I’ve been calling videocon d2h for abt 10 days for connection of videocon to my address. Customer service is taking my requests in vain. After repeated calls and email, today on 24th may one technician came and without even getting down from his two wheeler, he left saying no connection available to my place which is the centre of secunderabad near to paradise. These guys will call frequently for. Monthly rental but when customer needs help, their response is absurd. Worst customer servicer ever. Never ever again videocon. Please take an appropriate action on this issue. My customr id[protected]. K sudhakar rao.

    I booked my complaint on 16/05/2019 regarding the videocon d2h. After the cyclonic storm fani their is no connection and after all restoration work i booked a complaint against no signal issue to videocon d2h. But till today their is no scope of any relief from the service provider. My customer id is[protected]. Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

    I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

      Customer i'd[protected] complaint no[protected] we have been facing the issue of videocon d2h service for the last 6 days, we are not able to see channels such as star plus, colors, utv movie, utv action, star india, movie ok, there are many more channels. We're getting the message as "this channel is not subscribed". So i want to understand why our current package is not working because we have already paid the monthly amount...

        On april 7 2019, i have requested to videocon team to get a service of relocation.
        As a part of deinstallation the field engineer visited and completed the process. I paid an amount of 400 cash to the field engineer. He acknowledged that the rest 50 rs will be paid during reinstallation. After so much of fighting d2h team finally reinstalled my service after 1 month and at the time of reinstallation the field engineer charged the amount 50 + other material charges.

        All the charges paid to the engineer team made by cash, but d2h team debuted my account with 450 rs, stating that the charge is for relocation and my account is now pending in negative.

        They are asking me to paid the service charge again to avail the service.

        I don’t understand how they can charge 2 times for a single request.

        Please help to resolve the issue.
        This d2h team is purely gone mad and these unprofessional guys don’t have the manner to understand customers problem.

          My coustomer id is[protected].bin this month I had raised a request to videocon d2h coustomer care to replace set up box as old one got damage. Executive told me about expenditure that is 450 rs. Box was replaced but technician chager me 600.
          After that on 20 of this I made recharge of rs 250 and received the balance of 160 only.
          After checking with coustomer care no satisfactory ans received. They taken my complaint twice and send me msg that i#sue was resolved but my balance was same as it is 160 only. Each and every time I called coustomer care they put my called on hold up to 20 min. and then cut the call I have all those recordings. I am in the mood to move to consumer forum but it was my last hope.

            Videocon d2h site is not working, i am trying to updating my plan but not get any help from site. D2h infinity app is also not working. I tried many times.

            My d2h balance is ended up well before time then i have make a call to customer care executive, he told that you have active sony pack & some other channels that i m not requested till date.
            Why i have been charged for channels that i don't want?

            I said to customer care executive that channels i don't want i will give you a list of channels on phone & update the plan now but all the way they are saying the site is under maintenance and they don't know exact when site is working and issue resolves.

            I said to them take my complaint and give me complaint number, they are also not ready to take my complaint.

            After insisting me a lot they are ready to take complaint and request of channels which i want.

            I already told the channels which i want and with reference to our talk i have received two complaint numbers[protected] &[protected].
            Text message also showing that your complaint will resolved by wednesday, april 17, 2019 but till the date issue is not resolves.

            Why i am going to pay extra money for channels which i don't want??

            Please resolve my issue as early as possible and refund my amount which i charged extra for those channels which i don't want till the time my issue not get resolved.

                I am using videocon dth. As per trai order broadcaster created hd bouquets. Dth should provide broadcaster bouquets. Videocon d2h thery not providing zee broadcaster hd bouquets and tv 18 hd bouquets. For this i sent a mail but they replied they do not have "zee entertainment hd bouquets and tv 18 hd
                Bouquets" in our d2h platform.

                So i need answer why ther are not providing broadcaster hd bouquets. It si provided by broadcaster. So videocon should provide. Following are the screenshots. Could you please looking into this matter and solve at the earliest.

                    I would like to bring to your notice that the given complaint for repair of Videocon washing machine has been unattended since last 10 days despite regular follow ups, so need your help in its resolution.
                    We are an old Videocon customer and have purchased many products of your company along with 3 washing machines. We are facing problem with a washing machine and have raised the complaint on 10th May19 vide ref # ID LP[protected] in the name of (Bhagwati Bhardwaj) which has not been attended by service centre from last 10 days despite our regular follow ups daily. The service centre had just sent a technician once to check the problem which has not been resolved till date.
                    My old parents are doing regular follow up and are been harassed every day with no solution given by company or service centre. Hence, I would request your kind intervention to resolve this complaint at the earliest.

                      Very worst service, since 9 days i am requesting for service engg to set the dish antenna. Customer representative staff always responding like we escalate the issue it will get resolve within 8 working hrs. Sr. Supervisors are very arrogant, they cut the call and response time is more then 30min.
                      No follow up of customer request by call center team.

