We have visited your Kalkaji branch in Delhi on Dated 10/07/2021 to purchase a new Symphony Air cooler Vide Sales Order / Invoice No. DKK-B-SOA1731 Dt. 10/07/2021 and down payment made of Rs 4806/-as per order through UPI ( Re. No.[protected]. We are attaching the order Invoice and payment proof for your reference but they do not accept receiving the payment.
And suffering from this matter and they not delivering products and not searching /tracking these payments.

I have placed an order for a 2021 Asus Zephyrus G14 more than a week ago. Received 0 emails from Vijay Sales since then. Their phone support is useless- they simply say they have escalated the issue everyday until yesterday when one of them told me they don't think the product has even been assigned to me!!!

Totally helpless, devoid of all updates. Would strongly recommend against ordering any expensive electronic from here. They have no idea of what they have in stock or not. They will take your money and just dissappear.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. Do you even have it in stock????

So I bought the laptop yesterday of the brand Dell and now I am facing issue regarding battery and sound system. And even the customer team is not helping so I would like to launch the complaint.

It's been a week I ordered the phone, and it still showing processing. On the site, it shows that it will be delivered in 1-4 days.
When im going to get my phone.
I want my phone sooner than later.

I had purchased a desktop of Lenovo make from Vijay Sales on 25th December 2020. The system showed problem in booting in May 2021. On contacting the company, they directed me to the Lenovo Support service who took control of my computer and formatted it for reinstalling windows. In the course all my microsoft apps for which I had paid a sum equivalent to INR6000 to Vijay Sales were wiped out. The reinstallment of apps (office365 version of microsoft) required email and phone number. Vijay Sales staff without my knowledge had used some unknown gmail account and phone number to operationalize my microsoft account and never informed me. On my repeated requests to the concerned staff and the CEO Mr. Laxmikant Gupta, they refused to cooperate with me to provide the email id and phone number. Their behavior is utterly callous towards a consumer whom they had charged full sum of INR34990/- including the amount mentioned above while selling the product.

I have purchased the Microwave on date 15/June/2021 from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar WEST it was delivered on 16/June/2021. I opened an installation request installation Engineer has still not visited.

I have mailed and called multiple time to Vijay sales team but no one is ready to take responsibility and either they are ready to listen the issue.

ONLY ANSWER THAT I GOT WAS TODAY THE TECHINICAIN WILL VISIT BUT TILL DATE HE HAS NOT VISITED.

I have purchased the Microwave on date 15/June/2021 from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar west. Microwave was delivered on 16/June/2021. I opened an installation request with IFB and still not technician has visited.

I call multiple time to Vijay sales team but no one is ready to take responsibility and either they are ready to listen the issue.

I have purchased the AC with Model number RAW318HEDO on date 20/June/2021 from Vijay Sales Gurgaon. AC was delivered on 21/June/2021. I opened an installation request with Hitachi CC with ref number [protected]. Installation Engineer visit and Install the AC. During the final inspection I notice AC is giving electric shock. The person who visits for Installation has spent more than 2 hours fixing the issue. But it does not fix the issue.

In between I notice there are lot's of cracks on Back Jali .

I call multiple time to Vijay sales team but no one is ready to take responsibility and either they are ready to listen the issue. My Invoice number is HGD-B-SIS290 to get my contact details.

I have purchased a fridge and RO from M/s. Vijay Sales, Noida sector 18 branch on 16.06.2021 and I have paid full amount against the purchase sales order with invoice no. UND- B- SOA1826. The sales executive and their in- charge repeteadly convinced to me that the purchased items will be delivered by 17.06.2021.Although they delivered the fridge but they were failed to deliver the RO. On enquiring with customer care they mailed that the material will be delivered shortly but on enquiring about firm date they did not responded and on phone calls sales executive falsely claiming that it will be delivered today and the days passed on .Till 21.06.2021 RO has not been delivered. This is breach of trust as if M/s. Vijay Sales has informed about the delivery issue, I would have not purchased RO from them.Now my request is that to refund my money which is paid to M/s.Vijay Sales against the RO purchase .

This is to inform you my query is still not resolved, for my microwave the technician has still not visited now it is 6 days since my purcahse. It should have been resolved by Saturday but today it's Monday still no response from your end. Your people keep on blaming Samsung and IFB. You have to understand my point of view.
This is atrocious not even a single person from your end has not contact to check or update me on my complaint status.
I have been calling Vijay sales since morning but they just keep on giving false promise by end of the day it will be resolved.

I ordered MI mouse from Vijay sales, it said usually takes 1-4 days for order delivery. But still in processing.
No response to any of the emails, no info about the order shipment details also.
Worst services ever.

Complaint regarding unsatisfactory customer service of your service center.

On 15th June, I have visited your store to purchase washing and microwave before booking only I had already confirmed its urgent and need it to installed asap, while purching the manager had promised the technician will visit in 24 hrs from the time of purchase and since then he hasn't. Its been a 4 days no response nor didi the customer service person responded nor did they provide any help.

The customer agent just kept promising we will resolve it today and it went on for 3 days. The way of dealing a customer is not satisfactory. I request to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

I ordered a trimmer online on 11th June 2021 and even after 1 week the website is showing the order status "Processing". Even after numerous calls to customer care, no one is able to figure out or update on when the product will be shipped.

I had ordered a product online from Vijay sales and had done full payment on 13th May. They wouldn't update me about the delivery states. I had to call multiple times to customer care and they would say I would get the product in 2-3 days. Even after 20 days when I didn't get the product I asked them to cancel and refund. They said they will refund it within 48 hrs. But still I didn't receive my refund. I emailed them too. It's been 9 days still I haven't received my money . Please help

We have purchased Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC from vijay sales gurugram on 15.04.2021 .we are not satisfied with this product.no cooling is there.we have put a complaint.technician came but we're not professional.they we're not sure about fault in the ac.telling different reasons of abnormal behaviour of ac working.our problem not solved .we need professional technician to rule out ac deformity.we are totally disappointed with new ac working.plz vijay sales look in to this matter .it's urgent

I have purchased one air cooler on dated 10.6.21 from store (Vijay Sales crown plaza faridabad)

The product is v useless its creating the noise even fan is working good instead of your cooler.

I wants to return this product at any how to be maintain the relationship in future, i am your regular customer, i have purchased 2 ac and oven one air fryer.
