Hi, my name is amit and i submitted a complain on may 2019 for my tv not working. Person from videcon visited and said panel needs to be replaced
He also chaged me 500 for service and said panel will be replaced within 15 days. Its been 3 months. I have called customer care atleast 50 times also sent emails but not getting any positive response. My complaint number is lp[protected]. Everytime i get a response that we are working on your request but its been 3 months now and i have to live without tv even after paying good amount of money on tv. This is ridiculous service by videcon. Pls assist

    Sir i am a consumer of videocon d2h since last 13 year my a/c number is 23359757 i have recharged rs 940 on dt 11.8.19 after recharged my account has balance rs 961.78 and due date is 10.11.19 on dt 11.08.19 engineer come to my house for repair umbrella and want 700 rs i want bill but he was not given me bill i can't pay amount at the time he was returned he was speaking me hum aisa kar denge ki apka paisa zero ho jayega and on dt 12.08.19 the engineer is purchase on line pay channel and my monthly amount 315 is increase rs 2200 per month and my account is going to zero please take appropriate actions against company and refund my amount

        I am very upset and completely loss my temper now, i have been using d2h over 6 yrs now, but since you have changed the package and you can choose only channel you want to see, since then that is almost 1 yr i am facing this difficulty, i am an educated person and tried my level best to change the plan from the website but it never happened, when ever i use to call the customer care they had same answer please do it from the website, i did various complaints but nothing worked and my one month was over where they deducted 770 the complete amount for a hd plan, i was very upset and stopped using the benefits, no body was even bothered, any how we shifted last month to another place and thought o[censored]sing the d2h again, we asked the to install the antenna & to my surprise they took 450/- only for installation rest of the companies take 250/- anyways we paid 450/- and 300 more for lnb thinking things will work, we did a recharge and called them to activate few channels we wanted, we got a complaint number and an sms that our next recharge date is 26th sep 2019. However few days went & we realize that all the channels were working and we would end up paying for the complete channels which we dont even need, we kept calling them and they kept saying the plan is activated from our end, any ways within few days we got message on tv to recharge the system on 25th aug, we called again and they said no your next recharge date is 26th sep. We kept waiting and on 24th my d2h was switched off although the date mentioned on tv was 25th aug & as per customer care 26th sep, i did not wanted to call them and being sunday wanted to enjoy with family so did a recharge of 200/- but my d2h is still switched off... So if i calculate i have spend over 1200 this month still got no service. I need my money back else i will make sure this complaint goes every day and to every forum.

          Hi,
          Reopening the complaint.

          The Videocon, create your own pack is more of bane than boon for customers .

          When we try to add new channels, we cant do it or refresh it more than once before we pay.That means once we add, it is done for the month, not even able to change it before we pay.

          Attached are few images, when I tried to recharge with few channels the lockin period was 30 days, but I took 2 days to refresh your channel and add few more, suddenly I see lockin period to 28 days even before recharging, this only means channel are just charging without even providing service.

          It is kind request to the telecom regulators to have a look into this issue and stop this undue tariff charges, even without getting the benefits.

            I have been using d2h since 4 years and now from last 2 months i have been facing problem with the set top box. I called the engineer, he came n just restarted the box n asked for rs.200/-
            After 1 month another issue appeared saying signal not available. Now the company is again asking to pay 200/- for the visit.
            This is not right. Why will i pay 200 again when the problem is not resolved. This is wrong.

              Model v. Na.811 top loading washing machine is tripping after some time in all modes of washing. Also many times chattering sound in switch while switching on the switch. Got it checked by electrician. Its on off switch is faulty and needs to be changed. Where can i buy this switch. I do not want to buy new machine as this washing machine is still in very good condition even after more than 20 years o[censored]se. We are happy with using the machine. Kindly help with procurement of this on - off switch.

                I have purchased Videocon VMD 55 FH0 ZFKP 55FHD LED TV on dated 04/05/2017 and product invoice no 17-18/R/000981 purchased from Chandan enterprise sector-21, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Now I am facing a major problem on my led it's not displaying anything on screen completely showing a blank screen. from last week it's not displaying picture.

                I called customer care for related this issue, and next day a service representative is come to my home and check the television he says he'll come back after a week. still, no one comes to repair my tv.

