Hi
I have been trying to activate the best fit package for last 2 days since trai rules has been enforced. I have never been successful yet, i have called the customer care for thousands times, but no positive response. It has been a nightmare for last 2 days to coordinate with customer care. I need to rethink to have this connection if this situation persists.

The d2h app doesnt work, the website throws error message, what is happening here?

    हमने tries के निर्देश अनुसार mera wala plan के तहत अपना pack subscribe किया था। जिसमें हमने २५ channel choose किए थे, उनमें से कुछ दिन पहले मात्र ४ channel आ रहे थे, बाकी के free wale channel आ रहे थे ।
    Complaint के बाद सारे channel आने लगे थे sony को छोड़ कर, ५ दिन wait करके देखा कि शायद आ जाये, लेकिन sony आया नहीं और ना ही custumer care वालो ने कोई help की हम बहुत परेशान हैं । कृपया हमारी सहायता करें, आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

        1. My Subscription pack was automatically migrated to higher amount from Rs. 350+ to Rs. 543/- without any information/notice and without my approval.
        2. There is no prior intimation or notice to me that if I wn't select my own pack the subscription will get auto migrated.
        3. No response or solution to the complaint[protected]

        I'm facing problem with videocon D2H service. They have auto migrated my subscription pack to higher amount without any prior intimation and without my approval. I'm trying to reach Videocon D2H customer care service since few days and even dropping an email to customer care but no one is bother to fix my issues. When I talked with customer care representatives I have been told by them that as per TRAI rules the old plans were changed and customer has to chose his own pack from d2h portal.They dn't have any answers to my above points. on a daily basis I have been chasing them to fix my issues but not getting solution. When I'm trying to talk to the customer care representatives my call is getting transferred to multiple members to get it addressed some times the representatives are disconnecting the call by saying that my call is getting transferred to supervisor. this was happened thrice and finally if I get through the supervisors only thing I'm getting to hear from them is I will get a call within an hour from d2h support team to solve my issues but none of them contacted till now, this was happened twice. Videocon D2H is cheating the customers by giving false promise and by deducting the amount from the balance and not providing any proper support to the customer.

          Trying to activate dth hd sports platinum pack.but cannot connect with Videocon dth customer care they aren't picking up calls, website too cannot login in, app is not working, local service center says it's a major problem in the whole area.
          Sent email to video con but they didn't activate the plan not did call me back.

          Currently recharge Ed my account but being charged as per old plan which is more than double of what would be the charge if I opted for my selected channels.

          Many in my locality suspect it's a ploy by Videocon to loot people of their money

            I guess this can be chalked off as human error, but it has really caused me a lot of inconvenience. I tried to register on the D2H infinity app, but the RTN I was entering was wrong everytime. I tried to call the customer care numerous times, but didn't even get any response (Look into this, too!). The, with no other way to go, I started changing the digits of my actual phone number, one digit at a time!! This took a while until I got to the correct number. The last 3 digits of my phone number is 563, but in the RTN, it is 566.
            Who should I contact to get this fixed? How long will it take?

              Such a pathetic service by videocon d2h. I am trying to call their customer care number from last 15 days and they are not picking up phone. My connection is not working and i want to connect with them asap. My customer id[protected]. Whenever i call them their number is always busy. They way they treat their customers is seriously pathetic.

              Please call back anyone fron d2h service center.

                After trai guidelines and continuous notification from videocon d2h on website and app,
                I created my own package on d2h website (At dec end) and got a message that package migrated successfully in feb 13th after 1 n half month.

                After this, which i want or i selected channel gone with message that "this channel is not part of subscription" except some channels.

                Then i waited some days assuming that channels will come after that but in vain.
                Now i am chasing them via calls since last 6 to 7 days and still no resolution.
                I only get one response from them where they ask for cust id/rtn and after that no response even after multiple reminders.

                It took me 3 to 4 hrs to create package on their pathetic and badly developed website, and all that time wasted now.

                They are not responding even though i continuously calling on customer care number.. They keep saying u can add channels from their pathetic web site, which i tried several time but cant add channels which i want.. I have selected dsports channels... I just want to add in my pack urgently..

                D2h customer care executive have to agree or add channels when customer is saying to add that channels instead of keep saying u can add from site...

                  The validity of the service was upto 10.02.2019 (Screen shot attached) however service was stopped on 8th feb. 2019 morning. Why???

                  I have spend saturday and sunday i. E. 9th feb & 10th feb 2019 in followup with customer by diling more than 200 times on following numbers.

                    My id 68483987. Account deactivated on 11/02/2019, i did recherche on the same day that is 11/02/2019. But till now my account not activated..I am unable to watch any channel. My complaint number[protected]. I tried to talk customer care but executive are not responding. As SR is in open status, so level 1 executive wants to escalate my call so they will keep me on hold and after few minutes they will disconnect.

                      Greetings !!

