I had already filled complaint with customer care of d2h but no response is received till date. I raised the issue with notal officer also but not resolved

        I am 5years loyal customer facing number of problems with videocon dth service. 5days back my dish was relocated from next building to my building and paid 400/- to technician as per customer care executive suggests. From that time the channels are not coming properly and contacted customer care 5times within 5days, everyday the complaint launched and said within 8working hrs problem resolved. But technician not attending issue. If the 30 days completed like this no one compensate these days. My customer id[protected] and my number is [protected].

          We are observing videocon d2h channels are changing by itself continuously. We are not operating in remote. Yesterday only we got it recharged. Very upset with your telephone service as they don't respond properly. Its very annoying. Please look into this issue. We want the resolution as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I'm frequently facing no signal issue and when i called customer care they asked me to pay 200rs as service charge. After i paid and issue fixed it reapeated with in 15 days, this time the technician is not visiting to fix issue for the reason that he has do to it for free. I tried calling customer care number number of times, every time they say that new ticket is created and technician visit with in 8 working hours. It has been 9 days, the technician didn't show up. They are also charging for the days that tv didn't work. I tried to escalate it to superior, manager through customer care but nothing happened.

                I requested to withdraw connection and asked them to pay back my balance, they are refusing to do it..

                Please ...its enough. I sent email a week ago, till now I did not get response. my customer id is:[protected].

                Every day im calling customer care since 8th Aug spending more than an hour on hold to talk to manager. All i hear is issue would resolve in 8 working hours.

                till now technician not visited. that is because i don't pay money as issue repeated second time a month?

                the first paid 200 rs to technician not enough?

                Just to watch im going through lot of nonsense.

                All im asking is to refund my balance as your team is so ignorant to help customers.

                  My videocon d2h account got exhausted as on aug 12th. I wanted to change my package and also recharge on aug 13th. I completed paying rs 1504.80/- through google pay towards videocn d2h customer id : 90146001. Amount is showing up in my account. Channels are not showing up and i called the customer care. I was told to keep the set top box open for 15 min and they do a refresh activity. This happened multiple time and i could also see the channel 149. Dd national. Other paid channel are not coming up. I was told that in this situation a technician will come to house and attend the complaint for this rs 200/- will be charged. My logical question to videocon is
                  1. A service which was working last night, is not working this morning. I have paid rs 1504.80/- and it is responsibility of video to get me my channels. Why should they charge rs 200/- extra when it is not my mistake. Set top box and antenna has no physical damage.
                  2. When i am getting dd national and not other paid channel, how come a technician will fix it and why should i be charged.

                  Videocon does not have a helping customer support staff and it is looting money in the name of technician charge.

                    1. I recharged on 01aug2019 by paying rs 250 details below. But service not provided immediately d2h told they have to realign the antenna but d2h not aligned the till 08aug219 but deducted amount on daily basis when i called customer care d2h told that they will provide credit for the 8 days loss of service. D2h told me that i need to pay rs 200 for technician.

                    2. Technician came to my home fixed the problem on 08aug2019 and collected rs 200 from me but surprisingly d2h deducted again rs 200 from my balance so that my account deactivated which not my fault. Again i called d2h so that d2h told that will restore my balance by end of 10aug2019. But they did not do it. Bad customer service and not loyal. Highly cheating behavior of d2h management need to be noticed.

                    Need immediate action from d2h for my issue on restoration my unauthorized deduction of balance and pay my 8 service loss days. Very irresponsible management and customer care.

I got the led screen blank may month and i have raised the complain and visited the takecare person on 1st jun 19 but after that i did not get any response from them.

                      I have written mail to videocon customer care also but still not got the response from them also.

                          We have recently activated our videocon d2h and the customer care have asked to recharge with an amount of inr 580, however after multiple attempts the connection didn't worked and the company is refusing on returning the recharge amount. Also, just for the activation, the technician gave us the bill of inr 750 which wasnt acceptable. We do not wish to have this account working due to such problems and wish to get the refund of the recharge amount considering the connection never worked.

                                I have videocon d2h connection and i have recharged for yearly pack which costs around 8000 rs. And the videocon d2h website clearly mention that any recharge for moore than 11 months will have 1 month free subscription along with 1 service will be free. But now i got an issue with service and i reached to videocon customer care service and raised request for the same issue and as i have yearly pack i am suppose to get free service but the customer care representative diny it and ask me to pay for service charges 200 rs. If i deny it and even asked to connect me to their supervisor they put my call on hold and will never get back and call disconnects. Its been a week now all my services are not at all working and am trying to reach customer care this happening from past three days. I need appropriate action to be taken against them.

                                  I put a new connection yesterday morning. The engineer who came said the connection will get activated in 1 hour. After 3 hours, i called customer care and they said it will start by 7:55pm. I called again at 9pm and they said it will start before 12am. I called again and they said it will start today. It has been 28 hours now and they are saying wait till 10am tomorrow.
                                  I asked the customer care to speak with their supervisor and not once did it connect. It is their way of cutting a call. Saying they will transfer to the supervisor.

                                  The worst part is they don't even know what the problem is. I paid 1899+150 for installation. Please help.

                                    Hi,

                                    There are 2 channels got added in my account without my permission. And charged of rs. 80 is deducted for that. And my active subscription also expires prior to the date.

                                    A complaint about the same reason is registered at call center 4 times still not solved. Call center person told issue will get short out within 24hr and amount will get refunded still not done.

                                    I have not authorized the adding channels still dth added. I need a refund of the charged amount. It's videocons your error. I have strictly said on promotion call that i don’t need any service.

                                      I would like to inform you that we have purchased a videocon led t. V on 31/10/2016 date... From vijay sales borival west within 6 months their were blackspots in the led we called the service center the asked us to give it to them for repair as it was under warranty.2+1 year after a couple of days when i checked with then they are not answering my calls and the place is shut i don't know where my t. V is kindly help me to get my t. V back as soon as possible. It within warranty and it's been plenty of time but their is no news about my t. V. I am very upset about the matter request you to reslove the issue quickly thanking you.

                                        Since my recharge done the STB is not getting signal for Refresh Then D2H promised send their engineer/technician but nobody visited as on 5/8/2019. D2H failure to send a technician to site in the heart of Hyderabad is shame to your corporate culture. Very useless customer service. if you can not serve why do you accept payment. 5 days delayed to resume your service is utter failure of your system. if you can not serve please refund my amount. do not cheat customers.
