Dear team, my name is tarnjit singh i buy one set of easy mob from your vishal mega mart khanna from 14.12.2019. But the product is damage in same day. When we return the product at vishal store khanna the store manager yudhvir singh he refuse the request of return the product. We are very disappointed from the service of your store manager. Pls clear the issue as soon as possible nd if any query is pending on my end pls contact me at this number.

I had called in the tandom company and got the complaint recorded, whose recording number i had given to me that our customer officer will come in your two days and your tandon will fix the juicer mixer of the company. It has been december 14 today. So far i have not received any response from any tandon company. I am sachin vishwakrma i was go to vishal mega mart with my friend and i taking 5 product. When we are gown to billing counter then miss behaviour of vishal mega employee, counter no. 7 mr anoop, he is not knowledge of about product and discount offers and talking rudely
I bought 1000 rupees worth of goods, i did not bring anything because of miss behavior of your employee.

As on 09/11/2019 i purchased a bed cover for rs 599 in new thippasandra bangalore karnataka as they requested to pay by phonepe app i tried to pay first two was cancelled for some technical error and after that it was debited the amount to vishal mart as they said it as been not received on ourside as per there request again transaction of the same amount was debited to vishal mart and they agreed with that transaction but after this as per our transaction history two times amount is debited from my account please see the attachment. As taking the issue with support transaction history shown to cashier and manager they are saying come tomorrow till now one month over by saying it they are not refunding it they are fooling us i think whether this mail will help or it should be taken legaly. Such a bad experience by vishal mega mart such a bad customer service i won't recommend to buy in vishal mega mart.

My mop dryer is creating a problem so I want to repair it as soon as possible.
I was going to vishal mega mart where i purchasing this mop but they said to me i register the complaint on this website. Facilities for drinking waters from opening of store february 2019 the attender of floor also not give response for when asking for drinking water
Wrongly other place item place in discount item not proper management on them
By mistake purchase a without bar code tag item on billing time your head cashier's not support for that time its totally removed your item from basket on asking i want a product but its not asking from floor attender for bar code its said you will go and selected another item.

Misbehaving nature of head cashier's not supporting nature with customer.

I visited vishal mega mart jaipur mi road outlet. Cashier misbehaved with me. Then we went to store incharge. He also dissatisfied me. He said that cashier is serving 500-1000 customers a day. He don't have time for all the customers. But being a customer, according to me it is their duty to serve all the customers. Even cashier was not guilty of his mistake. He didn't even apologize.

I'm writing to you regarding the uneducated and unethical staff behaviour at the billing counter. Today i was standing in a queue waiting patiently for my turn and when my turn came to get my goods billed the female staff member on the other side of the counter started asking the contacts details of the person standing behind me and she placed his groceries on the printer on the right side of the computer while my groceries were on the scanning counter. She purposefully ignored me. When i ask her politely about billing of my items she said 'are you blind can't you see row is here. This is the row. Go back and stand in the last.' people behind me supported me and ask the billing employee to get my bill done before them because i was standing for about 35 minutes in the row. But she paid no attention towards people's opinions. I was taken aback by her illiterate behaviour. That was so rude and harsh that once i thought to leave the mart and never come back. She did throw the change at me. That was the most absurd behaviour i faced in 10 years of shopping with vishal. I really like to shop here but now i'm not sure whether i could recommend this place to my friends all because of the disagreeable behaviour of such uncivilized and uneducated employees. I would appreciate it if your good self contact the khanna branch and ask them about this incident. They don't even wear their proper uniforms hence i was unable to know the name of employee under consideration.
Hoping for an early action against such ridiculous staff members.

Hi i bought some stuff from vishal store in tilak nagar worth rs 3236/-, one hdfc card offer placed at cash counter that shop for 3200 and get upto 7.5% cash cashback. My husband give his hdfc card on same counter card was not swiping due to some error, the cashier shift it to another counter again same thing happened, they again shift my card to there first counter still facing same issue, being on the cash counter they need to ask the customer whether due you have another hdfc card or not. But they are busy in their own talks. And in last the girl at first counter already know we are giving hdfc card to avail offer, without confirming from customer they swipe the card in two different amounts 1900/- and 1336/-. And when my husband is telling to her i want the offer she is so rude, her body language is so incorrect and say it's not possible. I just wanted to ask from you people you don't want customers and what kind to training you are giving to your cashier's. I want asap revert on this complaint if not i will excelate it to another level. Billing was done at counter no 1, cashier-mithilesh kumar, but billing is done by a girl with small height, bill no[protected], date of bill-27/11/2019, time-6.46pm

I bought fragrance set 20 nos from Vishal mart, nagole.
I also bought apparels and other items.
I asked your personnel regarding the discounts if any can be applied as I am taking in bulk. They said there is no such option and tried using their employee card which even failed.

I felt the prices are a bit more for few items and at least some discount I expected as a customer by comparing the discounts offered by other competitors. Initially, I was fine as they said they can't help me and I asked if I can write my experience in the customer complaint book.

