Videocon d2h customer handling team is non professional and don't even know basics of customer handling skills. I have had a worst experience with there team. They are just focused about generating extra revenues from customers rather then getting the complaint resolved.
I have multiple d2h connections and have recently faced some issue with one stb at my home, I called customer service to resolve the issue, customer care representative couldn't get the same resolved. STB was working, power was fine, signal strength was as per requirement, but they weren't able to understand so referred the complaint to local service engineer on extra charges. I agreed to pay the extras because wanted to resolve the issue asap. Engineer visited, checked the stb, reinserted the smart card restart the stb, but problem was still not resolved. He spoke to someone over call in front of me and declared stb faulty. And asked me to pay extras for stb replacement.
I again checked with customer service saying stb has some smart card issue and why should i pay for stb replacement, but instead of resolving they are suggesting to buy a upgraded stb. What a poor customer focused team.
I asked them to write a email to me and mention the extra charges what they want me to pay, but they are not even doing the same.

This was literally a worst experience i have ever had with customer handling team.

        I have done recharge on 20th August 2021 Rs 460. Unfortunately I did on old Customer I'd[protected].

        I raised the issue to Customer Care on 20th August itself. But transfer process and support person is not responding properly. Since 20th August they are saying wait for 8 hours and 24 hours and so on.

          This is regarding Videocon D2h Pathetic service. As I was out of town and when I came back then I have recharged my D2h on 18-Aug-2021 and since then I'm getting no signal issue on my TV screen. I have checked all the wires and its properly connected and there are no climatic issues which can disturb the signals.
          The day I recharged the D2h, I was able to see some random channels including some HD channels which by the way I have NOT selected in my pack. Channel signals are very poor so I wasn't able to watch TV even for 2 hours. And now my recharge is about to end as it got wasted with this no signal issue from last 1 week.

          When I complained about this in D2H customer service then executives don't respond properly and disconnects the call without listening to our problem.
          When I called again then they keep on telling for the service engineer who will charge Rs 200 for his visit. Why would I pay 200 for a poor service that's even not a fault from my end. It seems you guys only need to snatch money from your customers. This is unacceptable.
          I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously I am thinking of moving to another service provider.

          Please respond to my complaint (CUSTOMER ID=[protected], Name- Sandeep Singh) and resolve this issue ASAP with refund for my wasted recharge. Otherwise I will wait till my subscription expires and would end this useless connection with Videocon because of your pathetic service.

            I have made payment for a new connection from D2h app and received a msg with order Id. But now when inquired with the customer care they mentioned that they have not received the payment.

              Last two months d2h add unnecessary channels like active music etc to my d2h account having Customer ID : 8702917
              My 1 month pack amount is 250 but they add channel and charge 350 without my permission they are doing scam with people i know but people who don't know about this they pay extra money i want that consumer court take strict action against d2h and i want my 200 rupees back 😡

                My videocon customer ID is[protected]. Last due date as per their information was 13.8.2021. So I paid the amount for Rs.804 for 3 months. { Rs, 268 p.m * 3 804. on 12th August 2021. But still they say the amount not credited till date. They disconnected my account. I sent the Bank details as per their instruction via self help through their net. Still they said the amount not credited their account. Please help me

                    Their engineer un-necessarily changed my adapter. Even after changing the adapter, problem is not resolved. Now they will change another item. Clearly shows they just want to dupe their customers for quick money.

                    When I raised the issue with customer support and asked to refund the money lying in my account, THEY SIMPLY REFUSED AND SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

                    Now, if a company is trying to dupe you and you want to be associated with them, you have no choice and they will forfeit the money? Seriously? is their any law or not for this day-light robbery?

                      I am Videocon D2H customer and have been using the connection for few years. I have these 3 major issues that keeps repeating.

                      1.My account is being activated with a new channel called 'Cine Active' without my notice. And this is not the first time this is happening. Is this ethical business.

                      2.Moreover everytime I try to login to my account I get an error message that my RTN or email id is not in their record, while customer care people very well acknowledge my details. Is this some kind of a dirty game Videocon is playing with its consumers, that whenever or whoever cannot login to their account, Videocon will add extra channels without notice.

                      3. Another issue is, today[protected] they are publishing an offer on TV that if we recharge for 3 months we will get 10 days of free extra viewing, however the Customer care representative says that the offer isnt reflecting for me and I would get only 7 days, why ?

                      I wonder how can such a company exist. They are minting money just by providing misleading information, improper service & fraud.

                      I urge the right authority to look into these #consumercomplaints

                        My washing machine is in warranty period. Its dryer is not working. The service agent is asking me to pay service charges prior to service through online mode.

                        No company demands service charges prior to service. Extremely unsatisfied with this kind of demands by company. Very disappointed..

                        I am ready to pay the charges after service and repair. Plz respond soon

                              I raised the Complaint LP[protected] for Videocon Refrigerator at 25th July 2021 from Location Dheera, Himachal Pradesh -176101.
                              Customer care told me I have to pay Rs 472 for visiting charges, But when I got a call from dharmshala service center then one nonsense and stupid woman asking for higher charges RS 650 instead of Rs 472 and talking as in very non sense manner and immediately tole me if you will not pay higher charges then she will cancel your request . After that everyday I am follow with Videocon customer care and every time same repetitive wording very soon engineer will visit. Today is 30-July and Not any engineer came to my home. Such a worst and poor service from Videocon and such a foolish their service provider.
