I wanted to choose packs according to TRAI regulatory on 31st January 2019 I called customer care and told my packs 100 FTA channels and my selection was 3 bouquets
1.star Telugu Kannada value -rs45
2.zee prime pack-rs17
3. TV18 Karnataka budget pack -rs25
Then the executive told monthly charge was 257 for selected the pack and conversation ended, then that day evening i recharged my account of 260 rupees so that I can watch next month, the previous recharge was till 4th Feb all channels were coming till 4th Feb, from 5th Feb some unselected channels went it's OK, but which I selected pack of star Telugu Kannada value pack I am unable to watch not even a single channel is coming till today, I tired to contact customer care many times call did not connect, and another thing at 5th Feb I saw my account details the expiry date was on 8th March and after 2 days when I saw again it was decreased to 21st February, since 5 days I am trying to contact customer care about these 2 issues
Feb 8th call did not get connected so left tried next day 9th also same issue call connection next 10th same issue
Then again tired 11th call got connected after continious try for 5th time then I told my problems the executive told I will look after it I have refreshed now it will come, then I told OK, conversation ended, then after some time I switched ON the television but those channels was not coming, then again next day I tried calling several times got connected then I told them everything, the executive told I will take a complaint executive will come and visit her came and saw those channels it wasn't coming then he told you have not subscribed so it is not coming and went, then I again called customer care and asked then she told pack is subscribed then I again asked why it is not coming, then she told she will transfer the call to the supervisor and after 2 minutes of music she disconnected the call, then after 2 hours again I called several times and got connected, I told all problems and asked why validity is decreased so she told in different way that your monthly charge is 477 rupees so the validity is decreased then I argued how it is possible then she also argued and I asked tell me what packs are there in my account she told all same what I had activated and I asked why double the amount all are same and she went to a different topic and again telling your monthly charges 477 then I asked why then she was acting like she was not hearing my voice and she was telling I can't hear your voice I will disconnect the call, I was screaming then also call disconnected then again yesterday I called up then again same issue same conversation after 20mins I told to give to your supevisor, she told he is not available we will call you back in 2 hours no call came till now, yesterday morning again I called and scolded same issue then she told she will send an technician to see but he called up and asked the problem and he told I will come and he also did not turn up full day, I called technician he did not receive my call again I called back to company I told technician did not turn up, she told I will take a complaint against him, he will come, he called and told he will come not turned up today also. So finally my problems are
1.star Kannada Telugu value pack chosen but not able to view any channels from that pack
2. My monthly charges was 257 but the charged me 477 how come it is no extra channel also
So kindly help me to solve these above problems
