We have raised a request with the videocon customer care helpdesk multiple times to provide channels as per the trai guidelines. Every time they mentioned that they have accepted the request but the channels have not been provided as of now. It is simply unfair that we have to pay for the channels that’s already free.
Every time we call the helpdesk now we are only being put on hold.

Strict actions from your end regarding this issue is requested.

After trai new plan i have made a pack of selected channels of my choice, but when i am gpoing to chnage my pack it always says that "we are not able to migrate your pack plz contact to customer care" but customer care also not responding. Videocon only making fool o[censored]s. Worst service provider. Plz resolve.

      I am trying to opt for the channels as per trai new rule but couldn't reach them. Also i have mailed them my selection but there is no response from them. From last 3 days i am calling the customer care but they are not giving any information and also talking very rudely. Every time they are asking to call after 1 hour and it is going as it is. I am having worst experience with videocon d2h customer care services.

        Our Videocon recharge was done on 31st Jan for 22 days but it ended on 16th Feb (i. E 6 days prior). Today on 18/02 we again recharged our account but there is no update from the Videocon officials.
        We have been trying to contact the customer care since 2 months now but there's no one attending our calls. Also there is no proper guidance available on the official website.
        As per the TRAI guidelines the new packs are available but videocon has no official announcement for it. Our New Diamond pack is supposed to function till 31st March as per the extended deadline but most of the channels are suspended for no reason at all.
        If the issues are not resolved at the earliest we have no option left but to take further severe action against the company.

          I have a connection of Videocon d2h. I was having access to all my desirable channels till recently. I opted for my favorite channels and even recharged again. But for the past 2 days I am unable to view any of my channels. I have raised complaints against the service provider twice but to no avail. I tried the customer care nos but no response. All this has happened after new trai rules have come. What shud I do

                Am trying to change my plan to mera wala plan . and i tried it a month before and an error message came saying your package is not migrated due to some technical error.please contact customer care. so i tried to contact the customer care with [protected]. but the call cannot reach this number. after 3 weeks surprisingly a customer care representative took my call and i explained them my problem and he said there is some technical issue . you have to try again.
                then i tried again and again with that slow d2h site. i wasted my 1 and half hours trying and trying. after that i again called them and explained them and he told he will take a complaint and resolve it. after 3 days i thought my problem will have resolved. but no the problem still exists. i tried to call them again the ring is not going. now am thinking of moving to a good television operator. am not going to waste my hard earned money to these rubbish companies.

                  I have been trying to create new package according to TRAI rule since January 15, 2019 but till not yet (by 18th Feb) successful due to website error.
                  Website is not opening 80% of the time.Rest of the different types of error coming.

                  None of the nodal officer picking the call.

                    I, dinesh kumar recharged my dth (Customer id[protected] on 11th of february, after looking at the packs available on the dth site for 30 days of rs 216. But then i got a message that the subscription ends on 18 february. I tried to call and contact service provider but no response i got. After 5 days i called again then i got to know from them that pack is of 240 rs. It's been a fraud doing with so many people like this
                    . The login site is showing something else and customer executive are saying something else.

                      Myself krishan kumar (Mobile no.[protected]) (Videocon customer id:[protected] from delhi. I am facing harassment from videocon d2h. As per the new rules of trai i have selected my plan but videocon is not providing any single channel to me even though they are charging me according to the plan.

                      I have trying calling up these people for last 10 days as my channels are not coming
                      1) there customer care number not connected even for calling at 50 times
                      2) once i was connected, they refuse to take my request for my channels and says call back later as their system not working/there are some techinical issues.

                      Now i am totally fedup from there services, please provide me help sir as soon as possible.

                        Videocon d2h website is very very slow. It is filled with unwanted jazzy features and does not load properly.

                        I am not able to select my own packages, each and every time I am getting "504 error". its just disgusting. TRAI has now allowed us to select our own packages but with this poor website performance we are not able to select our own packages. Seems like its their cheap trick which does not allow us to select our own packages and looting the money of customers. I request to take strict action against this.

                          My complain no.- aur[protected], it's being 1 month my compressor complaint is given executive visited on 18/1/2019 and taken request for replacement of compressor.

                          Now service center is not answering calls, so i have to call from unknown numbers and then they are threatening me that do whatever you want to do you will not get any compressor and who gives you compressor i will see.

                          I guess i had made mistake buying videocon product, anyways see if you can arrange for compressor or else keep as donation from me.

                            I am unable to select my own channel pack as per trai new rules. Since 1feb2019 i am visiting the videocon d2h website and trying to select my own channels pack and every time it shows your d2h pack has updated as per your selection however in reality i cannot view the channels i have selected and my available balance is reducing everyday. I tried calling customer care to complain about but customer care i saying application is not working there . Daily I called on customer care no but got same reply from there. MY ID is[protected]

                              This is Rohit kaushik and I am using Videocon d2h from last 2 years and suddenly I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When I called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when I called today your agent told me that I need to pay Rs 150 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously I am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before I throw away your box and dish from my house.                               I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW DISH CONNECTION AND DO YOUR COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.

                                We have recharged our DTH account[protected] with inr 350 and it's showing on our registered mobile number but not on our TV screen, we lodged a complaint on their customer care helpline but no action has been taken since two days with referral number[protected] to Mahesh parmar who is working as an team leader at videocon customer care helpline at IST 16:00 hours. Kindly help us, at least give us the right direction. Where should we go or whom to ask for because they are not responding to our problems correctly. Kindly help

                                  I recharged d2h on 18th for rs. 750, eventhen channels not getting and displaying message as "you have insufficient balance". Spoke to customer care and they said that they have done their job by giving command. Eventhough i am having more than enough balance, your cc team saying complaint will be raised and will charge rs.200 for agent visit. My consumer number is[protected]. They are charging customers eventhough it is videocons d2h problem.

                                    I have a videocon led. I was complaint in 2nd january your engineer visit our home and tell us you tv have display problem. And tell us after few days your display problem is resolve. But last 2 month nobody resolve a problem. Plz resolve the issue. If you dont resolve are issue then we will go to consumer court.                                       Respected sir/madam,
                                      I am mr. Nitin. J. Patil having a set-top-box connection with above mentioned customer number. As per your new policy to select only the required channel, i had selected all the channels that i need and provided that to my set top box company (Videocon d2h) approximately on date of 05th of february 2019. Initially everything was fine and all the channels used to play properly but from 13th february 2019 there was some distortion in signal of some channels and a day after that i wasn't able to see all the extra channels i had subscribed. I complained about the same to d2h customer service for 3 times but every time they just said that the problem will be solved within few days, now its been almost 5 days that i am not able to view all the channels for which i have paid the money. I hope that you will resolve my problem soon.
