I called 39404040 and I have raised complaint about my tv and they came to visit and took 500 from me and told me power supply part will replace and will take one week time to come from Videocon.
But now this is third week going on and nobody came from Videcon for this repairing. When I calling them they always telling me that your tv part will come.
This is worst customer service I have faced. I am very upset and my mistake to bought Videcon tv.

      This is the violation of consumer rights as the dd channel is not showing by D2H, Is everything commercialized ? It means I have chosen d2h then I have to pay ? Is this the dadagiri?
      It should stop. Consumer care have to raised voice I am in. As the consumer in India have to preference to Indian channels and it should not restrict any channels by any private broadcaster company. This is the consumer rights violations.
      Raised and join the hands with this illegal activity.

        I am not able to view sports channel on my my d2h connection. error says signal not available. However other channels are working perfectly fine.when i called d2h customer care, they said i will have to pay 200 rs for engineer visit. They are running a scam or what. Why should i be paying for some fault which i have not done...they knowthis is a world cup time and people will pay anything to watch matches and hence they are running a scam. Pathetic service videocon. I have attached images of star gold which is working fine and other one of star sports showing the error.

          This is Manoj Kumar Jain and I am using Videocon d2h from last 10 years and suddenly since 04-June-2019 I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When I called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when I called today your agent told me that I need to pay Rs 250 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously I am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before I throw away your box and dish from my house. My cust id is 87077033 and my phone number is [7829906xxx].

          I am going to call for your service engineer to resolve this issue in another 24 hours. It really hurts that I need to pay Rs 250 to him for no fault of mine. I will wait till my subscription expire and would break all my commitments with Videocon because of your pathetic service.

            My videocon d2h id 28102067 jugal kishore bhala.
            as per new rules of d2h services i seletced channel pack of 545 for 3 months recharged on 14/4/2019 so all corrections fine i got new pack channels to view and validity for 14/07/2019.

            now since 8/06/2019 iam unable to view channel saying insufficient balance. while my validity exists on seeing my account status.

            On contacting customercare complaint no. [protected] the sa i have selected in between addon channel through videocon infinity app. I have no knowledge of this app nor i have done any such changes. with in hour message ur complaint resolved successfully. No channels to see.

            recomplaint no.[protected] forcefully they say i have asked for 860 pack and hence balance nill. My tv doesnt support any advanced channels mobile doesnt have any app nor i have anyone who has changed any packs.

            moment i recharge for 3months or any long pack this mischief done by company people since pas 8 months.
            AFTER NEW RULES I THOUGHT CUSTOMER IS PROTECED BUT MORE HARRASMENT.

            Now the company representative says i have changed pack through infinity app. personally my account should not be altered without my knowledge. i have not accessed any app or infact have no idea regarding their existence. i had selected 181rs per month.

            They say my account was altered to 850/Rs by add on.

            when i asked then who did it no information.

            NEW SAFETY RULES NO ONE SHOULD ALTER WITHOUT RMN OR E MAIL ID. IN MY CASE BOTH HAVE NO TRANSACTION. WHICH CLEARLY SAYS MISCHIEF IN LOOTIN PUBLIC MONEY AND CHEATING INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE US.

            STRICT ACTION NEEDED TO AVOID OTHERS BEING TROUBLED LIKE ME

              I have recharged my Videocon setup box by Rs.200 yesterday. E30-4 & E19-4 are the error appearing on the TV screen. I have tried several times to contact customer care. and all the suggested ways of starting the service is in vain. I have got the factory setting done and also waited almost more than two hours in front of TV. Till now the service has not started.

              I feel that Videocon D2h service is the worst. They are deducting the daily charges even when the customer care is aware that the service hasnt started.

                I have videocon dth connection and the dth stopped working 2 days ago.I raised a complaint and a guy came to fix that. There was no issues from our side and the guy said it happened because of some version up gradation. And then demanded 200 for service charges. Some 6 months ago i had faced similar problem where there was an issue from their side and that guy took 300 as service charges.When i denied to pay the charges the personsaid it will be deducted from my account when i will recharge. Why am i supposed to pay any charges when there is no fault of me. Is this their new way of extorting money from customer. Everytime anything will happen be it my fault or not i will have to pay. What kind of services are these. I am completely unsatisfied with this behavior of videocon.

                I have already shared it with your team. But no action has been taken yet. And the service charges have already been deducted from my account. What kind of services are you trying to provide the customers. I mean if a user is recharging tv for 300rs and than 200 will ne deducted every 4-5 month or so for service charges and when the problem is at your end. I have only one word for this service PATHETIC.

