Sir i have booked ac and fridge through vijay sales. Freeze got delivered after 48 hours but when i enquired about ac, mr rohan bhai and mr parmar in ahmedabad region told me that due to some misunderstanding they are not able to deliver the ac.

Brought a faber brand chimney from vijay sales vashi branch, at the time of buying sales agent said that exhaust pipe will be provided by faber company upto 5 feet after if its greater than 5 ft charges will apply. I have received a damaged piece of water purifier. It's a hindustan lever product of 14ltrs water purifier. It was delivered on the 25th of may and the product wasn't opened until 30th since we were settling in as we have moved to a new home.
