Requested the customer care for a replacement remote 3 weeks ago, suggested, they would send one in 48 hours, that passed, a random guy from a different place called and spoke rudely saying your area does not come under mine, can not help you.
Called customer care again, same, complaint has been noted and will get back in 48 hours, again the same thing, same guy saying not my area,
Called customer care again 3rd time in 1 week, got my address checked and they logged a new complaint again, (Dont know what happened to the previous 2) same reply will resolve in 24 hours,
Been calling them for past 2 weeks every time a new person picks and lodges a new complaint and says will get back in 48 hours,
How many 48 hours should i wait for a freaking replacement remote.
It is not a free service, i agreed to pay for it, still this is how you treat a customer???
We cant use the d2h without the remote,
Videocon not suggested, please dont go with it, one of the worst customer service, they dont get back to you for complaint, but if you dont pay evem your have 1 week remaining they start sending you messages to recharge, but when you have a genuine complaint no one cares.
Sick of they, most likely will remove and get a different service.
Any suggestions??
Will provide my customer details, if you need, but i think i will get the same response, we will get back in 48 hours and then noting happens.
