    Hello sir

    I m writing this mail to bring out the irregularities and inappropriate behavior faced by me during the several visits in vijaya bank sneh nagar branch sapna sangeeta road, indore.

    Sir,
    My brother mr pawan sattani, who was having a saving bank account in vijaya bank, a/c no. [protected]. Met an road accident and expired. After going through the records of bank passbook we got to know that he was registered under pmjjby and pmsby (A scheme run by central govt.)

    After that, we contact the branch manager of vijaya bank sneh nagar branch, he provided us the list of documents required and ask us to submit the documents and we did that so along with application form given to us.

    After few days, we again contact the manager, he said that the application form was wrong and asked us to download it from internet. And we did that so and again submitted the form to manager.
    After few days, we went to branch and asked the manager to share the status of claim application filed and he answer that the file is scanned and mailed to department and as soon as any update is received he will contact us.

    After few days, we gain contact the branch, and we found that no authorized person was available, and a staff employee shared with us that the manager sir is transferred to some other place and new person is appointed as manager in place of old manager and same person is on leave today, and on their request we waited for 10 more days because she was telling us that she is new to branch and will take 10 days to adapt the situation.

    Again after few days, we contact her and asked her the status, she applied that no documents are found in bank, so please re submitted the application along with new application form, we were literally shocked by the way she was behaving with us. We just ask her to give us in writing that the old document submitted were misplaced, and she replied that we are not here for this chota mota kaam.. And she will not contact manager for this petty work.

    Sir, we are deeply hurt by the behavior and approach shown by bank employee, we are continuously following up so that we could give a claim amount as because we are in need of that fund on urgent basis.

    By mistake I transfered fund to an account of your sapna sangeeta road branch.The amount is not for the account holder but for other castomer in same branch. I tried to make contact to the branch by it's contact number to share my problem but can't reached. Thw account number which I transfered fund by misstake is [protected] from my account number[protected]Bandhan Bank) Dhulian, Murshidabad, West Bengal. Sir kindly take this matter seriously coz the amount is big.

      Vijaya bank Gandhi bazaar branch in Bangalore is the worst bank. I am trying to generate upi pin 50 times and error comes as bank server is down. The bank staff will always be sleeping and are lazy to take any complaints. Only age old people who do not have any other option holds account in this bank. Have to stand in long queues in bank and no atm will work. Help me get upi pin activated!

        1) i have withdrawn the locker facility with vijaya bank on 5th april 2018.
        2) still rs1100 has been debited from my account as locker rent on 09/05/2018.
        3) i have approched the branch manager several times to refund the same amount.
        4) stilldate the amount has not been credited to my account.
        Document attached :
        Rs. 1100 withdrawn from your a/c *003685 details: locker rent/12270a51so0039. Tot bal:3175.98cr avl amt:- 3175.[protected]:00:44
        So i request you to arrange for the refund.

          I my self Shashanth from malur this complaint regarding we taken a home loan from vijayabank malur branch on 2014 and loan amount is 5, 40, 000/- rs olny and we paid loan EMI till February 2018 n we couldn't pay remaining months EMIs means 3 months + present month due to some my dad health issues we don't have money to pay now, we will pay ASAP but the thing is the vijaya bank malur branch peoples they are abusing us n giving torches n they came to our house telling we will lock your house please take ur things n go away from here. But the thing is how they behave like that without any prior notice n for olny 3 months EMI pending thats it. Now i decide to go for given complaint against bank peoples through directly Chief minister of karnataka on this Saturday near jp nagar CM House.
          We will pay ASAP within this month, i need this month time to pay, i[censored] people accepted for this i am happy or else I'll go n give complaint directly to CM.

            The vijaya bank atm located on cline road, cooke town, bangalore 560005 (Next to ambedkar dental college) does not meet safety standards. There is no security guard and there is no light inside and outside the atm. It is clearly unsafe for anyone to use the atm after 7 pm in the evening. Please have this looked into immediately.               Today go to harni rd br. At 11 o'clock for lost of fdr, b m not available but asst. Manager read my applin. & say seat 10 min. I say ok after 1 hour he gives me some format for 100rs. Idemnity bond after 1/2 hours we have submit all documents with 100/-rs idemnity bond sign. Asst. Manager say i am not authorised person for this you come to thuseday manager comes & authorise the same. I don't know today without authorise the all bank transaction how can run?...

              Sorry sir, pl. Without fail monday clear my work b'cause i am the contractor of mgvcl-vadodara. My big payment hold the mgvcl. Thanks...

                I was a customer of vijaya bank darbhanga branch since last 7years and i felt quite comfortable in that bank for so long. But unfortunately the new manager is so rude and arrogant. I got hurt and felt traumatized with the behaviour of branch manager. By profession i am a doctor. I was so disappointed with the behaviour of bm that i closed my all accounts in that bank asking u only one question. What should be the behaviour of a bm towards customer. Is a customer's moral value doesn't mean anything for u people i want my answer, because i felt humiliated in that bank after facing this branch manager. It will surely effect the business o[censored]r bank.