                    My name is Gowtham Kumar. I purchase a videocon 1.5 Ton 5 Star AC. I raised a complaint regarding a problem in my AC. The Complaint Number is VIJ [protected] on 19 April 2019. Your executive named Srinivasa of SVC Point Vizianagaram Mob No [protected] attended the case on 23 April 2019 and said there is a problem in the compressor and that will be replaced by the videocon company also he asked me 400 as advance to raise a complaint with the company. I paid that amount. Your executive gave me his visiting card entering the received amount 400 eith his initial.Then after I am trying to reach him but stating different problems he is avoiding me till date. It is nearly two months I raised the complaint and my children are very small in their age elder is 2.5 years old and younger is 1 year old.

                    I consider this as huge irresponsible attitude towards your clients as the whole summer we resided without AC.

                    In case if you feel this complaint is not your problem them kindly provide me the consent mail address to reach with my complaint.

                      I had purchased my Videocon Television (Model: 50 inch LED VMS50QX19SA - UHD 4K) on 5-Nov-2015 through SALES INDIA, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. I had also received a Warranty Card of 5 years (Extended Warranty).

                      After facing issue in my television set, I had registered my complain initially by calling on phone no. 39404040 dated 10-May-2019. In response SMS, I was told to Whatsapp Videocon a Television Bill to [protected] (247around Videocon Service Partner).

                      My television extended warranty was confirmed through SMS dated 11-May-2019 and allotted ID LP[protected] with calling information of mobile no. [protected].

                      Complain was attended by the representative of 247around on 13-May-2019 with a payment of Rs. 500/-. Document is attached herewith for your reference.

                      More than 20 days have been already passed and my problem is still not resolved. Hence, I am writing to you.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        My Videocon d2h cable connection customer ID is[protected]. The cable connection is installed at Cosmopolis Road, Dumduma, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

                        After super cyclone 'Fani' my cable connection is not working and shows "signal not available." The antenna installed at outside wall is intact condition, hence the signal problem might be due to displacement of the accurate angle of the antenna. It will take only 10 to 15 minutes to set up the antenna in its accurate angles.

                        On 27.05.2019 at about 10.30am I have lodged my complaint with the company's customer care division elaborating the situation in detail with a request to send their mechanics to solve the issue. After registration of my complaint I have contacted them for not less than ten times. I have also lodged my complaint through their email address available in their website.

                        But, it is matter of regret that in spite of my repeated requests the company has not taken any action yet, even responses of their customer care executives and higher authorities are at all not satisfactory.

                        Under the above situation, without finding any alternative and efficacious way, I am constrained to file this complaint before your kind self for issuance of necessary direction to the company to resolve my issue at the earliest. Moreover, I pray before your kind self to pass necessary orders to the company to waive out their charges for the period from the date of registration of my complaint i.e. from 27.05.2019 till the date of completion of repairing and maintenance work as well as to give me adequate compensation for bothering me by creating such inconvenience and for their intentional negligence, as would be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

                          The channels I have selected in my DTH Connection do not remain for long. Within a day or so my channels disappear and message saying that these are not subscribed. I select them all again and ask to refresh they came back but just for a day or so...pathetic service. Why can't they set their system right?
                          Have been complaining them but no response.

                            I opted the Silver Kannada combo on 21st of May 2019. DD sports and Star Sports 1 Kannada part of package. Till today they have not activated it.

                            As today I called customer care, informing me its not part of package. Even today 5th May 2019. I am seeing the channel list of Silver Kannada combo. Its part of Package. I know very well, they deactivated due to Cricket world cup. Whatever it may be, I am expecting the service as they promised on 21st May when availing the channel. Find the attached docs and mail conversation D2H.

                            I am customer from more than 3 years, service and methodology is very worst of D2H. Even faced the issue with them while Set up box replacement as 2nd hand box proving to the customer. which is not worth of it.

                            I need you immediate intervention and help to resolve the issue. In india,

                              I registered complaint with brd services tekcare india put ltd on 29th march 2019 and the call number is tha[protected]. I bought videocon led 40" inch from vijay sale on 16th oct 2014 with warranty of 5 years.
                              It started facing functioning of issues in led from march 2019 and i went to vijay sales for checking.. They registered my complaint somewhere on 25th march 2019 and informed me that the technician from authorised service center will visit ur place and confirm the exact issue.. On 29th march 2019, technician visited and confirmed the issue with panel.. He charged rs.950/- for the same and told that as soon as the panel arrive to our center you will be informed on the same.. On non resolution after a month i started following up with brd services, where they told the company is not functioning currently and hence the same will take little time and after certain follow up they given me a number of mr. Rajesh dave, who is working with videocon sitting in bhayndar office, he told the same thing so i started waiting, again before 5 days back i called him up and he again said we have not received the panel then i told him to provide the number of some senior who can look into the same...
                              He provided number of narayan tamanhkar, seems to be an area sale manager, i tried calling multiple time to him but he has not responded and finally i sent whatsapp message to him regarding the same there also he has not responded.. So i have been finally forced to put my complaint here.. I urge if someone attend my complaint for resolution..

