Today I went to shop in Vishal mega mart while I was looking at stuff and designs one of the staff told me not to unfold cloth and when I complained about it the behaviour was so pathetic of the counter guy . I won't like to even enter into this mart ever again . No ethics no management

Bitter experience. Huge Mall and inside is no ac & fan. Can't breathe properly. Inside is too much hot that is not toleratd. Very very disappointed.

Me buy the body lotion is name is joy honey and almonds he don, t give buy one get one offer this did not give me the free product and he was very bad seller

I had to buy ponds cream but by mistake i took . Next day, i went to mall to exchange it to clen and clean face wash. But their executive denied to exchange.
I am a regular customer of vishal mega mart. You can check my purchase history. Can you please help me to short out this issue?...

Buyed a pressure cooker named Tandem on 14/08/2020.Again I went to Vishal Mega Mart as my pressure cooker Tandem, safety valve got damaged and submitted the pressure on 15 /09/2020.The person who looks after this told me to come after three days as their Manager was absent. Again after three days when we went there, they told to come on 28/09/2020 because they have some other issues .As my health was not ok i went to Vishal 10/10/2020. Today they changed the safety valve i.e on 10/10/2020 and gave the pressure to me. When we reached home we find that they gave the pressure cooker without pressure regulator.

I have bought tendam home theatre speaker 2.1 from vishal mega mart sehore. Its one speaker is not working from last 1 month i had complaint at toll free number and they give me a request id SDP[protected] but still nobody come and the toll free no is not reachable or busy now so i m writing this complaint for repaire or replacement of my 2.1 speaker i have the warranty card of this item pls do needful as fast as possible.

We the team working on consumer awareness in the state of odisha. Like this we received complaints against malls about extra charge for carry bag. In the same we shopping from your mall . Where we face same problem. So we want to know is there any guideline from govt. charge extra for carry bag? If yes, please send that to convince to consumer. Neither we think about next.

I just visit vmm branch of hoshiarpur district, with my family we visit basement first and we feel a lot of Smell, and no ac are working, poor staff intraction, I was very difficult to shop there

Please correct, u really need to do so

Female Staff misbehave My name is Dr Amrish sharma today 3/10/2020, I visited vishal mega mart at ridhi siddhi jaipur near gujar ki thadi at 2:30pm, I visited with family, AC was not working I was too tired and sat on basket a woman worker shouted at me I told her to give me a chair to sit but she replied in a harsh manner that u came for shopping do that don’t sit, I toh her if someone is sick than what will u do they told me will call ambulance. Just to not give chair they r ready to call ambulance, there is no complaint book in store and the officer in the department is also not taking care of the issue she is also

I m open the door at vishal mega mart at chajju pur place.but security gaurd angry to me...Very bad behaviour to security gaurd.

Today, 2nd Oct 2020, at around 3:30pm, I visited Vikas Puri outlet of Vishal Mega Mart for shopping with my daughter. After completing shopping, at the billing counter, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar (mobile: [protected]) asked me to get another piece of an item as it had BUY 1 GET 1 FREE offer. My daughter went back into the section and started searching the same piece of that item.
As she was unable to search the piece, I requested Mr. Akhilesh to arrange a sales-person to help my daughter. He replied bluntly, "if you see any boy then ask yourself”. After sometime, I again requested Mr. Akhilesh and he replied same thing but in a much worse tone.
On asking for the complaint book, he referred me to the guard who provided me a note pad. I wrote my complaint and asked the manager/ senior person on duty, Mr Upendra Sharma (Mobile:[protected] to take action. He refused to take action on my complaint. He also refused to give me a receipt of my complaint (attached).

I am highly disappointed with the staff of this outlet and demand a suitable action.

I line of confirmation to my complaint and action on it will be highly appreciated.

Hello sir, i visit pitampura branch on 21-sep-2020 and a buy mix goods rupees 1628/- which shirt a choose i tried my home it not fit properly, so i deside to change - counter guys make a slip - but when i pick new shirt and trying to check a size in your changing room - your two salesman stop me suddenly and one run and told me you cant check the shirt - in very loud way, he said first you buy this shirt then you check - many customer watch me - like i am terrorist, and i feel very amberace - after that i leave the shirt and no purchase any thing - very bad experience in visual mega mart very first time - you go any clothing showroom you have to right to check the size and fitting before purchasing

I would like to express my disappointment with your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard but it all let down with the poor and bad customer service I received from the tandem company. I have purchased an LP Gas Stove 3-Burner Glass top but it stops working within 2 and a half and months and when I gave a complaint about this they did not give any type of response in 15 days. When I call Mr Satyendra Singh Raghav one of an employee of tandem customer service he was so much rude in his behaviour and he did not even respond to our complaint. rather he cut the phone call without listening to our complaint and disconnect the call by saying that ''thik karna he to karo, warna bhad me jayo''. He's behaviour is not friendly at all and taks very rudly. So, herby i am not satisfied with the tandem customer service as the service is very much poor and worst.

Today i went to vishal mega mart located in muzaffarpur, bihar... This to inform that in vishal the staffs are highly ill mannered.. I was checking for kid's wear suddenly a lady staff
Came and misbehaved with me. I was really hurt by her ill behaviour. Even most of the staffs there do not work most of the time and there is a lots of negligence. I already bought some products not only one staff help me to find out. I don't think this is the way to greed a customer. They were very rude and ill mannered especially the lady staff near the kids wear. Therefore i request you to take strict action against the ill mannered and irresponsible staffs... So they have to know how to greed a costumer. I always shop from vishal. And i expect a good response from your side.

I have purchased 2.1 tandem speaker system at present is not working and i have visited vishal store regarding the speaker they give me one number and I have try to get my complaint details and invoice on whatsapp and no feedback from them return I visited vishal store and again they give me one number and I have called that number and no response from them also so please try to resolve my problem
