We have complained on 12th july about our television, a servive man came on 13 th july and said a part of it is not working properly and was to be changed. He said your product will possibly came within one week but now it is 8th september and our television hasn't repaired yet. Many times we call to customer care and area manager but they said within 7 days you find a solution. This company has thw worst service among all the companys i have ever came with

    On 15.08.2019 an engineer from videocon came to my home to resolved the signal issue. He changed the camera and few connectors and i paid him rs. 630.00 in cash (Charges of installation rs. 200.00 + cost of camera rs. 350.00 + connectors 80).

    On[protected], i got message "200 have been posted for your account". Upon calling to the customer care, they informed me that engineer charges worth rs. 200.00 has been debited to my d2h account (Although i have paid that person rs. 630.00 in cash).

    Could you explain me why there is a double charge?

    Why i did not receive sms for debiting my account for rs. 200.00???

    Upon calling to customer care i immediately receive sms stating my complain no:[protected] and that will get resolved by next day and also they confirmed that camera charges is only 175 rs.. Whay it takes that long time to resolve the issue where the customer is not at all in any fault???

    Don't you have any system in place where you can chase the person (Send by you) to ask why rs. 375.00 (200+175) was not remitted to you???

    Could you please advice your higher authority (Email / contact no.) to whom i can escalate further?

        I have raised a complaint of my videocon tv on 26 feb 2019 that time the executive of videocon told me that the product will be delivered within 1 month but then we came to know that guy have not given any complaint then the service centre of videocon told me that some 24/7 around have taken the responsibility of repairing tv so i contacted that 24/7 around company and send me the technician to check the tv on 15/june/2019 and he told me the same thing that the part will get delivered within 1 month an now it is 2 1/2 months past but still the part is not delivered neither repaired and when we call the call centre of videocon they say that it is in transact an they say that they don't know by when it will get delivered i have all the call recording of the company what they everytime they tell everytime a different thing

        My humble request to all the people that never ever take the product from videocon and service of 24/7 around company

        Kindly do the needful and take the strick action against the both company

          I have 40" videocon led tv. This tv in warranty period. I have technical problem in led tv. I have already complaint on custer care. I have call from videocon services but technician is not coming till now from the compliant date (01/09/2019). They are not interested. Led in warranty period. Many of time i call him or customer care no.
          Kindly solve my problem other wise i take a action with full prof.

            Recharged d2h on 1-sep for 11 months through d2h website as advised by customer care. Expected the next due date on 1-sep 2020 (30 days free offer) but it shows 8-jul-2020.

            Called customer care. First call poor handling and disconnected call. Second call explained the problem and initially was refused to connect through to supervisor. I asked them to keep me on hold till supervisor is available. 3rd call to supervisor, accepted there is an issue and will inform agents but was unable to resolve the problem. Sought for contact who will be able to make correction but did not get details.

            Found nodal officer details called but could not get through, sent and email to id mentioned in website and still have not received any response.

            Appreciate if this is routed to right person to either refund full amount or apply the offer. Currently it is looks an unfair practice of not providing the service as per offer.

              I want to bring to your notice about the pathetic and ridiculous service which i got from videocon d2h for a request to replace the defective setup box.
              Note: i am located in bangalore and the nearest d2h service center is just 6km from my place.

              On 18th august, 2019 i raised an complain to replace the dth box and till date while i am writing this email the issue has not been resolved.

              So far i have called 28 times to call center and raised 15 complains and to my astonishment so far 14 have been closed from the service team without fixing the issue.

              Today finally after 16 days of followups, someone turned up and replaced the box and asked me to wait for 30 mins for service to resume (So that backend team can update the serial number of new setup box)

              I waited for almost six hours but in vain. I also tried to reach out to the same person but he is neither picking or returning to the call.

              Now as i write this email, the time is already 8.20 pm and the complaint sla is also over without anything happening at all.

