I bought vediocon smart tv which have 3 years warranty and now screen was blinking where when i try to reach coustomer care they said now vediocon tv services was shut down. And no one is responding to the calls.

They are informing that company is no more there hence no service centers are available

But we paid all for 3 years for extended warranty

Pathetic service ever now if i want to make repair it will cost of 8000. Please solve issues am reachable @ [protected]

    I booked videoconhd rf set top box of rs 1799 through their official website on 03.07.2019. The amount was debited from my account but no message/ confirmation received from d2h and no customer id allotted to me. I called customer care support but they are not able to solve the problems and ask me to e-mail the complaint. I did the same but no response from videocon d2h.

      Respected sir/ma'am,
      I am vaishnavi singh.
      On 26th june 2019, i recharged my videocon d2h through it's official website (https://www.d2h.com/). the recharge was of ₹1360.80. It failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I recharged through debit card. I submitted a complaint on it's website and i was told that i'll hear back from them within 24 hours but i didn't. On 28th june, again i tried recharging my videocon d2h through it's official website, this time now of ₹500. The recharge failed again but the amount was again deducted from my bank account. I contacted customer care and they submitted a complaint for me regarding this issue and told me that my problem will be resolved within approx. 24 hours. Nothing happened again. My problem was not solved nor did i hear back from anyone from the company regarding this issue. I contacted them continuously and in the result was, they submitted 5-6 complaints for me regarding this issue claiming the same thing always that it'll be resolved within the given time. But it didn't. I also tried contacting the senior staff through the customer care but they also did the same at last filed a complaint for me and told me that it'll be solved within the given time. It's been more than a week but my complaint still hasn't been resolved. I asked them to either process the recharge or refund the money. But nothing happened. Sir/ma'am, i really to forward to you to help me with this issue to get back my lost money. I have a lost a total amount of ₹1860.80/-

        I extremely regret being a videocon d2h customer due to below reason:

        My videocon d2h i'd is :21830996, have raised request for reinstallation on 2nd july 2019 but it's been 3 days i am not getting single response from anyone i am calling customer care and asking for updates but they are taking only complaints still no update from anyone and no proper response from customer care people. Worst service from videocon.

        If they cant provide the service then why dont they shutter down and stop cheating the customers. Digraceful!!!

          Dear videocon,

          I have been one of the oldest users of your dsh service in mysore, karnataka. Recently from few weeks i have not used the tv so much. I recharged my account for watching the tv, but non of the channels are coming or it says your trial period is over.

          Apparently, i am not able to buy any channels using the app and money has been deducted.

          I tried calling your service phone number and i am very sure there exists none or its a hoax you are pulling off. Why do you cheat customers like this??

          You guys are not available through email support or phone support.

          Please let me know, should i continue your subscription or send you the setup box?

            I have ordered the new dth connection consumer Id[protected] throgh online this video con official website, paid the amount 1799, till the date no body turned on to deliver and installation when ever I am calling them raising one new complaint giving some dead line repeatedly, at last I got the message of disconnection of the service, this is completely cheating the people through online taking our money and disconnection with out giving any connection.
            Please help me how to proceed legally with them.

              I have videocon tv with inbuilt setup box which is also from videocon d2h.
              Below are my details:

              Issue:
              When i brought this videocon tv it has inbuilt hd setup box, it was showing hd channels, even still 31st december 2018, i was viewing the hd channels. But now hd channels are not available for selection for me. I have checked with customer care, in mobile application and on website of d2h, because of this i am not able to view hd channels. (I can view only one hd channel currently.)
              Customer care (D2h) is saying that my setup box is not hd, but then how i was able to view the hd channels earlier still december 2018?
              Also i checked with tv supplier and d2h operator of videocon he is saying that set box is hd.

                I've recently shifted to a different area within Hyderabad and my privileges started as soon as i called customer care. They say videocon doesn't have disconnection policy and they asked me simply Stop the recharge.
                Next point is my relocation, i got about 50-60 calls from agents everyone asking what's the problem ( no one have any info why the request was raised), after i explain then about relocating they simply say someone else will call and disconnect the phone.

                When i ask for a supervisor or manager they don't connect saying they're all busy and they can't talk.

                Kindly let me know how i can priced legally against Videocon d2h.

                  I am taking followup by mail and call from 26th june but still, i didn't get a refund.

                  It's very unprofessional from videocon team.