                          I want to emphasize on the fact that the service provided by videocon is very very poor. The customer care people are telling and sending messages with new deadlines every time that it will be resolved within 96 hours, then 24 hours then 8 hours 9. It seems our time has got no value and only task we have is to call videocon d2h customer care, hold lines for 5mins, 10 mins and get a new deadline for nothing to happen.. My first complaint was registered on 14th may.
                          I am a regular customer and pay my dues in advance for one year. This is the quality of services i get. This is harassment and exploitation to the consumers by videocon. There was prehand information about cyclone fani in bhubaneswar and now more than 15 days has passed to it but still the "over busy" videocon people don't get time to respond to our complaints.

                          Right now i talked to a "senior" customer care person and he blatantly told me he can't confirm when i will be graced by videocon engineer's visit.

                          Now i am absolutely fed up with the callous attitude of videocon d2h personnel.

                          What type of service is this?
                          This is pure mental and financial harassment to the customers.
                          I hope at least the top officials will look into the matter.. Just hoping so.

                          Hence, i request you all top officials to at least respond to my mail and instruct your "prompt" service engineers to kindly take back your set-top box and antenna and i want to unsubscribe videocon for its extremely poor service, customer exploitation policy and adamant and callous attitude of customer care people causing me mental harassment.

                          My reply may be treated seriously and necessary action may be taken at an early for which i will be highly obliged.

                            Sir,
                            I had registered a complaint on 14.05.19 for fixing of the dish antenna as it is dislocated from its position due to cyclone Fani. But till date, no one has attended the issue. Every time (even 06 days after the complain and 16 days after the cyclone) I call the customer care for resolving the issue, I get the same answer, to weight for 96 Hours. Then, when the 96 Hrs will be completed????? When will I be able to watch the TV again. Iam completely hopeless and thinking for other options.

                            Every day, my daughter is asking Papa, when i will watch my cartoon serial. Can I watch my favourite Mohabharat on sunday evening? Iam unable to answer her. Can U have the answer please.

                            Please resolve it today, so that my daughter can watch Mohabharat on Star Bharat channel. Otherwise, I will definitely opt for some other operators by throwing away your vodeocon dish tv to the cyclone garbage.

                              My D2h is hanged at logo d2h. When I called at customer care I was asked about the problem, which I explained, and told they are solving it after 5 minutes call was transferred and I was asked again what help I needed, which is very harrasing that at every call transfer I explain my problem again and again, it should be explained by the executive who has handled the call at first step. Then your executive Reema denied to help me with the problem I was facing with my d2h.

                                I raised request to reactivate the connection on 12th of may, they didn't activate the connection, when i called again on 14th may they said the complaints has incomplete information and raised again and they confirmed it will get active by 4.30 pm, but till now it is not actived. Everyday i am following with them couple of time and every time at least i have spend minimum 2 hrs on the call.

                                  Hi, very worst service by videocon dth.. I had been using this from 2 years. I have complained regarding setup box issue. Still not resolved for 20 days.. Customer care executives are arrogant and careless.. Engineer will visit and move without resolving just to show their visit and disappear.. Will not pick calls later as they are least bothered.. Just because of engineers mistake i lost around 2800 rs too worst engineer team. And still facing problem... The whole team are careless.. Just say as will be resolved in 8 hours.. The same answer everytime.. And customer care executives keep the call on hold and leave.. Do not listen to problem and give a complaint number which they raise at all just to escape..

                                  Got a call from Engineer enquiring about issue and disconnected immediately.. And no answer on calling back..

                                    I havw raised a complaint about my no signal issue and they told that with in 72hr engineer ll visit your place but till now no call or no one visited yet...my complaint number is[protected] and id is[protected]..when ever m calling to customer care they are just transferring call to supervisor but after 1/2hr call disconnected automatically while hold ...disgusting services ...already 7days over...

                                      Our d2h services with id no 60075794 is offline for over 15-20 days, and no agent is willing to visit to resolve the issues, despite calling several time and follow up. Every time customer care is saying that they will send an engineer, which is no where to be found. Even calls, mails and contact to the nodal officer vishwanth n, is of no use and no email acknowledgement or response nodel office details aashirwad, #215, 3rd floor, 12th cross, mahalakshmi layout, bangalore 560086phone no. :[protected], 23002827email : circlecoordinator. [protected]@d2hdesk.com / nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com.

                                      We are considering as the last option before approaching trai and ombudsman team, as this is really very frustrating and lethargic customer response. Please reach out to me for any resolution or how i can take up this issue further.

                                        My led tv which was purchased[protected] with 5 year warranty, my tv is not working even not getting on,
                                        On 2 march 20019 i complaind to company regarding this, but did not got any solution yet nowe, when i call customer care no ([protected]) they tell about that they are not having that part and ordered to company for that damage part but not received,
