Hi; I am extremely disappointed about the service provided by Vijay sales.
Registered a complaint on 08.06. 2018 for My 32 inch led TV displya issue, complaint number - 1806mb081115, complaint register by - Ms. Sangeeta.
and techinician is visited today, 25.06.2018. Repeated calls made and mail sent but no reply from VS customer Care team.
not even single call to talk and discuss. VS team and company took 18 days to arrange the person.

Customer care executive is very reluctant to take the complaint, to search details in system. After an request complaint register and call hanged without any courtesy.
not even checking the mails and replying to the client on time.
Videocon company ( Third party person visited ) and asking for servicing charges.
This is the worst experience of post service. why should i pay the charges when they are providing such poor services. Customer is suffering after all.

    Worst sales associate award to aamir mahmood
    Worst sales manager award to nipun bhatia

    Vijay sales' the so called prime brand.

    Mr nipun bhatia doesnt know how to co ordinate with services and deliveries
    They have sent their fitters that too late
    And we have given our office address, and they have sent their person on residential address

    On top of it they agree on rs 200 to uninstall the ac but later on they get stuck on rs 300, else they wont give you the ac.

    Moreover, you have to do all the follow up
    We have wasted our whole day on this nonsense but there is no answer to this

    I guess mr nanu gupta should teach them genuine marketing skills, that is the only work is not of selling the product but the follow up is also needed, that the product is delivered and installed properly.

    Hope other customers are reading this and learning a lesson from this, if at all you go to vijay sales, then they should not interact or buy product from nipun and aamir.

    I just hope my ac is installed by now, else it 'll be done by 2019 summer.

      Hi; I am extremely disappointed about the service provided by Vijay sales.i bought a printer & Bajaj mixer last month however had to leave out if Mumbai for office work. Once I was back post 3 to 4 weeks, we opened the box & tried using it.
      There was a spark in the mixer & it's not working.
      I called up Vijay sales customer service no for replacement however the executive told me that the replacement is only possible post technician confirms & .they promised to send a technician.
      The technician calls me lost 2 days & says that he will only repair it & they don't provide replacement for that I need to speak with Vijay sales.
      I am calling past few days Vijay sales customer service no & they r giving me the same excuse that they can't promise anything now till Bajaj confirms.
      This is poor customer service & I am thinking of taking this ahead if this is not resolved.
      The mixer is not even used for a minute & all parts r packed the same way.
      My complaint no is 1806B191745.

      I bought a Refrigerator & Vijay sales team told me that it will be delivered till tomorrow evening. But next day evening thay called me & told me that it will not delivered till evening. It's the worst thing about Vijay sales that they never delivered the product on time.

        Bought Vise Television this year from Goregaon west.
        Below are details :-
        Invoice number -157-Q-SI-16528
        Date : 30th July, 2017
        Order Number : 104-Q-SOT 2780

        Issue is panel of the TV is out of order. We were told that one of your service engineer shall visit our place and take TV for replacing panel. Till date none of your service engineer has come nor any call has come providing us tentative time by which we can expect anyone to fix this issue.
        Expecting timely revert / call on my registered mobile number.

          Dear sir / madam,
          I miss neetu mulchandani, kalyan west resident had purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from vijay sales kalyan west branch on[protected], code no.[protected]. Since the delivery has been done, i have been noticing that the fridge is not cooling properly. After using the product for 10 - 15 days, i realised that everything kept in the fridge is getting spoiled (Vegetables, dairy products, etc...) so i complained about this to the company and next day the company technician came and he declared that the sensor was not working. He there after said that the fridge has to be replaced. This made me feel that the brand whirlpool is not worth buying so i went to vijay sales and requested for refund. The manager asked me what other brand i was looking for, so i insisted on lg dual model, but this model was not available with vijay sales and the manager of vijay sales assured me that the model i was looking for will be ordered and will be delivered to me in a weeks time.
          Already so many days have been passed and till date there is no response and the climate is also been so hot these days, all my things kept in the fridge is getting spoiled. I have been a regular customer of kohinoor electronics for all my electrical equipments, but on my relatives feedback i went and purchased the product from vijay sales, which i regret now.
          I feel that vijay sales is just a brand name and all their products are bad, even the after sales services they give to their customer is horrible, they should understand that without a fridge its so difficult in this hot climate. They only do the sales part, after sales service is zero.
          Hoping after this complaint and feedback team vijay sales will take some quick action and do the needful asap.

