I called d2h Videocon customer care representative to install dish antenna as I relocated to some other City. Despite following up with them multiple times, I did not hear from anyone of them. Then finally I called some local electrician to fix the same as we had to watch IND Pakistan cricket match, we couldn't afford to wait for any d2h engineer to get it fixed as it was already too late.

2 days later I received a call from an engineer and I informed him to not to come as I already got that fixed from my end. Then after 2-3 days I realized that Videocon D2H has deducted 450 rupees from my balance.

Then I immediately called customer Care number and I was told that I got relocation done and they have charged for engineer visit for fixing dish antenna. I asked them how can they deduct money from my balance without rendering any service as no engineer visited my place. How can you guys charge for anything without customers authorisation.

I am going to file this case in consumer Court and take out forward no matter what it takes.

Engineer and D2H should be penalized.

Completely dissatisfied with the service and no response from them yet.

Re installation not happen last 3 weeks on wards for id[protected], i have raised so many complaints in videocon customer care but no use.

    I had lodged complain on 24.05.2019. Till date no body attended the same. Minimum more than 70 times I had contacted in ur toll free numbers. But till date my problem has not been solved.       I am using videocon d2h for the last 4 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i switch off for few mins and again switch on, the signal is available for 5-10 mins. This problem is repeating every 5-10 mins.
      Please address the issue and try to keep up ur reputation.

        My customer id is[protected] videocon d2h. I complain to d2h for repair my set up box. He send engineer to repair. I gave engineer 200 rupees. But company also deduct money from our recharge. I complained many time to company but give me time to resolve problem. He never resolve my problem. I am calling the company 2-3 times daily. He give me complained no but never resolve my complain.

        I have shifted to a New address and the dish i have installed by a local service men at my cost and now after 2 months its showing no signal from last 1 week when i called them for the service and to change the address they are saying error is coming every time when i call them for the service

          Hello,
          I have complained to the d2h customer care about my set-top box not performing properly, the next day their engineer visited my place any asked me to change my set-top box as it has some faults in that, he did replaced the box and changed me with rs - 450/- which i paid him in cash.
          On the same day i got message displaying "insufficient balance" on my tv screen.
          I do call the d2h customer care and i have been told that the charges are debited because i have replaced my set-top box, but their engineer who visited my place had already taken the amount of rs - 450/- from me. The customer care people registered my complain and i was said that the amount will be credited to my account within 24 hours. I have already registered 3 complaints and yet my problem is not solved.

            My customer id is 76457000. We were not able to change to subscribers free plans per trai instruction and vdh customer care service could not be contacted in march and april 2019.in may 2019, we paid rs.500and activated videocon dth. Before that i have one main connection and mirror connection too. But even after paying rs.500, channel distribution in two connections were not same. One connection was disconnected on 15th june and when we asked for change of remaining one connection to main tv, that too was disconnected on 16h.. The connection was cut from 16/05/2019 around evening 7pm. I was informed that connection will be changed and you will get your connection back within 8hrs. I did not get connection till friday night (120hrs), but the money was deducted. We have called 12 times to customer care, but only 3-4 calls were registered. After 18thmay, the calls were not registered, but this can be seen in the dial list. Suddenly the connection came back from 9.30pm, 22/06/2019. Though we called vdh customer care and registered complaint no one attended the complaint and connection was reactivated on 22nd. The now, the rolling is going on, recharge the account within 22/06/19 this is critical reminder. But the account is going to be expired on 28/06/2019. We requested for sun, vijay and zee tamil. But we are not getting vijay tv. Again the connection is gone now at 6.15pm on 23.6.19

            We have suffered for the past five days without connection and the connection was not with the channels we have requested. Worst customer care support and no one did pay attention to solve the customer problem. This is giving lot of mental disturbances, restlessness and agony. I am waiting for your reply and what are you going to compensate for your connection problem and my mental trauma.

            Note:

            After the plan of channels to be paid separately, the customers are only suffering, because they are earning well from advertisements. Every time, we have to change the setup box, if the setup box is common for all connections, then we don’t need to pay for changing connections. Please help us to solve the issue. Either set up box has to be taken back by the poorly responding company and money has to be given back to customer or there should be portability like mobile phones. Whenever customer could not see channels because of poor customer care sevice or non service his account duration should be extended, if he wants to maintain the same company. Because of your rules customers are only suffering, corporate are earning well. Please help us to solve the issue.

