My id 28102067 complaint no.[protected]
Amount recharged 545 on 14.4.19 for 3 months as per new trai rules.

8.6.19 I get message insufficient balance. On enquiry they by infinity app 850rs add on pack was opted.

Now I have not done this no idea personally regarding this app.
No login from my account.
They r unnecessarily putting it on me.

Similarly 8 months back my amount was looted saying on promotional call I selected add-on no such call received and no request from me.

How they can loot our money.

8 days passed still my tv not activated. They ask me to forget and recharge again.

Every time I recharge for 3months problem of cheating arises.

    My vedio con D2h channel subscription is valid till 2020, with nearly Rs 6000 in balance amount. My customer ID is 94299452 and account no. is 9383755
    My package selected was south silver
    since 3-4 months after the tv channels were make payable, except for 2-3 free channels, non of the pay channels are coming. I have 2 set top boxes.
    I have contacted your customer care several times, they keep promising that they will resolve, it is nearly 4 months, no action is taken
    please arrange to resolve the problem immediately

      My father is a current subscriber of videocon d2h. His customer id is[protected].The subscription is registered under the name of Zanual. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name and address both.So i request you to change the name to Mr.Bijai kumar, which is my father's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

        Since 12/05/2019 we have been not been receiving signal on our set top box for the our D2H connection, in spite of numerous complains on phone & also by email no engineer has ever visited our house but complain status gets changed to resolved but the problem persists. We had to engaged an outside mechanic who somehow fixed the problem after 17 days & the Ms Videocon has refused to refund the charges for the same period.

        Today I had recharged again & Ms Videocon is refusing to acknowledge the payment and restart the services.

        The executives attending the calls show very unintelligent communication skills which portrays their ignorance regarding the training/services they are supposed to render. Many of them talk all rubbish or iterate the same words...showing as if they are not able to hear or give excuses of signal problem and disconnect the phone.

            I had purchased fully automatic top load washing machine in December 2016. It stopped working in may 2019. I have launched the complaint on 6 may . Company person visited my place & identified the problem. According to him one part was not working and needed to be replaced.He said he will visit again when the part will be available. I am calling customer care every second day but not getting positive response.
            Now all mobile numbers given to me are either busy or switched off.
            Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Ur staf[censored]ses abusive language when asked abt his details like is he an engineer or someone from video offc or call centre..

            I have the whole conversation recorded.

            Kindly suggest how and where can I submit the same.

              As everyone knows that Cyclone Fani hit odisha on 3rd May 2019.Due to this My Videocon D2h Satellite Antenna got completely damaged. So we have called and requested Videocon customer care for an engineer visit to fix this issue.But service has not been provided since last 24 days, we have already registered multiple complains but still not get any solutions.

              Requesting you to please help us to fix this issue.

                  I recharged my d2h accout on 28/5/2019 and then these people deduced my 200rs as i recharged for 400 and service engineer taken away 200 rs as service charge from us as we adjusted our d2h after 2years. now im asking customer care why 200rs deducted from my account they told it is service charge for engineer visit but he already taken our 200rs. now customer care keep cutting my call while keeping it on hold u can check todays call 13/06/2019 between 6-7pm my details are available in picture below

                    Savita Mehra customer care executive has openly said to file a complaint against her.
                    Videocon d2h executive have deducted amount which had been recharged.
                    They did not respond to our requests properly and now they have deducted the amount telling that we had requested a service. This is illegal
                    And not fair why does these people loot out money very bad
                    I need my refund as soon as possible.

                        Hi,
                        Today I have called videocon d2h for an issue related to "Signal not available". They have suggested their well known steps (do this do that). We have tried all steps and even problem remains the same. So they have set a visit of their engineers to see an issue and resolve it. Charges for same will be INR 200. I have agreed.

                        In between customer care representative has surprised me by saying that another issue has also been registered with my customer id (i.e. relocation of my connection). I was surprised to know the same because that has not been registered by myself or my registered mobile no. Even representative has verified that yes its not called by you it was from another number which is not mine or even not registered with my connection. But still one of videocon representative has already lodged that issue under system against my customer id.
                        Now when I am requesting videocon supervisor to take out that request of relocation as its not registered by myself. He is not ready to delete and saying that myself also have to bear 450 rs. in case you cancel this request. Its straight forward case of cheating, fraud and third class service from videocon d2h and its customer care representative and supervisors.

