I am videocon d2h customer and using the www.d2h.com portal to access my account for selecting the new packages my tv. However unable to loging in to portal since today morning sue to some issues. Evertime page is not opening. Every time page is redirected on home page. Tried via mobile app but its not worked. So please look in to this issue and resolve my problem. P

      Having trouble choosing channel pack for my d2h as i have lost my old registered number and due to which i am enable to choose channel as per trai guidelines and people # have discontinued the service. Please resolve the issue or i will shift to another service provider.
      So i request you to change my old registered number with new one as early as possible.

        My dth provider videocon d2h is forcing me to select a basic service tier fta [free to air] with 100 channels for 130 rs. Videocon d2h is not allowing me to select desired 100 channels as per my wish. When contacted customer care of videocon d2h, they reply that 100 channels cannot be modified or deleted and they are compulsory channels and quotes that it is a trai mandate to have those 100 channels and they cannot change it.
        But
        As per trai rules it is only mandatory to subscribe 26 dd channels, but videocon d2h is forcing to take all the 100 free to air to subscribe, and if i take bouquet they charge for additional channels beyond 100 free to air which 20 rupees for 25 channels.

        As per trai (Press release 10/2019) consumer should have complete freedom to choose their desired 100 channels within network capacity fee of 130 with which videocon d2h is clearly violating the rules.
        So i request you to take action on videocon d2h for cheating customers in the name of trai.

            My videocon d2h channels are not working from last two days. I called up several times from last 2 days but didn’t get a single good response from videocon d2h representative. It shows very unprofessional and annoying behavior and system (Server) always down to check details.
            No one representative give the single answer to resolve my problem even if senior executives.

            I tried 500-600 times customer care but not get resolve my problem since 04 Feb-2019. I had selected online SD channel but after that not showing even free of cost channel neither customer care responding nor replying e-mails.

            I am very sad about such type poor service.

            I am having D2H connection which is not working since 5th feb. 2019. I tried to complain it on their toll free no. but all numbers are out of reach. Their website is also not working properly. I have dropped email on 6th feb 2019 & 7th feb. 2019. Waiting for action but not reply from them yet..
            Sir mene Trai ke anusar my pack created kiya our summit kiya us samay mere pack ki price 208 dikha raha tha baad me pack on hone ke baad 248 dikha raha hai our trai ke anusar dd 25 channel jaruri hai lakin hame pure 100 Channel diye gaye jinhe hum hata nahi paa rahe hai

              I have two videocon dth connection. I have submitted package details before 31st january for both. Now only free to air channels are coming and rest are stopped. This is cheating and step should. Be taken. Everyday money is getting deducted from account. Either stop the connection and come back after you are ready. If this is not working in one or two days i will switch over to local cable. At least they are reachable. Videoncon dth is disconnecting call whenever i am asking about package selection.

                More then three hundred time telephonic communication with videocon dth customer care team from 02.02.2019 to still today, videocon dth team is still failure to resolve my complain, current status - balance deducted regular basis @ 18/ @ 12/- but from 12.02.2019 only 100 chanel is coming, still show popular and ncf base pack and videocon dth failure team giving me time and time any time (More then 300 time) available balance was on 02.02.2018 more then 200/- and current balance is 510.1/- after 450 /- recharge,

                  Hi all,

                  I have selected my channels two days back and got confirmation sms from videocon d2h. However from last 2 days i have called customer care multiple times. Every time i got the reply that service will resume in next 10 minutes but the service is not started yet. Even i noticed that my account balance is reducing day by day without using any service. Couple of time i asked customer care representative to transfer my call to senior person but after a long waiting on phone no one came to solve my query and phone got disconnected. This is really pathetic service from videocon. And really frustrating for a customer.
                  Can someone please activate my service asap. And please answer me why the money is getting diducted from my account.
                  Also i want to highlight here that i am not able to login to website or using app just because otp is not coming. How bad is that. When complaint the same to call center she told me that she is taking complaint for why otp is not coming.

                  My request to all concern person to start my d2h service asap.

                    Dear Videocon D2H

                    I have made the a la Carte pack by selecting individual channels twice on the website.
                    Once on 29th Jan and next during first week of Feb.
                    Post which my South Gold pack was disconnected and a strange pack has been activated with name as MAP despite of repeated complains to customer care nothing has been resolved.