              I have recharged for 300rs last month and even balance is there in my account. I have selected my base pack. But only 3-4 channels are coming. Whenever we complain we get channels for 2-3 days. But then again the same thing happens. Today i called the customer care. A lady received the call. She kept my call on hold for so long. And then she says that we have refreshed and if channel dont come now then our engineer will visit. Their engineer comes. Takes money. Does nothing in the set up box or tv. But then channels come automatically. Videocon d2h is a cheats customer like this. First stops providing channels then sends engineer who charges money and again after somedays the same thing goes on. They have the worst service and customer care executives who donot know how to behave with customers or solve their problem. I am staying at mysore and getting odia channels on my tv but at my home we are not getting odia channels because of signal problem. There's no rain nothing. We are getting other channels and still they say that theres some problem with our set up box. Kindly look into this matter

              Now the customer care is not picking my call also from my registered telephone number.From other numbers they are picking my call.But not from my registered number.Nice service and customer care representatives @videocon d2h!!!

                Hello, i had recently taken the service from videocon d2h to reinstall my dish as i shifted from one place to another. They told they will charge rs 450 for reinstallment. (Customer id:[protected]
                But when technician came he said he will charge rs350 extra as some part is missing (Nothing was missing, some minor thing boalt or sckrew they added extra from their side). At the time of service only senior citizens were at home so they didn't ask for the bill they simply gave the money.
                But when i called videocon and asked for the bill they simply denied for providing the bill and gave some useless reasons like they don't have policy, they don't keep records for what technician does, etc..

                I'm tired of calling them asking them for the bill. I'm attaching the audio conversation which we had.

                I want my invoice for rs800 with price breakdown.
                What extra part they replaced and how much it costs.

                    Enter mobile number not reg mobile number but that number also my mobile number .amount debited 210.
                    So i call cutomer care lots of time they cheating me all times.

                      Let me know procedure for replacement set top box other dth service provider are offering new upgraded set top box without any costs you have to replace to new hd digital set top box without any costs
                      If didn't replaced new hd digital set top box within 7 working days I will change service provider of all society common dth service.

                          I made a complaint status number (Videocon Industries Complaint Status Update [ID: 2305986].

                          Hi Sir,

                          I have a videocon d2h connection (account id[protected] for
                          last 5 years, for the last 4 months i am encounterring endless
                          problems which is highly frustating. I just want to highlight a
                          single and simple issue in this mail.

                          channel no 831 - says "INVALID CHANNEL NUMBER" which is a
                          popoular odiya new channel. Normally If you dont suscribe a
                          channel then it would be different message. For this issue i am
                          talking to your customer care executives over multiple calls for
                          a period of 2 months.

                          1. After 2 months your executive says it is a technical
                          issue which a engineer has to visit.
                          2. Customer has to pay for this
                          2. Not able to reach out to Videocon d2h custmer care
                          3. Most of the time Customer care phone nu is not
                          reachable
                          4. They are neither professional nor well trained, in
                          between they cut the call

                          6 years as a loyal customer now very sadly i have to say that
                          the service is worst in the industry and if my problems are not
                          getting resolved ASAP i would like to take this social media
                          platforms with all proofs including phone recording.

                          Still i didn't receive a resolution.

                            My Videocon D2H connection is not working, I has lodged a complaint through email as well as by telephone on June 12, 2019. After repeated calls and emails, still there not sending any service engineer to repair or replace the faulty product. They are only saying that the visit will be within 24 hrs. since June 12, 2019 everyday. But, they are deducting amount from my Balance of D2H everyday.

                            During May due to cyclone Foni, the alingment or antenna of my d2h was bit moved. During that time also I had complained on May 12, 2019 but no engineer came till May 30, 2019. However there was daily deduction from my Account Balance at that time also.

                              मेरी टीवी की छतरी खराब होने के कारण मैंने नहीं छतरी लगवाई और इंजीनियर का खर्चा ₹450 कैश अमाउंट दिया जिसके बाद मेरा टीवी चालू हो गया किंतु शनिवार के दिन से अचानक मैच देखते देखते मेरा टीवी बंद कर दिया गया मैं उसका कारण जानने के लिए बार-बार कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करके परेशान हूं लेकिन मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है कृपया इस समस्या का समाधान करने की कृपा करें। जिससे मेरे घर का झगड़ा समाप्त हो सके धन्यवाद।

                                  My 50 inch Videocon tv is under 3 year's of warranty and i have logged with complain regarding for the display not in working condition ON 23rd march 2019 complaint no- is THA[protected] there is no response from the service center, they said me to go through the shop where you have purchase . So i went to the vihay sales panvel . Know there of 1 person of sale department mr rahul bohir says that what we can do sir the company is not there, further he says that you can buy another on exchange offer with that tv. are we people are been so fool that we can't get that he is doing his sale of another to me i need to resolved my query ASAP

                                    On 16 th June, 2019 i have recharged my account with Rs 316.It was fine in the morning but after 2pm the channels are not working.After recharging we cant be able to watch the tv channels.Many people of d2h company called me but the issue has not been solved, i emailed but they did nothing.So now i want my total money back.Gradually the videocon d2h company is becoming a thief, cheater, useless.
