1. No signal available even after videocon d2h tv recharge.
2. Couldn't contact your designated service men near by as shown on app
3. Your nodal official also did not bother to receive my calls (10)
4. Online complain raised, tilly time nobody contacted or coming to attend the problem.

Kindly send official/ technician to rectify /restore service urgently. Thanking you.

    Dear TRAI,

    I am a Videocon d2h user.. as per your guidelines I was trying to update my package on 08.02.2018.. I was trying to select basic pack only but because of some technical issues in website, a package of Rs 310 p/m was activated.. additional to that they deducted all my balance (580 rs. approximate) from my account.. from same day I am not able to see a single channel on my tv.. I have registered a complaint to customer care on next day and trying to get solution with daily basis follow up but no one is responding from Videocon.. please help me to get rid of it.. Videocon is very worse service provider and I will never recommend this to anyone

        Dear trai,

        I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 15 days, i am facing Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

        I have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of Feb 2019 i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

        As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

        Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

        I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

          Feb. 3rd week i charged rs.153/= for my basic set of channels as per trai regulation. I tried to contact the distributer many times and got the reply "my call is not being accepted fund is not sufficient, recharge".

          After sending e mails to customer care i was allowed to watch some channels for one day only.

          I do not understand why they are doing? No one accept the call, and not getting a proper reply. Through e mail i got a number and asked me to save it for future reference. The # 1 [protected] - whenever i call i get the reply "excuse, we cannot accept your request".

          Or ask the party to refund my money and previous balance.

            This service provider for my dth connection is not updating the channels i subscribe, does not show my balance available and overcharging without any reason. I have already paid 1300/- inr but got a message this will last only next 20 days!
            Before the change i used to pay within 500 and was enjoying almost all channels, now they are asking inr 970+ for the same channels.
            This is nothing but looting!
            They do not respond to the queries i raised and their website not at all user friendly.

            Request to Restore all channels as per plan.

              I am a videocon d2h subscriber for the past 5 plus years.. Recently after recharging to the maximum i am neither able to watch channels of my choice nor the new channels as per trai. Inspite of repeated calls and emails to their customer care and trying their site and. App the only response found is 'technical error' for the past 15 days.. I feel cheated as the maximum recharge was instant but the channels donor appear so far..

                I am fed up with your customer care service. I was tried 20 times to connect customer care service. If I recharge with one month package. It's not reflecting automatic again we need to call customer care to enable package but the problem is customer case not immediately.

                My suggestion pls don't d2h videocon you will struggle a lot.

                    I have been a regular customer of d2h for the last three years. After new guidelines of trai, the vediocon d2h has been unable to provide any service despite regular request to their customer care. Every time i call they respond with the same word” technical snag”. They even do not register complaint and do not provide any kind of information helpful to me.
                    I subscribed the package 20 days back for ₹450 but till date channels are not coming on my tv. Evrtytine i call to customer care i get the silly response that there is technical issue in their system. They r unable to solve my problem for the last 20 days. That’s miserable. They even do not register complaint. What to do???

                      I am anay gokhale. I have been using d2h for 5 years now (R s gokhale). However, my services have been suspended for no reason since last 15 days. The service center is absolutely not helping. I have been harassed, my calls are not being received, no one is providing a solution. My 2500 have been locked in. Want to end the subscription. I am absolutely tired of calling them everyday. Have already call them more than 50. Times till now. Please help me out.

                        My d2h box is not working and shutdown since 18th feb and i have called so many time to register the complaint in d2h customer care, but each and every time they said that server is down and unable to register the any complaints, so asked me to call after sometime. I am very fed up to call again and again. My recharge day is also going wasted. Please help to resolve the same.

                              Hello,
                              As per TRAI new policy, I have selected my own plan. When I try to recharge, it still shows old plan. Called customer care 10s of times and they are not helping out. Long wait in calls and finally disconnects, they dont change the baseplan at their end. I am unable to recharge and use the service.

                              Videocon does not allow me to change my base plan so I can choose my own plan.
                              Rather they are pushing me to use old plan that has less no of channels and they will have high profit.

                              send them multiple mails but there is no response to it.

                              No response to my calls.

                                Last 10 days there is error message no signal received and customer care number is as always busy and no response of email. No idea why i purchased this videocon d2h

                                Last few days ago i get rid from channel not proper signal strength issue now this message appears

                                    My customer no. Is[protected]. As per trai i have subscribed my desire channel list many times but couldn't see any channels other than free wale. And always they said technical issues are there. If trai guideline is not up to the mark plz change your guideline. Before 1st feb i had all the channels. I need solution not suggestions. How can i see channels...? Services are getting worse, i paid money to watch tv and videocon d2h are not able to provide all the channels, i subscribed from their app and from website also but no use, its been 23 days now. A attaching only 3 pics for reference but i subscribed channels many time. Trai has to strictly look in to the matter. And solve asap.