                    We were holding a nre fixed deposit for last 20 years with vijaya bank, amravati (Ms). On 26th august 2017 we requested to transfer this to nre account in state bank. When this transfer was rejected by the sbi it was discovered that vijaya bank has changed it into nro deposit without our knowledge and conscent. Even upon repeated follow up with amravati branch and escalation to the nricell head office, the matter is not yet sorted.
                    Please advise what i should do

                      My nri account no [protected] in navsari branch of gujarat state has been deducted for rs14351.78 on 10th of march 2017 but no cash came from atm of first national bank (Fnb) in zambia. An immediate mail has been sent on 11th of march 2017 on [protected]@vijayabank.co.in but it has not been attended even contacted personally to manager of navsari branch.

                        Hi team,
                        I am a account holder o[censored]nion bank but due to requirement of money i used vijay bank atm (Atm no svn500901) for rs-400 which is located at jawahar nagar, goregaon west. After completing pin no. Formalities i was waiting for money. After long time money was not received from atm. So i pressed cancel option. After 2 -3 mnts displayed message that translation completed. After one hour received message from union bank that debited rs-400 from my union bank account. For that reason again i called vijaya bank call center & after lots of efforts received my call mr. Zaid. Undersigned explained him properly but vijaya bank staff not ready to listen & finally he disconnected my phone directly.
                        This a cheap service of vijaya bank. Need my money back.

                            This is Venkatesh k
                            On 8th April 2018 I am recharged the mobile recharge
                            by using phonpe app but it's failed but amount is deducted
                            And I'm contact phonpe customer care there refund the amount
                            To my vijaya bank account but still I didn't get the amount
                            Transaction I'd N[protected] ( on 8th April at 4:16 pm)

                            And one more transaction
                            My friend transferred the 4000/- to my vijaya bank account.
                            (DBS bank to vijaya bak account)
                            The amount is debited from DBS bank but the amount
                            Is not credited to my vijaya bank account.
                            So I contacted my Vijay bank customer they told some
                            TECHNICAL issue problem.
                            So I didn't get any information about that transaction.
                            That transaction ID[protected]
                            So as soon as refund the my 2 transaction amount.

                              As per vijaya bank rules, 258 rupees have been charged for a single ledger page, that is very huge as compared with other banks charge. Also the ledger include the failed transcation made by v-mobile. But the failed transcation is not our mistake, its from yours end. So please take an initiative to correct it. As i have been charged 1032 for the 84 entries in a quarter including the failed transcation of debiting and crediting.

                                  Was in need of money on 29 of March 2018 (night) as the ATM machine didn't dispense money but the money is deducted from my account. I visited the bank near by and said the incident to which they said it will get refunded within half an hour, but didn't. I couldn't go to the bank after that because I was going to my native place. The incident happened in Dr Nanjappa Road Vijaya Bank ATM (Coimbatore).
                                  I was not having money after that throughout my journey till I reached home. Also, couldn't eat food that night. I asked my friend to send some meagre amount using Tez App.
                                  This is my second such experience after UCO Bank case, about which I had complained on 17 March 2018. But, no response from bank side and from Consumer Complaint Side.

                                  I have attached the proofs also!

                                  Need immediate help. Thank You.

                                    Today (4 march 2018) my mom went for the gold loan renewal to vijaya bank gollapudi branch krishna district ap... There we experienced a really worst behaviour from a clerks (Dont know d names. But he and she don't know how to behave).. My mother asked clerk to tell about interest rete he just started talkin in a high voice, don't u know evry thing like last year only in a rude way seemed he was too frustrated.. He started puttin his anger his tensions and frustrations on us.. My mother was an uneducated so she asked them to explain the detail of interest rate etc. On mobile to me. As iam staying in hyderabad. I asked him y so much interest, u people told us 33 paise but now u r charging high rate. Then he send my mom to another clerk (She is a lady) my mom asked her to speak over a mobile to me. I asked her y ur charging high rate of interest the she replied ur loan time got over then i told her one loan is with in time so, then she told me go and asked ur mother about interest rates. I told her she don't know any thing that's y iam asking the details and told her she is a senior citizen if she don't understanding then can u people explained in a slow manner last year also u people did same thing can u both behave properly.. Meantime she went near the branch manager of that bank after some time manager called my mom and first he shouted i[censored]r doughter wants details come hear then she will ask (If i have a chance to go there y i 'll send to my mom their to here their rudeness) after some time manager explained the details and solved the problem... So we are planning to transfer the our gold loan to any other bank except vijaya bank... We are hurted psychlogically very much from this incidence... I want to tell here that vijaya bank has to remove such kind of creeps when ever they notice strictly... Everything in this bank is so so so slow... Its a nationalised bank just for name... Even local co operative banks are faster than vijaya bank and behaviour was also good... The work pressures are being poured on the customers they dont have patience they dont have respect they treat customers like beggars... Actually we the customers are responcible for their salaries their life they should keep it in their mind.. Hope big officials of this bank should take this seriously (Staff misbehaviour)..

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I'm satish bansal from shivpuri mp. I have opened a current account of my firm saurabh collection in your branch office shivpuri mp last 1.5 month ago. But till date i din't received yet account number, pass book, cheque book etc. I have continuously follow up with branch but not getting any proper response. Till date god knows my account is opened or not or if opened so when will receive my cheque or pass book.

                                        This a 1st time experience with vijya bank. This was very unhappy.
                                        Vijaya Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
