My customer id is 4270329 since last few days i am facing following problems with videocon d2h :
I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When i changed channel to ‘star plus’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some "sun tv" and this is happening for more than few other channels too.
Other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, i think this might be the problem of channel mismatch, operator opt to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount (I have completed 1 year of warranty), i think this is wrong to ask charges, if this problem exists due to software updates, please give me a solution.
Looking forward to a positive response from your end, after lot of frustration told to stop the set top box and told to discontinued one of the two box. Operator had taken the request.
Unnecessary i have to stop one of the box if problem is not solved for this i will be stopping another box too soon.
Pls help me on resolving this matter.
