My customer id is[protected] i tried calling customer number but no response but the service is very bad fo customer service i dont know how to contact you whats the source of contacting you.

    I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing number of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, frequent unfair balance deductions.
    As per my last recharge the subscription expire date was 11feb 2019. The service was cutoff before expiry date that is on 8 feb 2019 (Prior to 4days). I called the customer care but there is no response from videocon d2h. We also registered complaint but no action has been taken.

    Also after this i had recharged with 100 ruppes on 9feb 2019 but the account balance as on 10feb 2019 is only ruppes 7.50. Kindly take note of the above matter. Hoping for quick action.

      Hi,
      I am sudip chakravartty from kolkata and my customer id[protected].
      Inspite of having balance in account.. Next recharge date is 14th feb, my connection is blocked today morning stating insufficient balance.
      Trying to call customer care since 9 am — now more than 4 and 1/2 hours continuously but its only busy.
      This is willful avoidance and i will complain to trai.. If not reviewed immediately and resolved.

        Shows insufficient balance though balance & subscribed date is far away.
        Not allowing to choose channels either. Most of their web pages not working
        (Errors[protected] being shown) on the d2h website, app returning 503 error.

        Called all numbers toll free and all other provide online. After the welcome to d2t tone, the calls just hangs up.
        Emailed them a week ago still no reply, even attached trai to the mail still nothing.

          Videcon d2h not showing channles i wanted. Also their customer care is so pathetic is that you can not contact them by call or email.

          1. By call their line is always busy and customer have to spend almost minutes over call, after that also call gets disconnected automatically.

          2. Their email response is so dump as theu just replied automatically and not understand the issue.

          3. For selecting my own preferred channels it needs to call or log in to website, but due to some issue my login does not work. And i chasing them to reset password. But no one still reply about solution. I send them atleast emails.

          4. From 2nd feb they started migration to new plan and they almost kept my service disconnected for 12 hours. As it was down due to their mistake i asked to launch complaint and credit of those 12 hours. They smiply refused to log a complaint.

          This is so pathetic as i am not able to contact their customer care even if having all means of communication channel (Call, email).
          But they are so # people they are not able to get my problem. I think the problem will take years to solve

            videocon d2h not working and website is also down.

            I am not able to view any channels though i have recharged my montly pack last month on 23rd jan 2019 and showing insufficient balance in the d2h account. I am not able to connect to customer care via rtn even after entering correct cust id[protected].in addition to this i see the website is down and customer care number in not serviceable. I even write a mail to update my plan suggested by trai, but all of no use.
            So i request please...

            Your dth service is not working at all. I am getting "insufficient balance" error on every channel and simultaneously if i check the account details, it is showing balance as 311 rupees.
            Your website is not working, customer care number is not working,

            What kind of cust care is this?

              Hi team,

              I have recharged my d2h 2 times from morning and i am showing error as insufficient balance. I also got sms from d2h that your current balance is rs 319/-

              I have found that your customer care number is always busy and it takes more than one hour to reach them. I also tried to login on my d2h account which is showing url error.

              D2h service is not available for me so it's your fault and you should compensate for that or i will think to opt out from services of d2h.

              I am really frustrated from your services.

                  I am trying to contact the customer care and they do not care to get connected and suddenly it shows not enough balance whereas i have rs. 4880 in my account. The account id is 94221761. Also even if it is merging with dish tv they should not deactivate and mention insufficient balance.

                  I immediately request to get this solved and help me with the issue.

                    This is sourav jain, i am using videocon d2h service from past more than 4 years under cust no. Id:[protected] and now after 2nd february suddenly the services stopped coming. After that, i recharged my account and then services were not active for 3 days, then when it was resolved after a lot of calling sessions with customer care. Jinvani channel that we regularly used to watch at home stopped coming.
                    Last month itself you guys have charged us extra for replacing your old set box with a new one that costs me an amount of rs. 900 which i regret paying now. Kindly resolve these complaint asap or we have to change to other operators to avoid such worse services.

                    Very bad service & consumer complain resolution. Cheating consumers by showing channels in its list, including Jinvani (Channel No. 491), however actually not available while using service.
                    No resolution even after many complaints.

Tried calling customer care but no luck as none of the numbers are working. Videocon d2h site is also not giving options to raise complaints as some of its sites are not opening. As per recent trai notification i changed my plan by selecting my own set of channels but still no luck. As its not reflecting now and many of the option in the portal are not working.

                        The account is under my father's name anjan chatterjee with customer id[protected], we have 2 connections and for past 3 days 1 of the connections is not working and other one has also stopped working today further for the last 1 week only few channels where being shown. I had already made an advance request for channels i require in january through first the call center and then via their website and i have already paid them the money but these cheats cant even be contacted. The customer care number has been busy for 1 week and even the nodal officer ms sarbani dey does not help when contacted via email, the only response i get from there is to keep trying to contact the call center or keep trying to use the app. These cheaters and crooks should be punished for this taking the customer's money, giving them wrong information, impossible to contact the customer care and a nodal office by the name sarbani dey who is as much help as an ivr. Please stay away from this fraudulent company they dont even have a proper physical office present and no customer service support, they will trick you and take advance and never provide any service.

                          I recharged my videocond2h account[protected] on 4th february. Before that i tried to contact customer care but they didn't even receive call. And today on 10th february in my tv there is a e18-4 insufficient balance error occurred. And in my account section it seems that the due date is 5th march. I tried to contact all customer care number, message and even mail them but every time 24×7 they said all lines are busy. Is the videocond2h customer care is too much busy??? Now what can i do?? Where to complain?? How can i get the solution?? I also attached the image of my account information.

                            Today 10th feb 2019 from morning none of the channel showing.. I tried to call customer care but toll free numbers are not at all working.. Its displays as channel not subscribed but this month 4th only i recharged and 10 it's displaying as channel not subscribed.. Where to ask my queries.. Worst customer care.. None of the till free numbers working.. Sunday is the day we will spend time in tv.. Today is the worst day.. My customer is i'd is 86711239..

                              I am not able to log in on their website and mobile app and their customer care numbers also not working for selecting channels by trai rule

                                Hi, in my tv i can hear voice and can change channels and voice up or down but i can not see any video. I tried restarting the tv multiple times but it seems it is still not working.

                                When i very focus on its display i can see very light display which is almost not visible but sometimes we can feel of some images but it never visible.

                                Please suggest.

                                      I have recharged my customer ID[protected] today at 0856am, but still not able to view any channels. Customer care not attending the call. Very worst service of d2h. I have continued tried to make call to customer care of Videocon d2h, but not able to make call. Please do needfull as I am not watching any channels so more.
