Customer id 50530967. I hv recharge south grand channel for 3 months. Unable to view gemini nd most of channels. Tried calling support no response as its busy always nd if by god grace thy lift up thy transfer just by asking id nd call gets disconnected.. No response in email. Tried calling for 100 times.. Useless support.. Say never to videocon again

      Hello

      I had contacted videocon d2h call center on 26th feb after several attempts (17:22 hrs & 17:51 hrs) to check on the 'create my own pack' which i did on feb 18th and to this day its not reflecting in my account. Without my consent zee prime telugu sd & mirror new south diamond was activated long back.

      Post discussion their cc executive, i had again opted for bsf all south pack (Not active) and star vijay|star maa|gemini tv (Active). The calculations based on this sum up to rs. 218 per month, which i have recharged on 26th. But the due date on the account is mentioned as march 19th which is incorrect and i guess its auto calculated based on the old pack that was activated without my knowledge. The due date should be march 28th.

      Also i want the money to be adjusted accordingly from feb 18th, which is the day from which i had opted for my new pack as against the auto selected pack from your end. I have spoken to ms. Simran at 09:56 hrs on 27th feb morning again and she has given me a confirmation to get this closed with in 2 hours.

      Finally i got a mail @ 18:37 hrs yesterday that they have fired a tech command and it would go active in 15 mins from then on. Nothing has happened till now and the money is getting debited day by day based on the old pack which they have activated.

      Too much of follow up is being done on this. Need your immediate intervention.

        Sir I purchased Videocon TV from Vijay sales Pune with 3 years warranty when I made a complaint to toll free number of Videocon, they send the persons and told there is a problem in motherboard . They are ready to replace the same with payment option even though warranty is availableupto 20 03 2019 .

          Requested the customer care for a replacement remote 3 weeks ago, suggested, they would send one in 48 hours, that passed, a random guy from a different place called and spoke rudely saying your area does not come under mine, can not help you.
          Called customer care again, same, complaint has been noted and will get back in 48 hours, again the same thing, same guy saying not my area,
          Called customer care again 3rd time in 1 week, got my address checked and they logged a new complaint again, (Dont know what happened to the previous 2) same reply will resolve in 24 hours,
          Been calling them for past 2 weeks every time a new person picks and lodges a new complaint and says will get back in 48 hours,
          How many 48 hours should i wait for a freaking replacement remote.
          It is not a free service, i agreed to pay for it, still this is how you treat a customer???
          We cant use the d2h without the remote,
          Videocon not suggested, please dont go with it, one of the worst customer service, they dont get back to you for complaint, but if you dont pay evem your have 1 week remaining they start sending you messages to recharge, but when you have a genuine complaint no one cares.
          Sick of they, most likely will remove and get a different service.
          Any suggestions??
          Will provide my customer details, if you need, but i think i will get the same response, we will get back in 48 hours and then noting happens.

              Vidoecon d2h begged my 215 rupees. I recharged my account on last monday (18/02/2019). But in tv messages it shown that insufficient balance. I complaints against it. But they cannot find my issue & register a complaint. They begged my 200 rupees & no service provided yet. My customer id is[protected]. Complaint numbers are[protected]&[protected]. I lost almost rs 3000 for buying this d2h. I am ready to return this d2h box to them. Can you help me in this. I lost my money & most valuable time. Very very waste service from customer care. Almost 15 minutes to reach to customer care service person. If i reach it almost same words. No server... What a... Service..

                I have done recharge of 2000 rs before rule of trai was applied for selecting your own channels. Just before 1st feb i called customer care and selected required channels, but it was not applied. After few days i tried selecting channels numerous times but couldn't succeed. My already activate pack was not changed. Then one day suddenly so many hd channels started automatically. When i checked my pack value, it was around 1000 per month!! It is not changing now. When i go to d2h site, it says your request is already accepted. From 1st if feb i am continuously trying to contact d2h customer care and also i have mailed them my complaint, but no response is there. I already spent 15 days with this pack and my recharge is being wasted. This company is charging customer wrongly. They should be published.

