I have been trying to activate diamond hd combo pack/diamond combo on my videocon dth box since 3rd of february. I am unsuccessful in doing so. I tried calling videocon d2h customer care, wasted several hours in the queue, still getting the reply that there is some network issue from their end, they are unable to process my request. I tried from their website, everytime it takes the request and says unable to process the request, kindly contact customer care. I tried from the mobile d2h infinity app. It also said the same thing as like the d2h.com website. It was also unable to process the request.
After almost one month, the current status is that my favourite channels are deactivated on my dth product and only some rubbish free channels are activated. If i try the customer care number, they only say that try through website. If i try through website, it now says "thank you, we have already taken your request." i cannot process anything. If i try the d2h infinity app on my phone, it also says "thank you, we have already taken your request."
I don't know where should i go now. My recharge is getting deducted on daily basis. Even the amount being deducted is too high.
