My package got disconnected after new trai rules got implemented. Only few channels somewhere 10 channels are available. After lot of effort reaching d2h customer care i was always told the system is down or disconnected intentionally, a very poor etiquette. After writing few mails i was instructed to activate online which i followed hopping the problem will get resolved. But in vain the problem still persists. Neither the dealer, d2h area service engineer nor customer care ever contacted to resolve the problem.

I now want refund of my entire recharged amount which i paid for the entire year. Also need the d2h set up box to removed & pay me the amount paid for the set up box.
These are the demands which i have made to customer which were taken lightly.

I am only left with option of getting the service out of my home or file a case in consumer court for my rights.

    as per TRAI guidelines service provider has to provide a-la-cart option to the customer . I have selected channels and tried to proceed in Videocon D2H website after login - it is showing error " Your package is not migrated, due to some technical error." why should i have to waste my money . and they are not providing proper service.

      I had chosen a pack according to trai new guidelines. But i do not get my chosen pack. I called your customer care executive 4-5 times and every time they said that they are unable to help me or call after one hour later. I don't know why they are harassing the customers. I'm not getting a single hd channel i chose in my pack. When i'm login to my id it shows my new pack.

        D2h service inactive since 4 days-cust#[protected]
        Pathetic customer care experience. Called 50+ times to customer care they don't know. As there system almost down. Everytime. No one is informing about exact issue. I have all the recordings and proofs. Can anybody tell me how to get refund of my existing balance? Thanks for your support consumer complaints team you are doing great job!

        Unable to migrate plan as per your best combo.

        It is still expensive plan as it is charging me 423 pm weather I should be charged 377 pm. ABP maza is not working.

        And you have activated invalid combo. I am tired by selection packs too many time on your website. No one is bother to check emails that I have already sent.

          Going with videocon d2h is one of the decision i am regretting. Service is down since 10 days and even with multiple follow ups there is no resolution. Every time i call customer care new complaint number is generated.
          Grievance details:
          Set top box was changed by videocon technician on tuesday 19th feb 2019.
          Service needs to be deactivated from old stb to new stb.

            I have a videocon d2h service connection. According to trai new rules i am selecting the package on the official portal of d2h recharge but from past two days it is showing that and i quote "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact to customer care.". I have contacted the customer care regarding this but no proper resolution have been made till date. I am not able to choose my own pack according to new trai rules.
            Please help me out.

              As per new trai guidelines i am not able to choose my channel for last 5 days. Whenever i am trying to create my own pack using www.d2h.com it's giving error message "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact customer care."

              I can only view the already suscribed channels and unable to add the channels:
              Star sports 1 hd
              Star sports 2 hd
              Star sports 3

              I have more than rs.10, 000 in my account balance still there is no change. I don't understand what is going on.

                We are using videocon d2h. We wwre automatically migrated to some expensive pack. Since december we are following up qith them to select pack of our choice channels. But thwy didnt guide us. Also we are not able to login and select channels as per trai feom website nor d2h app. No guidance from the company. We haven't recharged. So unable to watch tv. Please do the needful

                      Koi bhi tellecallers bat nhi karte hai direct call transfer... Bat karenge to bhi hamara sarver down hai or network issues... Etc... N call head sir ko transfer to then call cut... Bus last 2 days yahi ho raha hai...
                      2 min ka kam hai fir bhi nhi ho raha hai ye log se... Coustomer care rakha q hai fir... Or call her bar gujrat mai q lag raha hai... Mum mai 1 bhi videocon complaint call center nhi hai kya... Muje to bahot gussa aa rha hai ye log pe per muje ghatiya behavior nhi aata ye log jaisa kya karu mai ab... Videocon ka mumbai mai office and kaha hai...?

                        I want to complaint again about the previous issue only, i had complained about this in earlier mail as well
                        I recharged my d2h with 216 rs and now because of some rule it has been changed and migrated my pack to some other and stopped showing the channels which i had chosen of my choice.
                        I have called so mytimes to videocon customer care but there is no releifing reeponse has been shown towards to me .
                        And even the website and appliaction of d2h is not working
                        Please help me with my issue other wise i would have to take some legal actions against Videocon d2h as well as TRAI

                          I have Videocon D2h connections and my cust id is[protected] . Since last 10 to 12 days my services is not running smooth. Operator has activated base pack and we are not able to subscribe other channels of our choice. Inspite of repeated calls to customer care which seems to be useless as always and their system are down since 10 days . Somehow after lot of difficulty we were able to subscribe few paid channels of our choice online but its more than 72 hours and still those channels are not yet activated. Operator has no right to take even base rentals from clients if they are not able to provide the channels of our choice. Strict action should be taken against Videocon D2h.

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            The worst service I ever gone through.
                            From last 3 days I am trying to contact on customer service number to change my register telephone number, but always it is busy. Some time keep on hold for 5 mints and hangup the phone and today just now by luck customer service number is connected with executive but without solution the guy disconnected the phone .
                            I have recharged on 17 Feb 2019 my account with 153 rupees and yesterday I recharged with rs 269 but till date my dth showing rs 0 zero balance and hence services are stopped.
                            Now the customer service is not responding and my money is wasted by recharging.
                            If Videocon d2h can not start my services then I will go to Consumer Court for refund. So within next 1 to 2 hrs my services should be started or customer service executive should call me for the solution.

