Videocon d2h dth provider has not allowing to migrate pacakges throgh website and i tried a lot to migrate but not migrated. And they charged unbelivable amount from recharge money.
Tiil yesterday evening we were watching platinum hd pacakge which is old plan, suddenly certain channels disappeared, i contacted customer care they said we can not change plan on telephone. I have tried many a time. But response is attached, and today 16th feb i have come to know they have activated plan of rs 2000 plus per month and accordingly they have deducted my money i required to refund excess money deducted.

    Hello,
    I have done channel selection for videocon since past 4 days but still not able to view the hd channels that i have selected. I have tried calling customer care and every time they have either system issue or say that it will work in some time. Really pathetic service from videocon d2h. Only the sd channels are working but not the hd channels that i selected. My customer id is: 58770278

      We have 2 connections installed at our premises.

      We are not able to view our second connections for last 20 days. We are trying to get the resolution for our problem for last so many days.

      We have tried connecting you through call multiple times in last 20 days. However, either all customer care are showing busy and call is automatically disconnected.

      This is big harassment to customer and you are charging for the services which are not availed by us.

      Today, again by chance, i got the opportunity to connect with customer care on call. However, they are not having any solution because of some technical issues in their system.

      Moreover, they are saying to call customer care again after 1 hour by their junior staff as well as senior staff there. They are very reluctant about the call back.

      I am attaching the entire recording of my communication with customer care which is very disturbing.

      You can not run the company and provide such kind of inferior service as per trai rule.

      This is complete violation of trai rules set in regard to customer services which is not acceptable.

      At last, i request you to revert my entire money charged for not providing any satisfactory services and also compensation for harassment and wasting of our time.

          1.) on 25th january i called the customer care and raised a complain (Id #[protected] stating that my primary setup box is having problem its restarting every 10 sec and need to be replaced. And as it was under warranty it has be replaced free of cost.
          2.) your engineer came and checked and told yes its having problem and but we don’t have stock of new setup box, i will come after two days and replace it.
          3.) but he never turned up or contacted me.
          4.) again on 9th feb i called the customer care and raised complain (Id #[protected] stating that your engineer didn’t came again to replace the setup box after the first visit.
          5.) i didn’t got any response. So again on 10th feb i called the customer care and raised complain (Id #[protected]/[protected] stating i am not receiving help and my issue is still not fixed.
          6.) i didn’t got any response. So again on 11th feb i called the customer care and asked the executive to connect to your seniors. Then one senior came on line and i explain him the whole scenario. He told i from my side raising a complain (Id #[protected] and within 8 hours your issue will be fixed no charges expect the visiting charge will be taken.
          7.) then i get a call from your engineer (Mob.: [protected]) on the same day i. E. 11th feb and asking what is issue and i explained him. He then very rude told we don’t have stock if its come tomorrow then we will visit your home. (I have the phone recordings also)
          8.) on 12th one other engineer from videocon called and told we have the stock and we are coming to change the box. He came changed the box and took rs. 200 and left. But after some time when i tried to open a hd channel in the tv. It pop up a message telling that your box sd box and you can’t see hd channels. My setup box was hd box from last 2 years. But that engineer replaced a hd box with a sd box.
          9.) then i called that engineer (Mob.: [protected]) and then he told that is hd box only and hd channel will come and its coming i will come and replace it. Again after some time i called and said no hd are coming please come and replace it.
          10.) the engineer rudely replied “this is box (Sd one) which the company asked me to replace with your existing box, i will not change it.” (I have the phone recordings)
          11.) again i called immediately the customer care and explained him the whole thing and he again raised a complain (Id #[protected] but it till now i have not received any help regarding the issue.

          From yesterday i am also trying to reach out to your senior executives but the executives are saying our seniors are busy and not picking our call.

          If i want a resolution within 24hours.

