We have complained for 3 times in the past for problem in set top box but everytime a person comes, does something in that, charges money and says it's alright now... Again after 10-15 days it stops working... Now when i complaint they are posing extremely high charges... We are very disappointed with the services.. I guess it is the duty of the company to change the set top box... If my issue is not resolved in 1-2 days i am in a mood to change the connection with other companies... My father is also very angry... We will never ever suggest anyone to take this connection of videocon

    I have videocon d2h connection cust id 2535847 a channel is activated without informing me charging 47 per month and i have already asked to de-active the channel.
    I, also asked to activate star sport channel and de-activate sony sports tens sport channel. Star sports channel was activated but sony sports channel was not deactivated. I also have a complaint no[protected]. With no resolution since march 25.

        On 29th september 2019, 02:15 pm, i try to recharge my d2h account. But by mistake i have entered wrong customer id. I entered subscriber id:500 instead of[protected]. I have paid through amazone pay. My last four digit of axis bank credit card is 9908.
        I have also attached here with screenshot of payment. Operator reference number of this payment: arec16221520

        Kindly transfer my recharged amount of from subscriber id 500 to my id[protected].

          We have complained on 12th july about our television, a service man came on 13 th july and said a part of it is not working properly and it has need to be changed. Since the tv is in warranty, the repairing should be there hands, but the company doesn't respond. They said the product that has to be changed will came in some days days and your tv get repaired soon possibly. But it going to completing 3 months and nothing is happened many time we also call the service centre and also the area manager but they doing nothing. This company is gives the worst service i have ever seen

                Dear team,

                Greeting for the day!

                I hope you are doing well.

                Please note that i was requested for relocation of the dish and the executive was told they will charge you rs 400/- on 26.09.2019.

                I have got a new technician who even don't know how to remove the screws from the dish antenna with the name as jiten. I have helped him throughout the afternoon and i have took him to my new location he was saying company kuch bhi nahi deti hai even a cello tape and you have sen only 1 technician instead of 2 guides and he was stating that company abhi 1 hi technician bhejti hai, so when you have raised your charges from rs.300 to rs.450/-, you should send 2 guys and they should be properly trained why your customer has to help you technicians even for removing the screw you should 1st of all same on yourself.

                He was trying to add something in my bill and he was asking to change the set top box as sim was not working, i have himself open and cleared it, fix it and set top box start working.

                After that i asked him how much i have to pay he told me rs.400 ok then i had recharge my id on 26.09.2019 rs 300/- for my monthly recharge plan and then again i had recharged my account with rs.400/- as technician told me aapko muje nahi dena aap id pe recharge karo cut ho jayega, my id was working well.

                Again on 27/09/2019, i have received a message stating that rs400/- deducted from my account so in total you have deducted rs. 800/- form my account, which means you have got the money and you can now deduct whatever you want which is not acceptable.

                I want my whole money back in my account (Rs.800/-) since your technician was not trained and you have send me a new guy who even don't know, how to remove the screw and you have to write an apology letter to me for this i am suffering since 26.09.2019 and my account is deactivated form 27.09.2019 and i am not able to enjoy your "dukhiyo ki chatri" your services are very poor.

                I did several calls to your customer care i am attaching each and every call for your references. I am really frustrated and not happy with your services. If you are not helping me within 2 hours i will launch and police complaint against you and your company because your services are very very poor.

                I am also going to write an email o consumer forum and tri on this. As your customer care people are also playing with the customer.

                This is not way to delight your customer this is very unfair even you have not given me any bill for this which stand for totally fraud and cheating case.

                I will give you a new chatri kindly open this and save your customer. I am going to put this on the social media after 2 hour.

                    Hi, my customer id is[protected], i mistakenly raised a complaint for relocation of dish instead of wire change as connectivity is broken between my dish and setup box., it was told to me i can't cancel it post booking.

                    I call back with in 15 min to correct my complaint and not asked to cancel it as it was already told to me. Executive told me their is no such way to modify the complain even they cancel it 450 rs will be deducted from my balance and for raising a new complain again i have to pay 200 + wire charges 12 rs/ meter.

                    Can you please review your process, for the service which will never be delivered to the customer you are charging (450 rs) instead option should be available in your it system to modify the request, if technician is not visited the site.

                    Not received any satisfactory answer from you customer care.

                    Still No Update, Unfortunately I have paid relocation charges where technician didn't changed the location as signals are restored with the help of other connectivity component.

