My customer id is[protected]. I requested for service as my dth was showing no signal on 13th october 2019 by calling customer care. The engineer came next day. He inspected the dish and told it's damaged so need to replace with a new one. I asked him to repair the existing one but he outrightly denied. So i asked him to replace with a new one as i had no other option. After installing the new dish he took 750 rs from me. When i asked for bill he told they don't provide bill. I called the customer care they also told company don't provide the bill. When i asked the reason they can't gave me any specific reason. Why they are not providing bills as i am paying for the service. Is there a different rule for dth service providers? Can you please take action against such misconduct.

    Hi sir/madam

    My name is "naresh chandra verma" and i have raised the complaint regarding my videocon smart tv on "02-september-2019".

    Below are the details of my complain :-
    Complain no.:- lp[protected]
    Tv product id :- vid led vmr32hh18xah
    Registered no. :- [protected]

    There is nothing coming on to the screen of my tv now. My tv is under warranty so it should be repaired or replaced.

    There was a technician (Mahindra) from vasundhra (Ghaziabad (U. P) had visited on "3rd-september-2019" and he told that "tv screen" need to be replaced.

    He raised the job sheet and received rs. 500 from us. He assured to raised the request for the part into the company.

    When i called to customer care after 5 days they informed me that, the request for the part change has been created and approved on "05-september-2019".
    And the customer care assured to replace the part as soon as possible.

    Then again i called to customer care after 1 week and they confirmed that request has been approved and within a week part will be replaced.

    However part is still pending to replace.
    Even when i asked them for giving me estimated time and date, they don't have any answer of this except saying "it will resolved shortly and will inform you through message or call".

    I also asked them to connect me with their senior / floor manager and even they also gave me same reply. Seniors also doing the same thing, giving the customers false assurance of service.

    It's really surprising and disappointing/ unacceptable answer they are giving to me. I was expecting something good from your company since its an old company in india and had a good repo in market.

    After multiple followups my complaint neither resolved nor getting any satisfactory answer from your customer care executive/ floor manager and escalation team hence writing this email in hope that some immediate and serious action taken in this regard.

    Now i have below things on which i want your kind attention and prompt action.

    1. Please get that default part replace at the earliest.

    2. If the part is not available in the warehouse or will take much time, kindly replace my tv set.

    3. Take some strict actions against your customer care executive/ floor manager/ escalation team as they don't have information about sla/tat and escalation matrix.

    I would say that in this competitive market post sales service are most important to sustain/survive and grow in this era. If we forget that, we would lost/down from market.

    This is an old company in india and had a good reputation in market from past years. But if you are ignoring your customers like this then its a bad mistake and as of now i will not purchase any videocon product in future.

    I am ending here with hope of quick and effective effective resolution in regard to this escalation email.

      I had a really bad experience from a customer care executive from kerala. The guy was being really rude for no reason. I think he was drunk or something. No customer care executive should talk this way. I will never recommend videocon d2h to anyone. And i will switch to another service. If videocon takes action against this kind of behavior from executive, customers will stay.

      Job card no. LP[protected] DATED 11 SEPT 2019. Issue not yet resolved.Engineer visited 25 days before taken service charge but complain not yet resolved. Now not picking the phone.Not yet informed how much time it will take.
      My tv has no display but sound ok. Display gone slowly. Please help

          Sir I am the dealer of edappal - Pullayil Traders. One of our customer named Vinod krishnan KP, Kizhakkepurackal -Alamkodu has purchased an VIDEOCON LED TV of VMD 50FH02 few days before. And now he is complaing about the service as it not functions properly. The complaint number is LP[protected]/6/2019). we had registered the call 5 months ago but the service is making delayed. If this problem keeps go on then our customer may approach the consumer court. So madam you are asked to take the required steps to solve this problem.
          Try to seek the customers problem and see wheather
          If it can correct it or makes it functions properly or you might have to take back the purchased item and return him a better functioning one. This is only one of the issues but there are many more untold problems that comes under your company complaining about the service and that will affect the business too. So madam I hope you that you could understand the seriousness of the problem and will take necessary steps as soon as possible

            I have been facing problem with d2h remote for my box HD-6666.
            Earlier a company executive also visited provided a new remote and again the same problem.
            Can you please look into this?