            This is meeta from delhi, vikas puri. I had purchased a fully automatic washing machine of whirpool company on 17.06.2018 fro janak puri branch. I was promised that the machine would reach me on 18th june and that it would be installed by 19th june by the representative from the company, which happened. But the machine had a dent and was returned the next day. On 20th june another machine was sent which was opened by the delivery guy and was found to have a dent as well. Today by this time no alternative new machine has been sent. I have never come across such a careless approach. They are not concerned about the problem faced by the customer. I regret visiting vijay sales and would recommend people not to visit it. Heights o[censored]nprofessional ism.

              Purchased a fridge on 17th june and they promised to deliver on 18th june. It is now 21st june and till now the product is not delivered. Everytime i call the customer care, they say it will be delivered today but till now the product is not delivered. If you guys can't deliver the product on time, atleast stop making false commitments to the customer. Worst customer experience.

                I was able to see many dark spots on television on 03 may 2018 and i logged a call with vijaysales customer care the executive informed that issue will be attended in 2 -3 business day.
                On 10th i was chasing their customer care to get the issue attended and they informed engineer is scheduled for today and will visit to your home they cannot confirm the timing. Whole day past and i already made the 5 – 6 calls and every time executive said technician will come. Finally, technician has visited and found an issue.

                I was able to see many dark spots on tv still and the condition was worse with the picture quality.

                Hence i request you to the replacement of my faulty television priority.

                Thank you very much that you are trying to resolve my problem, but could you explain to me why dust cleaning is required, it there any fault in my TV or am I purchased a second-hand TV from you.

                As per my understanding, I purchased brand new 55 inches TV from you. i had paid the good amount to you and that was not a small amount.

                A few months ago I have purchased the TV from you..from the day one I was observing the black spot on the TV screen I just ignored I thought it was on the plastic cover and after few days it stars on all over the screen...at the time of purchase, you handed over the faulty product to me. and now you people telling me that we will rectify the problem.

                No sorry..

                I lost my total trust on you people.

                My tv panel requires repaired it means that this, not the fresh good it's completely faulty product.

                so this is my humble request to you people please take the positive action on my request for replacement.

                really I am very much disappointed by you the service you are giving me.

                In your showroom, I had spoken to lots of people. but every time I got the same answer we arrange a callback.

                but didn't receive any single call from your team.

                And also brings to your notice that I just spoke to Mr. Nandakishore ... I told him that kindly hand over the line to Your manager, but he is giving me the reason which is really not acceptable. The manager is having food now (lunch break) ... the time was 6.00pm...The manager is too busy. so that now he is having lunch.

                I told him ok kindly provide me his mobile number.

                Around 10 minutes he hangs up my line. after that he told me that Manager will call you surely... i asked him on what time the manager will call. in between that he disconnected the phone. he kept the phone down with Slammed hard.

                This is not the way to behave with the customer please inform him.

                Please find attached some photographs for your information...

                Play Store is also now working ...

                Again this is request you people kindly think about the replacement of faulty Television of VISE.

                i think you people all are sleeping it means you will not doing anything...And it is such that you can never wake up the sleeping person...

                I just spoke to Abhijit, i asked him what the final answer is.

                he said that about the replacement is not possible.

                Well I don't have time to follow your back.

                as he said we will arrange to pick up. for repair the panel.

                And he assured me that if there will be some losses in the transit then Vijay sales will be responsible for that.

