Please note that i was requested for relocation of the dish and the executive was told they will charge you rs 400/- on 26.09.2019.
I have got a new technician who even don't know how to remove the screws from the dish antenna with the name as jiten. I have helped him throughout the afternoon and i have took him to my new location he was saying company kuch bhi nahi deti hai even a cello tape and you have sen only 1 technician instead of 2 guides and he was stating that company abhi 1 hi technician bhejti hai, so when you have raised your charges from rs.300 to rs.450/-, you should send 2 guys and they should be properly trained why your customer has to help you technicians even for removing the screw you should 1st of all same on yourself.
He was trying to add something in my bill and he was asking to change the set top box as sim was not working, i have himself open and cleared it, fix it and set top box start working.
After that i asked him how much i have to pay he told me rs.400 ok then i had recharge my id on 26.09.2019 rs 300/- for my monthly recharge plan and then again i had recharged my account with rs.400/- as technician told me aapko muje nahi dena aap id pe recharge karo cut ho jayega, my id was working well.
Again on 27/09/2019, i have received a message stating that rs400/- deducted from my account so in total you have deducted rs. 800/- form my account, which means you have got the money and you can now deduct whatever you want which is not acceptable.
I want my whole money back in my account (Rs.800/-) since your technician was not trained and you have send me a new guy who even don't know, how to remove the screw and you have to write an apology letter to me for this i am suffering since 26.09.2019 and my account is deactivated form 27.09.2019 and i am not able to enjoy your "dukhiyo ki chatri" your services are very poor.
I did several calls to your customer care i am attaching each and every call for your references. I am really frustrated and not happy with your services. If you are not helping me within 2 hours i will launch and police complaint against you and your company because your services are very very poor.
I am also going to write an email o consumer forum and tri on this. As your customer care people are also playing with the customer.
This is not way to delight your customer this is very unfair even you have not given me any bill for this which stand for totally fraud and cheating case.
I will give you a new chatri kindly open this and save your customer. I am going to put this on the social media after 2 hour.
