Staff misbehave with me... I don't remember the name of that guy he was sardar ji... They don't have manners how to treat with customers... My experience was worst with vijay sales store... And now i will tell to my relatives not to buy anything with vijay sales store... I m highly disappointed... They don't have a proper stalk and they took the money and at last they refund and accountant misbehaves with me... So please teach them manners..

I have purchased full debit amount for samsung refrigerator on 30th june from vijay sales chinchwad but still not yet delivered & giving reason that the same model is out of stock. They promised to deliver in between 15 to 20 th july & after that i did follow up but still gave the same reason & asking to take other available model why should i take other model when i like the same model which i purchased? Or else asked me to wait till 20th july. This is not the correct way to behave with customers. Also, i again did follw up after 20 th, i. E on 22nd july, again gave the same reason & asked me to wait till first week of august..
I have doubt now that they won't be deliver in august as well. Can you please look into this matter & escalate to higher level.

We purchased a high end fridge from
Haire from vijay sales goregaon.
It has been a week since the fridge has not been working.
The fridge was purchased in august 2016.
One technician came home and said he has to get some part and now not responding back or attending to my complaint.
The person i spoke to on the phone from
Vijay sales (Goregaon) was also very rude and did not seem to care.
I am in agony, since we have spent a lot of money on this big fridge and it has been a week and i am very disappointed.

I bought a symphony air cooler from vijay sales, c g road, ahmedabad branch.
The cooler is not working as per the description given by them and also delivered damaged product. So many times i communicate with them and lodge complain regarding this but did not get my query resolved. I want return the said product or buy alternative of the same. But their executive mr. Vinay talking very unethically and rudely with me. I am requesting you to please look after this matter.

I booked refrigerator on 25 june. I received delivery on 20 20th july.
When i received my product i saw it was tempered packed. I ask to delivery boy for this. He said we check product in our godown b4 delivery. After that i called vijay sales they said because of rain packing is tempered. But may b i got display price or old piece...

We have purchased samsung refrigerator from vijay sales borivali west, mumbai.
Delivery was suppose to be on 5th july even the psyment was made on[protected].
After repeated requests to staff refrigerator was delivered on but body was found damaged and we did not accept.
Till today we have not recieved refrigerator.

Troubling costumers.
I bought pasonic 58”led tv from vijay sales, santacruz and i got delivery of sony 43”led tv after 5 days,
We informed the delivery person that this tv is not ordered by us so he said ok and took that tv with him.
After 3days our booked panasonic tv arrived but the technician was not available as per what was informed us.

Now their bad service started from there on.
1) there comes 13 july but still no sign of technician. Well over 7 days no sign of technician i called vijay sales again and they told me that the technician will come in 2 days but theirs no sign of him.

2) my mom calls them daily in these 10 days but we will send tomorrow, day after tomorrow and excuses goes on more than for 10 days.

3) now when my mom called the service team they again said that they would come till today …they are just giving false promises

4) when my mom said she will complaint about them regarding this. That time the lady said do whatever you want we dont care.

5) she has no manners how to talk to costmers. This way you are going to lose your customers. We wont recommend vijay sales to anyone from now on.

6) till now the installation is not been done.

Pathetic, poor, unorganised, lethargic, cheaters, shameless, worst company, looters, liars, # after booking a godrej washing machine, from vijay sale chembur a semi automatic on 30th june 2017 i was told will get the machine in 15 days, i started following after 15 days nobody called or bothered us about status my bill no i s code :[protected], please refund my money back a kind request.

My washing machine has slowed down. It used to work properly for few months. Now it is so slow that the clothes are hardly moving at all. Its not working properly. Also the filter bag has been torn withing a month. Even for that i conplained but nobody resolved it. I have been calling constantly since many days but always the call is busy. There is very worst condition of my led tv and very very poor service from vijay sales this is an within year still my tv is not working properly. Even hdmi port also not working properly.

Form last 15 days we are trying to raise a complaint in vijay sales panvel showroom but they don’t have the curtsy to pick up the call also.
Request you to attend my complaint on urgent basis.

Inspite service done on 7th july we are getting muddy water in our water filter.
Again the same problem is reported to vijay sales as well as eureka forbes but till date the problem is not attended.
Spoken to ms. Rupa on 3047877 as well as the service prvider mr. Maxi on [protected] but they failed to attend the problem.
We wish that the company returns back the money or else give us a fresh machine.