              Following are the ways i and my wife was harassed by d2h guys:
              1. 19th aug, service guy (Haji basha, mob: [protected]) came and charged 1000 rupees for setup box that costs 450. When we didn't acknowledged he simply left.
              2. 22-25th - aug, service guy (Chinnu, mob:[protected]), called me repeatedly for 10 times but never turned up at my place.
              3.1st sept, another service guy (Bhumesh gowda, mob: [protected]) kept me calling multiple times and told me that he will come within 10 mins as he is nearby. But at end of the day when my wife tried calling him, he shouted at her stating that he wont come and rather go ahead and file an fir with police.
              4. 3rd sept, one technician came (Battle mani) and replaced defective setup box with a new hd box (I need sd box but looking at the delay i agreed to hd box and paid extra money 749). But now this box is non functional as the new setup box details are not yet inserted to system.

              Now with the amount of time and money we have wasted and the mental agony that me and my wife has suffered, we have mentally prepared of approaching consumer court.

                My Videocon d2h set top box not working from last 20 days for that i am complaint atleast 10 times.
                Every time they told me your problem solved in next 8 working hours but i don't know when there 8 working hours comes.
                I am already harsh from Videocon d2h i don't want Videocon d2h longer.
                Please help me out to claim from Videocon. Last time i spoke with Videocon d2h i told them to provide me Engineer contact number, but they didn't provide me.

                  This is second time my 40” Smart TV’s motherboard panel got malfunctioned within year, after repaired in 18 th june 2018 (since the day I purchased new TV from Vijay Sales Kharghar on 05 May 2017), I have been following up to repair(THA[protected] ) my 40 “videocon smart TV since 03 May 2019, the existing replaced parts which is under warranty period & already we have paid ₹950 Service & visit charges in advance, (as per engineer the parts will available within 25 days, but it's approx 4 months now but still no parts available yet) reasons & excuses from your customer care & service center were poor & unsatisfactory.Even i tried to reach your Area Service Incharge, Mr. Rajesh Yadav [protected] for further assistance & updates.but his mobile number either bussy or not attending the call, not responding the call.

                  Again how long we need to be waited to spare part available & get my TV repaired like last time ??

                    Pl be informed that my name is rajeev sagar and in possession of videocon spilit ac purchased on 30/04/2014.

                    After the warranty period expiry this ac is continuously in amc through its servicer partner “tek care”

                    My last amc of this product is upto[protected]Please see attached amc document).

                    Unfortunately videocon’s tie up with tek care has come to an end, and you have collaborated with 247around.

                    Now when i asked for service on 28/08/2019 for low cooling and low speed of fan, they (247 around) says your amc ends in[protected] that is out of amc. While i have already paid a sum of rs.6020 for 2 yrs from 2018 to 2020 to tak care (Your service partner then).

                    While having a discussion with your customer care they told me that videocon doesn’t provide amc after 5 yrs of purchase date.

                    Now pls clarify why the amc was given then uptp2020?

                    Why this clause/company policy was not told to me (Customer)?

                    If you have broken up with that service partner i. E. Tek care then why customer should suffer?

                    Now why you (Videocon) is blaming your service partner?

                    I request to all concerned people to look into the matter and help me in this regard, there is lot of miscommunication and ultimately customer is suffering after paying money in advance.

                    I believe you'll try to come on a solution for a long time customer but if not then i'll have to escalate the matter to consumer court as i am not wrong, you also know.

                    Kindly try to provide the solution and help me out in entire episode. I have 1 year old baby at home and he is also suffering this dense heat due to faulty ac.

                    Please find the solution asap.

                      I recharged rs 330 on 31.08.2019 for a month for bengal gold combo.
                      But unfortuneltaly i have been unable to view any channels since 31st august 2019.
                      I have called up customer service number of times since 31st but these attendants have zero domain knowledge and have been unable to rectify teh problem till date.
                      Finally today one of tehir executive said to rectify the problem he shall be sending an engineer for which again rs 200 shall be cahrged.
                      First i recharged and spent my amount which has been locked in without myself avaialbing teh service, secong when videocon is unable to rectify teh problem, they are again charging for sending an engineer.
                      Furthermore the package said the recharge amount of rs 330 is for a month while i have been getting sms that teh due date is 26th sep, 2019.
                      Extremely pathetic experience... Nobody it seems is willing to work for customers...
                      As of now, i am trying to contact nodal officers videocon d2h wb 's number but it is saying"the number you are trying to call is currently busy since the past 1 hour intermittently tried but the same response"

