I have recharged my account 3518858 today morning. Retailer shop person told within 30 min channel will be activated. Till evening my channel is not coming. After calling several time got the customer service number and the executive told it will take 2 days to activate. He can't explain me the reason behind this. When i asked to take d with senior he disconnect my call. Please take immediate action otherwise i will go to consumer forum for this.. Thanks

      I am seleted channel online from website but my subscribe channel not comming. Call multiple time but call center people dont know the solution so they put call just on hold. Multiple time i select channel from website and customer care also confirm about my selection. Every time i got one answer your channel start after 2hr or 15 min, but its not working from last 10 days. This is very worst service that videocon provide to customer

      So request either provide these channel on my account or i will got disconnect from vediocon.

        I an facing frequent disruption of cable services since last one week. My request for migration to d2h recommended plan d2h combo sports have not been processed even after a week of submission. I hv opted thus because their charhing system is unambigous and free channels cannot b selected. However regular charges are deducted.

        Details of connection is as under-

        Payment made for selected package-₹ 444

        The customer care no. Is not working and call disconnects abruptly. My email complain to them is going into their deaf year. I m very disappointed and want my d2h operator to compensate me for the harrasment.

        Plz look into the matter & do the needful urgently.

          Sir, recently I choose multiroon of my videocon d2h connection.. i m facing many problems with this connection.. whenever i try to call customer care maximum times call are not connected.. I hv tried many times to customer care for my prob solution but there was no response... my 2nd connection is not working... pls sort out my prob as soon as possible... my customer id is..[protected]...

            मैं एक d2h cansumer हू l मैं अपने ऑपरेटर से अपना बेस पैक बदलने के लिए कई बार बोल चुका हूं परंतु मेरे ऑपरेटर के द्वारा मेरा बेस पैक अभीतक नही बदला गया है और अब तो स्तथि ये है के या तो फोन मिलता नाइ ह या फिर मिल भी जाये तो बेस पैक की बात करे पर फोन काट दिया जाता है आप से अनुरोध है कि इस विषय पर उचित कार्यवाही करने कि क्रपयाकरे।

                Please change my d2h RTN from [protected] to [protected] . I want to chamge it because i cant login my account with d2h direct to mobile so i cant ise it regularly i have messeged from my rtn to change my rtn to a number the company offered but its getting more time and no messege were sent to me and i got any replies on changing my account

                      Have made a lot of time from the online site by selecting my new d2h of packs, this new pack vallue amt - approx 337.48 rs
                      But my account show pack value is 384.38 (47 rs extra charges in cooking active channels)
                      Which are still packed in the cooking and active channels.
                      Cooking active channels have not been closed even after i have repeatedly dialed into a customer service

                        Hi my consumer i'd is 64713581 my name is vijay i have recharged for a new plan yesterday and still it's not activated yet... I called the customer care number they said it will be done in few hours yesterday but it's been one day and still nothing is working. Pls get it fixed as soon as possible... And please make sure the mobile app as proper feature to make us easy to use that...

                            I am a videocon d2h user more than 4years i am facing somany issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong pack activation after recharging quarterly regular recharge i am not able to see almost all movies channel, some news channel, and some other channels since 27th Feb'19 after that i tried many times customer care number but they are not connecting only IVR responding after selecting talk with customer care executive option call will disconnected after that i contacted

                              I have tried lots of time to get some information but they are not receiving the phone and whatever the customer care number has been given internet that is not available. They are charging Bills by their own side without giving any information. When we are saying about this value added customer service is not refunding my rupees which they have cut.

                                My rtn number is not in service anymore. So kindly update my rtn to [protected].
                                I tried tp contact customer support but videocon d2h service is worst amd never picks call. I am trying to contact, but it always says busy. Change our rtn or atleast give prope service tp d2h customers. I am also facing lag in browsing from channel to channel and in menu also.

                                    I have purchased videocon d2h in june -2010, i send my certificate for the same on due date. But due to any reason it was returned with wrong address. Some days back i got this site to submit the complaints. So kindly know me the place and doc list to send it again pls. As i have original certificate and i am residing at same address. So i have no problem to send all the document to finish the required details

                                      Please add 'star vijay' tamil channel to the existing channel list and i wanted to change my plan.
