Hi,
My name is varun, i am using videocon d2h consumer i'd[protected].
I am recharge my account by 13 july 2019 with amount 205₹ and my expired date is 11 th august 2019... After two days i checked my balance and expired date.. Expired date is changing back to 2days... I am called coustmer care about this... They didn't not answering...4 times called... They lifting and holding... Without taking...

My quarry is.. Every one recharge the d2h, they didn't cross check expired date... So they are taking a chance to without informing they deducting amount... Please looking it issue...

    Dear Sir,

    i was facing issue in my set up box then i registered a request on customer care on 11th July, next day technician visited and changed setup box with adapter and take full payment 650 rs in case then my 250 rs deducted wrongly from card after that i generated many complaint per day on customer care but problem still pending.
    every time customer care give only wrong commitment and take 24 hours time
    technician is lair and company is work thief. very bad, very poor service.
    company is not able to resolve a issue in 54 days.

      From past 8 days, this is my 3rd complaint to video on d2h customercare, every time they give time of 48 hours and without attaining they closed the complaint, as this happened 3rd time i am sure they don't care about customer or they don't have ground level staff to give service for their product. I am fed up of this and very soon i will shift to another service provider.

        (Customer id:[protected]Problem is from u guys yet u say our executive will come pls give him 200/-. Y every time u charge 200/-, worst ever ever dish services ever heard off. Even customer care also it’s best u guys directly announce in television that we charge 200/- for every complaint even if it’s our fault. Looting people’s money. Really wasted amount by choosing Videocon. It happened many times. Can’t use another language and show my anger towards ur services.

          I am a subscriber of videocon d2h. I am facing number of issues related above said service provider. My subscriber id is 19113724. As i selected a plan with a proper discussion with their costumer care executive.. I recharged my account according to said amount... Now they deducted my money for no reason... They regularly shifting the expiry date... Sometimes they activated additional services without permission and charging for that.. Whenever i did contact costumer care they came with a different answers for my same problem every time... More over they cut the call when they don't have satisfactory answer.

            I had raised a request on june 30 for remote from d2h but after 2-3 days some engineer called me and asked what has happened i said i want new remote the person said he will send engineer but no engineer visited. But on july 4 i got charged 200 when i raised complaint regarding this they raised complaint number[protected]and they said will get resolved in 24 hours but never was resolved. So i called on 10 july again they took just escalation complaint no[protected] and said will get resolved by 8 hours but never i got. Everyday when i call they just raise complaint but never resolved

            Daily when i call i just get only 1 reply of 8 hours and new complaint number i am fed up of this so thought writing here might help.

              On 9th feb 2019, i chose selected channels according to trai regulations. The subscribed channels are not working and showing me you have not subscribed for this channel. I called customer care more than 10 times from last 2 days. It was very bad experience with customer care. They are continuously saying reason that “they have issued the refresh command from their end and to call after 10min” after calling 10min the new customer care also scripts the same message. I have only request to refresh my account to see all channels. But i don’t have any way to start my tv channels now. And customer care number are not getting connect or busy.

              When i called last time to customer care, customer care agent disconnected phone without listening or answering me. My parents haven't been able to watch their channel from 9th july 2019.

              Please look into this, resume my services and extend due date by as i am not able to see tv from last 2 days. Or refund me all my money i will go with other good d2h provider who will provide me better and quick service.

              I don't have any option to contact videocon and my services are not working ever after paying.

