The item is expected to deliver within 1 to 3 days as per Vijay Sales portal before placing the order. After placing the order..No response to emails, no response to phone calls, no update in the portal.. it is still in Ordered status from Jan 25th. The portal is still showing 1 to 3 days delivery for my pincode. This is so unfair.. worst experience with my first order. Fake promises.. no customer support ..

A salesman of Vijay sales explain that they had 3000 cashback on our purchaser. cashback after 3 regular EMI cut. but i was purchase my washing marching 5 month almost completed. but no cashback given by Vijay sales. Now those people say that there is no such offer at that time. so that salesman given us so wrong information.

I have taken wireless power bank from virar west branch of vijay sales. But they have not explain the proper features of that wireless power bank, that the wireless power bank is only supported for iphone and one plus and not supported for Android . We have told that we have Android phone but then also they have sold that power bank. Very unsatisfied with this product.

I am yet to get delivery update of the order placed on 1st January 2022. I have called 5 times and they said that they are organizing call back in 1-2 hours. Still no revert. Posting scree shot of order placed

It has been 5 days post placing my order successfully on vijay sales via online channel. I have been following on my order updates with customer care but they seem clueless and hang up the call. Now as being end user I have no control to access update or cancel the placed order despite of being late than the proposed delivery window. So far I have been feeling harassed due to above mentioned incidents.

I have ordered a product on vijay sales on 1st of Jan and its been 5 days since there is no update only the status change to shipped from processing yesterday I.e 4th of Jan and till now no update.

When called to customer support they ask for call back and call never comes back.
They ask to call online department they are cheap guys who don't bother about company and tell jao complaint karlo aise baat karte hai koi customer se.

On December 26th, 2021, I purchased an Apple Watch Series 7 GPS 45mm MKN63HN/A sport band Smart Watch (Starlight) from the Vijay Sales website. The reason for the purchase was that there was an offer called "Apple Days" running during the winter holidays until December 31st, in which many Apple products were available at discounted rates. The current Apple price for the same watch is 44, 900/-, whereas Vijay Sales was offering 41, 900/-. It's been 10 days and my order is still showing as processing, despite the fact that I paid the full amount and they haven't even invoiced it yet. When I contacted them, they told me that the product was unavailable and that if I could take the midnight colour instead. When I made the online purchase, the product was not out of stock, and if it had been, I would not have been able to make the payment. Their customer service is terrible, and they've been stalling my case. When I request a refund, they tell me that I will receive a call from their company, which never happens. No company would accept the payment of an out-of-stock product. I would not have purchased the product if they had stated clearly that it was out of stock. Their company is only interested in money to display sales and purchases. They took my money and have remained silent since. I asked several times to either provide me the product or refund my money. There has still been no action from their side.

I bought an iphone13 pro from the Vijay sales website on 30 December 2021. My order no is:VS[protected]

I was told at the time of ordering that delivery will happen in the next 1-3 working days. I have followed up on a phone call with the support team regarding my order as there was no update.

Today I received a call that my order is not available for delivery and my order will be canceled and there is no other solution.

This is extremely frustrating and disheartening at the same time. I have paid the full amount of INR 113, 900/- to buy the phone and VIJAY SALES is not able to FULFIL the order. If this was the case at the beginning, then you guys should not have taken the order in the first place. Now my money is with VIJAY SALES for a good 15 days.

I am disappointed because I wanted this product for my personal use. I have bought my earlier phones from Vijay sales in the past.

I have placed the order with high expectations from VIJAY SALES but this time I am not happy with the service from your end.

I would still appreciate it if you could complete the order and deliver the product for which I have trusted VIJAY SALES.

I ordered my phone on 28th December but still it is showing in processing. When I tried to contact them they always say that we have escalated your complaint but then I didn't got any call back and I have dropped several mails also but no response there also. It was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days and it still hasn't shipped yet. If they can't deliver it then I want full refund.

Took 3 days to process and ship the order, even the shipping is not properly done as the order is still stuck at source location with bluedart, it's already 6 days since I have ordered. Why commit 3-5 days delivery when you can't keep up to that promise?

