As i have bought the videocon d2h set up box in delhi and now i shifted to jammu and kashmir, i lost my last registered telephone number and also does not know the rtn. Please help me in this issue as due to this i does not susscribe to channel packs as they want code through rtn. I want to change my rtn number please please help to resolve my problem

I recharged my d2h for rs.219/ on 1-3-2019 as per shown 219 package. I am unable to see number of channels like aaj tak, ndtv, colour pack and so many others.
Secondly my subscription end date shows 18/3/19.
Clear cut fraud and cheating of the company.

I have already upgrade my plan in videocon d2h in online portal which you have provided and additional 725 rs recharge also done on 22/02/2019 still i can't watching any channel like sony max star plus utv movies etc
C04 insufficient balance and channel not subscribed that type of error occurred.

Pakeg of videocon tv program under trai order it's give 25 channel 130 rs and some free channels but i don't need this channel. I select my plan and only give me my selected channel why give extra channel and why i pay fees only. Trai orders give base price 130 so give me my selected channel under trai orders no need extra channels. It's not possible so back your trai tariff orders and don't create problems for public. You all government servant so work best. Use your post useful not painful for normal public

I forgot my registered mobile no. of videocon d2h and on 03rd March 2019 (Transaction ID : [protected] but its not activated yet and because i forgot my registered mobile no. so i am unable to make any query reagarding that and i have also tried many time to contact customer care but nobody is responding. Please help regarding this matter as soon as possible.

Due to this contact no. problem I am also unable to change my Plan according to TRIA new rules.

Kindly provide help regarding this matter because its already been 2 days from the day I have done the recharge.

The customer support services of videocon d2h is worst service ever like the customer care number is always unreachable or all the service executives are busy. Neither the websites nor e-mails are responsive.

I have been trying to contact videocon d2h customer care form past couple of days, none of your toll or cc numbers are working, i have raised many request a call back options no one reached me till now not even (Email: [protected]@d2h.com) was reverted back. I have tried to call below mentioned nodal officer number even that result is negative. I am completely lamented with your pathetic customer service and very irritated, and not even a single call back received for videocon i got till now. I hope am using your d2h from past 3+ years i have never ever seen such kind of pathetic service. How come a toll or cc number cannot be reachable & not in service and more over the reply form your customer care email i receives the same copy past information this copy past info is done by every agent as they are been practiced and your website is very horrible and mobile app am very scared to talk about that even.

I didn't understand the logic how come you guys are so irresponsible towards the customer.

Mr. Satheesh i have tried calling couple for time, but no response.

1. What is your working toll free number?
2. Is anyone in customer care knows about the product and process.
3. Do you feel any responsibility towards csat?
