of the customer care executive. Explained the issue she not able to resolve it.

                                      I asked her to raise a complaint regarding it.

                                      Today I received a call that I need to pay Rs 200 as service charge for engineer visit. So that he/she can check and resume the service.

                                      I spoke with Customer Care executive about the service charge she told me I have to pay. She forwarded my call to senior for help, he unable to help. I requested for a manager, he transferred the call 'Vijay Chauhan' he told me that he is floor supervisor. He asked me the issue, I explained the issue to him again which supposed to be there on his system.

                                      I requested him as he is unable to help, kindly refund the money and closed the account. I will ask 'hathway' or 'Ariltel' for connection as they do not charge Andy service charge or for any faculty parts in d2d

                                      He told me that he will escalate my issue further however with me paying money he don't think that issue will resolve.

                                      He also said that closing my account is not the solution and can not process the refund.

                                      I told him that I already paid for your service and done the recharge of Rs3000. If there is any service issues they need to fix it, why they are charging it again.

                                      I asked for nodal officer number, he gave the number as '[protected] ' which is not working. I asked for his supervisor, he told me that he is busy and can not talk right now. Asked for his name he refused stated that will receive a a call after 1 hour.

                                      I told him that I will wait on this call, he disconnected the call

                                      Please think if you are the customer of D2H service and you may force to pay Rs200/- for same service again & again then what you feel or what you can do.

                                      Here's what I think that you guys running a scam now, once customer recharge it then disconnect the service and asked for extra charges. If customer wants to leave it ask for refund denied it stated that not possible.

                                      IS IT NOT A FRAUD TO CUSTOMER?

                                        We have purchase one TV of Videocon on 29th October 2016 with 5 year warranty but despite our repeated complaints to the Company and Dealer no one is coming to get the TV repaired. We are feeling cheated by the Company.