I had booked Whirlpool 6th sense fridge during vijay sales pre gst sale. Still haven't received the product. Their customer service line is always busy and whenever call connects, they have no proper answer on when product will be delivered. Its 19th July and still we don't know when delivery will take place. They are out of stocks.Why do they sell pieces blindly when they have no plan of arranging for it. I could have very well purchased the fridge from some other store. It has been a very bad customer experience. When i saw other complaints over here, its all about product delivery mishap. Definitely vijay sales is going to loose more of its valuable customers due to this blunder.

Hitachi ac was booked on 20th june 2017 in exchange of a old window ac. As said by the salesman payment in cash was made and the delivery was promised to be the next day of cash payment. The delivery was delayed by 3 days. After calling up and reminding of the delivery in the showroom the delivery was made finally on the 4th day. The old ac which was to be exchanged immediately was finally taken back after 20 days again after reminding in person several times. The installation which promised to be free as said by the salesperson never turned out to be free. If contacted the people in charge never bothered to look into the matter. On top of it the phones in the shop are never answered. Customer care also never takes responsibility asks to call the showroom for any complaints which are never ever resolved as the phones are never answered. Its been almost a month as our new ac remains uninstalled.

No responsibility is taken by the shop once the item is sold.

Lodging a compliant here because i have booked a fridge on 7 july 2018 but i has not delivered yet nd i if i am calling to contact them the line is not getting connected nd they have assured me that they delivery it by 15july 2018 but till now they have not delivered yet nd they are not giving proper response do it fast to deliver the product other wise i will take it from another shop

I have purchased refrigerator on 27june made full payment there is no delivery yet. They don't even bother to call every time i call they give"next week" date. Taken the money and customer for granted. Why did they sell if they did not have a piece to deliver neither did they intimate during sale delivery will be late. There is no delivery date shared even on 18july

I placed an order on 30th june 2017 for a ifb 30litre microwave at mira road vijay sales store and was told would get it delivered by 13th of july 2017.
I have been waiting since then to receive my mircowave, vijay sales have been a worst experience for me till date. During the sales they have promised we with on time delivery of my products but now when i call them they have no answers of when would the product get delivered, customer service which is at the contact center is rubbish.
I want my money back or else i want the product to be delivered as soon as possible or else i will take you to consumer court of harrising a customer on non delivery or product taking money well in advance
Please look into my issue as soon as possible or else i maybe raise my concerns consumer court.

Sub: vijay sales — regarding non delivery of washing machine on mentioned delivery date on 10th july, 2017.

I have purchased a godrej washing machin on 29th june 2017. They informed us that delivery of washing machine will be made on 10th july.
But till now, we have not received the washing machine, atleast their should be a courtesy to inform people and let them know that the delivery is delayed or it may take some time. When i called on their vijay sales customer care number i. E.[protected] & 66227733, no one is answering the call. I have called more than 20 times.

Such a very bad service.
If they are not delivering my washing machine, just refund the amount back...

I payed for the refrigerator videocon of 19000 rupees on 27th of june and now its 16th of july, but i didnt got my refrigerator. When i reached the vijaysales store and asked about the delivery, they answered that i should go for other brand and after my further query and some quarrels they aggried to give me the fridge by 20th july, but they told that its is not confirmed, my phone no is [protected]

I have purchased refrigerator form vijay sales mumbai goregao east the hub branch on 28th june 2017 paid full amount rs.34455 by check and the delivery was on 10th of july as per the sales order.
Awaiting for delivery on 10th then contact on 11th delivery helpline [protected] i get the replay no data avalible contact sales person from the purchased branch.
When i call the hub branch sales person mr. Ambrish and after discussed with manager mr. Tejas finaly was agreed deliver will be on 15th of july.
As of today 16th july again contacted mr. Amrish and mr. Tejas now the promise is delivery will be on 22nd of july.
Kindly advise shall i approach consumer court for not delivering the refrigerator awaiting for your replay my email is [protected]@gmail.com

We bought your water heater [ao smith geyser ews 3lt 3kw] on 25 june 2017 but it is not working from the day we bought it from you. We have placed complains in vijay sales [model town 3] but no one is attending the complaint so please undertake the matter as soon as possible as we are facing troubles now and then or we will be forced to complaint to higher consumer forums.
