My customer id is 76457000. We were not able to change to subscribers free plans per trai instruction and vdh customer care service could not be contacted in march and april 2019.in may 2019, we paid rs.500and activated videocon dth. Before that i have one main connection and mirror connection too. But even after paying rs.500, channel distribution in two connections were not same. One connection was disconnected on 15th june and when we asked for change of remaining one connection to main tv, that too was disconnected on 16h.. The connection was cut from 16/05/2019 around evening 7pm. I was informed that connection will be changed and you will get your connection back within 8hrs. I did not get connection till friday night (120hrs), but the money was deducted. We have called 12 times to customer care, but only 3-4 calls were registered. After 18thmay, the calls were not registered, but this can be seen in the dial list. Suddenly the connection came back from 9.30pm, 22/06/2019. Though we called vdh customer care and registered complaint no one attended the complaint and connection was reactivated on 22nd. The now, the rolling is going on, recharge the account within 22/06/19 this is critical reminder. But the account is going to be expired on 28/06/2019. We requested for sun, vijay and zee tamil. But we are not getting vijay tv. Again the connection is gone now at 6.15pm on 23.6.19
We have suffered for the past five days without connection and the connection was not with the channels we have requested. Worst customer care support and no one did pay attention to solve the customer problem. This is giving lot of mental disturbances, restlessness and agony. I am waiting for your reply and what are you going to compensate for your connection problem and my mental trauma.

Note:
After the plan of channels to be paid separately, the customers are only suffering, because they are earning well from advertisements. Every time, we have to change the setup box, if the setup box is common for all connections, then we don’t need to pay for changing connections. Please help us to solve the issue. Either set up box has to be taken back by the poorly responding company and money has to be given back to customer or there should be portability like mobile phones. Whenever customer could not see channels because of poor customer care sevice or non service his account duration should be extended, if he wants to maintain the same company. Because of your rules customers are only suffering, corporate are earning well. Please help us to solve the issue.