                        I have already informed them that I am ready to bear charges of your engineer (i.e. 200 rs) which have been registered by my mobile no only. But I am not going to pay a single penny against another issue (i.e. relocation) which have not been called or registered by my mobile no.

                        I would like to highlight that because of such representatives and supervisors, videocon d2h and its management is loosing its customer and name.

                        You are kindly requested to take strict action against your representative and supervisors and rectify genuine issue with my connection (i.e. signal not available).

                        I will waiting to hear from you in this regards. Otherwise I have to look for another steps or action from my side.

                          My mobile number is DND registered. Still I get lots of promotional call everyday to my mobile number from Videocon D2H. It is kind of complete torture, harassment and disturbance. So stop calling me for these vague promotional call. I just wonder though mobile is registered for DND, how you guys not following the protocol and call on these promotional junks.

                            Dish Antenna has to be re fixed at the same location as the Dish antenna has fallen down due to the heavy rain.

                            Mentioned issue was escalated on june 5th 2019 complaint no:[protected]
                            response form DTH service received through message was: Complaint will be resolved on June 7th 6:24 Pm.
                            2.
                            Since the issue was not resolved i had called to the support team and got to know that engineer has closed the ticket as remote replacement without attending the complaint.
                            Hence i raised complaint on engineer for wrong closure of ticket on 7th with the complaint no:[protected] and response form DTH service received through message was: Complaint will be resolved on June 8th 04:26 Pm.

                            But still complaint was not resolved and i had called again support team and spoke with the supervisor and raised one more complaint with the Id:[protected] response form DTH service received through message was: Complaint will be resolved on June 9th 11:41 Am.
                            4.
                            But still complaint was not resolved and i had called again support team and spoke with the supervisor and raised one more complaint with the Id:[protected] response form DTH service received through message was: Complaint will be resolved on June 9th 02:42 Pm.

                            Still the Issue is not resolved and continuous follow up from 5th June to till today 11th June i am calling the support team and speaking to many supervisors but the response from the team is, issue will be resolved within 1 hour, 8 working hours with different time confirmation .

                              I have signal issue, from last 1.5 months I have called the customer care around 100 times but problem is not resolved. they have connected me their service team also in Secundrabad. the service team said that the area i live is not they serve, they gave other contact no, this person also said the same. and gave the other person no.                                 I have been visit at your customer center on 29/01/2019 having complained number GHA[protected] but still no respose from your side i have also submit my Led TV at your store.                                 Kindly look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    I would like to bring your kind attention to our complaint lodged on[protected] regarding our 40 inches colour TV. TV is under warrantee since we purchased it on[protected].
                                    Technician have visited multiple time but complaint is still pending.
                                    Have spoken to customer care and they also respond that they can't do anything wait for repair parts to arrive.
                                    Does it normally take 5 months for resolution of complain...

                                    It's the worst service.. I have videocon d2h connection from last 5 year.. But from last 1 year I have been facing issue.. Tried to write to nodal.. Communicated to customer care so many times no resolution.. I have changed d2h remote 3 times in an year.. Every time I complain person comes and says your remote is not working.. We need to replace.. I always have to pay him 300 rupees.. I don't understand.. Last I changed remote was feb, 2019 and now it's June.. I won't understand if I am paying for some product the should be warrenty.. They say no warranty.. And in 3 months I have to change it.. This time it's 4 the time.. I said I won't should not be charged as it's not even an year and this is the 4 time.. Remote is not even damaged.. Is this customer satisfaction.. Customer I'd[protected]

                                      I have purchased the VideoCone Ac with Amc My Ac is not working from March I have registered the complaint on March in VideoCone customer care without any resolve the complaint Custmer care closed the complaint without happy code Now I am registered the complaint every day, as per customer care complaint closed by service center, then I called to new Sevice Center No. provided by VideoCone customer care as per Service center VideoCone Co is closed we are provide the service on Amc if Shakshi Madam gives approval from VideoCone Co. Now Shakshi ji not responding from VideoCone.If VideoCone already collect the Amc amount from the customer then provide the service immediate. Please provide the Srvice immediately.
