I'm getting 5-10 calls every day from Videocon D2H every day from the last 5-6 months. I have blocked countless numbers, asked them to delist me so many times, registered for DND, but nothing seems to stop them. What is the easiest way to file a court case against them?

    I have purchased a 40 inch LED tv from EP electronics paradise Pvt. Ltd. having model no:- WWBTWKU40GH17XAH and serial no:[protected]. The LED stops working on 24th May 2019 amd i have raised a complaint on May 24, 2019, and the executive visited the next day and found that the panel is not working and needs to be replaced. He charged Rs 500/- and told that it would take a week to replace it. Now its been 1.5 months and no one is picking up the call and responding to my calls. Even Ajay Singh(+91-[protected]), the manager of west Delhi is not picking up any calls. Please help me in this case

      Hi,

      My videocon home theatre remote stopped working, the buttons are ripped off. I almost searched every shop in Jabalpur (M.P.) for it but they said the product has been stopped manufacturing and i'm unable to operate my home system and even in online too i can't find it and even i can't find it on videocon store too. So please inform where i can find new remote for my home theatre. Kindly help me out even if there is any universal one available.

                      Dear Team, Please note that I have recharged and my account is credited, but the same is not reflected in my D2H account. Have spoken with the customer care service team, where in they have asked to wait for 24hrs. Amazing. The payment has been deducted from my card, and you expect me to wait for 24hrs to watch TV. Please look into the matter, as customers are harrassed unnecessarily.

                        Kindly revert by email only soon.

                        I have purchased Videocon d2h remote rf few days ago and they have provided faulty remote whose fault can't be deducted easily during installation, auto pairing not happening, everytime settop box restart pairing needs to be done.
                        They declined to replace remote rf remote.
                        Kindly take stringent action against Videocon d2h.

                          Hi,
                          I had purchased videocon led tv on 6th June 2021. But led speaker was damaged on 1 Nov. So, i called to service centre for my complaint having complaint mobile no-[protected] . Then one service executive came my home and check then told me that one inside part damaged and told me that one service executive will come here and will repair that after 3 to 4 days. But till now no one came here for repairing my tv. After that i have called many times to your service centre and they said everytime that within 2 or 3 days your issue will be resolved. But till now it's not resolved. Also last week i puted mail regarding that but till now didn't get an any update regarding that.
                          So give me ultimate solution, I don't to take serious action against your company.

                            I am a customer of videocon d2h connection. I am receiving pre-recorded calls more than 3 times daily from +91 [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected] etc. It is disturbing me while I am working online and while I am sleeping. I have blocked those many phone numbers but they are calling from new phone numbers. Thus the videocon company harassed me so I want to get rid of the videocon company's calls.

                              I have recharged my old videocon D2h by account by mistake which is not active anymore.
                              The old videocon D2H account id : 24793927, named - Rajesh Kumari. Was wrongly credited on 27, december, 2021.

                              Therefore i request my money refund as that id is not active anymore.

                                        I have purchase Videocon washing machine on dated 26.sep 2019 whose the model No. WMVS80V30GGJ5 (8.5 KG.).
                                        after some time washing machine dryer cap was damage which is the required replacement. so after that we enroll complainant on dated[protected] whose complaint no LP[protected]. we request to service team please replace the the part which is the damage.
                                        after one year that's problem not resolved and closed the complainant.
