It is very disappointing that the behaviour of staffs of vishal mega mart, market building, bhubaneswar was very rude. I selected four items for trial and stood out side the trial room. One lady was standing outside the trial room for checking. About 3-4 people were standing in front of me. It was written on the notice that three items are allowed for trial at once. But the lady standing there told me that only two items are allowed. So i asked her to 1st allow me to try two items and after that another two. But after trying two items when i came out for taking another two items for trying, she refused and asked me to come in queue once again, where another 5-6 people were standing for trial.

First of all there should not be a lady staff outside the gents trial room.

Secondly there were two trial room present. But one trial room was locked without any reason.

Thirdly it is very harrashing to stand in a queue twice without any reason.

After that i went for billing and asked them if a person has to come in a queue twice. But they did not took any action for that.

I bought tendam home theatre speaker 2.1 from vishal mega mart sector bhagalpur, bihar on 5march 2019. It is not working from last 6months. I had complaint at vishal store at bhagalpur, they told me compliant on line but the toll free no is not reachable or busy so i m writing this complaint for repaire or replacement of my 4.1 speaker asi have the warranty card of this item. I have purchased from vishal mega mart paltan bazar guwahati yeasterday. But they have charged me for carry bags but they did not add the carry bag charge in my shopping bill. When i enquired about it they did not gave me the proper information. As there are so many customer used to shop in that mall they are cheating with huge tax amount every day as there are no record for those charges.

I purchased namakeen from vishal mega mart of brij enterprises brand twhich has smell like it has been stored long back. One week back i visited vishal mega mart and complaint about the product, they asked me to contact customer care of the manufacturer. Vishal mega mart did not take the responsibility of the quality of product it promote. This is not the question of money that i spent in buying namakeen. This is the question of my faith on the product being purchased from vishal mega mart. I will never buy any food item from vishal mega mart.

One of the staff women near trial room told that exchange is there for undergarments. But just after one hour i saw the terms and conditions which shows there is no exchange for undergarments. When i spoke to the manager he is even more rude. He is behaving as if he is as busy as narendra modi. This happened in thippasandra branch on 21 feb. Make sure that you are giving proper training for your staff members and managers. Very much disappointed with the managers attitude and behavior. And 300 rupees is waste for me for shopping that products. I can't do anything with that.

Two days back, i went for shopping at vishal mega mart at pathankot near dominos landmark gandhi chownk. I have purchased amounting rupees 1241 and they charged rs 10 for each carry bag as they are unauthorized to charge for the same, this is ridiculous and against consumer services even i have discussed it with the staff member complelety denies that he wont be able to help because they are instructed to charge even for the carry bag and suggest me to talk to manager then i asked for complaint desk, moreover they dont have any complaint register to file.

Hithis is debasis raj parida, bought some items at your vishal mega mart, baripada on 9th december of ₹534. At the time of payment i told the cash counter attendant/executive that i would like to pay it through qr code and i request him to show me the qr code. I paid the amount ₹534 through my google pay account. Amount deducted from my bank account but the cash counter executive said to me that the transaction has been failed. So requested me to pay by cash. So i paid cash to him. And he gave me assurance that the deducted amount will be back to my bank account within 72hrs. But till i've not receive my money back.
I attach the purchased items slip and deducted amount (Marked in red) of my bank account with this mail for your reference.
So i request you to do some immediate action on this matter.

I have visited the your outlet at prayag (Allahabad). I have purchased items in 2nd& 3rd floor but there is no any basket for keeping the articles for billing, when come to bill section for billing desk, the bill person said, i have no bag last one weak and unable to produce bags even after payment. L lodge complaint to mainejor in food section g. F. He said, सामान हाथ में ले कर जाइए, काफी कहने के बाद सामान गाड़ी तक भेजवाया ।pl issued direction for proper arrangement & behavior. Thanks

Some agent called him manager in vishal mega mart in shimla sanjauli and his name is gurpreet. Problem is that my money is debited from my account and credited to vishal mega mart instead helping me he is doing very rude talk with me and saying i will not refund go to your bank.. Take action regarding this person and replace better one for our services.. I m very old custmer of vishal. Do need full

