    I had bought Tandem mixture grinder. Now I had complain that the 02 jars had no sharpen blade and also after getting it on and run fr 10 to 15 second it's get hotter ( grinder & jars)
    Attached invoice copy & model. Purchase date 04-oct-2019
    At the time of purchase they didn't provide me any warranty or gurantee card for this grinder.
    They ( Vishal mega mart) told if any issue just show this invoice and get it exchange.So when we did a complain about this grinder, they told that already they emailed this issue to company but till now no response from them ( Vishal Mega Mart).
    Request to you pls exchange this grinder or else service it.

    They (Vishal Mega mart) still not resolve this issue about grinder blade .

    This complaint has been mentioned as resolved without taking any action, how is this possible??
    It's now 2 months passed but still complaint has not been resolved. What type of customer service is this ?

            My name is mohit jain i am from vizianagaram (Andra pradesh) i m your regular customer in vishal megha mart. Today i went for shopping in your store and purchase a tomato sauce bottel having free meggi packet wort rs 45/-. But not given by staff as well as said have no stock of meggi packet and not given you. It means your staff secretly sold free packet and not given to the cutomer of vishal megh mart. I told to senior management about this matter he is also misbehaving with me. So please look into this matter and solve the problem for alour future better relation.

              I visited vishal mega mart today at davangere-577002 around 1 to 2 pm. I found the staff on 2nd floor yelling to some customer. I went to them and asked what happened for which the customer said the staff are behaving rudely with them telling them not to touch this, those etc. Later on it took a turn for not wearing proper mask by the customer. I can understand why the customer had to loosen it as there were few fans and the oxygen level was low to breathe inside the mall with the mask. Even at some point of time i thought of removing my mask. The language of the staff, floor manager and store manager was threatening. They were shouting like local rowdies and they were all supporting each others. Then i started supporting the lonely customer and said to the staff. Mind your language or else you will land in trouble. They were laughing and said go and complaint to whomever you want. Even the floor and store manager did not help me or the other. I and other customer stoped shopping and went to bill section and decided that this will be our last bill at vishal mega mart.

                Just came back from vishal mart, (Hindmotor, hooghly, west bengal branch) as they don't have any online payment service working such as phone pe, paytm and google pay. I don't use card or cash. I think they should display a sign board 'no cash/card no pay' written on it!!

                Such a disgusting service!!!

                  Two staffs from Nagaon, Assam branch of vishal was stealing some foods, cosmetics and shampoos from the stores storage.I made complaint to one of the staff in the cashier but I don't think they will take any step.So I request to take step as a crisis is going on in this epidemic.Thank you

                      I went to vishal mega mart in zirakpur (Vip road) its my first visit to the store, as i live in canada. I asked for the assistance in baby's section to sheetal. I think she is manager or supervisor of the store. She totally ignore and carry on with her work but this is really bad customer service. I know about this as i am also a store manager. If a manager will not take care of customers in the store, so the other employees will also never bother about this which is really important for a store. So it was a bad experience to visit the store for first time.
                      Hope you will take care of this matter and tell your staff to attend customers in a good way.

                          I visited vishal mega mart mathura uttar pradesh 281001
                          And i purchased 4 coffee mugs after that i came again after 3-4 hours to exchange my product that i purchased,
                          In exchange i was willing to purchase deodrant and cookies against 3 coffee mugs that i purchased in morning,
                          I requested one if there staff and he politely submitted my 3 coffee mugs and asked me to select the product i want in exchange
                          I selected one deodrant and cookies and came to counter
                          But one of the staff over there whose name was mr. Rajesh over reacted, misbehaved, talked to me in high pitch voice and refused to change it.
                          I requested him to do so but he refused
                          I left all the items over there only
                          I want to know when company is giving in writing on behind of invoice that we can change it in vishal store.
                          I request to vishal store senior complaint department to look into this matter otherwise i will go to consumer court and will log complaint about it legally

                          We are pleased to inform you that we have customer friendly return policy, under which return / exchange within 15 days with original Invoice / Bill, Original Packing and accessories, if any can be made at any store of Vishal Mega Mart across the country on all days during 10 AM to 10PM.

                          It is advisable to keep the brand tag intact and product unused and non-altered condition as return are not acceptable in these condition.

                          Please be informed return / exchange will not be allowed on below items.

                          1. Under garments and personal care products for the reason of health and hygiene.
                          2. Loose staples & other food otems with the exception of quality issues.
                          3. Any electrical & electronics and General Merchandise shall not be accepted on the ground of look & feel or usability or once warranty card filled.

                          In case you misplaced your shopping bill, kindly share registered mobile number with Customer Service Desk executive along with the date of purchase. So, that executive may retrieve your billing details.

                          Note :- Obtaining billing details with the help of your registered mobile may lead some delay in process. So, please bear with us for the inconvenience and delay.

                            Today i visited vishal mega mart and at the entrance only they said to wash our hands with water and soap adopting the safety measures with respect to covid 19. When i went to wash my hands the pump bottle of soap had water in it rather than soap. Despite availablity of hand sanitizer they didn't give it to anyone. I complained about it and then the staff said, "mam app aur apke bete alag alag rahe." though the couple was standing next to that person was standing together. Not only this the products kept by them are expired. Moreover the products that are put in shelfs have accumulated the dirt and when said the staff they said mam we have no time to do so. And, they took a long time making us stand in the line for billing.

                              I purchased water heater rod few months back in Vishal mega mart in kanshiramnagar near laxmipura . Now it is getting light in the rod . It is warranted for 2 years . So please exchange the product or give the details how to exchange and customer care details.please

                                  I bought two pants in vishal mega mart, mancherial. While billing, one of the pants doesn't have barcode, so i requested to replace the pant with one with barcode. The shop was dark as there is no power, and their's no ventilation and all are sweating meanwhile in the dark the salesman replaced the pant with wrong size and in that dangerous atmosphere after waiting 30mins in the que i am frustrated and doesn't notice his mistake, made payment and went off. Later, when i went home i noticed it and the shop was closed then. Next day the shop closed as it's sunday. Later on monday, in the morning i explained the situation to the staff and asked for exchange, but the staff denied! It's so disgusting! Very disappointed with it!

                                    I took a home theater of tandem from your vishal mega mart shop on march 16, 2020, which went very well in the 1st month of starting, a month later it started getting some technical problems like it is going to vibrate on the go. There are strange strange voices, whether there is a song play or not. Sometimes it runs fine on its own but the same vibrations start coming again on the go.