                  Hi this is sincerely notify to you people that my name is Anil Pande and I had launched the complain of washing machin, but no action is taken still now.. I’m in extremely trouble and if this is going to be happened repeatedly then I’ll definitely launch a complain against Vijay Sales in the consumer forum. No actions will be taken by the technician still now. I want my machine replaced as soon as possible... Either it is used or replaced or repaired.

                    My 32 inch led TV sounds problem so I called at your customer care on 09/06/18
                    On 12/06/18 your person visit and told us that speakers of TV not working and he will replace it when it will available from head office after that I called after 6-7 days again to customer care on 18/06/18 and 20/06/18 but both time your executive had same answer for parts it will take time and we can not say exactly when can your speakers available
                    It's totally frustrated that from 09/06/18 to till days almost 12-13 days company like vise not doing there job satisfactory for customer
                    Hope my problem resolve soon

                      I Purchased A LG Fridge From Vijay Sales RMall Ghatkopr On 19/05/2018.
                      At The Payment Counter The Cashier deducted Excess Amount (He Swiped My Debit Card twice) He Informed Me That The Excess Amount Would Be refunded In A Fortnight. Till Date I Have Not Recd. The Refund.

                      Though I Have Tried To Resolve Through Phone. At Present I Am Aboard And Interact Physically And Unable To Resolve Across The Table.

                        I purchased a hitachi air conditioner and during the purchase i mentioned that the ac which has to be exchanged is partially down i. E its frame is in the place but the ac unit has been detached. The salesman didn't mention any charges for that and when the ac arrived they demanded a certain amount to detach the frame. I called vijay sales and spoke to the salesman and he openly lied that i didn't mention the frame. When i asked about his name he refused to tell me that either.

                        This complain is regarding vijay sales, indirapuram branch. Since, i wasn't told before of the additional amount they charged me even through i queried about it myself, the charges and behavior of staff is unacceptable and i would demand a refund and apology.

                          This is the worst experience we had ever had in vijay sales. I have buyes this product caleed itek stereo bluetooth headset. Before buying i was not allowed to check product.. Bcz they says they have policy if once thea seal is taken off so they cant resale it.. Now after buying we found quality of headset really slow so we just need a exchange but they are not even ready to exchange.. They are putting there number of policies on us.. Is this how it works.. Extremely disturbed by service

                            I am regular customer of vijay sales, purchased so many products till date.
                            But my last purchase panasonic tv from vijay sales, satara road pune is checking my patience and like harming my positive image of store.

                            I purchased this tv on[protected] and after few month it started its faulty nature i. E. It stopped working completely only its red lite blinks. So i raised complain, company persons visited and changed its internal board or something. It worked but just recently new problem arrived now it works for 10 min and suddenly shutdown onown.

                            My question is why should i suffer after spending 95000 rs and what should i do with this faulty tv after one year warranty.

                            My demand is to replace it with 100% new tv.

                            Hope you understand the pain of a person who spend his hard earned money and that product is not responding properly from its first year itself.

                                This is to put on record the extreme disappointment, frustration and tension caused by ‘videocon 43 " ddb full hd tv’ purchased on 18th october 2014 from vijay sales kalyan west branch (V. No-167-kly10-14sif 165 & ord no -167-kly10-14so 456). This tv set i have taken with five year waranty and in initial two years itself i have already book apx 6-7 complain for faulty product related to screen, sound and shutdown problem.

                                Recently i have been calling vijay sales customer care everyday as my tv is dead since 26th march 2018 and till date (8th june 2018) nobody has responded properly when it is going to start.

                                I have already wasted my hd pack for 4 month apx value (Rs 680 *4) in this period and no one is responding who is going to bear same charges.

                                Now this time again being faulty product videocon service person is asking for visiting charges of rs 1100 even though product is under warranty period and after my acceptance to pay charges even same fault is repeating they are not having any answer when they will resolve issue however they have visited to my place twice.

                                I am making at least 10 calls to the vijay sales customer care everyday on the numbers – 66227722, i am getting the same response that the tv would be repair shortly by service team but videocon team is also not able to reply when they will repair...

