recently on 7 jan 2021 i purchased a hp laptop from vijay sales(vikas marg) for 52700 and paid throug credit card and according to your offer as mentioned in the bill i was eligilable for a cashback of 3.83 % which is 2018.41 rs and the wating period for the cash back was 90 days but more then 130 days passed away and i haven’t recived any cashback fron your side pls look into the matter and do the needfull invoice...

I have ordered a smartphone on 12th May 2021. Still showing the status of processing, when checked with customer care, the executive is unaware about my delivery, want to know whether I will receive my order or not. My husband had purchased videocon fridge in July 2017 name Santosh chavan - which is still under warranty. However it has stopped working.

I have purchased a few products(Washing Machine, TV & Fridge from Vijay Sales (Uttam Nagar) on 08-Dec-2020 at that time there were offer if i purchase with HDFC credit card i will get the 5% cashback within 90 days but till now i have not received anything.
