We the team working on consumer awareness in the state of odisha. Like this we received complaints against malls about extra charge for carry bag. In the same we shopping from your mall . Where we face same problem. So we want to know is there any guideline from govt. charge extra for carry bag? If yes, please send that to convince to consumer. Neither we think about next.

I just visit vmm branch of hoshiarpur district, with my family we visit basement first and we feel a lot of Smell, and no ac are working, poor staff intraction, I was very difficult to shop there

Please correct, u really need to do so

Female Staff misbehave My name is Dr Amrish sharma today 3/10/2020, I visited vishal mega mart at ridhi siddhi jaipur near gujar ki thadi at 2:30pm, I visited with family, AC was not working I was too tired and sat on basket a woman worker shouted at me I told her to give me a chair to sit but she replied in a harsh manner that u came for shopping do that don’t sit, I toh her if someone is sick than what will u do they told me will call...

I m open the door at vishal mega mart at chajju pur place.but security gaurd angry to me...Very bad behaviour to security gaurd.
I m purchased only vishal mega mart not other outlet....

Today, 2nd Oct 2020, at around 3:30pm, I visited Vikas Puri outlet of Vishal Mega Mart for shopping with my daughter. After completing shopping, at the billing counter, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar (mobile: [protected]) asked me to get another piece of an item as it had BUY 1 GET 1 FREE offer. My daughter went back into the section and started searching the same piece of that item.
As she was unable to search the piece, I requested Mr. Akhilesh...

Hello sir, i visit pitampura branch on 21-sep-2020 and a buy mix goods rupees 1628/- which shirt a choose i tried my home it not fit properly, so i deside to change - counter guys make a slip - but when i pick new shirt and trying to check a size in your changing room - your two salesman stop me suddenly and one run and told me you cant check the shirt - in very loud way, he said first you buy this shirt then you check - many customer watch...

I would like to express my disappointment with your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard but it all let down with the poor and bad customer service I received from the tandem company. I have purchased an LP Gas Stove 3-Burner Glass top but it stops working within 2 and a half and months and when I gave a complaint about this they did not give any type of response...

Today i went to vishal mega mart located in muzaffarpur, bihar... This to inform that in vishal the staffs are highly ill mannered.. I was checking for kid's wear suddenly a lady staff
Came and misbehaved with me. I was really hurt by her ill behaviour. Even most of the staffs there do not work most of the time and there is a lots of negligence. I already bought some products not only one staff help me to find out. I don't think this...

I have purchased 2.1 tandem speaker system at present is not working and i have visited vishal store regarding the speaker they give me one number and I have try to get my complaint details and invoice on whatsapp and no feedback from them return I visited vishal store and again they give me one number and I have called that number and no response from them also so please try to resolve my problem...

Visited Megamart Mall with my family on[protected] Sunday Ho where I shopped for 4500 I got offers of 2 kg sugar and 4 kg washing powder but they made me clear by giving me sugar and said that you have only 6 kg Only washing powder will be available, but in my bill, 2 kg washing powder and sugar was showing both, they did not give me. The manager also has a clear mind. Please keep a strict eye on it, this is spoiling the name of your mall.i...

I purchase an electric kettle 15 days back which is not working now. I lost the bill and the store didn't give any warranty card but i have the original box. I asked the store manager to scan the box so that they can found the details of my purchase but they refused to do so and they were also rude....

Bill no:[protected] in countrre27 on september 6th 2020 at 19.17pm when atm card was swiped in the pos machine it showed transaction failed. Again for second time card was swiped the same message was reflected again. Hence the payment of rs 1070/- (one thousand and seventy) was made by cash. The next morning on 07/09/2020 my account was debited twice for rs 1070/- even after paying cash. Kindly recredit my account with the excess and unauthorized...

I had purchased a water heater from Vishal Mega. Mart Hamirpur around 8 months ago. It's capacity is 15 litres. Its heating rod (element) stopped heating around a month ago. The indicator light was on but no heating. I approached the Store in Hamirpur for it's repair/replacement. It didn't work out. So I looked for this part in Hamirpur and around Una/Kangra without success. I am regular customer as your store is near my home and had helped...

Your represntive behaviour was not good, we were on customer billing line he received first customer, he saw also we are on the line and he ignored us and switch to another counter and receive other customer, when we asked him why he did so, then misbehave with us.his billing counter person name Mr Vinod...

The knob of the mixcy is not working and it has become free due to which I m not able to operate it. Also the blades in in the juicer jar is totally jammed and doesn't rotates at all. It's barely 6 months old....
