This is anurag kataria from jaipur and i am using videocon d2h from last 10 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called videocon d2h customer service +[protected], first the customer care executive asked me to ensure that cable is properly attached at both the ends and dish antina is installed at proper prescribed angle and weather is normal after confirmation the executive told me that i need to pay rs 200 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i throw away your box and dish from my house. My customer id is 27903643 and my phone number is [protected], email : kataria. [protected]@gmail.com

It really hurts that i need to pay rs 200 to him for no fault of mine. I will wait till my subscription expire and would break all my commitments with videocon d2h because of your pathetic service.

    My name is jasveer and my d2h id is[protected], yesterday i’d recharged my d2h monthly pack but my primary connection was not started and secondary connection was started for that i’d called more than 10 times at d2h customer care team and requested to transfer my call to staff shift supervisors but my call was on hold for almost 45 minutes but nobody receive my call. This is very frustrated.

    Same issue i’d faced last month also, for that i’d done follow up with your customer care team for almost 04 to 05 days after that my problem were get solved.

      2) New setup box fixed and collected money from me as below,

      Rs 700.00 for new setup box
      Rs 200.00 for service charge ( total Rs 900.00 collected from me by service person and also service charge Rs 200.00 deducted from my account.

        Display not working.. Videocon engineer visit and told me your tv in woranty you will get new display in 20days.
        Two month gone no any person call from videocon company side
        And even not receive my call also
        Rs 700 cash given to videocon engineer

        What should i do..

        Last option for me to lonch complaint against videocon company.. Regarding this behaviour

            Dear sir /mam,

            I have purchased a new videocon tv 4k smart on dated[protected] with 3 years warranty.
            On dated[protected] this tv didn't start and i have lodge a complaint on dated[protected] for the same.
            Engineer visited at my house and confirm that some part of tv has damage so it's need to change the same and he is also informed to videocon office for change the part.
            On dated[protected] i have received a message from that part has been approved and same will dispatch soon. But since[protected] i have not received any positive response from company.
            After[protected] i have called many times in[protected]. All time they told me that they have mark mail to dispatch on urgent basis and told me for wait.
            Since that day i am only waiting, no positive response receive. Today again call on call center and same they told me that they have mark mail and told me for wait and also told me that you can also mark mail to customers care.
            It's already around more than 50 days of compliments, but no positive response.
            Request you to please look into this matter and resolve the issue.

              Dear sir,

              This is to inform you that on saturday i. E. 07.09.19 in my videocon led tv had minor problem so i contact to online service center no. Is [protected] than they sent a technician (Mohammad asin - mob. No. [protected]) he was visited at my home on saturday (07.09.19) after that he check my led tv as told to me that having problem its mother board and suggest to me for change a new, and i agree for the same. So he told to me that he will return come to sunday or monday. After that he was come to me on tuesday night at 9:00 pm and says that the mother board modal has change so its data cable also change and he will come in the morning. So he was came to my house at 11:00 am on yesterday i. E. 11.09.19, and he was completely open my led tv (Parts to parts) till evening 7:00 pm and after that he told to me that its panel also not working properly and he is destroy my tv.
              At that time i was not home so my father is there and he also angry for that he taken 6-7 hours for repairing, after that he told to them its panel having problem and also need to change. I told to him that i am coming but he was run away from there without talk with me. And now i try to so much time contact with him with different mobile no. Him but he could not talk to me and secondly service certer also reply that dont waste time and try to another person.
              I am claiming to the service center for harassment with me.

                I have recharged my d2h account on 7th Sept. I have selected the plan for 12 months and paid ₹3270.30 from the official d2h website. There is an option o[censored]pi/qr code on the payment page. Then there is an another option of show qr code, so I paid through upi by scanning through phone pay app.
                The money has been debited from my account on 7th September but still the amount not credited into my d2h account.
                I have talked to CC (videocon) so many times but there is no resolution. The customer id of videocon d2h is[protected].

                  This is very painful to inform you that my d2h connection is not working
                  Properly since 30th august 2019. I have registered a complain and your
                  Engineer came and changed my d2h antenna but the problem is still not
                  Solved and an another problem is created on top of that. The rain water is
                  Coming inside the house from the d2h cable resulting into the damage of my
                  D2h instrument. To my concern, now who will be held responsible for more
                  Damage caused to me and also i have been charged heavily for the
                  Replacement of antenna and installation and all inspite of they telling me
                  That i won't be charged as it's their fault..
                  I am seriously frustrated with the kind if service you guys are providing
                  And the way you are neglecting a customer who has been using d2h from past
                  So many years.
                  I request you to please cancel my connection and please take your things
                  Back and just refund me all the amount including the recharge charges as

                    I have been using the services since a long and now i need to permanently deactivate all the services and disconnect the connection. I have called the customer care department and sent the email also for the same.

