I got a call from vijaya bank, vasco branch stating that i have to do an insurance fr my house i bought for which i said i dont want to do it now i will visit the bank and do it later. But still the amount was deducted from my account. This is completely wrong.. Please help me. My account is not safe here. Moreover i dint knew what the exact insurance policy it is, what are the benefits of the policy and so on.. Just because they have access to our accpunt doesnt mean they debit any amount as they wish to do. Very disappointed with just ignorant behaviour of the staff.

    I used my icici bank atm card to withdraw cash from vijaya bank, pimple saudagar branch pune. The atm processed the request but before it could dispense cash, it shut down. I waited for 5 mins. But it did not turn back on and neither did it dispense my cash which got deducted from my account. Cctvs can be checked to confirm my presence.

    Hi am praveena. I transferred amount through vijaya bank mobile banking. But the transaction was failed but my amount Rs.500 was deducted. Now what I do. Please help me. I need my money back.       I was taken personal loan in Vijayabank main branch NR Circle Hassan. RS. 1.5 Lakh as floating interest but they were charged me as fixed interest . Vijayabank given loan statements in that they was charged me as 14.25 fixed rate interest. Please take necessary action and refund me if they taken additional amount taken from me

      Please find herewith attached my CIBIL report and personal loan calculation report. in this report rate of interest mentioned 13.55% but as per personal loan statement in you are charged me 14.25% . This 14.25% is fixed me for 60 months not floating basis. before I am taking personal loan that time was ensured me the rate of interest is floating basis and this condition is applicable . but you are taken me 14.25% charged me for total 60 months installment . per month my installment is 3510*60months total 210600 in this interest is 60575 and also you charged me Processing fees CIBIL report changed and insurance this around May be 3500.
      My humble request you to confirm me you are charged me as floating interest basis if it is true then why not taken my personal loan instalments as per floating basis. And also I checked in my self made excel report you were charged me as fixed interest.
      If I compare with my report and Vijayabank main branch loan account statement( given me). both that report totally tally then how you charged me I need total loan calculation statements. Please check my account and installments without fail single installment I was credited my installments properly . I hope you take necessary action and solving my issues .

        Myself anjali rana nd i have an account at vijaya bank una branch. Today i met an incident in vijaya bank una.. Near about 3.50 pm i go to vijaya bnk una branch to deposite some cash. I fill form nd go to the cash counter nd the person sitting on that window talk very meaningless nd in bad manner... He is this is not the tym to deposit the cash nd m not free to deposit your cash... Cash is closed on 3.00 pm... Nd also he closed there hand strongly n said jao yahan se dimag kharab ho jata hai subha se... N olll... Its weird... Bcz m a lecturer in school n this is not tolrable for me but still i came back but i think this is not the way to talk to a customer... Kindly resolve the issue

                I have been submitted an application for re issue me a vnet banking user id and password which i had forgetted. Almost one month
                But still iam not getting any answer from the bank employess. I contact with the branch manager but he also not giving me a response, he saying that i dont know ask to the bank employess otherwise u can complain online. Based on the branch manager ans i will complaining.

                      I was transferring amount from my vijay bank account to sbi... It was said that transaction failure try later, but the amount is deducted of rupees 20, 000.
                      I want the soultion as soon as possible.
                      It is a big amount and a urgent transfer... So kindly do proceed early.

                                      Flipkart gave me a refund of rs 861 with the refund number 74056638180817955060383 after i cancelled an order which i previously paid by my vijaya bank debit card but the bank is yet to credit my account with the same.
                                      I have emailed the customer care as well as written to grievance cell but they have not reponded. It is 4th day and still neither my balance has been updated nor any help from bank side.

                                      I did imps transfer of ₹3000 on 30/06/2018 which shows "failed" but money is deducted so please help me to get my amount refunded.

                                        Flipkart gave me a refund of rs 861 with the refund number 74056638180817955060383 after i cancelled an order which i previously paid by my vijaya bank debit card but the bank is yet to credit my account with the same.
                                        I have emailed the customer care as well as written to grievance cell but they have not reponded. It is 4th day and still neither my balance has been updated nor any help from bank side.
                                        Kindly help me in this regard.