                D2h company in 30 august activate movies active channel without permission and he charge the rs for 1 month when i say in 7th september please deactivate channel d2h said that it's have 30 days locking period d2h did not deactivate channel i did say yes for activating the channel and activating without permission d2h fraud the customers.                   My customer id is 4270329 since last few days i am facing following problems with videocon d2h :
                  I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When i changed channel to ‘star plus’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some "sun tv" and this is happening for more than few other channels too.
                  Other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, i think this might be the problem of channel mismatch, operator opt to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount (I have completed 1 year of warranty), i think this is wrong to ask charges, if this problem exists due to software updates, please give me a solution.

                  Looking forward to a positive response from your end, after lot of frustration told to stop the set top box and told to discontinued one of the two box. Operator had taken the request.
                  Unnecessary i have to stop one of the box if problem is not solved for this i will be stopping another box too soon.

                  Pls help me on resolving this matter.

                    I was given [protected] telling it was videocon's customer centre, i booked the service and he did inspection and took 350 rs. From me without any bill given.

                    I feel that they are fraud as today i got other videocon helpline number and they said they don't recognize that number.

                    Please can confirm if it's fraud number please.

                      It's been like 5 days by now I have recharged for my channels but no service, complaints been registered two times about this but they are taking no action, even I asked for refund if they can't get this corrected or they don't bother to get the services fixed but they denied. Everytime we call they says like within 10 minutes it will get resolved we are doing something from outside, same as the engineer from them he also said the service will work within 2 hours and same no services everytime we are just paying them and getting no resolution. When we are calling they are just asking to be on hold and after half an hour they say call is not getting connected to their department and they will arrange call back but no call back yet.

                      I want to make channel changes in my plan, but on website mera wala plan options are removed so I can not make any changes. The company is cheating.

                        I have recharged my videocon d2h on 1st october 2019 with a annual plan. I have already wrote an email to customer support service of the company, but no action has been taken. I have faced same issue few months back when i recharged my account 98096532, the broadcasting was terminated for few months. I am asking that even after paying in full for the service why am i not getting the services. I have subscribed the "hamara hindi combo plan" but only few free channels being broadcasting. Please resolve this issue asap

                          I am a videocon d2h user. My set up box get defected. I complained on videocon customer service twice but they didn't even listening my complaint. They cut my phone in between the call. My phone was attended by their supervisor sidhi, he just cut the call and not even listened my complaint.
                          The complaint number are[protected] on 4th oct and[protected] on 5th oct.
                          I even recharge for 670 + 100 rs two days ago and still i didn't get the services.
                          Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                            Subject : 'service not provided by videocon company uhd led'.

                            I pravin chandra residing at kharghar purchased the videocon uhd led (Model number - vmm50qhozs), set serial number[protected] from vijay sales kharghar on 12/7/2015 with 5 years warranty. I had complaint about the no display issue on my tv on 6/7/2019. A service engineer came on 10/7/19 to visit and took rupees 250 as visit charge. Since then there is no reply. L had complained to vijay sales and videocon company engineer so many times but there is no response. After so many call vijay sales took my tv and repair the display issue after one month hold this tv in his office and create new issue of sound problem if we ask to resole the sound issue of the tv to vijay sales he and she telling me to videocon is not taking any initiative to resolve this issue. Kindly see this matter and take immediate action.

                            Kindly find the attached receipt of repair the sound issue .But now again my display is not working.
                            If I called in vijay sals at Kharghare to the representative He and She told me to replace under warranty TV to paid 25000.They told me to not able the repair the under warranty TV.
                            So I am requesting you to ask to replace my problematic TV in under warranty with new one from Videocon Industries.
                            I have a sound recording of same but not able to upload the same.
                            I am again my heartly request you to change my TV with new one.

When I called the customer care number they are telling me that recharge is for 10 months and are not ready to listen as I remember I had done 12 month recharge for my main and mirror pack for 12 month to be precise OMNI HD PACK

                                    I have complaint to videocon customer care regarding signal complaint however the did not respond on the same and taking charges on timely..
                                    Since monday onwards i am following with the customer care they are making me fool and they charged me 200 without any complete service i am not able to avail the tv benifit and unable to subscribe any channels but they are diducted the money also. They are even not directing me a proper solution

                                      My stb have problem need to replaced
                                      I mailed customer care. Representative came replaced box charged 450rs. No problem
                                      But my working remote not compatible with new stb.
                                      He told me to buy new remote rs 300

                                      But why should I pay for new remote whereas my earlier working remote is fine.

                                      So I hv new stb, but no remote.
