I know that you are helping me lot because you are provided with the faulty television.
From the day one, i was observing the dust cleaning on panel
This is again my humble request to you kindly take back your faulty television asap
And refund my amount or replace with new television

To whomever concerned i am a disappointed customer of vijay sales and especially with vijaysales owned product of vise. I had purchased the smart vise television.

I was able to see many dark spots on television on 03 may 2018 and i logged a call with vijaysales customer care the executive informed that issue will be attended in 2 -3 business day.
On 10th i was chasing their customer care to get the issue attended and they informed engineer is scheduled for today and will visit to your home they cannot confirm the timing. Whole day past and i already made the 5 – 6 calls and every time executive said technician will come. Finally, technician has visited and found an issue.
I was able to see many dark spots on tv still and the condition was worse with the picture quality.
Hence i request you to the replacement of my faulty television priority.