Then they started giving rash answers saying that " No such book will be there in our shop. We provide best prices and services so no such book is required in your store. No customer asked for such compliant book till now. If you want go to website and find the customer number" . I was so shocked for their response as they couldn't even help the customer in finding their customer care number.

When I asked that I would like to speak to the manager, they said go to 4 th floor with out any concern towards a female customer. Finally when I spoke to the manager, he replied saying me that "We didn't ask you to come to our store and you came on your own". I was so disturbed on his words in this country where the customer should be treated as a king.

I want the store to understand how important customers are to them for generating the revenue. Also the store should value the customers feedback and thus grow in their business.

Dear sir/mam, recently i am visiting rajender, shahibabad outlet i am perchesing some items and request to pay by phone pay then your buddy genret one link and inform me sir open your link and pay amount by phone pay i am trying to pay by link but due to some erar peyment 8s show in pending so we cheng our mind because is that your rash hour and lots of guest are waiting for billing so i am paying cash to cashier but suddenly received a massage amount is deducted from my bank account so i have pay to time for one item i am inform immediately manger but as pr him amount is return within 1 or 2 day but till now no amount return pls look into this matter provide resulation as soon as possible

I had worst experience ever while i purchase 3 Ltr tandem coocker and first day o[censored]se cooker handle open during wash and second day safety wall blast. When i called customer care and asked them to replace this with some branded cooker like hokins or prestige and i will give difference as i dont trust on this tandem brand but they said they dont have rights, talk to vishat mega mart bhangel directly. I went to Vishal mega mart bhangel Noida and spoke to Vishal representative Sunny but he replied very rudely and behave very badly. Sunny said this cant be replaced and warrenty means we can repair safely wall. I asked him that i need replacement of this with good brand as i dont trust this brand tandem and it can be blast but he replied and said this cooker has 2 lakh rupees insurance.i got surprise to listen this and kept the cooker at Vishal bhangel with them and came out. This is really worst experience and i dont suggest any of tandem product to purchase as vishal is not expert to make such product and they made this to increase their sell not think about people safety.

I have gone in your mart which is in bhiwani. I have taken a jacket from here but there is show rs. 399 for one and buy two get 500 off. So i have not seen at the product. But when i go at cash counter they cut rs. 499 for one.. This is very bad. It is not first time. It is regularly found in your market which is in bhiwani distt.
Plz take a suitable action..

And your store charge cost for the carry bag. While it has your market name at it. I think it is not correct way.

I brought kurti from palampur vishal megamart cloth section.. And i got defective piece... The kurti was from mavie black in color... And their empoyees told me that the return policy is within 15 days... When i said that i want to change... They said your date for returning was over.
Well, my bill was on the date of 1 november 2019... I don't have bill right now.. And today 16 november 2019 which means today is last date till the 12am..
And employees were very rude and if they can't deal with customer in polite way than how we buy the accessories.. And they have no right to talk with their customer in rude behavior...
It's there fault that they hanged the defective in showroom... Only the employees have a right to check it properly and than hanged
I never seen any type of showroom with defective things...

The iron have 2 years of service warenty, now it is under warranty period i bought it by 8 dec 2019, it's not working now, so i want to register a complain that I went to vishal mega mart vijaynagar indore branch and they said to me that you have to contact given toll free no. In the warrenty card then you have to register your complaint after that they will contact to you & will give you home service to repair this, so now what to do or what to not do, please tell me

We was using tandem gas stove from last 2 months, today my mother was making tea fornus @ the same time its toughen glass blast while making tea, for god sake my mother is fine didnt get any injury, i want to complaint against this product as they are vishal mega mart made and they also refuse to change it, when we purchased this they said it will be cover if something like this happen, please help to get my money back, and i request everyone not to buy any aplliances which are vishalega mart made. thanks and regards Mohit sohal

we purchased this from vishal mega mart, pinjore - kalka road.

I done shopping from vishal mega mart sector 14 branch. The bill no. Is[protected]. My totoal bll amount mention in bill is 3544 but when i sum all amounts it becomes 3444. So you charged rs.100 more than from actual bill.

You checked details from bill no. And provide delta amount to my account. Kindly be noted that this mistake done by you and for this i will not visit again to same mart. Why should i waste my time and resources again.

Saturday dated 09.11.19 ko ma shopping ka liya vishal maga mart vashali nager ma gaya tha vaha 3000 ki purchase per 699 ka blanket free ka offer chal raha tha mana 3285 ki purchase ki usma sa 3008 ka cloths tha but staff na offer ka liya mana kar diya mana jab purchase item rutern karna ko kha tho mana kar diya or chla jaana ka liya kha

Sir i and my family members are regular customer of vishal mega mart. But last month i purchased lot of things from vishal but very painful to inform you that one men wear winter t. Shirt in navy color @ 599 was not of good quality, even i have wear it only one time and the result it that the leather of this product was very poor quality n the result it is going to break from stichting. I have given this artical to your worth office at palampur on dated 6-11209, but till date not any solution found by mr. Sandesh who was senior executive at vishal mega mart palampur hp. So kindly solve this issue.