                      I have recharged my videocon D2H connection with Rs 300 but my channel did not activate, then i have tried to call on their customer care number so many times firstly their representative changed my plan and told me that Rs. 287 plan has been activated but when i checked then no plan had activated. After that i have called multiple times from last week and in january month as well for selecting my pack then their representative always tole me to select the packs from videocon website . When i tried to login from their website or APP then i am not able to login . page has not been redirected to any page. And when i called to their customer care for complaining the same then multiples time(always) they told me that your call is going to transfer to my senior after that they have disconnected my calls. Even their representative never listen what i have told . I told them to complain to TRAI and customer care even then also they dont care and always disconnects the call on the name of transferring to seniors.
                      Now from yesterday i have logged in on his website and I have selecting the GOLD Package from their website after selecting the package i checked on my Television but they are not broadcasting to all of the channels as per the TRAI rules and as per my packages.
                      And same when i am trying to call on their customer care number then their representatives are not able to solve my problem and disconnecting my calls by saying that transferring your call to my senior or concern person. Yes they also said many times about technical error when i asked for the complaints
                      These things happened with me and my family as well since last week and also in January. Due to them i am not able to watch my television not my amount has refunded . And i am spending whole of the evening and late night times approx daily 4-5 hours on their customer care numbers, on their website. I am fed from their services and get irritated alot due thei behaviour fake solution and services. Also i have wasted my money in recharge and in their connection.

                      Kindly requesting you to solve my problem on urgent basis and please take necessary action against them as well.

                          Hi,
                          Recently on 14h jan 2019 i bought new videocon d2h connection.
                          But from very first day i am seeing problem that i can here sound but not display. I raised 2-3 times request. Videocons engineer came but not able to resolve issue.
                          At end he said that box is not compatible with mi tv resolution.
                          So i called cc for cancel the connection and refund the amount so that i can avail service from other vendor but they are saying there is no policy of refund.
                          Shall i go to consumer court for this?

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            It is very painful to say that i bought an led 40 inches two and year back with extended warranty.

                            On 8th of december i complained regarding fault in the led the technician told that the display is not working so it took one month to tell me that you do not have the part this was informed by mr chander shekher, then mr shekher directed me to mr harish he informed me that we have the only option left is to replace the led.

                            After 15 days mr harish told me to contact mr ranjeet for replacement.
                            When i cotacted mr ranjeet he informed me that you have to pay 70% of the cost of led.in between nobody informed me that under warranty i have to pay the amount.

                            It is my humble request pls provide the part or else you take the led back.

                            As i spoke to mr chander shekher and mr harish kaushik regarding my problem i am not getting any solution for my for said problem.

                            Being extended warranty 3 years (1+2yrs) am not getting propper solution, at the time of purchase i have been told that there will not
                            Be any charges for three years, since i paid extra amount for extended warranty.

                            If you do not have the part (Diplay) please its your duty to replace my led tv with the new without any charges.

                            I will wait for next seven days other wise will go to consumer court, same was informed to mr chander shekher and mr harish kaushik.

                            Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                First of all, they are having very poor customer care service. Every time you call them they put your call on hold for some minutes and then disconnect automatically, these strategies are made by the management team so that there is very less complaint to handle and then they have a very good point to promote their business saying their service is too good that they have a very low complaint.
                                Secondly, they have disabled the captcha option onto the online complaint portal d2h website so that users or active customers cannot file any complaint to them through their website.
                                They think they are very smart and customers are very fooled so they send OTP for d2h account password reset to mobile numbers only and not to email as secondary option to reset your account as because there are many cases where you lost your mobile phone but you never lost your email id as because you can access it from anywhere, so they target mobile number as primary recovery so that they get huge number of hassle to customers.

                                    I am unable to deselect channels, except dd channels from basic service teir.
                                    As per rule there are only 25 mandatory dd channels you will get with any pack.
                                    Bt videocon has made 100 channels mandatory.
                                    Why so?

                                    As per videocon self made rules -
                                    There are 25 dd + 75 (Unnecessary) channels in basic service teir. That means 75 channels are unnecessary don't know for what reason and also i have to pay for other channels as i cross limit of 100 channels i. E 20rs for slab of 25 channels.
                                    For. E. G

                                    I have selected 3 value pack of sony star and zee which counts 119rs. (42 channels)
                                    Also i have selected some other channels which counts 30rs. (12 channels).
                                    So these 54 channels will added to those 25 dd + 75 (Unnecessary) channels.
                                    So my total channel count is 153 as it should be 79 (25 dd + 54 (42+12).

                                    So as per videocon d2h my ncf is 174 rs rather which would be 130 rs.

                                    As per gov. Rule my d2h bill is as follow.
                                    130+149 (119+30)+50.22 (Gst)= 329.22 rs.

                                    Bt as per videocon self made rules.
                                    174+149+58.14 (Gst)=381.14 rs.

                                    So videocon is charging 54.92 rs. Unnecessarily.
                                    Why so?

                                      Hi, with the changes of trai's new rules,
                                      When i tried to create my own pack on d2h website, i am not abe to chose from basic 100 channels.

                                      They disabled the selection in basic service tier section, they make complusory to have 100 channels because of which my monthly recharge is going very high.

                                      I am trying since 6-7 days but the problem is same.

                                      Please look into it.

                                        I have selected my channels online and it show rs. 252 so i recharged for rs. 255. I included vijay tv, discover kids, animal planet etc. But what are the channels i selected is not coming. As per ur basic channels is coming. Thn what purpose i selected u should telecast what i selected. Otherwise next month i will change my dish.