                Hi,

                After new trai rule videocon is cheating customer by taking advantage of trai policy. The have disabled options of selecting free channels in basic package. Also recently i have noticed they are deducting extra amount than the channels i have selected. When i checked properly i have noticed they have enabled additional package with lower amount for which i have already subscribed and deducting money. I have added star hindi premium packy of 79 per month and they have enabled star hindi value pack 49 per month additionally without my knowledge and deducted additional 60 rs monthly for last 3 monthswithout providing any extra channels. When i complained they removed then package and they are can't return the amount deducted earlier. I had raised complaint[protected] but there's no resolution on the refund

                  RESPECTED Sir/Madam,
                  I am Perike Sreekanth consumer of Videocon d2h, My customer id:[protected], This Saturday[protected]onwards my Videocon d2h services are stopped due to signal problem and then I called trice Videocon d2h customer care [protected] lodged a complaint and willing to pay service charge 200 extra but they didn't come and didn't try to resolve my problem, I already paid for channels subscribiton amount but not receiving any channels signals till now please provide compensation for delaying my services, if problem not resolved I am willing to file a case in supreme court against Videocon d2h, please find my attachment proofs.

                    Dear Nodal officer,

                    I am using your d2h service from many years every time your customer care service person behaviour is not good they even don't want to help customer

                    Also every time they gave 4 he's downtime message i request you to go live this message on ivr so that everyone stop calling on your customer care service

                    When I refuse to disconnect the call and ask for call transfer your executive deny for the same and delayed the call transfer and in downtime he started given information to avoid call transfer but fail to resolve issue so he transfer my call to his senior directly without providing my information and between the conversation to answer other call

                    Senior person also fail to resolve my issue and start demanding my details and want me to get agree to give complain for engineer visit with 200rs charge

                    My issue from last 5 days d2h service not working d2d home page stop loading after after 56-57% and yellow home page appeared

                    I told both of them to resolve my issue they both said we have send command for it and it get started but when they given pathetic service I told them to call transfer as I am not agree to pay 200rs charge to any one for visit as their is no such requirement and told thus they provide refund for NO SERVICE DAYS as issue persist from 6 Jul'19 they denied for the same start repeating same information to eritate me and when I have not done this he disconnected my call in between the conversation as he knows that

                    No action will be taken against him and he is just followed the senior order because they don't want to take call

                    This all problem started when I done high amount recharge insted to 100rs

                    If you also fail to take serious action against them and not resolved my problem in next 24hrs then I use social media platform and log complaints against videocon d2h in consumer foram

                    Also share you Graviance/applate escalation matrix for further process, as your customer care is not toll free

                    Kindly listen the attached call recording and do the needful

                    Still no resolution received from any one also no one approaches me Or on alternate no. To resolve the issue

                    When i call at given nodal officer number [protected] I found that this is reception number of vediocon D2H service

                    Also spoken to mr. Mukesh but still no resolution received yet after 3 dats

                    Totally fake resolution by each one

                    Now raising complain in consumer forum.

                      My D2H A/C[protected] has been deducted ₹200 I don't know why I had engineer visit for my D2H product and paid him his fee ₹200 + ₹375 for new receiver he replaced...then also videocon D2h has deducted 200₹ from D2h A/C.
                      I am tired of calling there customer care.
                      I had complaint already to videocon d2h but they are not resolving it...please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible ... thanking you.

                        Dear Concern,

                        This is in regards to Customer Id[protected] registered on the name of Akash Jain.

                        I almost make up my mind to discontinue this Thirdclass Videocon D2H service due to problem of signal lost anytime for 2-3 days or even more in a month or two even weather is clear. When you call at the call centre, they will forced you to have paid technician visit (fleasing us) and so have not continued to recharge my D2H. Meanwhile, I got a call from Videocon D2H customer care and have offered me 3 things in the name of customer retention -

                        1. Free Engineer Visit to check and solve the issue.
                        2. Free swapping of new setup box
                        3.Get 4 months if recharge for 3 months

                        Engineer visited and checked and have replace one connector (30 rs paid but not given any bill). Not minded, and till date replaced my setup box almost 5-6 times but unable to get any channel. Yesterday also, the technician and the agency were so confused they again and again changed setup box and when asked the technician told that he was previously working with Dish Tv and new to Videocon. The agency were also partner to Dish Tv and since they dont have ample manpower, they send him. He has asked help from the agency but there also backend team was unable to support them.I was forced to take a full day leave as asking me to wait for some time and it will be resolved. Even after 7pm, my tv not started so enquire again with them so told to change my setup box again. They told me to get the recharge done and acted accordingly but see how these people looted. I was unable to see any of the channel but these hooligans are deducting money on daily basis. Also taken my HD setp box and not pushing me to accept the repaired one and also not returning mine.