                    Surprisingly, none of the company representative turned back. O phone call they said that they will not disconnect the services.

                    All the hardware, se top box and remote are ready to take back by the company.

                    Am simply requesting to refund my account balance as on today. But i really do not understand what exactly the problem in refunding account balance while am not using any of services?

                    You are sincerely requested to please extend all your possible support in the matter.

                      Now, the said tv has complained as display fault. The said complaint has proposed to the thiruvarur branch (No.115, nagapattinam road, asad road, vijayapuram, thiruvarur) more than 3 times. But the branch is not support to serve to me. The said tv has covered 3 years warranty (Now warranty covered). Hence request to arrange the service to the tv as soon as possible.

                      I have purchased the VIDEOCON LED VNJ4FH LED TV on 27/10/2016. Invoice No : TVR1-16 /[protected].
                      Now, the said TV has complained as Display fault. The said complaint has proposed to the Thiruvarur Branch (No.115, Nagapattinam Road, ASAD Road, Vijayapuram, Thiruvarur) more than 3 times. But the branch is not support to serve to me.                         This is inform you that they have changed my id and settop box without informing me and once i have recharged the plan they always activate movie channels and deducted unnecessary charges from my amount.
                        This happened twice where i never called them to activate these channels.
                        I have called them to deactivate the same but they refused. Also i asked them to why you activated these services whereas we never called you they dont have answer.
                        D2h is the worst services and making fool their customer and charging for unwanted services.
                        This is not about the 70/100 rupees but why we pay them instead to paying any beggars.
                        They have very illiterate person in their team who have no answer of thier customer query.

                              From last one week i am getting an error message signal is not available in my videocon d2h i have contacted customer care they said that we will arrange the engg for the same and he will charge rs.200 as a visiting charges why should i pay this charges if customer facing any problem so it is videocon responsibility to resolve customer issue.

                              When i said come and collect my dish and set box don't want use anymore your pathetic service after that they disconnected the call, is this type of service videocon providing to customer.

                              I recharged every month and i am not getting any service from videocon very disappointed with pathetic service.

                                My Customer ID[protected]. I have purchased Videocon d2h set-up box past 2 months. Having seen various advertisements, encouraged me to buy this product. What to say, after several follow ups the same was installed. Hardly after a month, the channels are disrupted and not working.
                                Having registered SEVERAL I repeat SEVERAL complaints through customer care, I am just receiving a docket number (complaint number) and an assurance within 8 hours the technician will visit. To my surprise, only phone calls are being spent, but no one has attended our problem. Please advise the use of purchasing this Product. I have in my family who use Dish TV, Tata Sky etc, but never heard them having such an irresponsible after sales service.
                                I have registered my concern in the Twitter. If further action is not taken, the same will be published in the local newspaper. I demand a complete waiver of my monthly subscription, since I haven't enjoyed any service for the past 20 days. Else I want the Videocon management to provide me refund for the product.

So my television disc got uninstall and installation from above address. The engineer come from the videocon service came and perform the installation. Then after he took 400 cash for service charge the engineer mob no is ([protected]). Then suddenly i got a messeage that service company demanding 450 rupee from us and stopped the service. After making many call they have admitting that we pay the amount to engineer still not activate the service making harassed us as we have build in videocon setup box.
                                  We are not expecting these in this era. Kindly take a look on this issue as we are expecting justice from trai like organization.

                                    I have purchased a lcd from videcon having extended warranty, now there is problem in sound system, i have registered a compliant and paid 590 for visit charge but till now no solution has been given it almost one month now.

                                    I have put this compliant on 18th aug, mechanic visited on 19th aug and said he will be fix in next one week, but now its almost 22 days nothing moved, we are without tv since 22 days.

                                    I need immediate attention from the videocon nordal, if they do not have part available then change the lcd on immediate basis.

                                    I called customer care multiple times they said they do not have the required part available in there warehouse, kindly change the lcd.

                                    We cannot wait for so long for small thing to be repair, if we do not have warranty we can do it easily from out side, but now we cannot do it from outside.

                                    Please provide the solution immediate basis.

                                      I am getting a icons (Up arrow, down arrow, volume up and down) at the left bottom of the tv once switched on and itw keep on blinking and changing the channels automatically even without the remote devices. I purchased this device at vijay sales chinchwad, pune on around mar to apr month of 2017. Please look in to the issue and as early as possible. Currently residing at chennai.

                                        My videocon d2h set top box not working from last 20 days for that i am complaint atleast 10 times.
                                        Every time they told me your problem solved in next 8 working hours but i don't know when there 8 working hours comes.
                                        I am already harsh from videocon d2h i don't want videocon d2h longer.

                                        I am unable to add or delete channels in create your own pack.
                                        It tells, technical error from past month and customer care service is unresponsive.
