My customer id is[protected].As per new trai rules i have selected my required pack but in the pack what i have selected telugu mega pack iam not getting and additionally kids active pack is activated even though i have not selected it.very poor service .i am calling customer care since last 2days but call is not getting connected.But daily amount is getting deducted from my account.

    Hi,

    I am not able to select HD Plan as per TRAI new rule, the login page does
    not have option to select HD packs. The page displays only for SD plans and
    channels.

    If this is not resolved, I am going to swithc to some other DTH providers
    soon.

      Videocon d2h is not following the trai rules. As per trai customer has the right to choose their free channels. But in d2h they have some base back and we have to choose one from them and by default, the pack will have 100 channels. Because of this, i am not able to watch what i want and also i have to pay more even if i add one more free channel after the base pack. If i call to their customer, they are saying the trai has changed the rules now, but still, trai's website allows us to choose the channels individually.

        I forgot my rtn of videocon d2h.. I want to replace my old telephone number with my new number. I am unable to select my pack. Customer care number of videocon are not helpful and i want to change my rtn. What is the solution of this problem.. I also don't have time to go to shop and ask for the solutions.. I paid 250 for gold pack but i got this pack for 22 days only

              I am using Videocon D2h HD connection for more than 3 years. It's not working from 28th February 2019. I made a complaint through customer service. They promised that within 24hrs. The service engineer will come and solve the issue. but still, the Issue not rectified after 3 days also. Do the necessary action.

                I am bipin raj dev, currently residing in ahmedabad, 303- o block, vandematram city, gota-382481 having d2h id[protected]. I am unable to login because my rtn - [protected] is showing my old id[protected] bangalore address which i have disconnected 3 years back. But still when i am trying to login with my email and rtn the old customer id is showing and hence i am getting daily sms and also notification in tv for recharge. I have already recharge twice but still showing that need to recharge again. Kindly resolve this issue and also your customer care executive are pathetic and too busy they don't know the basic things to resolve.

                  I am subhankar biswal my d2h id is[protected]
                  My problem is related to the password means i am unable to login through password for an example when i signup fill (Customer id, rtn, email, password, confirm password) then submit it shows this email id has been already registered kindly use another email wednesday i talked to customer care and she said no email id is registered on this customer id she gave me complain no.
                  Then i go to login page click on forgot password and submit my id then it shows password has been reset and sent into ur register mob. Number these process i have done many times but till now i didn't get any password related link or password. Today i talked to d2h customer care 3times and every time they said forwarding ur call to senior and call get cut worst customer service of d2h. From 2weaks i am facing this issue i have sent many mails but no reply and no solution of my problem

                    I'm a videocon dth user with customer id[protected]. I brought the dth setup from my friend whose number is registered in the system. As he is in overseas now, he cannot recharge the dth due to network issues as the credential is verified through mobile number.

                    The current dth plan expires on 5th march. I want to recharge but cannot do so because of the said issue.

                    Request you to assist on this issue asap. I am unable to reach your customer care services. Very poor customer services.

                      I have videocon satellite lcd tv. I have been facing d2h logo hanging problem since 24th feb 2019. I complained customer care but the engineer provide me no solution for my problem and said that software updation has been stoped for this tv.

                      I already have recharged it.

                          From last 2 months i was trying to select channels site was not working. I tried 100 times calling to call center they dont reply properlyi raised the complaint to mh zonal office also.
                          None of channels are working since 25th feb. Where as i am paying continuously. They want me to select their default package. Customer id 62466425. Doing fraud. Registered number : [protected]

                          I sent email and not getting any reply even from mh zonal officer. If somehow call connected to customer care they ask me for money.

                          Complete issue is:

                          1.) after a long efforts i could select a-la-carte. But since then none of my channels are working.
                          2) till 25th feb when a-l-carte was selected i have sufficient money in account.
                          No response from cc. Complete fraud.

                              As per trai instructions all d2h providers must provide choice of watching channels to subscribers. I created my own pack of channels on videocon d2h website several times but it’s not getting activated. Due to this my account balance getting over before month. I tried to contact via mail and toll free no. But they are deliberately avoiding and making excuses. Please take action on this.

                                Still the channels are not visible??? No query is yet solved? Only updating the pack is not the solution.. The channels are not visible still?? Zee marathi is a part of my pack i hav choosen marathi premium pack still not visible really very bad services of d2h is better to move on now to some other service.Its useless and waste of time to call the care number. Really upset from videocon.Very bad...

                                  Videocon d2h is the worst d2h service provider. Many times I have selected my channel but still my old pack is activated. Videocon is not respond on mail or customer care executive also don't do anything to resolve the issue. They advise to select online but their online and apps don't work.
                                  Please solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will raise complain with TRAI.

                                    I have been trying to activate diamond hd combo pack/diamond combo on my videocon dth box since 3rd of february. I am unsuccessful in doing so. I tried calling videocon d2h customer care, wasted several hours in the queue, still getting the reply that there is some network issue from their end, they are unable to process my request. I tried from their website, everytime it takes the request and says unable to process the request, kindly contact customer care. I tried from the mobile d2h infinity app. It also said the same thing as like the d2h.com website. It was also unable to process the request.
                                    After almost one month, the current status is that my favourite channels are deactivated on my dth product and only some rubbish free channels are activated. If i try the customer care number, they only say that try through website. If i try through website, it now says "thank you, we have already taken your request." i cannot process anything. If i try the d2h infinity app on my phone, it also says "thank you, we have already taken your request."
                                    I don't know where should i go now. My recharge is getting deducted on daily basis. Even the amount being deducted is too high.

                                      I am a videocon dth customer since 2016. Being bangaloreans we use to view kannada channels daily. I made my monthly recharge of rs 400 for a service package named new south gold sports. But most of the kannada channels like zee kannada, suvarna, colours kannada are removed. I am highly disgusted by this. Customer care service of videocon dth proved useless. They even has"nt attend my complaint. I have been suffering annoyed being a customer of videocon dth. I want my money back or they have to resolve my problem.

                                        This is shanmugam, i have videocon tv am facing speaker problem from Oct-2018, i made a complaint in your customer care toll free number and i got a message as below-
                                        (Dear Customer Your Reference no is CHE[protected] pl give Response Code R92765, if receive call within 1 hr.For Annual Maintainance click www.vgservice.co.in
                                        CHE[protected] will be serviced by SANTHOSH[protected], SVC Point [protected] Provide SCode S98402 only if satisfactory job done, Appt Dt-18/10/18, 8:00PM)
                                        and service person came after many calls to the service center on 01/12/2018 and said problem with speaker and charged of Rs.1200/- as bill attached. but still no response from the service center, we called many times to service center but no proper response from them, so kindly check and do the need full as soon as possible.