                        I when called at customer care today, they told that I have to again pay engineer visit charges but the question is if they are incompetent to handle the issue in a single go, why I should pay them.

                        It was my disgusting experience with Videocon D2H and the entire team including customer service centre .

                        This company and its employees are here to loot the general public and now thinking to esclate the same to TRAI and on social media, I advice everyone to stop using the products of this company else will have mental torture and loss of your valuable time, money and efforts.

                          Hi executive,

                          I was getting issue for the setup box, it was not booting up. So i called the customer care, they told the setup box is out of warranty. So i have asked to pay 200 for service visit and other charges extra. The service engineer visited within a day and replaced the setup box for 650rs and 200 rs, totally 850rs charged. This didn't stop here, they deducted again 215rs from online d2d recharge account for the service charge. So totally 1065rs deducted for a set up box change.

                          I called the customer care to check the setupbox replacement charges, they told it is only 450Rs including the service charge, so i was made to pay 616 rupees more !!!.

                            The channels i've subscribed i cant see, i am able to see the channels which i didn't subscribe.
                            When complained they are saying the need to send engineer and i need to pay 200+ tax to the engineer. Now as i can see several channels this is not the hardware problem so logically i shouldn't pay.

                            Even my account details are not getting updated. But videocon didnt responded on this and said that i've declined to engineer visit. Whereas i've only declined to pay the engineer.

                            They are just fooling the customer.

                              I am videocon dth cunstomermy is[protected]. May 23rd 219 lodged a complaint for relocation. Daily i am calling to customer care. They are saying daily 8working hours time. But no service almost daily 1hr i have spent with customer care in phonesome times they said my technician came but ur number is phonewas not reached. So again new complaint. They are cheaters. So finally without videocon technician i relocated my connection with local guy and i gave 650 rupees. This relocation information also they don’t have. After that i recharged 100 rupees. One day we watched the tv after that my account balance went to minus 650. They are saying my technician visited so we are charging this amount if there was no service from my technician we will refund. Almost 10 days, again calling to customer care. But no proper response almost 10 days over. Sir plz take some action. If possible please cancel their license for cheating the customers like this. Sir plz help

Really I was tortured by Videocon dth. Mentally I suffered a lot with them. Almost hours I was on line in phone. Trying to complain on consumer FORUM.but don’t know how to file. ###

                                    During the ongoing IND vs Sri Lanka World Cup Match, Start Sports 1 was supposed to broadcast the match. However, myself having three connections with Videocon D2h, none of the connection had this channel. I checked and learned that, at the portal, I had activated it from the start however its not coming on the tv. It said I have not subscribed.

                                    I called up the customer care. They are rude. They will listen to my issue patiently and say we have done our part and call back after 5 mins. But the issue didn't get resolved. called them again, another agent, same story. This went on for 6 times and we sensed these guys are playing with us. At one instance they asked me to 850+taxes again for one channel.

                                    Very rude and unprofessional behaviour
                                    My money is stuck with them. '

                                      Star sports - hindi channed was added for a month on 16th june. Lock in period was one month so should be viewed till 16th july. This was an addiitional channel added over the package. But on 5th july, videcon d2h themself deactivated the channel. When called customer care, they are unable to give proper answer. Raised a complaint '[protected]' on 5ht july, but even after repeated calls to customer care there is no resultion.

                                      Why the channel was deactivated by videocon d2h before the subscription period..?

                                        I have signal not available issue evrytime, i lost connection. Complained to customer care but whenever their executive come will change the receiver. Already done that so mant time and thwy have only this solution.
                                        Means a customer can not spend money by changing the same part in every 3-4 months.
                                        Who will ptovide the solution, pathetic team.