                                This product is faulty from first year itself and i have requested so many time to replace same, videocon team member also agreed in last service call if problem occur next time they will replace same with new set but in next service call they are neither repairing it nor speaking any thing about replacement...

                                Now this is high time i request vijay sales team to replace my tv set and reimburse my subscription money of 4 month and pay value for four month what problem me and my family are facing due to non availability of tv even we have paid high value to purchase this product brand from branded showroom like vijay sales...

                                Please help us to save your brand image...

                                  29th may 2018 - vijay sales west staff danish ansari and priyanka tiwari on the top floor handling washing section are so very rude and were not interested in selling the machine, just making fun of customers and we were one of them, so we ask another staff to show us, which they two danish and priyanka got upset and gang up and were distracting the sales person showing us, however we manage to buy the machine, card was swiped and deal was done. We bought a voltus ac & whirlpool machine, the next day 30th may after charging me they said the washing machine is not available, i went to the store and checked how and why this happen after charging me, then any how convinced me to buy a higher model in whirlpool, the complain is that its these two rude staff i was not given the machine i wanted.
                                  2nd is the products are delivered home but the voltus ac 1.5 ton is not working, i called on 30th june 2018, then 1st, 2nd, 4th may waiting for a person to come, the lady on the phone names jagruti and supriya keep saying hum bolte hai par woh log ate nahin. The days are passing and the installed ac is lying there. Please help and vijay sales is big and not bothered, everyone told buy from kohinoor i did a mistake by buying from vijay sales, now suffering.

                                    The said lg fridge bought in feb 2017 no q282stnm from ghodbunder road thane, stopped working since 5 days. Compressor not working according to technician. Promised a replacement within 2 days. Now its 4 days with no revert back as promised and extremely rude and don't care attitude from lg as well as your customer support lady executive!
                                    My mother who is 80 yrs old was gifted the fridge last year by me and she is extremely inconvenienced and distressed as her medicines are stored there as she has to keep going to the neighbours every now and then to get access to them. I have repeatedly requested for alternative standy by as it is taking so long but get same reply... We will let u know... Since past 2 days! This is sheer harassment and not expected from u!

                                      This is to put on record the extreme disappointment, frustration and tension caused by ‘Vise TV’ purchased on 27th May 2018 from Vijay Sales, Hub mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai. I have been calling vijay sales customer care everyday for TV installation since 28th May 2018 and till date nobody has come for installation.

                                      I am making atleast 10 calls to the vijay sales customer care everyday on the numbers – 66227722, 66267708, 61713333 but I am getting the same response that the TV would be installed today but the technician doesn’t turn up.

                                      I am fed up and frustrated now and hence writing an email for a quick resolution or a refund and return of the TV.

                                      Kindly look into this on a super priority basis and resolve this issue today itself else I will be forced to take action against you'll and I will move this matter to consumer court and put reviews everywhere on social media tagging vijay sales.

                                      I have always held Vijay Sales in high regard and thought that the brand/company was extremely good and professional. This kind of third grade service is way below expectation for a prestigious company like Vijay Sales infact if your inhouse brand ‘Vise’ does not have technicians for installation, you’ll should shut the brand instead of harassing customers.

                                      It was the biggest mistake of my life that I bought your inhouse brand ‘vise’

                                      I am emailing this letter today on 5th June 2018. A resolution/refund is expected by today itself. In case, an appropriate resolution/refund is not received, I will move to the Consumer Court.

                                        I have purchased a split ac from your preet vihar branch on 2nd june 2018. Mr bikesh sales manager told me that we will not delivery the product at 602 nanda tower, kaushambi, where am staying. So i gave the delhi address where they have delivers the ac. The next day i take the ac to my present address. Now it is more than 3 days, i have not receive any phone call regarding the installation. On 5th june i called mr bikesh, to enquiry about the installation of ac, in his mob-[protected], he misbehaved me. I request to take up the matter immediately.