                After so much of arguing with the shopkeeper and customer service center on[protected] representative come to check tv again, he asked to give 1300/- to check tv and it's his consultation charge. we refuse to give him a single rupees because tv is under warranty so he refused to check tv so we give him 1300/- rs. he checks tv and said he will come back again with tools.

                I don't know why we have to pay if the product is still in 3 years warranty.

                it's been from 4 months I am so fade up from this videocon tv problem. don't know what to do so I register my complaint here.

                  You dont have any mechanism to deactivate spam calls. Daily you call 3-5 times for advertisement of their product. I have blocked your all numbers still they are calling. I have seen their website and but you don't have any facility to let us opt-out from your spam calls!

The sewerage water is flowing choke in the line and all raining water flowing in my house. No sweeper alloted on this in area. It is very difficult to live in own house. My husband and son posted in other city.
                      Kindly request to you that immediately cleaning the sewer requirement and allotted one sweepar staff on this lane.

The engineer called me and said to remove and reinsert it as i did it worked properly. But they have deducted 200 from my account.                           I have an account number 33762130 of videocon d2h on 17/08/2019 (Sat) noon i registered a complaint of re-installation and they said that your issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. I waited till 19/08/2019 (Mon) 3 pm but the issue is not resolved then i registered another complaint this time they gave me a timeline of 20/08/2019 (Tue) 12:56 pm.
                          So i told them that i want to cancel my complaint i got a reply from the customer service provider that you have to pay rs. 450 as a charge of the complaint registered.
                          The videocon d2h must pay me 4 days charges of tv.

                            My D2H is showing E04-4 saying inser smart card properly. Though my Stb has no smart card visible feom out side, i cant do anything. The customer service have been informed by calls and mails but they have ignored everything. I have sent many mails and got no solution. They keep my call on hold for long time for the sake connecting me to higher officials but disconnect it. The behaviour of the customer service is not only irresponsible and irritating but also insulting the customer. I am not able to watch TV for more than one week and who will compensate for the same. My biggest mistake is believing on this company by recharging for 11 months. I need suggestion what to do with this.

                              Hello I had enquired charges of new antena and your customers executive told me totally charges of new antena is ₹ 450 (including technician charges), I enquired more than three times about cost and each time, they told me you don't need to pay more than ₹ 450, now the antena is replaced and technician told me you give us ₹200 and do ₹450 recharge so I had given him ₹200 and now I contacted to your customer service number now they asking do ₹ 850 recharge.                                 Videocon customer executive had told me your whole d2h antena will fixed by new one in 450 rupees only i asked him three times and he said only 450 so l lodged complaint but after antena replaced now videocon is asking do ₹ 950 recharge. And so they stopped channel service. Why i will pay exta more than 450, if your charges was 950 then why not you told me before, this is not good videocon is stealing money like this so sad, and your customers executives are also very rude

                                  I have tried reaching customer service multiple times and yet there is no response. I definitely will not recommend videocon d2h to any of my friends and family to avoid wasting money on a service which never works.

                                    विड डी 2 एच में ग्राहक के पक्ष में कोई मतलब नहीं है । मुझे उनका बहुत भयानक अनुभव भी है। वे केवल 20 बार कस्टमर केयर से बात करने के बाद किसी भी जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति को नहीं देने और समस्या का समाधान नहीं करने के लिए कस्टमर केयर से बात करने को कहते हैं। मूल रूप से वे हमें धोखा दे रहे हैं।

                                      My self vinod patel facing the issue of signal not available and hence not able to see any channel. And these many days will be counted as usage. My customer id is[protected]Videocon d2h). On talking to customer support phone number told that you will be charged rs 200/- minimum for visit. For which we are not responsible. Will some how complete the period of subscription and the discontinue.

                                        Dear sir I am Prasanto Sahoo and my d2h I'd[protected]. I am some problem face to d2h setup box for that I call on customer Care service mahali center and call attempt tanu sharma but your support staff inform to tanu sharma, disconnect the call and mention it No response to customer side but tanu Sharma inform to your support staff why disconnect this Call customer voice clearly audible. Please sir check to this matter.