            This d2h making fools to the customer. I have faced several issues with this service provider. The channels are not displaying since 3 days. The customer care executives didnt pick up the calls and if picked up they told that the service will resume in 1 hr. Today again i called, they said that you have to pay 200 rs. For visiting charge. We are taking their service and for what we have to pay 200 rs? Every service providers provides service at free of chage but this d2h is looting the customers. They dont want customers. If portability service start i will definately port to other service provider.

              Dear sir
              Called on your call center 15/20 times nobody's is resolving the said problem
              Recharged before 3 days still showing in one tv e18-4 technical error and in one tv e18-4 insufficient balance
              Both my tv is not working...
              Your enng visited mr suresh was enable to rectify... And his senior mb no[protected] told me it will be resolved shortly and told me to keep my tv own i kept it for 7 hrs nothing happened... When tried calling him he switched off his mobile and its in same condition and mr suresh your engg not picking the ph since yesterday...
              Tried all nodalofficer no not reachable..
              All mail i'd provided by call center bounced..
              When it will be resolved.. Let me know asap

                As per the new trai rules i have selected my packs as per my needs but one pack called "star telugu kannada value pack -1" but even hd pack got activated with this and amount is getting deducted from my account almost 240rs got deducted from my account so far and i have provided complaint twice the first complaint was no was:[protected] and this was supposed to get resolve in two days but till now they are saying we are still working on it and again we have given complaint for the same and the number is:[protected].

                Kindly get this resolved asap as i am loosing amount day by day.

                  Customer id : 61875840

                  I am unable to watch any channel after changing my plan to trai package. The amount i recharged is showing in my account but whenever i am trying to watch any channel "18-4 error : insufficient balance" is showing in my tv screen. I have over 1000 rs showing in my account though.

                  I tried their customer care who could not do anything from their side and said that they will send an engineer. Next day the engineer came but there was nothing wrong with the set top box. He said he will send a mail and my problem will be resolved, but after one week now the problem still persists.

                    I have recharged the id no.[protected] with rs 288/- but only the promotional channel are coming, other channel are not being displayed. The customer care on telephone where not able to solve the issue, instead of it they are insisting on for technical visit with the charge of rs 300/- for which i have refused as to why i should bear the cost.
                    Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                      This is with regards to my 50" 4k led for which i had raised complaint in sept 2018 for display and sound issue.
                      Technician gave a home visit next day and said that the service center people will attend it.
                      However after waiting for a month i myself took the tv to the andheri east marol center and handed ovet to a person called as avinash. He made me understand that it will be repaired in one week time.
                      After 15 days i got a call from mr. Milin ([protected]) and assured me that he will close the case in weeks time but now he is not acceptin the calls.
                      I was given two numbers saying they are senior representatives from videocon mr. Kakkar and mr. Satpal singh ([protected] &
                      [protected]) but upon calling them they dont seem to be at all professional and responsible.
                      It is now more than 3 months and my tv is not been repaired. This is completely unacceptable from a big brand like videocon.
                      My concern is there is no one communicating properly as to what is the issue and gives me an insecure feeling that is my tv being undet some fraud hands.
                      Kindly assist.

                        My customer id is[protected] akram khan. I have given two rtn numbers to my customer id but the rtn1 is the main number which is inactive now. So i want to change rtn2 as rtn1 for this i tried calling customer support always busy tone, sent mail but no response. Where i should go to do that? I have forgot my password so if i tried to reset then reset goes to rtn1 which is inactive so iam unable to login my account. Please change my rtn number of[protected] as [protected]

                          Not getting help from Customer care, getting response from IVRS that customer care executives are busy with other customer

                            I am Pradeep, using Videocon d2h with customer id "[protected]"
                            We have recharged as per schedule but still no channels are available. No customer care number r is working, d2h site also is not working. Please let us know how we get solved this problem.
                            2 days for week it will be not working, if we call customer care they will arrange for service men who will charge 200 for every visit. Please do look in to this matter, without our fault we are paying 200 for every visit

                              Customer support is very poor, i have called many times regarding my account, i have to deactivate my current pack and select a new one mera wala plan, i spoke with three customer executive, all three gace me different suggestions, they are not ready to help.
                              i even visited d2h.com, but that site service is too bad, its too slow.i am not able to add channels too.my customer id is76121657 .