                        I ruhul kshirsagar made the payment for videocon d2h service till 24th of october but still not getting proper service since month of july. It shows smart card error every time on screen. It states that smart card is removed or not properly inserted. I am not provided with any such smart card by the company neither there is provision given in the set top box to insert the card. There home channels are working properly but the channels which i have subscribe for are not working. Also tried to contact customer care people, but customer care executive tell that they will send their executive for it and it charge 200 rupees for it. Some times customer care people keeps the phone on hold and keeps customer waiting for long time. Service provider company should look into the matter immediately and start our service at list till the time of subscirption that i paid for or pay the refund.

                          My videocon d2h customer id is[protected].
                          I raised a complaint with the no[protected] on 24 aug 2019 for remote replacement as it stops working. But complaint is not resolved yet and no technician called me from videocon side. I contacted customer care through phone and email several time but no result. I am not able to watch tv for last 9 days.

                          T videocon service is worst. I faced similar kind of issue almost 1 year back when i requested for remote replacement at that time. It took 10 days on that time. Same thing is happening now. No proper response after 9 days of complaint. You people should instruct your technician to resolve complainants on time. No justification if you are not able to resolve it after 9 days.

                            On 24.08.19 an amount exceeding rs.400 was deducted from my d2h balance towards new connection installation even though this request was not made by me. Despite making numerous complaints to the call center as well as their senior supervisors and being assured of compliance within 8 hours they have not complied now over 7 days. Dates and time have been texted to me but not complied. Request you to kindly look into this.

                              I have videocon dth no[protected] using for te last 4-5 years.

                              With reference to the trailing mail, since yesterday, due to vengence from the videocon dth, all my current channels are blocked and i am unable to view even my subscribed channels.

                              I want justice

                              I have subscribed my regional language channels, unfortunately for the past few days some of the free and paid channels, i am unable to watch. From today even the subscribed channels i am unable to view. I have given several complaints on the same, but the customer care officers are telling they will send technician whcih will cost rs. 200/- as the service is out of warranty. They ignored to take complaint, but finally took complaint vide complaint no. 67194084.

                              I request to kindly provide me with all the channels subscribed and free channels as per trai order and do the needful. I also request my validity for the days which i have not viewed and do the needful.

                              I am unable to understand why i can view some channels only and not the free channels as per trai ordrer.

                              Kindly help me and do the needful.

He tell channel no.980 suntv hd transfer bus cost is same. Channel veiw but not sound again i complient past 3 days but still not rectify. Iam non satisfied for the same. Past 10 years customer BIGTV no any bad issue. Iam in your customer past 2 year somany problem sir. Kindly rectify immediatelly.

                                    After the so many calls they are unable to solve my issue i told them at the end to stop my services and take there dish back the revert was coming back that we'll not take our both boxes back it's our company policy videocon making the customer fools they don't know how to talk to there customers behaving like lala ji seriously very disgusting services by videocon.
                                    Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Front load videocon Washing machine was picked from home almost a year back but so far I have not received my machine back. I have tried reaching everyone in the videocon but machine is still not given back to me after service.

                                      Hi, my name is amit and i submitted a complain on may 2019 for my tv not working. Person from videcon visited and said panel needs to be replaced
                                      He also chaged me 500 for service and said panel will be replaced within 15 days. Its been 3 months. I have called customer care atleast 50 times also sent emails but not getting any positive response. My complaint number is lp[protected]. Everytime i get a response that we are working on your request but its been 3 months now and i have to live without tv even after paying good amount of money on tv. This is ridiculous service by videcon. Pls assist

                                        Sir i am a consumer of videocon d2h since last 13 year my a/c number is 23359757 i have recharged rs 940 on dt 11.8.19 after recharged my account has balance rs 961.78 and due date is 10.11.19 on dt 11.08.19 engineer come to my house for repair umbrella and want 700 rs i want bill but he was not given me bill i can't pay amount at the time he was returned he was speaking me hum aisa kar denge ki apka paisa zero ho jayega and on dt 12.08.19 the engineer is purchase on line pay channel and my monthly amount 315 is increase rs 2200 per month and my account is going to zero please take appropriate actions against company and refund my amount
