My Customer ID[protected]. I have purchased Videocon d2h set-up box past 2 months. Having seen various advertisements, encouraged me to buy this product. What to say, after several follow ups the same was installed. Hardly after a month, the channels are disrupted and not working.
Having registered SEVERAL I repeat SEVERAL complaints through customer care, I am just receiving a docket number (complaint number) and an assurance within 8 hours the technician will visit. To my surprise, only phone calls are being spent, but no one has attended our problem. Please advise the use of purchasing this Product. I have in my family who use Dish TV, Tata Sky etc, but never heard them having such an irresponsible after sales service.
I have registered my concern in the Twitter. If further action is not taken, the same will be published in the local newspaper. I demand a complete waiver of my monthly subscription, since I haven't enjoyed any service for the past 20 days. Else I want the Videocon management to provide me refund for the product.