Hi, I have ordered iphone 13 on 27th of December 2021 and the promised delivery window was 2 to 4 days. But I haven't recived any shipment tracking number so far and there is no status update on the order as well. And I tired to contact customer care since 28th as I had no updates, everytime I call them they just have this answer for me - Sorry for the inconvenience we too have no update on your shipment but for sure you will get it soon.. and im done listening to this one liner everytime I call them. Where is my iphone 13 Vijay sales?

I had purchased Panasonic microwave conversion from Vijay sales mumbai 1 year back. I had 1 year of brand warranty which I wanted to extend, but vinay sales soled their warrenty saying all benefits are same at lower price. Trusting them I took 2 year of extended warrenty. As soon as 1 year got completed microwave's motherboard stopped working. I connected Vijay sales, they sent onsite go team, they took my microwave for service center, after a week they gave it back but after getting my microwave back within 2 use again it became faulty and motherboard did not work. I again called them asked them to be very careful this time and keep it under observation once service is done. But again after 2nd use same issue started. Now Vijay sales is not replacing the product, which would have happen if I had taken brand Warrenty which I did not took as Vijay sales wanted to sale their faulty warrenty. Service is very pathetic and has put me in mental trauma. I won't accept anything less than replacement of my microwave

I ordered Apple watch from Vijay sales (https://www.vijaysales.com). At the time of order, it was showing ~3 days for order delivery. It has been more then 72 hrs since I placed the order. It is still showing in processing from day 1. Also dropped mail to [protected]@vijaysales.com regarding the order.
No response to any of the emails, no info about the order shipment details also. At least VS team should respond to the mail.
Worst services ever. Its better to go for Reliance digital. Amazon or flipkart.

Will not try to buy from Vijay sales again.

I ordered for speakers vide order No. VS[protected] on 26th January 2021 online . Even after 5 days the order is in "processing", whereas they had promised the give the delivery in 1 to 3 days. Even invoice hasnot been prepared.
Their customer care representatives are not able to give any update or solution.
Please give me the product as promised or refund the money

I have ordered an i pod and I phone from online portal from vijay sales from there online portal it have past 2 days the order is showing in processing and not moving ahead, all payments have been made by me at the same time . Today i called the customer i was shock to know that the order have not been reached there on there portal i want the order to be processed as soon as possible.

Sonu tyagi was one of the salesman there, don't knw how to talk to a customer, showing his rude behavior, kindy take some action otherwise I will file a complaint.

મેં ઉષા ફૂડ પ્રોસેસર 11 નવેમ્બર 2021 ની ખરીદી કરેલ છે આ યુનિટ મેં નડિયાદ વિજય સેલ્સ માંથી ખરીદી કરેલ છે અમો ત્યાંથી યુનિટ ખરીદી સમયે યુનિટ ચેક કરી આપેલ નથી અને જણાવે હતું કે અમે તમારા ત્યાં ધોળકા સર્વિસ માટે આવીશું પરંતુ હજી આવેલ નથી. અને એક મહિનો થવા આવેલ છે અને અમો એક મહિના બાદ ત્યાંથી લાવેલ યુનિટ ચાલુ કરવા માટે બહાર કાઢેલ હતું પરંતુ ફૂડ પ્રોસેસરનું મેઈન યુનિટ માં પાવર બતાવતો નથી.આ અંગે આપ શ્રી યોગ્ય નિર્ણય કરશો.

And my invoice bill number is PHW-B-S1-1582 (NOT SUR) BUT I HAVE ATTACHED A PHOTOCOPY OF BILL KINDLY CHECK IT AND MAIL ME A DUPLICATE BILL...

Inspite of giving an alternate number and calling total of 7 times … feel really sorry to say that this company is providing a real third class service, with no proper assistance . I am repeatedly asking to come and check with my Elica stove from last 1 week but there’s no revert . Its hardly been a year i have purchased the product and facing issues 😓
One fine day the company message’s back sorry we cant reach you hence closing the case … like what the hell ?!

I have washing machine with extended warranty plan, The machine is not working properly, Internal drum bracket damage and Vijay sales team is saying that it is not covered under warranty.
Kindly advise