                                I had purchased 40 inch videocon led on 16th oct 2014 with 5 years warranty from vijay sales mira road branch.. From march 2019 the led is not functioning and i brought this to the notice of vijay sales and they registered the complaint and told that authorised dealer will come to check the issue.. The technician from brd services visited and identified the defect with panel and charged rs.950/- for the same and told once panel will come the same will be informed.. The complaint no is tha[protected].. Still the issue is unresolved and giving false promises it will come soon... Can this be attended.. I am attaching the image of led and bill...

                                  Hi,

                                  I would like to file a complaint against the customer support team of videocon d2h delhi department, as i have a videocon 42 inches lcd tv which has an inbuilt set top box in it, i am experiencing problem in watching hd channels on my tv, which is why i called (Infinite times) the customer complaint team of videocon d2h, explaining my problem and expecting to get the solution from them, however the highly incompetent team, firstly don't listen to your problem and never respond back on the call while speaking to them and upon saying "hello" "hello" for infinite times they reply as : "hanji bataiye apki problem" i mean all this while they were not listening to what i was telling them over the call??? Upon not having the proper answer or solutions to my problem, all the team is trained to disconnect the call.
                                  I mean i have experienced this several times and every time i call them, being a customer, i have to plead them not to disconnect my call, however they do not have any humanity, but are highly illiterate, customer support team videocon d2h has.
                                  Upon begging one of the customer support executive to listen to my problem nd register my complaint, he finally did register the complaint, promising me the engineer would visit or the videocon customer support team will call me, giving the complaint no:[protected], to me, however it’s been a week nobody has called me yet.

                                  Videocon d2h is highly incapable team ever, and would feel cheated every time i call the customer support team, and would feel trapped in purchasing this videocon d2h services as being a medium class citizen i can’t discontinue the services in a jiffy if it won’t work which is why these customer support team is designed to help the customers of videocon d2h, however this company has designed a bunch of highly illiterate, incompetent and cheaters sitting out there irritating customers and testing their patience level by not responding the customer on the call which leaves the customer with no option but to disconnect the call.

                                  Where the customer would go?? If videocon d2h only has these highly stupid team with bunch of preposterous human beings sitting out there calling themselves a support team.

                                  Please help me with the way out of resolving this issue, hoping to choose this medium of complaint does resolve my problem with videocon as every forum is not incapable like videocon d2h. “aasmaa se utri khushiyo ki chatri " my foot!!!

                                    I recharged my account with Rs. 300 on 27th may and it is showing zero balance. I called many times to customer care and they are not willing to resolve the issue. The customer care executive disconnects the phone many times. Or they say it will be resolved tomorrow, sometimes they sày within one hour and so on. Bad customer service of vediocon d2h.

                                    Before this I had relocated my dish antenna to new address for which the service guy charged me Rs 400 and another Rs 50 which I already paid in cash.

                                    So where is my recharge money 300 gone? Why the service is stopped and showing zero balance?? Very strange behaviour of D2H Customer care !!!

                                      Hello - we recently relocated videocon d2h services to pimple saudagar and we were told it would only cost 400 however engineer charged us 1500 and no receipt was given. However, service stopped working in an hour and we keep getting message signal not available. We have registered multiple complaints but nobody has come to fix the issue. They keep saying we have to pay more when service hasn't worked from day 1. Also, i recharged my account for 683 with 216 additional offer from videocon for a free month however balance on my account reduced to 382 in 8 days and no trace of 216.

                                        My D2h connection id is 3341358 in name of Manisha Modwani. I got the dish antena relocated to new address and paid Rs 400 while unstalling the antena and paid Rs. 50 while reinstallation to the person of this company. Later I recharged my account on 27th May, Rs. 300 and my account is showing ZERO balance.
                                        What kind of service is this. You people just eat my money. Calling to customer care atleast 50 times. Sometimes they hang the phone, or they just say service will be resumed tomorrow, or within one hour, within two hours. They have given me so much headache. I just recommend my all friends and relatives, don't get this d2h service or they will just eat you money. I want my money back or resume my service with 10 days waiver.

                                        My Split AC is serviced by videocon service Staff just 10days before. Now the AC is not working at all. No body is picking up calls from Services centre.
