I have buy a videocon tv on 22 july 2017 from vijaya sales hub mall branch. They have delivred the tv next day in the evening however tv remote control was not working. Even i called to hub mall branch also i spoke to mr sachin regarding that defect remote and about installation as well he told me that our excutive will call you we have tat for 3-4 days. Its been more than 5 days to buy a tv but till now i have not recived any call. Even i called hub mall branch also but they didn't respond. I dn't understand what kind of services your company is giving to the customer. I am regerting now that i should go for online services atlaest its much better than your agency.

I have purchased o general 2 ton inverter split ac on 16th july 2017 which was installed on 18th july 2017. On day of installation it did not work as there was fuse on outdoor unit. The company person removed the stabilizer and started ac by replacing fuse with wire. The ac was running and on 26th july 2017 it again stopped suddenly. You are requested to replace the said piece of ac immediately as it is causing trouble and great inconvenience to us. The matter should be taken up urgently.

I have booked the lg washing machine on 3rd july and delivery date mentioned was 10th july on the bill and sales person confirmed the delivery by that date. But now its been almost a month and i m yet to get the product. I have called vijay sales more than 10 times but they kept on saying it will come in 3-4 days but its yet to come. Now when i again called today customer care they r saying lg has stopped production of this model and u will get the new model and that too not sure when??
I find it complete nonsence and unprofessional as you people r still not sure as by when we will get the product and which one??

On dated 17.07.2017 i have purchase a ac, capacity 1 ton, make - daikin ac etc35srv (3 star) 1tn spl from vijay sales vadodara (Alkapuri) branch, address - m cube mall, jetalpur rd, chakli circle, alkapuri, vadodara, gujarat, india. They have delivered the ac on 24.07.2017. Today i. E 25.07.2017 they have send a fitter (Named tahir bhai as on truecaller - mb [protected] for the installation of the ac.in that process he has damage the elevation of the my flat (Pictures attach). When my father asked him to pay the amount he has refused to pay the same. When i take the initiative to put a complaint to the vijay sales customare care number[protected] nobody is picking my phone. So i take further step and call there mumbai office[protected], he ask me to call at three numbers i. E.[protected], 6, 7 but still nobody is picking the phone. The damage cost will be rs 10000/- or else they will rectify the damage.

I have booked and paid for lg washing machine on 27 june 2017 (Sales order no. 109-ge[protected] my mobile number [protected]. I was promised delivery on 2nd of july. Till date (25 july) not received the product. Dealer phone lines are unreachable. I am greatly inconvenienced due to non delivery of this product for such a long period despite paying all the money in advance.

I had bought two electrolux split ac's from borivali west outlet of vijay sales last month (26th june 2017) - however till date have received delivery of only 1 a. C. With no sight on the delivery date of the other a. C. When contacted with the customer care team on multiple occassion till date, the response has been vague and of no help. The disappointment is that the payment has been charged in advance and the company now is not even concerned to call back the customer and update on the status of the delayed delivery - does it really take more than a month to figure on the delivery date - the consumer has been left to the mercy of the company since payment is taken 100% in advance. Do let me know the status at an earliest else will need to cancel the order with 100% refund expectation

Hi.

This is regard to the product which i had purchached form your company. The experience was so bad that i have to write mail for this, on 5th july i had purchased a washing machine from your santacruz west outlet, and i wanted yo gift some one, the executive had said it will be deliver within 2 to 3 days but it is almost 18 days has passed still the product is not delivered to me. I had several time given call to the call center for that but they were unable to solve my issue some are saying it will take more 15 days to get it deliver as the stock is not in hand. If you don't have stock why you show the products on display or you should give proper estimated time of delivery. I want my delivery in next 24 hrs or else refund my money back. Or i will have to take the necessary action on vijay sale.

This is the last time i am perchasing things from vijay sale. Such a bad experience.

I am a your old customer, 42inch led tv philiphs make is under extended warranty, problem : picture is not showing screen is blank. Same problem came two time, attended by your technician. Repeated problem is coming.
Check rout cause of defect on priority.

