Our d2h services with id no 60075794 is offline for over 15-20 days, and no agent is willing to visit to resolve the issues, despite calling several time and follow up. Every time customer care is saying that they will send an engineer, which is no where to be found. Even calls, mails and contact to the nodal officer vishwanth n, is of no use and no email acknowledgement or response nodel office details aashirwad, #215, 3rd floor, 12th cross, mahalakshmi layout, bangalore 560086phone no. :[protected], 23002827email : circlecoordinator. [protected]@d2hdesk.com / nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com.

We are considering as the last option before approaching trai and ombudsman team, as this is really very frustrating and lethargic customer response. Please reach out to me for any resolution or how i can take up this issue further.

    On 2 march 20019 i complaind to company regarding this, but did not got any solution yet nowe, when i call customer care no ([protected]) they tell about that they are not having that part and ordered to company for that damage part but not received,

      In continuation with yesterdays complaint, today videocon dth service engineer visited my home and told that lnb got damaged and reason he told that i have kept my dth discontinued for long days. This reason of lnb damage is surprise for me.
      So i have paid total 400 rs. (200 for engineer visit+200 for lnb)
      After doing all this, my dth doesn't showing all channels and now cc is telling me the reason in due to cyclone, server is slow. A national level dth operator is saying like this. This is second surprise for me.
      Again calling cc and arguing with for this service, they activated all channels.

      I have never experienced this kind of service from any service provider and decided that i would like become first customer who does dth portability which our government to going to start in future.

        Hi

        There is no service being provided by d2h. But money is being deducted for no service. Every time we call customer care new complaint is registered and very next day it gets closed. Not sure for the reason it is getting closed. Evry day have to call them for raising complaints.

        There is literally no care taken for sending service engg for checking the issue.
        Very humilating service from d2h.

        Asking for refund of amount. They say they do not have that option as well.

          Dear sir,
          Today i have selected channels through videocon dth website. When i have started my tv, it shows a message 'signal not available'.
          I have told this issue to videocon customer care. One of adviser told me that i have to recharge first then automatically signals will come.
          After his suggestion i have recharged my dth. But found that signals are not coming.
          Again i have called to cc, and they told me that service engineers needs to visit and i need to pay rs 200 to service engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from videocon. I would never pay extra for their mistake.
          Why videocon adviser told me to recharge first? He gives wrong instructions. After calling again to cc regarding this, adviser told me to pay 200 compulsory.
          Now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider.
          I will wait till my subscription expire and would break with videocon because of this pathetic service.

            It's being a sad moment when you being a customer since last so many year and owning 3 different a/c 's of same dth company, is being treated like this.
            No issue, because might be i have confronted one of the worst customer care executive of all time. But it wasn't first time.in last 10 days i have faced 4 such executive and experienced their rude behavior towards me. That forced me to think about my decision of continuing videocon or not.
            If customer care will not answer my queries, why should i call to them. Most important i am also not so hopeful that any strict action will be taken against such executives. So i am going to take the matter in social media and in higher authorities.

                Dear sir i have given lot of complaint against my videocon d2h monthly pack. As i chosen my monthly subscription is 197rs per month but they are charging 557 rs per month when i noticed i have given complaint dated 20th april 2019, complaint no. Is[protected] but their is no change in my package. Lot of time i called they are not at all listings and today they have disconnected my channel this is my customer id[protected].

                  I've been trying to login to my account, since the trai guodelines came forth, to select the channels in my pack. But i cant because the site doesnt allow me to login. I can recjarge my account through the site but i cant login to my account. So, i think we all know what's going on here. They have found a loophole in the guidelines and are using it to deliberately deny access to the account.

                    Sir,

                    Since past one month i am struggling with services being provided by videocon:

                    First complaint i did a 45 days back approximately regarding no recording was happening, they issued complaint number sent engineer and engineer said he cant do any thing as this back hand issue but they deducted rs. 200 from account.