                  I am unable to select my favourite channels due to your third class app and customer care. App is not responding nither registering nor sending password on RTN. Customer care is nither accepting RTN nor customer ID.
                  I have chosen 125 channels according to new trai rule. But all channels are not coming. Only few channels are coming. My earlier channel pack is also not working. Only some rubbish channels are coming. I called d2h costumer care, but they did not respond.

                        We have submitted the channels list on 23 feb'19 with our service provider videocon d2h as per TRAI orders and still they have not started the channels as per list and also we have recharged with a balance of rs. 700. And today they have stopped all the channels.We tried complaining to its customer care services but they are not taking our calls and are neither replying to our mails. And today when they finally picked the call they just pur the call on hold for 10 min and still no one addressed our complaint.

                          Sir,
                          My videocon Dth id is 84502271. Today is the contious 20th day that my videocon dth shows no signal. Before about 20 day the problem occures first. I comlained customer care but engineer comes after two days and changed lnb and paid 400. The next day again shows no signal then from that day i continously tries to complaint. But some day not connected, if connects then the officer cuts the phone or says tecnical problem. In these days i speak and comlaint and give complaint number. But sadly no one comes the last comlaint made on 25/2/2019. The complaintnumber is[protected]. But no wonder occured no one comes till time. When i again called cstmrcare the same thing repeated tech problem call after some time. This drama runs about 20 days. It is un believably poorest and shocking servise ever. My recharged money dimnished day by day on other side and it ends without seeing tv. This is mental torturing and i will approach consumer court with all evidence and recordindgs of your customer care staff and claim a huge amount and even publish in media. I will wait only till tomarrow.

                              Dear trai,

                              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[[protected]]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                              Fresh incident is regarding, a channel or services name GAMES ACTIVE is been automatically subscribed in my package, costing Rs 45 for no reason. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, , [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying.
                              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                I am customer of videocon since long time. My customer id is[protected].
                                I have selected channels as per my requirement. Package is also activated and balance deduction is also started but channels not seen on tv. Giving error as channel is not subscribed. Tries to contact cc but they always give reason of system down. Free channels not working. This is totally violation of trai rules. All mail communications attached herewith. I simply feel as they don't care about customers.
                                Worst service ever seen. This is going on since last 10 days.

                                Request to look into and strict action against videocon d2h.

                                  I am getting c14: smart card not paired with box.
                                  Asking me to send sms to [protected].
                                  I have done it as well. But only d2h own channles like active channels and teleshopping channels like channel no. 148 (divyarishi) are comming and no other.

                                  Called customer care and they are clue less about issue and asking for 200 rs engineer visit. They are fooling customers. If i am getting few channels then there shall be no ptoblem with smart card. I am asking them to activate the aubscription which they again dont know. They are adment on sending engineer and take 200 rs.

                                    I have recharged for the new plan for 1 month and i have paid 300 rs, as per the guidance of the d2h representative. Because they have informed me that all the payable channels will be coming. But, now only free channels are coming not the payable channels.

                                    When i called d2h customer care, this has not been solved.
                                    So kindly request you to consider my issue and provide us the solution.

                                      I purchased a 55 inch led tv under 3 years warranty on 08/2017 iam facing a problem with television trying to connect with customer care but it is not connecting what to do now. Iam from guntur. With out any response from the customer care how can i get my problem resolved. The customer care number which they at the time of purchase also not at all working.

                                        We are selected pay channels but not activated but charged for 18 days. I am raised so many complaints but not responded. Some complaints were closed by without proper information and some complaints open till.                                         I am raised complaint for deactivate music active but not resolved till now. (Complaint No.[protected] for Customer ID[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till Friday, February 22, 2019 12.08 PM)
                                        Balance deducted from account Excessive amount. So I want details of day by day my account balance from recharged (7 feb)
