Good evening sir/mam,
I have purchased magnum jumbo 59 CM trolley case from vishal mega mart store- crossing republic, ghaziabad -123456. As the trolley is not of our required size we tried to exchange the bag from other vishal mega mart store which is situated at hari nagar, badarpur-110044. But the store manager and store keeper refuse to exchange the trolley case. But on the vishal mega mart bill its clearly stated that we can exchange Or replace, at any store in all over the india. It's completely the case of breach of contract and this kind of behavior is not expected from such a renowned organization.
Please do the needful in this matter I request the required action to solve the issue.

Aap logon ka yah tandem company itna faltu aur itna bekar 3d class hai main socha nahin tha. Agar 7 din ke andar Mera geyser Sahi karne aap Nahin Aaye to ab aap dekh lena. warranty period mein hai ek sal se aur koi responsibility nahin hai aap logon ki, ab main social media per yah dalungi tandem company ke naam mein yah aap logon ke liye achcha Nahin hoga. Yeh Mera last warning hai Mera geyser aap Sahi kar do aakar. Itni ghatiya company aur jitni ghatiya aap log humne socha nahin tha. Short ek number ka fraud company 420 company jali company.

Today I visited vishal mega mart nagaram branch ... Rood behaviour and staff didn't care about customers not supportive and also uses valgar language totally disappointed with service and also never visit Vishal mart ... My request is kindly breaf your staff how to speak with customers ... Again I am saying totally unsatisfied with Vishal mega mart staff behaviour...

I purchase tandem immersion water rod few days before.
Now its not working properly.it takes too much time to heatup the water i.e. more than half an hour.

When i ask vishal mega mart executive to replace the product he denied even i show bill and warranty card.

Worst staff..verybad experience.....

I brought an tandem water heater rod few day back, and today it's not working,

It happened at Vishal Megamart Sambalpur
Odisha Store.

I had some valuable luggages to deposit with the security counter to which I complied and asked for my token to which I was denied and moreover I observed that anyone can take out any luggage to which the security personnel paid no attention, therefore in such circumstances I had to back off without making my purchases.

I am hopeful about taking care of this issue as I never faced in any of your store all over the country.

I had bought many items worth 4500 on 29th november in vishal mega mart bhannerghatta road, among them first crop almonds but that was stolen by one of staff helper while packing the bags. Pls get my refund of 400 rupees asap.

Sound not coming

Sir on 7/11/2020 I have purchased some items from Vishal mega Mart located in delhi Dwarka sec. 7 near ramphal chowk, worth rs 2302.50 but during payment first time they said they due to network problem the payment was not completed but I shaw the msg of money deduction but the deny and said if it happens money will be refunded within a week and payment of same thing was done twice.now after 1month I haven't get my money back.and when I visited there they says after 1 week u will get back your money every time they says the same thing .
So I request to you to pls solve this matter as soon as possible.

I have purchased tendom room heater in 2019, and it was stopped working within 1 week, i have request an complaint and my complaints still pending from 2019, my complaint number is SDP[protected]

I am very disappointed in my bad experience in your Vishal Mall in the city of Karimnagar. I am a regular customer of your VIshal Mart. I purchased Indore city also. l purchased some cloth items unfortunately, one both towel quality is not good I went to your store I would exchange it but the Mall Manager was denied.. his behavior is not acceptable and he said that we cannot give exchange. I told that I am your regular customer I want to be exchange I don't want new towel or money just I want to be towel exchange it... but mall manager spoke to me we should not take your towel rather it not exchange . I am very upset and I am given to him.. I leave the towel in your Mall..

I buy tandem home entertainment, sound bar 2.1- sub woofer TAU1394C. As on 25/10/19. It's warranty is 2 years.
Left side speaker not working..
Unnecessary action pl....

I m going to file a report for assaulting me in front of everyone.. workers i.e. security guard and one of the billing member of Vishal mega mart want to remove my clothes and when I tried to oppose them they were letting me go out of the trial room and when I started screaming then only they let me out.. this behavior will not be tolerated.. filed an FIR in faridabad police station.. will sue you soon

Not working

Its been almost three weeks am struggling with a speaker purchased from u, promising to be replaced or repaired.this speaker makes lot of noise upon switching it on

At fatehabad Road store in agra, there are 12 billing desk but only 3 are working, that too on a very busy day. I was standing 1.5 hr just to get my bill done, why so poor management, if you have billing desks then just open according to customers, but at max only 3 are open for billing.

None o[censored]r employes r wearing mask or if wearing they r not properly worn...& They r harrasing customer to wear mask..what is d use of mask if not worn properly. Inside also overcrowding was seen on day of diwali..& none of d customer were wearing mask properly..no sanitization no social distancing...
Fish market is a better place than ur mart...

This is in regards to the unprofessional behavior meted out by Mr Jitu Barman at the cash counter in Vishal Mega Mart, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati. There was rush at the counter and it was a, solace to see one counter opened by Mr Jitu Barman just adjacent to me. Upon enquiry I was simply told that it would take time but to my utter surprise people standing behind me were attended first and when I and others objected we were asked to stand behind them. Mr Jitu Barman did not even bother to reply. I object to this as it is deficiency in customer service which is well defined under COPRA 1986. Please ensure that customers do not face such harassment by your employees.