                    The calls are only transferred and disconnected during transfers. Despite of repeated request to share Complain numbers no complain has been registered.

                    I strongly recommend all my friends not to go for this stupid d2h service which has absolutely no morality or concern for the Customer issues all these people care about is recharge.

                    I am not going to surrender the Dish neither do a recharge I am applying for Tata Sky dish which is atleast transperant and responsive.

                      I am user of videocon d2 h. From last 10 days i am unable view any channels of my choice. I tried to complain but no customer care no is working. Recently i have recharged but of no use. Hence I want to change my RTN from [protected] to [protected] immediately so that i can follow guidelines appearing on TV screen & view channel of my choice... Pls. Help to change my RTN..

                            Despite my subscription being valid and fully paid for, the company has put me to untold misery these last 2 weeks. I must have called their helpline[protected]/ [protected]) more than 25 times these last two days. Gradually they have shut down most channels on my STB and there's no one who answers either on phone or even on email. My emails are unresponded for 10 days now and reminders elicit no response. Do not know where to appeal. Will TRAI entertain complaints?

I booked my choiced channels star jalsa, zee bangla and ndtv hindi news channels in addition to compulsary 100 free to air channels by 30th january 2019. The company has not yet started transmitting my selected channels till yet in spite my repeated requests and follow ups. I being a senior citizen pass my time in the house by seeing the fruitful tv programmes of my choice. Now i request you to kindly take proper action with videcon d2h authorities to solve this problem of transmission of paid channels as per our choice at the earliest.

                                I have a account balance of rs.605/- with due date of 28-mar-2019. From 10th feb onwards all of my channels went blank suddenly, reason popped as not having sufficient balance.
                                Non of the customer care number are working. Then i recharged rs 100/- to my balance, post recharge also all channels were blank
                                Calls to customer care number [protected] – calls are disconnect immediate.
                                [protected] – not connecting tried several times in a day.
                                [protected] – getting not in service announcement.

                                I had a pathetic experience with your web portal too getting 504 gateway time-out error.

                                  I have been using videocon d2h connection for more than 3 years, with mirror package (2 parallel connection) due to their quality of service we disconnected the one set top box, now we are using only one connection only. Whenever we recharge it will automatically get loaded and start viewing all the channels. Day before yesterday morning i recharged the amount of 350/- till now there is no connection.
                                  I called up videocon dth customer care; [protected] on sunday they replied thru automatic voice message your request has been registered with us you can able view after ten mts.. Then i called up other number[protected] and spoke to several persons, they tried and they asked me to wait for 1 hr, 30 minutes and so on, i almost spoke to more than 10 different executives, at lost i spoke ti one mrs. Iris, she taken my issue as a complaint, she almost taken me for a ride of waiting more than 45 minutes on telephone. I asked her to send complaint number thru sms, she said ok.
                                  Till no no sms about my complaint i received, instead i received call from service engineer, he spoke to me over the phone then he asked me to send the address for direct visit, then only we both are surprised, he calling from vellore, im from chennai, that good lady has booked the complaint wrongly for some other person for some other card no..
                                  What is happening? If my subscription is over my connection is automatically got cut, you are so perfect on this, then same perfection as a consumer expecting from your end you are having my money more than 36 hours at your end but as a consumer suffering without receiving not even response from your end, who will bear the cost of 350? Has been with you for more than 36 hours, and shuttling me around to reach one professional employee who can address (Resolve) me the issue?
                                  Can i go ahead of filing suite against you? And compensation for my mental agony?

                                    My name is sharon pinto. I had to renew my pack on 10th feb. I normally recharge rs.500/- every month. But now since we have the new scheme which says you can select the channels you need and pay accordingly. I needed to do the same. I had selected the channels which i was interested in viewing which totalled to 327/-, but when i tried calling the customer service i was put on hold saying that they are busy. The same msg continued for 3 hrs. Till night 1.30am i was trying to touch base with them. Finally my daughter recharged for rs, 500/-. Now none of the english channels or sports channels are visible, which was earlier there. I am shocked as to where the 500/- recharge channels are connected to. I am trying calling the customer care but the number is not getting connected.

                                    Please advice. Or the other option would be for me to discontinue your services and opt for other service providers.

                                    This is the third time i am having problem with videocon and the worst service given by them.