                    10 days later i had also asked to relocate my connection from one room to another for which i had to wait for 2 days than engineer came and relocated on asking why my complaint on recording issue is not rectified he said you dont have this facility. I showed him that i have the box from more than a year. On that he complained to some one and after few days it was resoleved. Dont undertstand the reasoning.

                    A week back suddenly connection stopped and on complaining 2-3 times i got message that your money is finished. Complaint number[protected] was made which got resolved without connection getting restored. I called again today aksing how come complaint is resolved when my connection is still off and after talking to customer care supervisor shalu, she told cause of new trai tariff your extra 250 rs were deducted from feb 2019 therefore your balance is zero. I paid 1 year fees in july 2018 so my connection was valid till july 2019. Even if additional 900 rs was deducted my connection had to be valid till june as per month charge till jan was rs.711/- and from feb 930/- approx.

                    July 2018 to january 2019 (7 months)= 4977/-
                    February 2019 to april 2019 (3 months) = 2790/-
                    Sub total = 7967 (Including rs.200/- engineer fees)
                    Total paid in july 8532/- approx (711/- pm)

                    Still balance will be remaining and 15 days my connection was not working. The stress and their lies had wasted lot of my time.

                    I need my complete refund and they can take back the box and dish as they have cheated me whether it is for 100rs or 10000 rs. There philosophy is to take money and if some complains reconnect. Customer supervisor shalu in end said let my back end team recheck and send me new complaint no[protected] just now.

                    Need resolution and money back as cheating is what they doing to millions of customer in trai name.

                      Dear sir i have booked new d2h connection on 5/5/19 and paid online amount 2594/ for hd box 1 month gold plan and this is my coustomer id[protected]and transaction time 03:06;23pm i p address 1.22.103.60,
                      I have called customer care several time but no respond they liston and disconnect the call, when they want to make payment online they asked first do online payment with in 48 hrs the engineer will call but after 48 hrs no one called when we reached to call center from there also same answer they hold the call ten mints and disconnected from three days i am calling daily several times a day they registered complaint no is[protected]

                        They not given proper service so many time i call customer service always they say some technical you call later. As per trai we selected the chanels they show the amount some and when proced they show different amount this company chatted the people. Service is worst. They block my no. I raised the question.                           My D2h is being freeze on home screen. I had called your D2H customer service center but they said as your setup box is inbuilt in TV so you need to contact to Videocon service center.

                          I have called multiple time but they picking the phone and transferring to another where nobody picking this call.

                            I have 5 years relationship with videocon dth. Customer id : 49073777. Suddenly it is showing signal not available all of a sudden. I am continuosly calling customer care from april 15th, i am ready to pay 200rs even... Today is may 7th still my problem is not resolved. I spoke with supervisor, managers but still my problem persists. Such a worst service you people are providing... I hate the service.. I am changing to other connection now.. And i am sure i will update about my problem in all social media websites because i just don't let others suffer like me. Still i am calling to customer care to scold them and stop my frustration because why i should leave my amount for no reason.

                              I bought a videocon tv from naurang audio in vikas marg, delhi in 2014 and bought an extended warranty (With amc) for 5 years (Valid until 2019). The tv developed problems in january 2019 and tekcare in whose name amc was, charged rs 950 through service engineer. They said some part (Screen was faulty) and another engineer changed it to some other fault. Nothing has been done yet. Everytime i complain to pearl electronics in pandav nagar, they say the part has not arrived because videocon is in trouble.. I think i have been cheated.

                                I bought a videocon double door refrigerator model-chill mate on 16/05/2014. Now it has stopped cooling. The extended warranty of the compressor is going to expire on 16/05/2019. We have lodged a complaint with the local dealer but he is not taking any action.                                   Its been a month now since i have been struggling to get a solution from videocon d2h, as since last month some of my subscribed channels are showing error (Signal not available) and for the same i had complaint but no solution provide until now. All they say engineer will come (Within 24 hr) and resolve your issue but not even a single engineer visit happened till now.

