Hi,
I'm frequently facing no signal issue and when i called customer care they asked me to pay 200rs as service charge. After i paid and issue fixed it reapeated with in 15 days, this time the technician is not visiting to fix issue for the reason that he has do to it for free. I tried calling customer care number number of times, every time they say that new ticket is created and technician visit with in 8 working hours. It has been 9 days, the technician didn't show up. They are also charging for the days that tv didn't work. I tried to escalate it to superior, manager through customer care but nothing happened.
I requested to withdraw connection and asked them to pay back my balance, they are refusing to do it..
