    I am having a videocon d2h device and i am unable to login to my account. I have tried to login by clicking forgot password, i have got a dialogue box to enter my cust id.
    I did so. But i am not getting any message with reset password.
    I have already sent an email to customer care but no reply as yet.
    Kindly assist.

      I have been breaking my head behind videocon d2h customer care to resolve my issue related to "smart card read not properly" since 17th january 2019. I have raised multiple complaints every other day but no action taken so far. All the time i have been asked to wait for 24hrs. To resolve the issue but nothing happened.

      The customer care assures that they have lodged the complain and will send the technician but they never turned up. It has been complete waste of time and money behind them. I recharged my subscription of rs. 730 which is going wasted since i am not able to watch any channels.

      I have raised the issue over social media too but nothing happened.

      The complains are getting closed without any tracking of their technician visit. Each time i end up telling the whole story over and over.

      The complain no as per dates are:

      1.[protected] : 22/1/19
      2.[protected] : 23/1/19
      3.[protected] : 25/1/19
      4.[protected] : 26/1/19
      5.[protected] : 30/1/19
      6.[protected] : 31/1/19
      7.[protected] : 12/2/19

      And many more complains for which i haven't received any reference number. Kindly resolve my issue.

          I m using videocon d2h from so many years but currently m facing a problem. I have selected my package as govt. Declared, but as per my selection videocon is not showing my channels... As well as poor responce from custemern care persons, they r not giving proper answer, every time they said 'call after some time, system is slow ".. This not expecting from d2h...

          Kindly resolve my query.. & show my selected channels or pack which was i submitted before 1 & half month.. My videocon id is 97510019

          i also selected Dsports channel in my package ... but still its not showing.. E16-4 error displaying and how i can change or add any channels in my package .. kindly guide me ... because i want to add some channels to my pack ..
          Not able to connect to any customer service every number is fake and not even able to open customer care website worst dth service

              Since, 7th feb 2019 no channel is getting displayed, getting error - e16-4-channel is not part of subscription.

              After so many attempts from 7th feb till 10th feb, on 10th feb, managed to reach contact center person (Only one number is working[protected] and understand need to change the subscription package as mandated by trai. On 10th feb i have logged in online and added 'tamil gold pack', got message 'you have successfully migrated', but even after that still no channels getting displayed.

              Since 10th feb, tried to get support from contact center to check the issue, but every time getting reply 'technical issue currently, cannot check now, call later'.

              Issue exists for last 5 days and support is very very bad on all corners. If you tried 5-7 times, you can get the connection for the contact center. But still, very less chance to get the supprot person, even if you get at last will get the standard answer ' technical issue now, call later'. Tried to reach the nodal office, as expected, no one picking the number.

              I never had such a very bad experience with any of the service provider. Planning to discontinue with videocon, but recently done top up for rs. 1000, certainly as a consumer, i don't want to loose the cost incurred for the installation and the balance, but it seems no choice and no one helping

                We are facing a serious issue regarding your service. We have registered complain regarding our led tv (Gha[protected]).

                Led is covered under warranty which is verified by the local dealer also and we have shown the duplicate bill to the service engineer, but service engineer is demanding the original copy of the invoice which is missing somehow by my father.

                Our service is on hold since last 4 days by our local service centre.

                We are being provided an area manager number [protected] (Vikas rathi) which is switched off since last few days, second number [protected] (Mr. Chandrashekhar) is not reachable, third number is [protected] (Mr. Azharuddin) is not picking up the calls.

                Please let us know some responsible person to interact with to sort-out our issue.

                  Very worst experience, as i selected channel package as per trai new rule but not able to view single channel on tv. But videocon dth charging fees (Approx 400 pm) to me for the channel which i am not able to view, try to change package sevral times but not able to change it.
                  Contacted customer care sevral time but couldn't get any response.
                  Details of pack - diamond hsm combo (0 channel)

                      From last 2 days there is no telecast on our d2h and the customer care numbers are busy. We are losing on our subscription dates. My a/c balance is rs 252.19, customer id is 20870246,. Do the rectification now. We really wish to shift to. Some other provider now pathetic service.                         Maine apke videocon d2h customer service center me kahi bar call kar chuka hu na to connect hota hai (Bas falutu ka add deke rakka hai bas 24 *7 customer service bolke) by chance call connect bhi huva tho tumare customer executive sahise issue solve nai karte hai. Mai to videocon se parishan ho chuka hu. Bhad me gaya tumara service. Agar muje 2 din me issue solve nai huva to mai service change kar dunga.

                          Like to bring to your notice that the videocon dth is not acting in good faith as per trai's direction.

                          Few days back i received a sms that i can now choose my dth plan online. What i noticed was that the basic tier 100 channels which comprised of 30 dd mandatory channels n next 70 channels could be customized.

                          But wen i check again today i find that the service provider has made the first 100 channels mandatory with their choices of channel n customer cannot delete any channel and opt for their choice of channel.
                          For eg. Malyalam naptol is included wherein i don't know malyalam.

                          By doing this the service provider is totally defeating the purpose of trai's initiative.

                          Hope u und the issue. I request you to look in to the matter and make sure that the service provider should give customer a choice to choose remaining channels of their choice from the basic tier of 100 channels apart from those compulsory 30 dd channels.