                              I m subscriber of Videocon D2H since long time. I m holding service I'd no.[protected]. As soon as TRI has implemented it's rules and regulations a customer like has been suffering a lot. I m not able to watch my channels since 1/2/2019 and I m really joked by my collegues as I m unable to watch TV serials, news and sports channels which I was used to see till 31/1/2019.My colleueges are feeling happy as they can see any channels to their likes provided by their channel company. But what about me without making any crime I m deprived with my human right of watching My favorite channels. Till today I have outstanding balance in my ID account of Rs. 200/- in which I can see any channel of my liking. But your D2h has not given me any chance to do the same. You will not believe on everyday basis I used to call company customer care number requesting them to activate my channels but all your staff are so uneducated not even have proper informtion to share with their customers. They not even have proper training of talking and attending customers grievances. This staff are always telling me submit list of channels of my liking through your compny site or application nemely d2h infinite. Sir I have tried this process for not less than 100 times but whenever I tried to submit final info of my liking channel list I used to gate only one message that is " Your channels are not migrated due to some technical error contact customer care" and after getting this message when I used to call customer care requesting for solutions on this they only replied with only one answer that is submit your channel list through net only we don't have any access. Is it possible that you do not have any access for my request. This is been happening with me since 1 ST February and I m really disappointed with reply of company.                                 Videocon d2h द्वारा पूर्णतः मनमानी की जा रही है वह ग्राहकों का शोषण कर रहे है और कोई भी उनकी इस मनमानी के लिए उन्हें रोकने में समर्थ नहीं है ।
                                Videocon d2h की सेवाएं हमेशा से ही अच्छी नहीं है, पर इस बार कुछ अधिक ही खराब हो गई है ।
                                " 15 फरबरी 2019 से मै अपना पैकेज ( create your own pack " ) बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा हू पर इनके द्वारा वह शुरू ही नहीं किया का रहा, Videocon d2h ग्राहकों को वहीं दिखा रहा है जो यह चाहते है, Trai ने कोई भी नियम बनाया हो इससे इन्हे कोई फर्क पड़ता है और ना ही इन्हे trai का कोई डर है । यह ग्राहकों द्वारा बनाया package चालू ही नहीं कर रहे । बस अपना अधिक कीमत वाला पैकेज दिखा रहे है जिसमें सब दूसरी भाषा के चैनल है, जो मेरे किसी काम के नहीं है ।
                                1. इनकी वेबसाइट बड़ी ही मुश्किल से खुलती है, ना तो App नाही वेबसाइट सही से चल रहे है ।
                                2. अगर खुल भी जाए तो, मै 15 बार अपना पैकेज बना के submit कर चुका है (वेबसाइट और ऐप दोनों से ही )। किसी बार 'टेक्निकल error' आ जाता है या submit हो भी जाता है तो लिखा आता है - " Your package have been submitted, we will contact you soon " । पर इनके द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार से कभी संपर्क ही नहीं किया जाता और नहीं पैकेज चालू किया जाता है ।
                                3 . Videocon d2h customer care ( [protected]) पर संपर्क करने के लिए 20 मिनट इंतजार करना पड़ता है, और बात हो भी जाए तो वह सीधे कह देते है "कुछ समय इंतजार कर लीजिए ", पर वह ये नहीं बताते कि वह कुछ समय 1 महीने है या 1 साल क्योंकि मुझे 5 दिन हो चुके है पर अभी भी मेरे पैसे बिना मेरी मर्जी के पता नहीं किन चैनल में खर्च कर रहा है, जो मुझे समझ में ही नहीं आते । इनका customer care किसी तरह से कोई सहायता नहीं करना चाहता । और नाही कोई शिकायत दर्ज करता है ।
                                4 . पता नहीं इन्होंने मेरे id पर रुपए 183 का कोई पैकेज चालू रखा है जिसके चैनल मुझे समझ ही नहीं आते ।

                                मै टीवी नहीं देख पा रहा । और पैसे भी देना पड़ रहे है वो भी उन चैनल के जिन्हें में जनता ही नहीं । और सुनने वाला भी कोई नहीं ।
                                Videocon d2h द्वारा मानसिक प्रताड़ना दी जा रही है । शायद वह चाहता है कि मै टीवी ना देखू और हर महीने उन्हें 183 रुपए दू ।
                                Trai से निवेदन है, कृपया समाधान करे।

                                      But from that same day half channel are working whereas half channels are not working.

                                        I am a videocon d2h customer my customer id is[protected]. Since one week i am facing issues with their channels. After selection of channels (Trai rules) i wanted them to add a channel and they said they couldnt add it and i have to do it using their playstore application videocon d2h infinity app or by login in to www.videocond2h.com, i tried doing from both and after several tries throughout the day i could add the channel but my other channels were stopped, again i tried taking other channels and after several deductions of money of each channel i got my channels but from 19.02.19 i cant see any channels all my channels are stopped telecasting and their customer care no are not reachable. Sometimes when i am lucky enough to get through their number their support team is saying call after 1 hour, every time they saying same thing, when i am asking them to transfer call to supervisor or manager they are putting me on hold and disconnecting my call. I am disappointed at their services and poor customer support, i want my money back for the dish they have installed, they can uproot their dish from my premised, refund my hard earned money so that i can subscribe to a better service provider.
