Visited Megamart Mall with my family on[protected] Sunday Ho where I shopped for 4500 I got offers of 2 kg sugar and 4 kg washing powder but they made me clear by giving me sugar and said that you have only 6 kg Only washing powder will be available, but in my bill, 2 kg washing powder and sugar was showing both, they did not give me. The manager also has a clear mind. Please keep a strict eye on it, this is spoiling the name of your mall.i think this is a big fraud.

I purchase an electric kettle 15 days back which is not working now. I lost the bill and the store didn't give any warranty card but i have the original box. I asked the store manager to scan the box so that they can found the details of my purchase but they refused to do so and they were also rude.

Bill no:[protected] in countrre27 on september 6th 2020 at 19.17pm when atm card was swiped in the pos machine it showed transaction failed. Again for second time card was swiped the same message was reflected again. Hence the payment of rs 1070/- (one thousand and seventy) was made by cash. The next morning on 07/09/2020 my account was debited twice for rs 1070/- even after paying cash. Kindly recredit my account with the excess and unauthorized debit of rs1070 /-, two times. Treat the matter as urgent and do the needful.

I had purchased a water heater from Vishal Mega. Mart Hamirpur around 8 months ago. It's capacity is 15 litres. Its heating rod (element) stopped heating around a month ago. The indicator light was on but no heating. I approached the Store in Hamirpur for it's repair/replacement. It didn't work out. So I looked for this part in Hamirpur and around Una/Kangra without success. I am regular customer as your store is near my home and had helped during curfew/lockdown. Kindly arrange repair/teplacement as I am unable to find a way out.

Your represntive behaviour was not good, we were on customer billing line he received first customer, he saw also we are on the line and he ignored us and switch to another counter and receive other customer, when we asked him why he did so, then misbehave with us.his billing counter person name Mr Vinod

The knob of the mixcy is not working and it has become free due to which I m not able to operate it. Also the blades in in the juicer jar is totally jammed and doesn't rotates at all. It's barely 6 months old.

Some staff at Vishal Kakwa, Imphal, Manipur branch are not customer friendly. They need to learn how to repect and treat customers. They literally do not have any respect for customers.

I purchased product goldiee dhania powder 200g and article code [protected] hsn code 0910 mrp 43.00. I purchased vishal mega mart sitapur uttar pradesh till date 29 july 2020. This product packaging date march 2020still i bought a product which is completely bad and smelly. I want to complain that i should be given a new product or refunded

Female staff working in Gopal pura branch, Jaipur is very arrogant. She don't have proper manner to behave with customers.

Please ask your female staff to behave properly with customers.

I am a frequent buyer at your raj nagar ghaziabad mart, but every time i found that cashier are not working properly, they always excuse go to only one cash counter which is very long q. Other two cashier always show them busy in cash reconciliation. They are totally non cooperative.

Even after sevaral request they did not listen. Why they start cash reconciliation well before shop closes at 6 pm.

Yesterday i face same problem at 6.15 pm only one cahsier working other two just standing.

I compel to leave the shop with all my choice items keep in fornt there.

My request ther should be strict work guidelines to the cashier to their atitude.

My name is shekhar kumar (Customer) and on 21 august i went shopping at vishal maga mart - ghaziabad-2, plot no.16, sanjay nagar ghaziabad, up, pincode-201001. I first saw some clothes for myself, meanwhile, i started feeling thirsty when i asked one of the employees of the shop for water, i heard it straight away. I started feeling more thirsty, so i left my shopping center to go out to drink water and get out of the gate. Asked the standing chokidar about the water. Who told me that the water is on the 2nd floor above. Then i went and drank the water. I was getting into the impression that the employee lied when the water was above. When i told this to the manager of the shop, he was not talking to me properly, nor was he giving me the same respect that i wanted to get as a customer, and the manager was talking to me in his own air.
Due to which i felt very bad and i left my shopping in the middle and went out with just 2 t-shirt and did the rest of the shopping from another shop.
Your employees have violated my consumer rights against which i am complaining in consumer court.
You should take all action against your manager so that he will not talk and mis behave to any customer further.

The vishal mega mart branch of guwahati bamunimaidam.. Mera bil 1206 rupees tha maine 1500 cash diya unlogon ko... Lekin woh log chutta nahi de paya. Aur bola he ki 6 ruppes sutta nahi dega toh saman nahi dega. Me kya karu sir mere paas bilkul sutta nahi tha aur saman lena jaruri tha. Aur un logon ne bola he ki, kuch dusra chiz aur kharido. Bilkul mujhe inshan kiya. Aaj se sabhi ko balung ki vishal mega mart main jana mat aur mai dubara nahi kharidunga eaha se. Please sir cashier ko tamiz sikhao.

There is no ac in hoshiarpur mall. Manager told we no permission to on the ac. Why this happn here in hot weather? How people will stay there.

Home select easy mop broken within one month. After contacting vishal mega mart bongaigaon, they refused to provide warranty services. Product warranty is for one year and quality is pathetic. Highly unsatisfied. Need replacement. Contact no. [protected]

I just visited vishal mart in thatipur gwl, and i am highly disappointed that there was no compliance of the safety measures of covid-19 for the customers, no one was measuring temperature and also there was no sanitizer available in the whole premises.
This is the height of carelessness amidst this pandemic when the whole nation is in crisis, it is the duty of all the institutions to maintain and take all measures possible.
I would request authorities to take is matter seriously and take the necessary actions.

I akash kumar gupta mob no. [protected] purchased a tandem home theatre (Speaker 3 set). One year before. My product is under guarantee. I purchased it from vishal mega mart rampur uttar pradesh. Speaker is not working so i submitted it for repairing in vishal mega mart on[protected]. The customer service provider is ignoring my problem and not solving and even not attending my phone. Kindly either repair my tandem speaker or provide me full refund.
Worst service by vishal mega mart and tandem too.