                            I have been a regular customer of videocon d2h for the last 2 years.
                            Recently your videocon d2h has issued new guidelines regarding using the channels.
                            Accordingly, i requested the customer care of videocon d2h in the month of february 2019 to apply the new package as per new guidelines of trai.gov.in response, i received the reply that due to technical issue it is not possible from them to do anything and said that they will inform me on the issue.
                            I repeatedly called them to give me the package as per trai.gov but to no avail.
                            Now the situation is that i am unable to watch any channel on tv except free channels.
                            For the last 04 days i am continuously speaking to customer care but issue has not been resolved.
                            I even made my own package of channels from the tv active service as per their advice but could not send the message to operate the package. When i report it to customer care the answer was the same, “ technical issue”.

                            And i'm trying to open your website and mobile (504 error/ this site can’t be reached) getting. I'm inform to customer care side, there is no action.

                            I wonder the new guidelines by your customer care has just stopped me and my family from watching tv due to no action from videocon d2h.

                            I request your honor to take stringent action against videocon d2h for such pathetic response to your well appreciated initiative.

                            I am a customer of videocon d2h, the are not providing me channels required by me. Their customer care number is not working, if sometimes works then their executives are not listening. On writing complaints to [protected]@d2h.com, even the are not replying.

                            I am having account balance of 200.00 & i am not able to view a single channel, either free or paid.

                            I am not able to view many channels though i have sufficient balance in the d2h account. I am not able to connect to customer care via rtn even after entering correct cust id.in addition to this i see the website is down for some maintenance so not able to login. Is the issue due to new trai? Please resume my service immediately and if required reach me out on my rtn

                              I have purchased videocon 40' led tv on 26 feb 2016 with extended warranty of 2+1 years.
                              Now the issue is getting vertical lines on entire display. I lodged a complaint no. Del[protected]. As on date[protected]
                              Service engineer visited and demanding service charges of rs.944/- and i have paid 944/- as visiting charges. I have not yet got the resolve how many times i have called the customer care, i also called all the concern person asm also, but nobody pickup the phones please solve this problem as soon as possible
                              Should i approach consumer court. Waiting for reply immediately

                                  1. I have recharged my d2h for rs.275 for one month on 23/01/2019. Today (11/02/2019) my balance has been reduced to rs.10 and no channels are being broadcasted now. Completely stopped.
                                  I expected my next recharge should be 23/02/2019 or 22/02/2019. Where does my recharged money consumed for?

                                  2. When i selected 'mera wala pack' only pay channels are broadcasted.. None of the fta channels are broadcasted.

                                  3. None of the customer care number is working since 1st feb 2019. 'request for call' is also not responded.

They have also completely stopped their service and their app, website and phone lines are dead. Their is a complete black out as i have recharged it just a day before and there is a sufficient balance too of almost 270. And nothings working.

                                      Videocon dth is not allowing us to choose selective fta channels. Call center executives were saying that as per trai new rule, consumers has to select 100 fta channels compulsory. Conusumers are not allowed to remove fta channels they donot want. I have tried for last 4 days to convince them but still they are not allowing us.

                                      While in trai website it is clear mentioned we can change.

                                      "the basic service tier as prescribed by clause 5 of tariff order and explanation there under is only one of the options available to the subscribers. The subscriber has complete freedom to choose any combination of free to air channel and pay channel on a-la-carte or bouquet of pay channels within the network capacity fee. The consumer will have freedom to deselect any channel available in basic service tier and add free to air or pay channels of his choice. It is obvious that, if the consumer chooses a pay channel, the mrp charges will be in addition to network capacity fee. The basic service tier of 100 channels @ rs. 130/- (Gst extra) includes only network capacity fee and there are no additional charges for free to air channel included in the pack. The customer may note that rs. 130/- is the maximum limit. The distributor is free to declare anything lower than rs. 130/-"

                                      While creating a pack on Videocon D2H website, it is showing 100 FTA channels as compulsory and there is no option to remove/decrease any FTA channel. When I add a pay channel, it starts increasing total channel count above 100, so extra Network Capacity Fee (i.e. more than 130) is being added by videocon D2H.
                                      I have purchased Videocon d2h.my customer ID no.1904627.& my name. Bhimrao Bansode .but instead of my correct name your data show Bhimrao Bhansade . so plz correct my name in your records.

                                        Dear sir/mam, i (Mriganka majumder) have been experiencing the worst service while using the videocon d2h (Id[protected] and registered mobile number - [protected]. Many a times i had tried to contact customer care since 15 january 2019 so as to select my package as directed by trai according to the decision of the honorable supreme court of india but every time the customer care representatives of the d2h used to give reply that they were facing some technical issues and things would be resolved after 30 minutes which has not been yet resolved till date. Since 28 january 2019 all the contact numers of the d2h customer care are not working and i could not be able to contact the d2h customer care. Moreover the company still keeps on displaying those unserviceable contact numbers of the customer care on the tv screen. Then i tried to select my package through the website www.d2h.com and the athetic scenario is that the website is also not working.
                                        Sir/ mam, i the videocon d2h company has done cheating with my hard earned money. The company is bluffing so many consumers like me. I request you to initiate prompt legal action against the videocon d2h company. Thanking you.
