Hi Sir/Madam,

On Nov 9, 2021, I had applied to new connection using site "https://www.d2h.com/" and also had done payment for the connection.

On successful online transaction below is some of information displayed which was displayed on the website.

Issue: I did not receive any call from technical department of the company regarding installation.
When I called customer care, they are not able to make out anything from the transaction detail shared above. Customer care was asking to call on other customer care numbers.

I feel like cheated since have made online payment and have not received the connection.

Resolution expected: Provide the d2h connection alongwith antenna which was promised as part of online request or refund my money back.

d2h site do not have any way of tracking the online requests which is unexpected from such a well known company.

    By mistake I recharged my old d2h id[protected]Reg Num - [protected]) which has been deactivated & stopped working please transfer the balance on my new connection d2h (ID[protected] ; Reg Num - [protected])
    The recharge has been done through Google pay for rupees 1105/- on 2nd Oct 2021 i am facing problem please help me with this contact number - [protected] or [protected]

      Actually I have done videocon d2h recharge for my television an amout of 609 rupees through net banking from the website on 01-11-21 night. Payment has already debited from my account but recharge of my television till yet not completed. So kindly I want to get a refund of the amount I have paid.

          3 months before, 2 executives visited my home to check problem in videocon ac, they found some issue in outer unit. They removed circuit board and took along that for further investigation. In 2 weeks, they confirmed, issue is with circuit board, they will replace.
          On 11th August, they confirmed part is approved. But today after 2.5 months also, we haven't got any part and nobody visited. Whenever calling customer care, they says they don't know about fixed timeline but you'll get soon. Even they can't confirm whether we will get in two months or 6 months.
          I don't know where to complaint and how to raise further.

            Sir I am having a d2h connection and my mobile no. Is registered but your telemarketing calls are irritating me badly. Daily 5-10 calls come continuously unless I receive the call and they force me to talk with them about promotional offers. it is not good for someone peace please try to stop it.               i have registered complain no[protected].now one week passed but videocon d2h did not provide signal after recharge.Also a person without authentication received Rs 500 and told me that he will contact me after day. Company have given my contact number to this person but he receive money and d2h is not repair till now.I continuously calling to customer service center but i did not find any solution

              I am surprise to see that management are worry about solution who sitting at Noida .i got three phone calls about problem but nobody working at ground level.it takes about 21 days to finish work.One technician changed complete wiring in my house but no solution then second time same technician told me about fault in dish antina .Now problem find in camera of antina. It seems that they misguided us to make payment.Finally resolve problem. thank you INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINS FORUM

                    Dear sir my name is srikant kumar rath. I am a subscriber of Videocon d2h. Randomly channels are stop/errors, when I call customer service they said ok we will reset of your setup box. And if channels are not available/coming they said ok we will send to you technicians and charges for visiting 200 it’s a mentally/money harassment to me in last 3 months.please do needful actions.

                        In past 25 days I haven't check any of your website or app but yet suddenly rangamacha vas channel is get activated.which I haven't request ed to you and due to that my recharge get over early within 20 days and my pack valu get increase from 270 to suddenly above that 350rs this is rediculous.for your benefits you are changing pack internally without customer concern.this is fraud.

                            Every three months there is technical problem and I am made to pay visiting fees of 200, which is unethical. I have paide this twice in last 5 months. No proper support from the customer care executive. Not able to raise a complaint for this in the company. Executives says there is consumer redressal mechanism in place, he just has a guideline which says collect 200 for visiting charges for any technical issues. I don't know how many have paid this 200 repeatedly. Request to resolve issue and refund for the technical charges paid as it is unethical.customer id is 64353617

                                    Hello team,
                                    A technician who visited my house from Videocon raised a complaint for my videocon fridge by my number [protected] on 17th Aug 2021. This request was for a spare part which got approved on the same day. However the part is still not dispatched.
                                    Everytime I call customer care they are assuring that this has been escalated and you need not to call again.
                                    Technician who visited my place just looked for 5 minutes and just charged me the visit charge and went. From that day I am struggling to get a response when my fridge will get repaired.
                                    I am not getting any positive response so looking for support.

                                        Videocon d2h customer handling team is non professional and don't even know basics of customer handling skills. I have had a worst experience with there team. They are just focused about generating extra revenues from customers rather then getting the complaint resolved.
                                        I have multiple d2h connections and have recently faced some issue with one stb at my home, I called customer service to resolve the issue, customer care representative couldn't get the same resolved. STB was working, power was fine, signal strength was as per requirement, but they weren't able to understand so referred the complaint to local service engineer on extra charges. I agreed to pay the extras because wanted to resolve the issue asap. Engineer visited, checked the stb, reinserted the smart card restart the stb, but problem was still not resolved. He spoke to someone over call in front of me and declared stb faulty. And asked me to pay extras for stb replacement.
                                        I again checked with customer service saying stb has some smart card issue and why should i pay for stb replacement, but instead of resolving they are suggesting to buy a upgraded stb. What a poor customer focused team.
                                        I asked them to write a email to me and mention the extra charges what they want me to pay, but they are not even doing the same.

                                        This was literally a worst experience i have ever had with customer handling team.
