Since, 7th feb 2019 no channel is getting displayed, getting error - e16-4-channel is not part of subscription.
After so many attempts from 7th feb till 10th feb, on 10th feb, managed to reach contact center person (Only one number is working[protected] and understand need to change the subscription package as mandated by trai. On 10th feb i have logged in online and added 'tamil gold pack', got message 'you have successfully migrated', but even after that still no channels getting displayed.
Since 10th feb, tried to get support from contact center to check the issue, but every time getting reply 'technical issue currently, cannot check now, call later'.
Issue exists for last 5 days and support is very very bad on all corners. If you tried 5-7 times, you can get the connection for the contact center. But still, very less chance to get the supprot person, even if you get at last will get the standard answer ' technical issue now, call later'. Tried to reach the nodal office, as expected, no one picking the number.
I never had such a very bad experience with any of the service provider. Planning to discontinue with videocon, but recently done top up for rs. 1000, certainly as a consumer, i don't want to loose the cost incurred for the installation and the balance, but it seems no choice and no one helping
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
