This is in regards to Customer Id[protected] registered on the name of Akash Jain.
I almost make up my mind to discontinue this Thirdclass Videocon D2H service due to problem of signal lost anytime for 2-3 days or even more in a month or two even weather is clear. When you call at the call centre, they will forced you to have paid technician visit (fleasing us) and so have not continued to recharge my D2H. Meanwhile, I got a call from Videocon D2H customer care and have offered me 3 things in the name of customer retention -
1. Free Engineer Visit to check and solve the issue.
2. Free swapping of new setup box
3.Get 4 months if recharge for 3 months
Engineer visited and checked and have replace one connector (30 rs paid but not given any bill). Not minded, and till date replaced my setup box almost 5-6 times but unable to get any channel. Yesterday also, the technician and the agency were so confused they again and again changed setup box and when asked the technician told that he was previously working with Dish Tv and new to Videocon. The agency were also partner to Dish Tv and since they dont have ample manpower, they send him. He has asked help from the agency but there also backend team was unable to support them.I was forced to take a full day leave as asking me to wait for some time and it will be resolved. Even after 7pm, my tv not started so enquire again with them so told to change my setup box again. They told me to get the recharge done and acted accordingly but see how these people looted. I was unable to see any of the channel but these hooligans are deducting money on daily basis. Also taken my HD setp box and not pushing me to accept the repaired one and also not returning mine.
I when called at customer care today, they told that I have to again pay engineer visit charges but the question is if they are incompetent to handle the issue in a single go, why I should pay them.
It was my disgusting experience with Videocon D2H and the entire team including customer service centre .
This company and its employees are here to loot the general public and now thinking to esclate the same to TRAI and on social media, I advice everyone to stop using the products of this company else will have mental torture and loss of your valuable time, money and efforts.