                    We are a customer of videocon d2h connection (Customer id[protected] and are unable to view most of our paid channels since last one month. We have repeatedly made complains to videocon customer care and everytime was told technician will be coming within 24 hours but unfortunately no body has visited to our place till now. We have paid our subscription of which balance of 1400+ is lying with them. If they are not able to cater our complain and restore the normal services can you ask them to return our money back so that we can opt for some other dth connection.
                    An early action will be highly appreciated.

                      I purchased 2.0 T Videocon Split AC on 18/05/2016 from K.K.Sales Pvt Ltd, 7/3A/2C Clive Road, Civil Lines, Allahabad. It has 04 years of warranty on Compressor. The AC works very well in first two years followed by gradual decrease in cooling. When I filed complaint to Videocon Customer Care Cell, every time we received an untrained (even without ITI) mechanic. It is hard to believe that such a reputed company is hiring unprofessional to solve the complaints. After several phone calls, I was able to receive some response from local vendors.One month has past the AC is not working, it is giving hot air rather than cool air. It is important to note that this year Prayagraj (Allahabad) is experiencing temp. between 45 to 48 degree celsius with no rain till date.
                      Therefore, It my humble request to solve the problem of my Split AC.

                        I recharge for 445 rupees and told them to change pack new diamond but they changed it into south gold kids pack and the validity also shows for 14 days and they charge 200 rupees for technical problems and customer care representatives talk rudely and laugh at issues and don't give their office and address and say we don't have office. Please help big issue in gurugram haryana.

                          I am existing customer of videocon d2h, customer id is 22xxxx370.
                          Yesterday i were discussed with d2h customer executive, he check
                          My account details and suggest pack i. E value combo for 3 month amount of
                          493, for 6 month amount of 799 and for 12 month amount of 1299. The same value combo pack checked on https://www.d2h.com/Recharge/RechargeDetails and
                          Then only recharged value combo pack on 15/06/2019 my d2h account with amount of 1299 for 12 month.
                          But now my tv account only free channels are able to see now and
                          Switch off date is showing only 06/08/2019 only, actually it should be
                          15/06/2020.
                          I were called today to d2h customer executive around 15 to 18 times.
                          In the morning they said they are facing network issue call after half
                          Hours, not able to fetch your details. But don't worry they will update my
                          Account details.
                          After sometime again i called them they said call after 4 hours, i called
                          After 4 hrs and now they said that we cant change this date.

                          Still this issue is not resolved. Please help to get resolved.

                            On 30th june, 2:00 pm, videocon d2h representative visited my place as my connection had disturbances. The representative changed only 1 cable connector and charged me rs. 150 for the connector.

                            The representative refused to provide me any receipt for the charges and refused to deduct the amount from my account (As it would be recorded). I am highly confident that the connector does not cost rs. 150 and the charges were completely illegal.

                                Hi, i have recharged for 300/- on jun 24th however the d2h is stopped working and they are saying the entire setuptopbox need to be replaced as its not booting.

                                While at the time of connection, they promised for free replacement of settopbox, later on they are not doing.

                                I have called so many times, but there is no resolution,

                                Please fix this issue otherwise i file consumer complaint.

                                    I have Recharge d2h videocone Rs.322/- on[protected].But my set-top box is not working.On TV screen "signal not availabe" message.I have complaine to customer care to provide engineer to start set-top box on[protected].They promised me to engineer visit in 24 hours.But till today egineer never come and my dth b/c is 259.98 in today without service.

                                      Sir, on 26/06/2019 near about 8 pm, i have recharge my d2h videocon account as my previous recharge ended last night. Money was being debited by net banking. But evenafter d2h not providing any chhanels to show tv. I have called to customer care after 6 to 7 attempt but surprising they were not showing interest any this problem & told me to wait 36 hrs. It seems so causal approrach to me. This is not the first time happened like this way. All my details are given below

                                        I am fed up from your service. Every month whenever i recharged you guys give problem... Nd asking to pay 200 rupees for your engneer without any fault from our side.. Now i have recharged with 329 rupees and channels are not working. Called customer care ten times... Wait for one hour and now they are saying we are registering your complain and our main will visit you tomorrow and you have to pay 200... Are we mad that evrytime for your fault we will pay 200... This is really a scam

                                        I want to change my RTN because I dont use my previous number at all even I dont remember where I missed that sim card.
                                        If you can change my RTN for Customer ID[protected] it will help a lot.