                      Videocon d2h service provider company deducted my amount from my running d2h account number[protected] RS 300 with out information, my services also on 21/09/19 before due date 04/10/19
                      Neither they refunding my amount nor start my services.. after several times call on there customer care number.
                      I recharged my d2h account number[protected] with amount rs 727 which will provide me service or validity period till 03/ 10/ 19.
                      But on 21/09/19 Videocon d2h mag me to recharge my d2h account or services will stop a complained about it but no help is provided by d2h.

                        I paid 400 rs on 11 sep and every after 10 days error shows on screen you bance is low somebody fradulently subsribing channels and making my account negative customer care not able to provide proof even from where they received call for subscription or if they are not providing us service how other person raising request on my behalf they are just making us fool by grabing money for not giving services.

                        I called on d2h customer care for so many hrs in past 10 days nothing resolved yet. My customer id is[protected]

                          Basically i am not videocon d2h customer, even though they keep call me every day for renewal/recharge and so on. Many times i said to update their data as i am not your customer in any time. But they fail to update and keep calls me for all other stuffs. This is happening almost from last more than 3 years.

                          So finally decided to lodge complaint hoping my issue may resolve.

                            Today i called customer care to know the details of recharge plans of videocon d2h and i am sorry to say that i found the worst customer service ever by videocon d2h customer care agents...

                            One of your customer care agent picked up the call and he was not able to give the details of the recharge plans and he said please again to talk to some other agent to know details of recharge plans for my account...

                            Later when i called again to videocon d2h customer care agent.. The agent picked up the call but nobody was speaking from other side... I disconnected the call and called again and i was speaking from this side but i was shocked that one of your customer agent picked up the call and i heard some of your customer care agents were singing song loudly and also i heard that one of your customer agent took my name and said in hindi to some other customer agent that... Yaar customer hai call pe and started laughing and again i heard the agents voices on call they were singing song... I was so much angry by this worst customer care d2h service...

                            I would just request to kindly improve this worst customer service care

                              Due to signal issues i have raised complaint on 19th immediately they deducted 200 rupees from my account so next day i called them its automatically rectified need to refund my amount they agreed and received sms also but nothing happend

                              Even i made several phone calls and mails but no use, really poor service to customers

                                  Highly inefficient staff addressing the issue. Every time need to explain the issue multiple times. Highly irresponsive behavior of the customer staff member. Never understood the customer complaint. Every time they confirm that the complaint is registered and the service engineer will fix the issue in 24 hours. However never get the service engineer fix the issue. My issue is prolonging for more than 2 weeks.
                                  I have got the complaint no[protected] and[protected] for the same issue. But the issue is not resolved as of now. 20-sep-2019, 12:46 pm. I feel it’s cheating of my money being paid for the videocon d2h. Please let me know whether the issue will be fixed or i need to move to some otherv d2h.in that case i need my money back for not broadcasted the channels for the past 14 days.

                                    I am extremely unhappy with your pathetic Videocon d2h services. I am very much angry with vague customer care replies.

                                    ​​Videocon d2h has without my notice de-activated my 1 yr long term plan which I had activated on Jan 9, 2019. The package is OMNI HD. On calling the customer care, the executive advised the operator has moved me to individual channels subscription after the New TRAI guidelines came into effect. But on mentioning to them that TRAI has provided guidelines to D2H operators to oblige old long term plans of the customer, the CC executive are disconnecting the phone.

                                    Under your OMNI HD plan! Is this a new way to cheat people? I want immediate resumption of services!

                                    There are multiple issues here:
                                    1) The D2H operator has without my consent moved me to the new TRAI package structure although I had opted for a long term 1 yr plan before the new guidelines became effective.

                                    2) I had opted for OMIN HD 1yr package by paying Rs ​4999 upfront for 1 yr service. The expiry of which earlier was Jan 09, 2020. This has been reduced to now to 13th Sept, 2019 without my consent or knowledge or any written notification.

                                    3) Multiple channels from the OMNI HD package channels bouquet have been blacked out by the D2H operator to force me to accept the new structure although I had opted for 1 yr pack and have paid in advance for 1 yr. Again without my consent.

                                    Its my request you to please refund my money (Rs 4999/12 Months = Rs 417 Per month). You guys have resume my service in September. Rs 417*5 = Rs 2085 has to be refunded. From (Sept 19 to Jan 19).

                                    Guys Need your Help Here Share As much as you can.

                                      I raised complaint so many times as i am facing issue that d2h is not working and i recharge on 11sep 2019 and not able yo see free air channels even and now your customer care saying that i my ownself subscribe all the channels and it is now in debit amount of rs.2100 so i have no idea who activate whole channels they are providing any proofs when i have not subscribe who done on my behalf and if it can not be resolved i want my security and sep month recgarge amount