                                I have a Videocon d2h connection subscriber ID is[protected]
                                I wanted to choose packs according to TRAI regulatory on 31st January 2019 I called customer care and told my packs 100 FTA channels and my selection was 3 bouquets
                                1.star Telugu Kannada value -rs45
                                2.zee prime pack-rs17
                                3. TV18 Karnataka budget pack -rs25
                                Then the executive told monthly charge was 257 for selected the pack and conversation ended, then that day evening i recharged my account of 260 rupees so that I can watch next month, the previous recharge was till 4th Feb all channels were coming till 4th Feb, from 5th Feb some unselected channels went it's OK, but which I selected pack of star Telugu Kannada value pack I am unable to watch not even a single channel is coming till today, I tired to contact customer care many times call did not connect, and another thing at 5th Feb I saw my account details the expiry date was on 8th March and after 2 days when I saw again it was decreased to 21st February, since 5 days I am trying to contact customer care about these 2 issues

                                Feb 8th call did not get connected so left tried next day 9th also same issue call connection next 10th same issue
                                Then again tired 11th call got connected after continious try for 5th time then I told my problems the executive told I will look after it I have refreshed now it will come, then I told OK, conversation ended, then after some time I switched ON the television but those channels was not coming, then again next day I tried calling several times got connected then I told them everything, the executive told I will take a complaint executive will come and visit her came and saw those channels it wasn't coming then he told you have not subscribed so it is not coming and went, then I again called customer care and asked then she told pack is subscribed then I again asked why it is not coming, then she told she will transfer the call to the supervisor and after 2 minutes of music she disconnected the call, then after 2 hours again I called several times and got connected, I told all problems and asked why validity is decreased so she told in different way that your monthly charge is 477 rupees so the validity is decreased then I argued how it is possible then she also argued and I asked tell me what packs are there in my account she told all same what I had activated and I asked why double the amount all are same and she went to a different topic and again telling your monthly charges 477 then I asked why then she was acting like she was not hearing my voice and she was telling I can't hear your voice I will disconnect the call, I was screaming then also call disconnected then again yesterday I called up then again same issue same conversation after 20mins I told to give to your supevisor, she told he is not available we will call you back in 2 hours no call came till now, yesterday morning again I called and scolded same issue then she told she will send an technician to see but he called up and asked the problem and he told I will come and he also did not turn up full day, I called technician he did not receive my call again I called back to company I told technician did not turn up, she told I will take a complaint against him, he will come, he called and told he will come not turned up today also. Technician name rafiq pasha his mobile number is [protected]
                                So finally my problems are
                                1.star Kannada Telugu value pack chosen but not able to view any channels from that pack
                                2. My monthly charges was 257 but the charged me 477 how come it is no extra channel also

                                So kindly help me to solve these above problems

                                  No proper guidance on channel selection when I login to videocon d2h website. I am not seeing any ad from Videocon sites. Not sure whom to approach to get it looked at as per TRAI regulation. My customer id is[protected] and not sure how i am charged for my existing plan. Does the TRAI regulation came into existence or delayed until February end?

                                    My subscription has been deactivated due to the new trai rules. I have been registering complaint through email but they're not responding. Their customer support phone numbers are keeping in continuous queue but ultimately they're not reaching out to me to resolve this issue. Over and above, they're also deducting d2h charges daily from my current balance that i recharged on 11th february 2019. Videocon is a horrible service provider. I want them to call me immediately.

                                      1) videocon d2h website not working neither can I login to my d2h account
                                      2) customer care hotline [protected] does not function neither I get any call back
                                      3) I used my online account to subscribe certain channels which are not been seen such as 762, 971, 972, 973 which are paid channels.
                                      These problems persist since I subscribed new package according to the new TRAI. I have subscribed it for one month, if the situation continues, I will have no choice but discontinue their services.

                                      So URGENT action is requested.