                                  After waiting for 24 hrs i call them again to now the status of my complain and to my surprise they say its completed, when i insist to know that how you can close the complain without providing a solution or engineer visit, they respond there was a work order mistake, tomorrow engineer will visit your place and resolve your issue but same thing happen again and again and complain is being closed without engineer visit or resolution.

                                  I am left with the only option that to change my service provider.

                                  Please help if you can.

                                    This Is To Inform You That, Recently I Had Recharged My Account With 500rs On 28th April, 2019 Respectively. And Today I've Come To Know That Videocon Showing My Balance 28rs Till Date.

                                    I'm Requesting You To Take Strict Action Against Fraud Company Videocon D2h As They Took My 500rs Without My Consent.

                                    Below I'm Attaching Screenshot Of It.

                                    Also, Till Now Their Customer Service Sucks, Still Asking Me To Call After 4 Hours.

                                    And My Due Date Should Be 5 July As I Did Recharge My Account 500rs, And Now All Of Sudden My Account Showing 9 May Due Date..

                                    Tell Company To Credit My 500 Latest By Tomorrow, As They Have No Right To Do Such Fraud Things..

                                    If They Won't Credit, Then Mark My Words, First Of All I'll Change My Operator As You Have Wasted My Lots Of Time Before Too, And Will Surely Put A Legal File Against Fraudness Of Videocon..

                                      Dear sir…. My complaint number is del [protected] dated 10th july 2018 for change of my lcd 42 inch panel. Lcd is under warranty.

                                      I have visited your tv service centre at sector 8, dwarka, new delhi five times during the last 10 months, they don't bother about the complaint and told us to lodge complaint in consumer court.

                                      Please look into the matter and supply panel at the earliest as already 10months have passed failing which i have to lodge complaint in consumer court.

                                        This is ashok from bangalore and please find my videocon d2h account details as below.

                                        I am facing a problem with videocon d2h since from 22nd of april 2019 and raised innumerable complaints to rectify my problem, but everything ended in vain with wasted effort and time. Every day, i have been contacting the videocon d2h customer care and below are the responses which i have received thus far from the customer care representative and still my problem is not solved.

                                        1. Thank you for calling and your complaint go registered and it will be solved within 24 hours
                                        2. Thank you for calling and your complaint go registered and our service engineer will visit within 24 hours to fix your issue
                                        3. Thank you for calling and both of you complaints are still open and i will transfer the call to my supervisor
                                        4. Thank you for calling and all three of your complaints are still open, hence the call is being transferd to my supervisor. Supervisor promised that, he understood all my problem and the turmoil i have undergone mentally and will ensure for 1 month of free of cost channels based on my current package. This time no complaint numbers were sent to my mobile
                                        5. After several unsuccessful attempts, i spoke to the videocon d2h customer care again and one more complaint (#[protected] is raised.

                                        I have also contacted mr. Santhosh pujari g @[protected] /[protected]Nodal officer / karnataka) from my registered mobile number for more than 50 times and whenever i tried calling him, his landline phone used to be engaged and once it gets connected it will be ringing forever and he never picked my call.

                                        So what i need is the following amount back in my account immediately.

                                        1. Refund of 101 rupees (Since this problem started, i had exactly 101 rupees in my account as on 22nd april 2019)
                                        2. Refund of 200 rupees which was charged on 4th may 2019 by mistake when no engineer visited my home to solve my problem
                                        3. Refund of 485 rupees, as promised by one of the supervisor in videocon d2h customer care (I guess his name is manthan) as mentioned in the point number 4 as above.
                                        4. In total i want 786 rupees in my account with immediate effect.

                                        I would like to request trai to intervene and get the afore mentioned amount credited to my account.

                                        If i am not getting proper response from videocon further, i think i am left with only option of approaching the consumer court to help me to solve my problem.

                                        For my it’s not matter of 786 rupees, its more than that and it’s about my effort, time (Everyday at least i spent 45 minutes to contact the customer care) and energy!!

                                        Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.