Yesterday, i. E. 08/02/2020 visited your nagaon outlet to purchase some important house hold items. When we place our collected items in cash counter, the cash counter person keep aside half of our items. When we asked about it, he inform us it can't bill. My wife request him to arrange for it as some of item very essential for us that time. But we found his response very insensitive and he use filthy word to insult my wife as she are like a fool or illiterate person. If there is any issue, he may arrange for provide us correct one (Usealy done by other mart). Sir, we feel that he is very unhappy of our presence. He may leave your mart and join other establishment, but ruin your image in market by this kind of his behaviour. Actually we like to visit vishal mega mart as a choice place. But this kind of behaviour discourage/ rethink to visit again your mart. So as a well wisher of your mart, i feel need to improve you service and take a stern action and make an example.

I m highly annoyed with the branch manager's ignorant behaviour.

As per him any new product which they displaying its bar code reads after 24-48 hrs.

But when customer is buying that product and bar code is unreadable then it is manager duty to resolve the issue of customer so that customer is happy. Instead he was very rudely replying that it takes time.

As a customer i should not hear your technical problem i need the product.

I am a regular buyer of vishal megamart, mahavir enclave, new delhi store. December 2019 i bought some products from vishal megamart and had to return due to some defects. Got credit note in return had 1 month validity. Was on vacation and return on 31st jan 2020 which was last day for redeeming credit note. We went on 1st feb for shopping but they refused to extend our credit note validity and did not allow us for shopping. They said we will inform you once credit note date will be extended. Still we are waiting but did not recieve any call.

Kindly help us to extend the validity as amount was inr 700.00 and it is our hard earned money.

I have purchased a bathroom freshener of 47 rs of home ninja air freshner jasmin but after billing when i returned home it was not there with other stuff and left at the store as they didn't packed properly. There is no chance of any mistake from my side. I want to get the product. So i want to know the procedure and my product or other measure. Please help me regarding this.

The above stated tandem ceiling fan is not working properly. Purchased just 1.5 years ago and it has suddenly started circulating very slow, almost not at all. This fan is still under warranty, hence please get the fan repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

I had very worst experience with vishal mega mart bhangel noida store, your employee talked with me and my friends very badly and rude words, when i told him bhai politely bat kro hum tumhre customer hai, then he told hum sab local staff hai aise hi bat krte hai jao billing nhi krta mai ja sakta hai tu, and we left all product there, we taken his photo with identity card, he told loudly le photo lele jo karna hai karle, we complained the manger he did not say anything and he was watching all.

If you have not good staff why you running that store to insult the customer, me and my friend will never go vishal mega mart.

I purchased 2 large safari suitcases from vishal mega mart bikaner on 10 october 2019. They didn't have warranty card with the suitcases and assured me to give warranty card within 20 days. I visited vishal mega mart 4 times after that in the span of 3 months but didn't receive the warranty card yet. I spoke to one of the manger named manish pal but he also didn't responded i a supportive manner. I have the bill on which they wrote warranty cards pending.

As per District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, U.T. Chandigarh case for bata co If a company charges money for carry bag it is been found that it is unfair trade practices

Today i visited vishal mega mart at badshapur near m3m urbana sector 67.
They just told me that i can pay by upi and i ask them 2 time it will be safe or not
They said it would be safe
But when my payment done they said timeout ho gaya machine pe and my payment has been cut and unhony na hi saman diya vapas aur unka behaviour each and everyone was very bad and they are just discusting they dont know how to treat some one and they dont even take my problem for granted and at last i have to leave from their.

Today i visit vishal mega mart ghaziabad store at 9:55 pm... At the door timing was showing 9: 00 am to 11:00 pm... When i tried to entry garud denied and said store is closed now,,, than i aks the timming he said this is staff timming but staff timming no where mentioned,,, when i supposed to ask he close the door and said do the complaint again the store openly,,, he is showing negetive attitude... Even 1 of the staff standing over there,,, he also see and say don't worry do the complaint,, if customer timming is not 9 am to 11 pm than why should your store stamped the board for wrong timming..??? Can any one give the explanation about this kind of bull-sit service given by the staff and gaurd... I think this is the way to treat the customer in your store... Your image is already down now i totally understand the way you serve the customer is brost...