I am preeti, just wanted to complaint here. I have bought hitachi ac from vijay sales indirapuram on 17 june 2017. With in 1 week its swing motor was not working. Then registered a complaint through phone... After so many days they came up my home and check swing motor but not replace it.. Then they told me that we took picture of your invoice and see the problem now after 2 days or 3 days we will replace it.. But nobody come here to reaplce the damaged swing motor part till now.. We have called vijay sales complaint number of times.. But still they are not replacing our new ac damaged part

So i would like to mention here that your service is poor and bad

Staff misbehave with me... I don't remember the name of that guy he was sardar ji... They don't have manners how to treat with customers... My experience was worst with vijay sales store... And now i will tell to my relatives not to buy anything with vijay sales store... I m highly disappointed... They don't have a proper stalk and they took the money and at last they refund and accountant misbehaves with me... So please teach them manners..

I have purchased full debit amount for samsung refrigerator on 30th june from vijay sales chinchwad but still not yet delivered & giving reason that the same model is out of stock. They promised to deliver in between 15 to 20 th july & after that i did follow up but still gave the same reason & asking to take other available model why should i take other model when i like the same model which i purchased? Or else asked me to wait till 20th july. This is not the correct way to behave with customers. Also, i again did follw up after 20 th, i. E on 22nd july, again gave the same reason & asked me to wait till first week of august..
I have doubt now that they won't be deliver in august as well. Can you please look into this matter & escalate to higher level.

We purchased a high end fridge from
Haire from vijay sales goregaon.
It has been a week since the fridge has not been working.
The fridge was purchased in august 2016.
One technician came home and said he has to get some part and now not responding back or attending to my complaint.
The person i spoke to on the phone from
Vijay sales (Goregaon) was also very rude and did not seem to care.
I am in agony, since we have spent a lot of money on this big fridge and it has been a week and i am very disappointed.

I bought a symphony air cooler from vijay sales, c g road, ahmedabad branch.
The cooler is not working as per the description given by them and also delivered damaged product. So many times i communicate with them and lodge complain regarding this but did not get my query resolved. I want return the said product or buy alternative of the same. But their executive mr. I booked refrigerator on 25 june. I received delivery on 20 20th july.
When i received my product i saw it was tempered packed. I ask to delivery boy for this. He said we check product in our godown b4 delivery. After that i called vijay sales they said because of rain packing is tempered. But may b i got display price or old piece...

We have purchased samsung refrigerator from vijay sales borivali west, mumbai.
Delivery was suppose to be on 5th july even the psyment was made on[protected].
After repeated requests to staff refrigerator was delivered on but body was found damaged and we did not accept.
Till today we have not recieved refrigerator.

Troubling costumers.
I bought pasonic 58”led tv from vijay sales, santacruz and i got delivery of sony 43”led tv after 5 days,
We informed the delivery person that this tv is not ordered by us so he said ok and took that tv with him.
After 3days our booked panasonic tv arrived but the technician was not available as per what was informed us.

Now their bad service started from there on.
1) there comes 13 july but still no sign of technician. Well over 7 days no sign of technician i called vijay sales again and they told me that the technician will come in 2 days but theirs no sign of him.

2) my mom calls them daily in these 10 days but we will send tomorrow, day after tomorrow and excuses goes on more than for 10 days.

3) now when my mom called the service team they again said that they would come till today …they are just giving false promises

4) when my mom said she will complaint about them regarding this. That time the lady said do whatever you want we dont care.

5) she has no manners how to talk to costmers. This way you are going to lose your customers. We wont recommend vijay sales to anyone from now on.

6) till now the installation is not been done.

Pathetic, poor, unorganised, lethargic, cheaters, shameless, worst company, looters, liars, # after booking a godrej washing machine, from vijay sale chembur a semi automatic on 30th june 2017 i was told will get the machine in 15 days, i started following after 15 days nobody called or bothered us about status my bill no i s code :[protected], please refund my money back a kind request.

My washing machine has slowed down. It used to work properly for few months. Now it is so slow that the clothes are hardly moving at all. Its not working properly. Also the filter bag has been torn withing a month. Even for that i conplained but nobody resolved it. I have been calling constantly since many days but always the call is busy. There is very worst condition of my led tv and very very poor service from vijay sales this is an within year still my tv is not working properly. Even hdmi port also not working properly.

Form last 15 days we are trying to raise a complaint in vijay sales panvel showroom but they don’t have the curtsy to pick up the call also.

Inspite service done on 7th july we are getting muddy water in our water filter.
Again the same problem is reported to vijay sales as well as eureka forbes but till date the problem is not attended.
Spoken to ms. Rupa on 3047877 as well as the service prvider mr. Maxi on [protected] but they failed to attend the problem.
We wish that the company returns back the money or else give us a fresh machine.
